This is the kind of shit a wife tells her beta bux to get out of having sex with him. You think if your wife was married to Brad Pitt she wouldn't have 10 minutes before she goes to sleep to fuck him? But the thing is, you say you don't want to have sex with your wife, and I can't figure out if you're being honest (which would mean you have another problem entirely) or if it's just some weird sour grapes shit - "well my wife doesn't ever want to have sex with me, but hey man JOKE'S ON HER, I don…

This is true for super progressive people in general. An argument with these people will degrade into appeals to emotion and personal attacks 100% of the time ("you stupid misogynistic racist xenophobe!") It's not even worth the mental exertion.

Is there an "approaching 101" guide of some sort? I've literally never approached anyone before and the idea just seems weird to me, but apparently it's a normal thing to do.

Yeah, I noticed that when he was on JRE too. Joe asked him repeatedly "you believe in what?" and all he would say was something like "uhh, I believe in, uhh, you know, Catholicism". He didn't actually say he believes in God/a god so I'm actually very curious to know what his true beliefs are. I'm not completely sold that he's actually a theist.

An increase in the influence of women in public life has often been associated with national decline. The later Romans complained that, although Rome ruled the world, women ruled Rome. In the tenth century, a similar tendency was observable in the Arab Empire, the women demanding admission to the professions hitherto monopolised by men. ... You guys just gotta read this whole thing man, it's fucking insane.

Low carb/keto gets a lot of hate on here, probably because people make posts about it so often, but I can vouch for it's legitimacy (for whatever that's worth) in terms of shedding fat, feeling satiated, etc. The only problem is it's hard as FUCK, at least it was for me. I was literally feenin' for sugar/carbs like an addict, it was insane. That's pretty much the only reason it was unsustainable for me. When I was a kid I loved to build models. I always did the basic ones that snapped together instead of the ones that required glue, but I digress. Just thinking about it, I'd still love to do that kind of thing now, but the thing is now I'm now very "anti-knick knack" or in other words, I don't like buying things that just sit on a shelf and look pretty. And that's pretty much what a finished model does. So... Is there anything I could do that would be similar to building a model, but the end re…

An online posting from six years ago said that she used to read aloud from Donald Trump's The Art of the Deal. What a very interesting, totally relevant, and completely innocent factoid that definitely isn't intended to subtly smear Trump and conservatives as a whole! I don't think most guys who have a problem with having a high pitched voice actually have muscular problems or anything that would require stretching. I think it's almost purely mental. Allow me to project: You're altering the pitch of your voice to be higher than it is in an effort to sound Nice™, and it's so ingrained in you now that that's just how you talk all the time. To make it worse, you feel like you're "pretending to talk like a man" when you talk normally, and you have a slight worry …

I'll pass along a bit of advice an older, more experienced friend of mine gave me recently when I was talking about wanting to finally get myself a suit - when buying a suit for the first time, get a navy one. Navy looks good and works for every occasion, and you can wear the jacket alone with some chinos for a sort of business casual look, or whatever you want to call it. And you don't wanna be that guy who wears a black suit everywhere.

So that's when she told me that she wanted me to stop, and that if I loved her and cared about her more than smoking, I would stop. Weird, my BPD ex-wife gave me this exact line early on in our relationship when I became fascinated with cannabis. Her logic was that because her ex (one of those tatted "dangerous" types) smoked weed, I would become an abusive psychopath like he was if I smoked weed. I tried explaining to her why that was illogical, and well... you can guess how that went.

Since I'm a stepfather, naturally I'll take issue with this and try to justify my decision (made over 5 years ago, long before TRP) to become one. And I sort of can, but mostly it comes down to "I was extremely naive at the time". So, all I'll say is you should just remember not everyone is as enlightened as you are. A lot of people are completely unaware of the numerous reasons you shouldn't raise another man's child, and probably even believe it's a noble cause (I was guilty of this one). "Any…

I'm speaking only from my very limited experience, but it always seemed to me that females are more naturally adept (is that redundant?) at artsy things - drawing, painting, handwriting, etc. I can't be the only one who noticed (in school) that girls tended to have really nice handwriting while guys were more likely to have unreadable chicken scratch. And to add to this, if a guy had nice handwriting they'd say he had "girly" handwriting (I don't think this was an insult, just an observation). I…

There's no time like the first time. That first time a female cuts you really deep is the worst. I remember mine - I was completely and utterly distraught for weeks, maybe even months. Honestly, it's by far the worst emotional pain I've felt in my life so far. The thing is, I could get over a breakup now really easily because I can't picture me ever allowing myself to have feelings for a female the way I did that first time. Especially now that I've found TRP.

I was thinking about this recently. Now, obviously any woman who falsely accuses a man of rape should be drawn and quartered. The problem is, if there's some sort of penalty for accusing someone of rape and them not being found guilty, then people who were actually raped would be more fearful to go to the authorities over it. I mean, what if there's just not enough evidence for a conviction, and then the victim gets fucked for a second time? That'd be about just as wrong as a being falsely accus…

I wish I could remember more of what the conversation entailed, since I'm sure it was pure gold, but the one line I remember from it that stuck with me forever was my ex-wife's philosophy on how her paycheck should be used - "Once the bills are paid, why not just spend the rest of it?" My dream come true would be a /trp/ board on 4chan. But I'm guessing you guys have as much irrational hatred for 4chan as 4chan does for reddit.

The fact that there's enough of a demand for this product for it to even exist makes me sad.

Do unicorns even exist? What would you consider a unicorn? At this point it seems like, to me, that it's impossible there's a girl that exists who is worth locking down into an LTR. You'll never find a girl who loves you unconditionally, loves you as much as you love her, etc. What's the fucking point? I don't want a pet that I manipulate with tricks and mind games, I want an equal partner. Am I alone in this or what?

I think it's fascinating that the "default" is that he should switch to veganism and not vice versa. Although I guess that's what I should expect since she posted it in the vegan echo chamber. I wonder if the response would be different if this were posted elsewhere.

If any guy is married to a vegan and wants to have children some day I would recommend a divorce. Same for any guy married to a woman on antidepressants. Although if you're married to a woman on those, then you have bigger problems than having potentially brain damaged children...

It's stuff like this that makes me believe women are either incapable of empathy or completely heartless. How would she feel if her husband danced with a girl he cheated on her with in front of her? She either considered this and didn't care or was completely oblivious.

I can't imagine a woman being that selfless.

"Move on. She will try to wiggle her way back in your life, but don't budge. It will not end well for you. She only wants validation, revenge, or both. Watch your back." Damn, wish I had this advice 5 years ago.

My ex wife's philosophy - "If there's money left over after you pay the bills, why not spend it?" I should have gotten out right then, but I ended up being with her for several more years. She's the one that divorced me, but now I'm glad that she did.

I remember I made a fake profile on some dating site way back when - I think it was PoF. I wanted to see how their advertising worked/what it looked like. Anyway, I used a picture of a pretty attractive female when I was making the account, because why not? Within minutes I was bombarded by messages, and felt so uncomfortable (because I was getting these guys' hopes up, or something) that I had to log out. I checked the email for the account the next day and there was AT LEAST 10 ZILLION "you ha…
