i like this post's many values for all men if they can see through. Keep doing what you are doing bro, being a high value will not be liked if you are in a toxic circle or a feminist one. keep raising your standards until you find the one that matches your standards and the way you want to be treated. Lead and set everything to your own rules.

Being a nice is something we all fell in before and we didn't realize it until it was late. everyone one of us has fallen into different nice guy habit . The problem I have found is that men get so busy with their daily responsibilities without practicing self-care and progressing towards different aspects of their life. It could have saved us a lot of we put in the effort in self-development and awareness about this topic. I hope many guys could be aware of it in the near future.

you got to master and identify what sort of emotions you going through and overcome any limiting beliefs that are holding you back from moving on. I have posted an earlier post about how to grieve, check it out. feel free to ask any questions.

Sometimes we tend to maintain this numb feeling instead of pushing it away and enjoying the rest of our lives. Consider it a new chapter and make it as awesome as it could be.

Ghosting is a common thing women do when they are not interested. Just move on and take it easy.

women check out way earlier than men, that's something everyone should know. From now on it's all about you and the kids. Rebuild your next chapter and make it awesome. Don't let the past stop you from this.

What you going through is just self-negative talk and limiting beliefs which is common after during or after divorce, a lot of men are hit with uncertainty. you can check an earlier post I made about how to overcome your limiting beliefs . First, you have to accept the current situation and then believe that you can achieve and reach anything you want by taking actions daily. What you going through is just self-negative talk and limiting beliefs which is common after during or after divorce, a l…

Dealing with a painful divorce and the challenge of letting go can be a difficult and complex process. It's understandable that you are struggling with this, even after two years of trying various methods to move forward. In terms of moving to a new city, it may offer a fresh start and the opportunity to create new memories and experiences. However, it's important to consider the potential impact on your personal and professional life, as well as your social support network. You might need to wo…

I know what you mean and it's hard when it comes to kids but I meant grieving about the ex.. Every case is different, but we might take these stages as a common practice. Definitely the more you know how to deal with your emotions and thoughts and be in control the better it's. ( regarding detaching from the ex) When it comes to kids, unfortunately, its the custody that we have to fight for , but never lose the kids.

I found that very common in a lot of cases and the reality is women check out really early more than most men can imagine! When a woman asks for a divorce, this means she already checked out way before she reaches that stage.

Sorry, The title might have been misleading a bit but what i meant is to raise awareness in general about the process because not everyman is aware of it and they might waste a lot of time wondering whats happening and why they are feeling that way , but i didn't mean exact specific timing as much as i wanted to raise awareness about it

divorce is a difficult and emotional experience, and it's normal to feel angry and resentful after it. Here are some tips that may help you get over anger after divorce: Allow yourself to feel your emotions: It's important to acknowledge your feelings and allow yourself to experience them. This can help you process your emotions and move forward. Take care of yourself physically, emotionally, and mentally. Exercise, eat healthy, and engage in activities that make you happy. Reach out to family, …

I disagree I highly recommend to wait after divorce until you heal completely . Divorce can be a traumatic and emotionally challenging experience that may take some time to process and heal from. Jumping into a new relationship too soon can be a way of avoiding the pain and discomfort of the divorce process, but it can also prevent you from fully healing and moving on. If you start dating immediately after a divorce, you may be vulnerable to entering into a rebound relationship. These relationsh…

I generally think the more the relationship is civilized and great, the better other negotiation terms could be smooth as well.

it's a difficult time but you must move on! the more you keep thinking about it and compare it to the past the more you isolate yourself from reality and it will take you longer. you should be just focusing on your future and your new life.
