And most mgtow are not going to want to self fund it in the hopes that some people move. As for location, I'd try to go somewhere with no zoning laws. Without zoning laws the cost for housing has the potential to be much lower. All in all the idea is great but you are going to need to present numbers if you want to convince anyone
