I have been to quite a few counselors. I do not like going to them though because Im only 17, they assume that I don't know what im talking about when I say I dont want another relationship. They say that its just because she hurt me. This doesn't align with my MGTOW principles though, as I know that I am better off without women. It just hurts. This is actually exactly what I do. Everytime I start missing her a lot I read MGTOW. It helps, but only to a certain extent. As for the substance abuse. I have recognized it, and as of now I have stopped smoking or consuming any sort of thc about 2 days ago.
