I have found one of the most challenging things after divorce is co-parenting, due to differences in parenting styles, communication difficulties, financial concerns, and resentment toward the ex-spouse.

Few tips I would like to share with you here hope it could help you.

To successfully co-parent after a divorce, it's important to prioritize the well-being of the children over any personal conflicts or disagreements. This involves making decisions that are in their best interest, without letting resentment or anger towards the ex-spouse get in the way.

Establishing consistent rules and routines between households can also help provide stability and structure for the children. Both parents should work together to create expectations that can be followed in both households, making the transition between them easier.

Communication is key when it comes to co-parenting. It's important to establish a method of communication that works for both parents, such as email or text messages. Keeping conversations focused on the children's needs and avoiding discussions about personal issues or past conflicts can also help.

Seeking support from family, friends, or a therapist can also be helpful when co-parenting gets challenging. A neutral third party can provide guidance on how to effectively co-parent and mediate conflicts.

Being flexible is also important, as unexpected events or changes can occur. Being willing to adjust schedules or routines when needed can help make co-parenting more successful.

I know it might be challenging sometimes, especially if you are dealing with toxic ex but having a growth mindset will help you navigate through this challenge.

I hope it was useful for you..
