I dont know, i think maybe the fact that i mostly cant do much about these situations make me feel so hopeless when they happen. I cant floor the higher up, and if i respond with a verbal attack i could get into more trouble. Which in turn should make me ignore it since i cant do anything about it. But instead i get emotional and feel like absolute shite.

I read your how to ask for a raise, it was well written and contained a lot of good info. But it was also very general advice, i was specifially asking how you would negotiatie from a position of power in my specific case. since im not really asking for a raise, and im not really asking to be hired. I thought i could get some more concrete answers from someone who's been in a similar position.

What i mean is that i havent verbally or actively confirmed that we're in a girlfriend boyfriends situation.
