This is exactly the Drew Afualo / Andrew Tate situation. Andrew Tate and Drew Afualo pretty much say the same thing about the opposite sex, but Andrew Tate is "dangerous" and radicalizing young men, while Drew is "powerful" and "standing up for women"

Yea man if Im working 8-10 hour days and she isnt then she should be cooking and cleaning simple as. If we both work, we split it. But everyone knows the best way to keep a man happy is feed him, fuck him, and shut the fuck up 🤣

TBF, most people rate restaurants on Google maps as 4-5 stars if their experience was good and there was nothing wrong. To accurately say "the average", you need to look at the average rating. The average restaurant rating on Google maps is 3.8.

I once did an anonymous poll among a group of frat guys I knew. It was anonymous so that people didn't have to lie or feel like they need to exaggerate to make up for the fact they had a low n-count. The poll was simply typing in your n-count and clicking submit, and you could only submit once. Median age was 20, and the median n-count was about 5. The data followed the 80/20 rule. Out of 40 guys, 2 had n-counts over 50, 3-4 had over 20, and most were 4 +-1. Ofc, these are frat boys, so their n-…

I'm not a psychologist but I think the simple answer is "It's fun" and they probably have stronger FOMO (fear of missing out) than the average person

I think the 15+ range for n-counts says it all. 28.3% of men claim to be in that range while 12.9% of women claim to be in that range. That's 1/3 men and 1/8 women. Not the majority, but still a lot. It means that, at least for men, 1 in 3 men you meet has a bodycount over 15. Its also possible that the women lied, since there is a stigma behind admitting a high body count for women, but not a stigma for men

I tend to agree, as that is what the facts show, though I think young Millenials / Gen Z are worth studying since they are growing up in the time of online dating. Furthermore, it would be interesting to divide up this data by people with and without a college degree, since people with a college degree probably had more opportunities to hook up than non-college folks who probably stayed in their hometowns and weren't on college campuses. It would also be interesting to compare the data based on …

Not exactly true is it? Cuz on the other hand, a common trope here is the late-30s career woman / cat mom who lost out because she focused on her career? A guy could also lose out on relationships by focusing solely on his career no? And while he is still a prize at 40 with a good career & lots of money, that doesn't mean he didn't miss out on anything

I coulf be happy being a lazy fat bum that works for minimum wage if it didn't make me an incel. Well, you can't really survive anywhere in the US on min. wage LOL. But disregarding that point, as a lazy fat bum working for a wage, I want to do better / have a career because I have my own aspirations other than women. But having a fufilling romantic life is very important to me, its a central pillar, along with having enough money, good health, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 09:45 AM

I would half agree (I am a man). Getting laid is very important to men's ego & self-worth. Testosterone makes men pretty horny, and social norms also dictate that we have to approach women if we want anything. On the other hand, men can and do have higher purposes besides getting laid. If you have already gotten laid a couple of times, then it is a lot easy to focus these other things, because you don't feel like you are "missing out."

Oh no men like food! He must want a live in mommy! Just telling you what men like bro. And yea if Im the only one working she is gonna have to cook. If we are both working then we should split all the housework, chores, and cooking since we are both working.

If I loose weight I wont be ugly anymore. I wasnt fat once upon a time and I had much more success with women. I wasnt gorgeous by any means either, i was just a normal looking white dude, but I had a lot more sucess. I dont blame them for not wanting me now. Then covid happened and I let myself go and Ive been fighting to get back ever since. Its hard when youre working 10 hours a day, I barely have the energy to cook dinner much less go to the gym. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ oh well.

Okay perhaps not 60-80% of ALL women but I crrtaintly do tho thats its probably bc Im in college where most women are pretty normal weight and havent ballooned up. Even tno 33% of America is obese it seems like I only see 1/100 women in college who is obese and thats prob bc we have to walk everywhere to go to class.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 01:32 AM
4

but heaven forbid a woman says she prefers a handsome man over an ugly one all else being equal. The issue isn't that women prefer handsome men (since obviously, everyone wants to date attractive people!). The main issue seems to be that men find 60-80% of women attractive, while women only find 1% of men attractive so there is a huge imbalance. Ofc, female attraction works differently than men's, ofc, but women aren't even giving most average men a chance anymore
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 12:50 AM

I doubt it, because being honest would just be women saying "I really don't like 99.9% of men, and I like that .1% for reasons I can't explain" so at the end of the day, no

Technically yes. I believe in the UK for instance, legal rape is defined as "man penetrating woman" but to be fair they have another law to cover women as well that defines the opposite i think its just called sexual assault or something

American Deep South Well, there you go. I'm from the Deep South too, ofc its like that. Don't forget tho a lot of those single high school grads go to big South schools like Bama, FSU, etc and then ride the CC like there's no tomorrow. That being said, I did see a fair amount of high school sweethearts stick together and get married.

How many men are making genuine offers of commitment to women they've been dating and getting rejected? Me lol. Though I'm in a field where a lot of people prefer LTRs to hookups, so that's probably why. Most of my friends get into LTRs and almost never hookup, that includes women and men.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/22 12:51 PM
4

I'm not against women having sex before marriage. That's completely fine. It's fine if they have had many long-term relationships too. (Depends on length, but I'd say 3-4 LTRs is the goldilocks zone) The red flag is lots and lots of hookups, with few, if any, long-term relationships. What that indicates to me is that the woman (a) can't hold down a relationship and (b) she gives it up easy, so if she is making me wait, while she gave it up easy for dozens of other men, I'm not gonna stand for th…

Doing your due diligence I suppose. Tho, I will admit, one great way that women take advantage of men is to be slutty (have sex often, not being promiscuous) when they are just in a relationship and then take that away once marriage vows are taken, bc they already "secured the bag"
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/22 11:48 PM

Generally speaking, most single, lonely men are between 18-29, especially 18-23 (college age). That's when men are at their lowest SMV in their adult lives while women are at the highest, meaning there is a huge disparity. Hence why something like 20% more young men are single than young women, since many young women date up and date older men.

Yea I tend to agree with this comment. We can't force women to like us (and even if we could that would kind of defeat the point - we want women to like us for us )

I would agree since women see men with lots of female friends as "safe." Hence why gay guys tend to have lots of female friends. He can't be a creep if he has a lot of women around him, right?

Is it a dude of a different race or culture and she knows he won’t gel with friends and family? And, btw, that systemic power is held up by federal law, called Title IX, which prohibits discrimination based on sex, gender, race etc. but also can be used to prevent "hostile environments" in colleges, which can really just mean anything if you are triggered easily.

No, only if a pattern establishes itself will I feel offended if she makes me wait. If it was a one or two time thing I can understand that
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/22 05:09 AM
2

It only makes sense if you don't do random hookups. Despite what a lot of people think, sex matters to people, and it feels bad to most people that you make them wait while you "gave it up" to some random hookup. At the end of the day, it makes you feel emasculated and worth less than the other person.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/22 03:51 AM
3

Okay, that's completely fair. Its super easy to develop feelings too quickly for people and imagine a perfect life with them when you clearly aren't there yet with them in reality
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/22 03:14 AM
3

Depends on the length of waiting tbh. A few dates? Sure. 3+ months, no.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/22 03:12 AM
2

2 things can be true: (1) Women make men wait because they don't want to give it up so easily anymore after being burned by past men who want to pump and dump, which they learned the hard way (2) women should make good men wait I'm trying to see from the female perspective. Consider that they may have had sex very quickly with a guy they found attractive hoping to get into a LTR, and then he ghosted them. Consider that she doesn't want that to happen again, and so she wants to do her due diligen…

By "work" I don't think he means things like "housework" or "planning dates / trips" I think he meant (and he can correct me if I am wrong) men do all the work to establish the relationship. As in, the relationship would have never happened if the man never pursued the man
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/22 03:08 AM
4

So yes, going slower when you're really into someone makes sense, even for a dude. Unlike for women, for dudes, having a high body count isn't undesirable. In fact, its the opposite
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/22 03:06 AM
3

If sex is something your partner wants, and they have to wait for it even though your past partners didn’t, and then you try to say “well it’s because I care about you” doesn’t that seem like a mindfuck? This seems ridiculous to me
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/22 03:05 AM

he has no desirable qualities except his body she is fetishising and using him for a one night stand then kicking him out the door One of the best things to separate alphas and betas are looks. It's really that simple. You can have everything else that is desirable, but if you are ugly, its going to be a lot harder to be an "alpha" than if your handsome. Also, one thing to consider is how looks determine behavior. Let's say your a handsome guy who can pull easily. That will boost your confidence…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/22 03:02 AM

I want to say that if you ask a woman to explain why she had a threesome with a stranger and made you wait, she will give you a million excuses but never a good reason. It's not like she will just come out and be honest about it LOL
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/22 12:16 AM
7

Even if they did, so what? She has a right to change what she likes, he has a right to leave the relationship if he doesn't like that. Men want women who are prudish for everyone else and whore for thems.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/22 12:13 AM
3

Of course he's not a victim for waiting lmao. You can't be a victim of someone having different standards than you. It just is what it is. And the purpose of TRP is to advice men that they shouldn't wait around to long, because there is a strong indicator of how the relationship will be in the future
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/22 12:11 AM

A girl in the comments literally said this: Lastly, it could be that she has different rules for “this is a no-strings-attached encounter and I’ll never see you again” and “I really like you and would like to potentially date you.” That’s been the case for me in the past. When I was in “ho” mode, it didn’t matter, but if it was someone I wanted to stick around, I would wait to have sex with them for at least a month or two. A literal example of AF BB and they don't even know it.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/22 12:10 AM

Yea one of my biggest criticisms of him is that he sees women as property. TRP doesn't seen women as property, just as flawed human beings who share common traits.

Andrew Tate is a red-pill type guy Andrew Tate specifically denounced TRP when he was on the Full Send Podcast (although many of his ideas align with the Red Pill) He's been milling around for close to 10 years on Twitter, YouTube and Instagram where he was constantly banned and suppressed by the gynocentric, left-leaning Western media platforms. He only started his current MLM thing in January, according to the man himself

Cold approaches are always going to have a high failure rate if you're average. Women only like 1-5% of guys. If you don't have money, status, or charisma, it's gonna be even harder. Tough shit. That's the game, you gotta play it

Great. I can't know your personality before I actually talk with you. It would be stupid of you to expect me to filter women by their personality first. It's a lot easier for me to see if a woman is hot than it is to see if she has a good personality. I can instantly see if a girl is hot. I have to talk with you for quite some time to see if you h…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/22 12:48 AM

This is so fucking wrong like I can't even describe how wrong it is. If you are dating to marry, you seriously think you are going to meet your wife at the bar or at the club? LMAO. The brutal truth is that women don't like being cold approached because most guys are ugly and aren't good at it. But once in a while, a guy who they actually find attractive, who is charismatic, sweeps them off their feet.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/22 12:12 AM

Yea it was a response to /u/urbangoth. Like how women are put off from a man being physically attracted to them. It's so fucking dumb. "Ewww, he likes me because I'm hot!!" Like what the fuck? Obviously he likes you because you're hot. Why the fuck would I want to date an ugly girl?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/22 12:08 AM
0

So what are rhe chances if I poll 37 random women that a majority have male partners? Pretty fucking high 50%. 50% of women are single, at least depending on the age, assuming young women. That being said I have had similar experiences as OP where every girl I talk to is taken. Cuz their all attractive. All the attractive girls are taken, obv.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/22 12:05 AM
2

Okay, let me ask a question. Why the FUCK would you try to date a girl you weren't physically attracted to? Like wtf are you doing? That's literally the most basic qualification
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/22 12:03 AM
3

Women don't generally like cold approaches unless it's in an environment where it's normal (club, bar, social event). They don't even like it there. The common denominator is that they like cold approaches from guys they are attracted to, and they don't like cold approaches from guys they don't like.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/22 12:02 AM

Perhaps your approach is bad? You need to analyze what you did, how the women reacted, and change your approach. Stop doing things that push them away, and keep doing the things they like. Improvise, adapt, overcome

Yea, I know, its looks, status, & money. The more of those three things you have, the more shit you can put up with. The ugly, loser, broke guy will have to put up with a whole lot of shit to keep his girl. The rich, beautiful, high-status man can tell women to fuck off if she doesn't do what he wants, cuz he's hard to replace

Have you considered that it may also be biological? Humans have been around for 100,000 years +. Modern dating has only been a thing for 40 years or so. Women have much more to lose from being promiscuous (pregnancy), so they have evolved to be content being single and not be horny all the time, while men have evolved to be horny all the time to maximize the number of offspring. People say mind over matter, but hormones are very strong

ideal man is college educated 40% of men white 60% of men earning $60k+ Half of men, though many non-college men can make more than this via trades, would you disqualified a blue collar guy who made more than $60k if he didn't go to college? 6ft+ 14.5% of men. Honestly these aren't bad standards tbh, at least the income isn't something way out of the ordinary like $100k or more (16% of men). I really don't want to wade into these waters, but it seems like women really don't know what's best for themselves, even though they claim to do. One reason for this may be that they try to do things they think will make them happier, but it turns out it doesn't. For instance, many women choose to be promiscuous and have lots of sex, thinking it will make them happier, when it never does. Women are, on average, much more unhappy and much more medicated today than they were pre-feminism and pre-…

Every woman (actually basically most females in the animal kingdom also) will choose a partner that can provide for her and her family. Remember if the wage gap is zero, that means half of guys are make less than half of women and vice versa. That means on average, 1 out of every 2 guys you meet will make …

Figure A - body count vs risk of divorce I doubt many people have had just one sexual partner by that age. I agree, this isn't the 1950s anymore. Personally, I think anywhere from 3-6 prior sexual partners is the sweet spot. Preferably you want to marry a woman who has had several very long relationships vs many short-term ones. What this shows is the ability to stay committed and loyal, and its understandable people will have had relationships and broken up, things just don't work out sometimes…

Plenty of 'sluts' get married or in long terms [relationships] Sure, but the divorce rates are much higher. If a woman is married to the only guy she has ever had sex with, the chances of divorce are 20. If a woman marries the 15th guy she slept with, or higher, the chances of divorce go up to 80%. That's the whole point. Ofc "sluts" can get married, that's not the point. The point is that marrying them is incredibly risky. Did you know some people 'sleep around' because they like sex? I used to agree with OP, but after reading a bunch of arguments about why casual sex is bad, I actually agree with your point. Sleeping around a lot destroys pair bonding and has negative effects on your ability to form healthy relationships, that goes for guys and gals. I agree that its harder for men to sleep around, which is why its applauded vs criticized, but its still not good for you. Both sexes should not be promiscuous, both should be trying to form LTRs

Why not improve your wealth and join for benefits as well? Wouldn’t that make you more wealthy? Tax benefits plus two incomes. 2 reasons: (1) 50% of marriages end in divorce and 70% of those divorces are initiated by women and (2) divorce is the #1 most financial destructive thing that will happen to men on average. So you are basically betting 50% of your assets on marriage.

Considering 30% of America is obese, and another 33% is overweight, that's like 66% of America that used to be at minimum okay-looking but probably pretty attractive but are now ugly because they're fat. So that means that 30 out of a 100 women aged 18-25 will get pregnant after using condoms as sole birth control, after a years time. This is such a weird statistic to me. Does that mean that someone who has sex 104 times a year and a person who has sex once a year have the same likelihood of getting pregnant if they use condoms? I doubt that 50% of marriages end in divorce because of abuse. Could be infidelity. Could be irreconcilable differences. Could just be that they aren't in love anymore. Right, but to add to this, doing house work was a lot more labor intensive before modern inventions. Yeah the worst case scenario guys give on here — woman marries for financial security and stops having sex — was way more common back then. But I don't think we can go back, the cat's already out of the bag.

Pandas overall are a fucked up species. I mean they're cute asl, but they're literally carnivores that have somehow evolved to only eat grass(bamboo), and because of the low-calorie density of grass, their reproductive cycle has been fucked up and they can't cope with environmental changes.

If women vetted like I did and only had sex with men who were a fantastic lay, male sexlessness would increase even more. Maybe, though maybe it would encourage men to learn on their own how to pleasure a woman if woman made that really important when hooking up.

Women still like sex. You say this, but I keep getting this vibe that a lot of women hate sex. Maybe it's because they have had a lot of poor sexual experiences where the man never made them cum, so they didn't enjoy it, and therefore the entire idea of sex is tarnished in their head as unenjoyable. I also think that they think that it's disgusting how desperate men can be for sex, and that is another major turn-off for them. IDK maybe a woman here can enlighten me.

I tend to agree with most of what you said, but I also think it's sad that those guys have basically entered into a negative spiral of hate and rejection. Get rejected by women --> ego hurt --> hate women --> get rejected by more women --> repeat. As someone struggling with this myself, it's hard to stay positive. I know I need to have a positive attitude, but rejection is never fun, and the easiest thing to do is to blame the other person and not yourself. Instead, men need to realize the probl…

There is probably some truth to this. The way I figure, ugly guys are bitter at women for always rejecting them, so they develop misogynistic beliefs & grow to hate women. On the other hand, while hot guys can get frustrated with women, they still feel validated by them because the women sleep with them. The women aren't an affront to their ego, the same way women hurt ugly men's egos by rejecting them.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/22 08:42 PM

I'm pretty sure that misconception began based on the interactions some men had with women where the woman would say "Why do I keep dating all these jerks (chads/athletes), why can I just have a nice guy like you," or, "I think you're a nice guy, but I'm just not that into you." So a lot of people got the idea that nice guys finish last (debatable) and therefore, assholes finish first, and therefore ugly guys are "nice guys" and attractive guys are "assholes."

I can't & won't force women to adopt my values. To further answer your question, socialization is "the process of learning to behave in a way that is acceptable to society." How do we socialize with anybody in society? How do children in American society grow up to believe in certain values over others? There are several people and institutions that have a large effect on the social values of children. In the past, it was mainly parents & religious institutions. After 1900, school became a major…

Depends on the woman. If she is just seeing you, I could wait for a few months, if she is actively talking to other men and/or gave it up easily before, then I won't wait for a long time, because its not okay imo that I have to wait, while she didn't make others wait. What is it with this constant telling people what to do. Why is telling someone what to do a bad thing? If you tell your kid not to touch the stove, because they'll get hurt, don't you think it's foolish for the kid to say "Fuck you, don't tell me what to do, I'm gonna do whatever I want!." The whole point is teaching people to avoid behaviors that will make them unhappy.

Are women supposed to be obligated to agree to sex when they don't want to? R: Of course not, we merely want acknowledgement that it is a problem. Pretty common sense something like 80% of the population is overweight, and most people are attracted to fit, healthy-weight people, it's not rocket science. That being said though, I don't know what race you are, but staying fit & not being fat is good advice for any person, man or woman, if they want to attracted more of the opposite sex.

I mean the issue is in what you just said. Men can put in effort. Lie. Manipulate and cheat to get sex. And they will do all of that just for sex. How much vetting can you do if someone is willing and able to look you in the eye and lie? Honestly, if all women applied an equal standard of vetting a guy for a month or two, it would improve things. No matter how manipulative or deceitful guys can be, leakage, where their true colors show, inevitably happens. You can't put on a face forever. Althou…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/22 08:38 PM

This is because women are told from a young age, usually by men, that other men will only want one thing, and that they will do/say anything to get it. This is pretty accurate imo, and I'm saying that as a man.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/22 08:35 PM

I mean, I've given up on dating, though I'm not average, I'm below average, and I live in an apt I pay for myself and have a full-time job. Kind of disingenuous to disparage all demoralized men as "losers in their moms basement" when many are just average men, living and working, who are fed up with the current dating scene.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/22 08:34 PM

Out of curiosity, what does your flair mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/22 08:33 PM

How does lots of partners equal commitment issues? First, having lots of premartial sex increases the odds of divorce. This study didn't analyze the effect of higher n-counts on the stability of regular relationships, but I think it's fair to conclude that if higher n-counts lead to higher divorce rates, where separation is much harder & almost always requires hefty lawyer fees, that it would also increase the rate of infidelity & split-ups in regular relationships, where you can simply walk awa…

There is a big difference between "me" and the "average person." If the average person has an opinion, that opinion holds more value in society than if an individual holds it. It makes him desirable because he's been preselected so he's "safe." A guy who is a virgin past early college is a red-flag because no women has ever wanted to touch him, and that sets off warning bells in the woman's mind. You know how much they overthink things.

No by “oppress” i was referring to stoning women for adultery and other forms of capital punishment. Okay that is too far. Even if what you’re saying is true, it’s no excuse to shame women by calling them “impure” “tainted” and “corrupted”. Why is there no excuse. Shame works. If society wants to discourage a certain behavior, it typically uses shame. If there was no shame in doing something, more people would do it. Correct. I would argue that the SMV of a women peaks when she has had a few relationships, maybe 1-3, and then rapidly goes down after that. Some men prefer virgins, but I think the average guy is fine if the woman is not a virgin, I mean that is very rare unless you're in high school. I would argue that 1-3 bodies are optimal. You want a girl who has had a couple of long-term relationships but isn't jumping from man to man. If she's stayed in a relationship for years, it means she's loyal, but …

having sex makes a woman less valuable somehow Having "sex" in and of itself doesn't make women less valuable, its the number of sexual partners. If a woman has dated 2 guys, and had sex 500 times between the two of them, she has more value than a woman who has had sex 100 times each with 10 different guys, even though the total quantity of sex had is the same.

At the end of the day people are making decisions to date or not date certain people based on certain criteria. Those with that criteria are deemed high value and those that dont are deemed low value. Value is usually determined by how much people want something. If there is only 1 of a certain item and the whole world wsnts it. That item is valuable. High value men are men who a lot of women want and low value men are men most if not all women do not want.

Getting pregnant in 2022 is entirely your own fault and 100% preventable. As for violent men, I understand that most men start seeming nice to most women and then turn ugly later when they "lock down the relationship." Women try to avoid this by noticing weird behaviors beforehand that would signal potenti…

Fair, although if women were so good at avoiding dangerous men when dating, then why are so many women abused, both psychologically and physically, by their boyfriends & husbands?

Absolutely. You are the reason he didnt get sex. However, just he does not have the right to physicslly attack you or harass you or stalk you because of that though. He can get upset about it, but thats it.

You haven’t had happiest times when single? Nope. Wdym Women are fundamentally wired to be picky. Sex has grave consequences for them - i.e. pregnancy. Contraception & sex w/o a risk of pregnancy has only been a thing for less than 100 years. Men on the other hand are wired to fuck as many women as possible to spread their genes. Testosterone makes us extremely, extremely horny.

Like you won’t die if you don’t have sex Obviously. You also won't die if your family never speaks with you again, you lose your job, and your dog dies, all at once, but it is completely valid to be very upset and depressed about that

If you’re not happy single you’re not gonna be happy in a relationship This is not true. The happiest times in my life were when I was in a loving relationship. The women I’ve met who have never dated aren’t suicidal by it Of course, because women are wired differently than men. It's that simple.

maybe guys understand the subtle hint that if no woman has expressed any sort of interest in you up until the point you are 25. Maybe you are unattractive? LOL, I am well aware of this
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/22 12:08 AM

Bc you don’t need sex This is incorrect. You don't need it to "live" but it is a very important part of life. Men just aren't wired to be "content" not having sex.

being single shouldn’t lead you to suicide If you are young and have had zero success and have been single all your life then thinking about suicide is completely valid - you feel like you are failing at life. Shouldn’t there be more encouragement of male friendship then? Male friendships can be great, but they are no replacement for sex. I have tons of male friends and get along with them great. They are not a replacement for sex or romantic relationships. I cannot be romantic or have sex with …

Got this one really smart average guy I know, was fucking considering suicide over how lonely he was. He was basically treated like shit constantly by women. It was sad. This is me on my bad days. I try to ignore sex & relationships because I have very little sex and whenever I see someone in a happy relationship it makes me sad & depressed.

Honestly 11% isn't that bad tbh. I could consider that fairly normal. Its once you start getting into the 1/50 or 1/100 that I think standars get a little too high.

Of just men or men and women bc if it’s both how does that indicate it’s hard for men to get LTR, isn’t it just hard in general? 50% of men ages 18-29 are single, while 31% of women ages 18-29 are single. By and large, younger women are choosing to date men over 29 more and more than men around their age. Because of this, more and more middle-aged women are single, because men their age are choosing to date down (having lost out on dating in their 20s because girls their age were dating older me…

How common? At the moment, something like 50% of 18-29-year-olds are single, and 1/3 are virgins. That number used to be a lot smaller. Just one generation ago, 10% of 18-29-year-olds were virgins. Once they enter an LTR they discover that their GF settled and aren’t even that attracted to them in the first place How do they figure this out? How common is this? IDK how "common" this is, but you can figure it out over time.

It's been that way for 2,000 years and it will continue to be that way. Here is what Ovid said: A mistress, though, doesn’t float down from the sky: You have to seek out the one who’s caught your eye. A hunter has to work, Know where to spread his stag-nets, in which glens boars lurk, A fowler’s familiar with copses, fishermen learn Which streams are the most rewarding, and you, if you yearn For a long-term affair, won’t have one till you’ve found The places where girls are thick on the ground.

I am mainly focused on the first year or 2. I was thinking about this earlier today. I am not opposed to both parents working, but one or both should stay home for that first year or two. Also, mothers are literally designed to care for the kid that first year. Men can't breastfeed. So while Mom is doing that, Dad can focus on making it easy around the house so she doesn't have to worry about those things & can focus on the child.

Depends, though I will say no. I rarely if ever come across a stinky guy, unless I am working at a job site or playing sports. Also, the same dirty, stinky man would be attractive if he was fit & a working man bc he would be masculine. It's mainly stinky fat men they are grossed out by, but even if the fat guy wasn't stinky, put on deodorant, and wore cologne, they would still be disgusted by them.

At least in America, college-educated women are the least likely to shack up & marry because women make up 60% of college grads & don't want to date down. On top of that, their obsession with their career leads them to put dating on the backburner until they hit the wall and they become cat ladies medicated on anti-depressants. We should teach them too. The whole system should. Parents, media, schools, etc. In our current society, there isn't much of an effort to shape the beliefs of young people. You have to understand women communicate covertly. They very rarely overtly say what they mean. "He's a nice guy" means "I'm not interested" "I just am not ready for a relationship" means "I don't want to date you" "Let's take a break" means "This isn't working out and I want to break up", "I'm not looking for anything right now" means "the right guy just hasn't come along yet, all the men I know are unacceptable" "
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/22 10:01 PM

Women will say men just need to work harder. That is a big frustration with men. We have to be perfect to be acceptable. We have to be charismastic, fit, have a great job (more than $100k), a car, stable life, mature, etc. And while we want to have all those things regardless of women, many men don't have those things and still work hard. We have to have all this shit just to be "the bare minimum," meanwhile if a woman has a vagina and isn't fat she is acceptable to most men. This is in essence …

Yes, precisely. Through DNA analysis we have discovered that after humans transitioned from hunter gatherers to agriculture, the number of men reproducing fell dramatically while the number of women reproducing stayed the same. For every 1 man who reproduced, 17 women reproduced on average. This indicates that once people began to accumulate wealth due to being stationary and not being constrained to only what they could carry, warlords began to build larger and larger harems of women. When all …

/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/22 07:50 PM

Well yea we cuz we know how women are. Women are hypergamous. Men are in constant competition with each other. Marriage was invented to basically lock down women for life to 1 sexual partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/22 07:48 PM
10

A lot of women just don't want men anymore now that we have options. Men essentially trapped women into relationships in the past. I have a theory that we went through this before and men created social norms to prevent it from happening again which have broken down because of the rise of female liberation movements. Men basically realized that women, when left alone to choose, are way to powerful, and the men came together to fix it with things like purity culture & arranged marriages.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/22 07:47 PM

I think the women are happy with it, but the men are very upset. If you look at the research, most single women are single voluntarily, while most single men are looking but can't find anyone.

If you between 18-23, money doesn't really matter a whole lot to women because everyone is still in college. Granted, it is nice, but you don't have to be rich. They also don't expect as much because they are also poor. It's only once they graduate and start earning a real salary that their wealth expectations increase.

As much as RP says "women would rather share a high-value man" I don't think that is true. Almost every woman I know would not continue dating a man who is sleeping with other women. What is most likely happening is that the women think they are seeing the HVM exclusively, but aren't.

Very good comment. But it often happens that a woman will pick a really good looking piece of bread that happens to be poisoned insyead of a normal looking piece of bread because she only wants the best. After picking the good looking bread and getting food poisoning a few times she gets jaded and decides to stop eating bread altogether no matter how good it looks.

In regards to fitness, Europeans tend to have less fast food and walk more, hence their better fitness. Americans are pumped full of processed foods on the regular and travel mostly by car. Extremely muscular people are a reaction to this.

I'm only turned on sexually by people I like, trust and admire. This is fascinating to me. I assume you are a woman. As a man, I can literally be turned on by a woman within .5 seconds of seeing her and get butterflies in my stomach.

Generally speaking most people don’t get married and have kids assuming they are going to wind up divorced. This sounds obvious asl, but I can assure you that every single engaged couple does not think they will get divorced, yet 50% will.

but if all your ex-partners are narcissists, that says something about you. It's probably because narcissism is highly correlated with confidence which women find attractive. People who are the opposite of narcissists, people-pleasers, come off as insecure and weak to most women

It's like how women all of a sudden learned about "gaslighting, love bombing, & trauma dumping" and now use those things to describe every ex. Like no Becky, you're just bitter.

One of the problems with this, IMO, is that people leave at the very first obstacle. Obviously, there are some major red flags & warning signs that should trigger a breakup, for example, toxic and controlling behavior, constant belittling, etc., but many people give up after minor setbacks which are part of every relationship. Like, oh, we had an argument where all we did was get mad at each other (nothing physical), time to abandon ship.

There is a difference between washing your dick regularely and shaving it down to the skin. The latter wasnt very common until very recently. Also on the flip side ladies flip out when men tell them to shave their armpits and pussies because its "natural". Nice double standards

Add sexual acts to the list of things women should never, ever reveal to insecure partners. I mean, this is exactly what I want. I don't want my GF telling me about past sexual escapades with other men. It's just gross. I know she has done it, and I'll accept that, but I don't want to hear the details.

Evidence? Its not 10,000BC anymore people have knives and guns. A woman can easily shoot and kill someone. Its not that hard to stab someone. And thats just physical violence. Verbal abuse can be just as traumatizing. Brute strength isnt always the deciding factor in a fight. The facts show that women in romantic relationships are far more violent and unstable than couples in a hetero relationship. Just because you are a man, doesnt mean you are masculine. Not how it works. James Charles wears makeup and dresses like a girl. He does not act masculine. So despite being a man, he cannot be described as masculine. Therefore just because you are a man, it does not mean tou are masculine. Simple logic.
/r/MensRights27/05/22 07:14 AM

Not how it works bro. If masculinity is "everything and anything you want it to be" then there is no definition. There is no way to differentiate between masculine and not masculine which is absurd. Dont you get it ?

I have heard (either from internet or tv can't remember) someone congratulating the guy for losing their virginity, because the guy became a man by losing it. So sex for men could also be seen as a rite of passage where a boy becomes a man. So part of the frustration could be because the guys don't see themselves as men just because they are virgins. A lot of women say we should change these social norms, but I don't think they ever will. 100,000 years of human history and this is how it has bee…

I would give you gold but I am not sending Reddit my money LOL. This is PRECISELY why prostitution doesn't fix incels. We want women who want to have sex with us because they like us, not because they paid them. Getting a prostitute is akin to "selling out"

One compounding variable in that could have been the Internet. In the past, it was much harder to be socially isolated. Today, it is much easier to stay in your house, surf the Internet, play video games, and not be bored. In the past you would get bored pretty easily and most people would go out and do something, anything, and therefore interact with other people. I think that is a big variable that has changed between now and the past. The Buffalo shooter notoriously got radicalized on the Int…

Also a lack of sex. I can't think of a shooter who was able to get laid frequently. ALmost all were perpeutally bad with women and complete virgins. Sex is a naturally studied stress-reliever, men who go wthout it get more frustrated overtime. True, but this is a chicken-and-egg problem. Where they angry because they had no sex, or did they not have sex because they were angry, scary misogynists? The answer is likely both. Unlike rice farmers in Vietnam, American conservatives have a lot more to lose from engaging in an insurgency. The VC were already living in poverty. American gun-nuts live comfortably in suburbs and have easy access to food and medication. This is all LARPing on a massive scale.

Women seem to be more content not having sex than men are. Even if they are equally distressed from lack of sex, men are much more violent by nature (downvote me all you want, but it's true, something like 90% of murders are committed by men).
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/22 06:41 PM

If you suggest that men are upset because they aren't getting sex, the ladies will get mad and say "men aren't entitled to sex." Of course not, but we need to find a way to prevent angry, sexually-frustrated men from committing acts of mass violence.

If we continue this metaphor of food = sex, then stale bread would mean I at least have access to bad sex, which I do not. Believe me, I have tried. I've tried lowering my standards, but it didn't work. People think fat / ugly girls are "easier" than attractive girls, in reality, they aren't. Metaphor: Men are starving in the desert with no food at all, except maybe some stale bread. Bro, you're missig the point. You have to learn to walk before you can run. If you're uncomfortable simply talking to women with no intention of dating, then you are going to crash and burn at flirting.

Flirting isn't just trying to get a woman to fuck you after you just met. It's escalation. You are communicating to her your intent that you want to be more than friends. But you are doing it covertly. Insted of saying "I like you and I want to fuck you," you are subtly letting her figure it out. It's like a game.

Okay, obviously small talk does not lead to fucking. I know that. I am working on this too. You gotta banter & flirt. Being freaky in bed does not mean she is a slut. I thought of this yesterday, but a girl having sex 1000 times with 1 guy over 5 years is, in my opinion, less slutty than a girl who had sex 100 times with 50 different men over 5 years. The first is actually exactly what we want - a loyal girl with a high sex drive, while the 2nd girl has shown through her actions that she can't settle down and is likely to cheat. TBH, that is where all slut shaming originates from - its a defensive against futur…

Idk why any man would be scared off by a woman who is wild in bed ... that's literally every man's dream LOL. I think if women want to avoid being slut shamed the easiest way to do that would be to keep the n-count low and not dress like a slut. Honestly, if a woman does those 2 things, most guys will not think she is a slut. I'm not saying women need to be wearing extremely modest outfits, no, just don't dress like Maddie from Euphoria when she was at the fair

The funny thing that got me is that she said that when she is in a relationship, she likes to tone down her sexuality. She said she doesn't like to get too wild or crazy because she doesn't want her partner to judge her for her sexual side. That made me laugh, because most men want their woman to have a wild side with them when it comes to sex. This is extremely ironic to me. One of the best ways to keep your man happy is to have lots of awesome sex with him.

I think the RP is largely silent on same sex relationships because the RP came about as a result of male sexual frustration, and it seems like LGBT people, especially with modern OLD apps, have a much easier time finding sexual partners and thus dont worry about this kind of thing. Same reason why sexully successful men dont know or care about the RP. They arent frustrated and unable to find sex.

No woman has ever failed to "treat me as a person," but there is definitely this level of anxiety and fear women have around men they don't know. They see you as a potential threat until they get to know you ( and even then)

Okay bro. You do you. The problem with going thru life always worried abt what others think is yoh live in a cage constructed by your own fears. Youll never do or accomplish anything. Learn small talk bro. If you want to cold approach dont even try to flirt you just start by making small talk with no other intent than to try to have a conversation. Its reallt easy.

manipulate women for sex Unfortunately, until good behavior is rewarded with sex, men will manipulate women and lie to them to get sex because it works better than being honest and nice. Men will do whatever it takes to get sex, and if it takes manipulation, they will do that. You cant expect to tell a guy to act nice and honest to women but then tell him to keep hoping a woman will sleep with him, meanwhile, the serial manipulators are out here getting laid regularly. Perhaps, but also stubborn as fuck, unfortunately. They never told me their total net worth but I think it was around $3 million before the divorce. Most of that was savings and the house though.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/22 01:23 PM

Great. Thats easy if you have been married for a few months, but hard to distinguish if you have been married for years. On top of that, you have to lay divorce lawyers. I know from my parents bad divorce that payment to lawyers took over 1/3 of their combined assets. Thats money they could have used for me or my sisters college or their retirement that went to some cockroach lawyer.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/22 01:13 PM

Not every woman has a job during marriage. Many are stay at home moms (which can be really good!) Regardless even if they have a job the assets are shared in the marriage and in a divorce they need to be split. That causes conflict. Even if financials didnt cause a problem in the divorce there is still the issue of kids.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/22 01:08 PM

The only explanation I can come up with is that people who get married "straight away" have a more intense love that can withstand the ups and downs of life, while people who "take it slow" and cohabitate just aren't that madly in love with each other and as time goes on they are more likely to drift apart and get a divorce. Just my 2 cents

Correction, it’s the only reason you’re dating and the same can be said for most men. If sex wasn’t offered in relationships, men wouldn’t date. Companionship be dammed. Honestly, you are probably right. I am much more comfortable hanging around my guy friends than girls. This is actually a profound statement because how many guys do you think would actually be friends with women if sex was not on the table? How many guys actually enjoy the company of a girl, just as a friend? IDK, it's impossib…

Culture has a massive impact. I would contend that there are some physical features that people find attractive across cultures, such as facial shape, but other factors can definitely change. For instance, foot binding used to be a way for women to show their beauty in pre-communist China. Google pictures of foot binding. It's disgusting. This is an exaggerated example, but important, because it means that less extreme attractive features could also be determined by culture.

Side note to this comment - knowing how someone behaves when they live with you 24/7 is extremely important for marriage, bc most people have quirks that you might not like, and they're not always stunning & wearing makeup. People have disgusting habits sometimes. People wake up and look gross. If you live with the person and still love the whole them, not just their best self, that means that they are potentially a good marriage partner. The best way to test this to me seems to be cohabitation …

Depends on what you mean by settling. Another comment on here addressed this. If you mean "settling down" by marrying & having kids and no longer going out and clubbing/hooking up, that is 100% what I plan to do. If you mean "settle," as in marry a woman who I think is very unattractive because I have no other option, then no, I won't do that. Marriage is already rigged against men. Why would I risk half of my assets and put kids thru a bad marriage, which will inevitably result from marrying do…

Women have social lives that they spend years cultivating for a support network while men tend to rely on their partner for emotional support. One way I think you can explain this is that men are always in constant competition, while women seem to see other women as partners, not competition. Admitting your weakness to other men seems to be unmanly for a lot of men, and it seems a lot of women also get the ick from men revealing their weaknesses.

/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/22 12:49 AM

Can you explain this further? I feel like woman take more work to keep happy than men. Most reasons for men divorcing their wives are because of lack of sex, while most reasons for women divorcing their husbands are infidelity, irreconciable differences, etc. It seems to me that if a woman wants to keep her man happy, all she has to do is give him regular sex, and he will be happy, while men have to put in more work than just regular sex to keep their woman happy.

My personal theory is that men's value in society, their manliness(?) is judged by how many women they can court. Men with low body counts, or no GF or wife are judged to be low-value. The more women they court, the more their value as a "man" increases in the eyes of other men & society as a whole. Other men look up to men who have a lot of success in the sexual marketplace, while men look down on men who struggle. Thus, a man who has trouble courting women is judged to be low-value. On the oth…

Its entirely possible. Im in college and go to college parties often and found that women seem to show more interest when their drunk. However I am also drunk during these parties and probably miss all their social cues. Like for example at this one party I was talking to this girl who was super smily and enthusiastic. I think he's incorrect. The data shows that young men, 18-29, are much more likely (50% vs 30%) than their female counterparts to be single. That's probably because young women are dating older dudes. Those stats flip in older age. Women tend to be the single ones in older cohorts. Another explanation is that there are a lot of side pieces who think they are "dating" their sneaky link. So if I guy has 2 sneaky links and 1 LTR GF, that means there are 2 single dudes but 3 "taken" women.

Yea, I get what your saying. But even for my lady friends who know me well, still, zero attraction (cuz Im obese and unattractive, working on that tho :) As you said, ladies build their attraction over time. But, the same cannot be said for women who only rarely get asked out, if at all. These women may not verbalize their desire about being asked out in public more for many reasons, i.e. they don’t want to invalidate other women’s experiences, they don’t want to come off as desperate or presumptuous, or maybe they don’t even fully recognize the desire within themselves. This is God's honest truth. Couldn't have said it better myself. That being said, if she doesn't bring it up early on, she will definitely bring up her sexual past at some point because she trusts you, and its up to you how you react. Personally, I never want to hear about my girl's hoe phase. Please keep it to yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 07:40 AM
24

IDK, I have some female friends who do this too. And its graphic. I think "Why are you telling me this bro? You know I am straight guy?" My only guess is they do it because they talk about with their female friends, and so the behavior is normal, and when they talk to a guy, its like a habit. Anyways, one of the things you should avoid talking about with strangers is the R.A.P.E. acronym - religion, abortion, politics, exes.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 07:39 AM
11

This is a very hot take, but it's true. The reason is because before guys have sex, they glorify it and think it is the "end all be all experience," but the only way to get it is to convince a woman to do it with you, so they only treat women as a vehicle for that end. Once they have sex, and it's no longer glorified, they start caring about other things. Perhaps. IDK
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 07:34 AM

I dont think u can realize it fully until you experience it for yourself. Its like reading about an event vs witnessing it in person. Also as a virgin I can tell u from experience that I still see sex that way. People tell me its not all that but as someone who has never had it i dont know. Ive never experienced it before.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 07:25 AM

Proof? Also ur friends are gay. Ofc they see it different they dont want to have sex with you. Your gay friends see u the way I see my guy friends - completely platonically Also I can confirm a lot of male virgins do idolize pussy and put it on a pedestal.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 07:23 AM

Id argue that personality plays a role but its not as important. If she is a toxic controlling abusive bitch but the sex is really good he might stay. If shes the perfect wife except she never wants sex he will leave. World isnt black and white. That being said once sex happens often ppl are more reluctant to leave which is one reason women might be so cautious. They dont want to catch feelings for the wrong person.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 07:21 AM

The best way to describe it is that sex is a very important part of the equation, but not the only part. It's like your applying to college and did a bunch of extracurriculars, but your GPA is a 1.5. Both GPA and extracurriculars count. Similarily, both sex and personality matter, but with sex, personality doesn't matter, and even with sex, personality could be a problem too that ends the relationship. If a woman doesn't want to have sex with a man, there is no reason for the man to date her. If…

Who says we are equal now tho? That is all that matters? There has been plenty of time for women to create a matriarchy / female-dominated society, which they largely have. All that matters is who has power now, not who has power yesterday. It's like telling a Palestinian suffering under Israeli apartheid that "Well, the Jews got massacred during the Holocaust, so you can't complain." The oppressed can absolutely become the oppressors, and more often than not, they do.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 01:56 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 01:54 AM

This is true, but beggars can't be choosers. At the end of the day, women are the gatekeepers of sex. End of story.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 01:53 AM

18-29 single guys have it the worst bc we don't reach our peak SMV until 36, because women are looking for things like maturity, stability, and money, while men care more about looks. If you look at a profile of single Americans, you will find 20% more 18-29 men are single than 18-29 women, because those young women are dating men older than 29.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 01:53 AM
1

So women don’t enjoy sex as much? Studies says otherwise. I'm pretty sure most studies say women don't orgasm that often during PiV unless their partner does a lot of foreplay and knows how to turn them on. Something like fewer than 30% of women orgasm during sex or something crazy like that which is why a lot of women turn to toys to finish. That being said, I personally will try to make her finish bc I care about my partner, but a lot of men want to just pump and dump and then leave, esp. with…

Scarcity of women who are willing to do that mainly. That being said, you could absolutely try, you will just probably have a lot of dates and no LTRs. The average man can't afford to make big demands like that in the sexual marketplace because at the end of the day, beggars can't be choosers.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 01:50 AM
8

Because sex is fun, and that is a big reason I am dating. You might say, "get a prostitute" but that's inauthentic because I am paying for it. You get validation and an emotional connection and sometimes even love from someone who actually WANTS to sleep with you compared to sleeping with someone who is doing it because you paid them. Sex with someone you love is very different from someone who you aren't in love with. That's it.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 01:49 AM

I'm gonna half-disagree since as a man I do care a whole lot about sex and will not be in a romantic relationship or marriage if sex is not on the table. Then again, women know saying those things drive us crazy so that is why they say it. They're just trying to make you angry. The best way to respond is to just agree and amplify instead of denying it.

I do not at all trust a childfree man unless he's already gotten a vasectomy I mean that is one way to go through life, but kinda sucks. Imagine going through life not trusting anybody LOL I tell men in my life, if you are childfree, that means that you will be correctly wearing a condom that you provide every single time you have sex until you get a successful vasectomy. Why do I have to provide it? If you don't trust me then wouldn't it make sense for YOU to provide it so I don't put any holes…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 01:42 AM

Vasectomies reversals are expensive and sometimes don't work. The end results are similar to getting your balls or ovaries removed in terms of fertlility. Furthermore, vasectomies are out of the question for young men on a tight budget and irrelevant when condoms work just fine

Cognitive-behavioral therapy is useless for many guys in our situation. What many need instead is motivation, which in some cases can come from a life coach. In a study of over 250 self-indentified incels, only 51.5% said they had ever tried therapy, and only 15 of those said therapy made them feel better (Speckherd, Ellenberg, Morton et. al, 2021). Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) is mainly focused on getting people to come to conclusion, not giving actual, practical advice. As some who has bee…

I suppose. When people feel sad they want to talk about it. No one wants to blame themselves. Maturing is ofc realizing that you are the problem not other people.

TBF, I think online dating is much better for older folks like you. My Dad found his fiance on a dating app like you after his divorce. Most older women are experienced and no what they want. They aren't looking to waste their time. They are looking for life-partners or a good partner, not a quick bang.

I thought girls go to the gym to work out and not be hit on. Well, they do. No one goes to the gym with the sole intent of being hit on by hot guys. Also, most of the time, the guys hitting on the girl are not her type and come off creepy. The main way to get a girl at the gym is to be very attractive or slowly start talking to her and get her number later on instead of immediately approaching, calling her cute and asking for numbers.

IK that can be intimidating but its a good life skill to have. Learn to make small talk. Here is a book. Also I must warn you that reading is not going to make you a better small-talker. The best things to do are activities that you are actually interested in, because if meeting the girl goes wrong, you can still have fun with the activity you like. It's like backup. For me, I like outdoors stuff like hiking and kayaking. I don't have a lot of free time or money, but if I did I would go more often to dance classes such as two-stepping.

Not a woman, but from what I have heard from a lot of women, they prefer to meet guys in places where there is no alcohol and an easy out. They are nervous around guys who have been drinking, bc we are bigger and stronger, which is why when they go to the bar or clubbing its usually in groups, for protection.

I mean, yes, without a doubt. Self-esteem is directly related to how much you care about how much others care about you. Obviously, like with all things, there is a limit to this. You should care to an extent what other people think about you. Reputation is important. But with women who you are meeting at a bar, who you will literally never see again, it really doesn't matter how she reacts to your pickup game. If she thinks you're a creep and slaps you across the face so what? You're never goin…

Its impossible to censor TRP ideology bc there will ALWAYS be sexually frustrated men. Its like denying people drinking water and then trying to stop them from talking about ways for them to get more water.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/22 05:28 AM
1

Rollo Tomassi preaches that. The female imperative wishes to silence TRP bc it gives men a leg up in the war between the sexes. By keeping men BPd and ignorant, they can more easily manipulate men and keep women in power.

People are going to say whatever they want bro. Its up to you to figure out how you are going to react to what they say. Anyways caring what women think is beta and shows neediness and lack of self confidence. Learn to not give a shit. The less you care about what they think, the less you care about needing their validation, the more they are attracted to you.

Women like to call men entitled bc they know it drives us up t the wall. At the end of the day, its not entitlement. Nobody likes getting rejected. It makes them feel bad. It hurts their ego. Thats literally it.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/22 04:50 AM
4

No. Personally I wouldnt recommend going around slut shaming women to their face. Just basic politeness. As always, keep negative thoughts to yourself and if u go on a date with a woman who has a high body count you can just end the dare amicably at the end or just txt her later saying you dont think it will work out. No value in telling women to their face their sluts it doesnt accomplish anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/22 04:48 AM
3

Just that. Hes normal. Nobody wants "normal". We want the best. Both sexes are always looking to level up, even guys, its just women have it easier bc guys give it up easily while women are guarded and picky. Both sexes want the best partner they can get, not some average dude.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/22 04:47 AM
9

Absolutely. Women will break all their rules for guys they are lusting hard for but will shit test the average guy bc just tolerating him in the hopes of finding "the One" and if she is just going to tolerate him he might as well be as tolerable as possible which is the purpose of rules & shit tests. Think abt it like this. Take the hottest guy known to man. Women would probably sleep with harry styles if he just asked. On the other end of the spectrum is the ugliest guy ever. Think the hunchbac…

To answer your question, yes but they are rare. Hot people can get away with being dicks, while ugly people have to learn to get along just to survive or get ahead. Ugly people, if theyre smart, realize they cant afford to be assholes.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/22 04:42 AM

Its also a very neutral way to describe someone without saying theyre "eh". If I said a person I met was just okay or average they would probably take it as an insult. People dont want to be average. "Nice" is just a little bit positive.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/22 04:40 AM

Basically what he is saying is that women will tolerate bad behavior from hot guys because they still are physically attracted to the hot guys. Looks can overcome a shitty personality, but a good personality cant overcome shitty looks. If her hot BF is a toxic asshole she will tolerate it and pretend its okay bc hes hot.

once we get a bit older and had enough from hot guys, we go for the nice guys So basically what she said is once they have their fun racking up their body counts with Chad, they hit the Wall and settle for a beta nice guy so he can financially support her stay at home mom lifestyle until he either kills himself or resigns to a dead bedroom. Most people are not chads, and most people are not overweight incels. However, most people, in the US, are either overweight or obese, and the average lifetime body count is around 5-7, so if we zoom in on young men, 18-29, it is fair to say the average man is sexually frustrated, 50% are single, and the average body count is 1 or 2, with 30% not having sex in the last year, which is basically an incel. TBF, there is a level of "treating me kindly" that goes from just being nice to having sex with me. As someone who has woman friends who are nice to be, but would never have sex, the basic "nice" still leaves me feeling empty and unwanted. By having sex we would share a special connection. Just being my friend, being nice, and laughing occasionally, while its nice, doesn't fulfill my emotional and sexual need.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/22 12:13 AM

Yes, but focus on having sex with the right person and not random people you don't have an emotional connection to. Regular sex with your GF or wife is much better than regular sex with hookers or random hookups you met at the bar

Going to the gym is not a fad, and it should be a part of every real man's weekly routine. Modern society has made us fat and lazy. It's not that they're a bitch or coward, its that they want to manipulate you. You provide something they want (money, a house, etc.) while they can go get good sex from somewhere else.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/22 08:54 PM

Yup, we know. Whoever suggests an open relationship is indicating that they are unsatisified in the relationship but doesn't want to break up because they don't want to give up the perks of being in a relationship while still not needing to have sex with you. It's a huge red flag, and you should break up. Know your worth king. A king doesn't settle for sloppy seconds.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/22 08:53 PM

I mean, even if it is scary, you have to just ignore the fear and move forward. I've been listening to some podcasts about war heros, and every single one said they were scared but they did what they did anyways. No one, even "brave" people, lacks fear. They just have enough free will to overcome their fear and not let it dictate their actions.

Not really. Harassment is repeated unwanted sexual advances. If you hit on a girl once and she says no and you say "Have a nice day" while she might be annoyed that does not rise to the level of sexual harassment. Really, you can avoid all accusations of that by not commenting on women's bodies in the first interaction. Just don't go up to a woman and say "Wow baby that ass is FAT" like ofc thats sexual harassement. Going up to a girl, talking to her, and asking her out is not sexual harassment.…

basic grooming I love how the ladies always like to pull this one out, yet basic grooming is usually not a barrier to men in the dating market. If I was to all of a sudden dress the best way possible, I can assure you, without a doubt, it would not increase my success with women at all. There is still much more that you need to be "attractive"
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/22 05:27 AM

That is absolutely correct. It shows self-control. We want prudish women who will be sluts for only us.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/22 05:24 AM

Uhhhh women don’t have sexual drives? Have you ever met a women cabrón? I’ve met women with higher sex drives than me and I’m promiscuous dab. Like my dick getting sore n shit ma give me a second to breath. I've only met 1 woman with a really high sex drive, but that might be for 2 reasons (a) I haven't met enough women and/or (b) I have never gotten close enough to women for them to feel comfortable talking about their sex lives. TBF I am not too comfortable when they talk about it either.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/22 05:24 AM

And likewise, most men do not want women they date seriously to have weak standards for who they fuck. Absolutely true. Men want prudish women who are slutty for them

Tbf there is literally nothing wrong with talking with a woman because you think she is hot. In fact, in terms of dating, men should only talk to women who they think are hot. That is the bare minimum.

True, but almost every rapist is someone the lady knew already, and almost 90% of rape and SA involves either the victim, perp, or both, consuming alcohol. So if you never drink alcohol around men, you can decrease your odds of being raped by almost 90%
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/22 05:13 AM

This is irrelevant since most prison rape is still done by a man, and most people are not in present, so this is irrelevant to dating.

To play devil's advocate, autistic men probably don't want autistic women either. On the other hand, because men value looks more than women, as long as she is pretty, he will probably be okay with it. That being said, limiting your dating pool to "autistic women" is not gonna go well at all LOL. True, but sexual harassment is usually defined as "ongoing" and not a one-off joke. If Murray had made dozens of sexually-charged inappropriate jokes to women on set (assuming what this is about), then that would be in the territory of harassment.

I would need to hear the "funny thing" to really make up my mind on this issue, that being said, this is a pretty common occurrence for men in general. I am a man so I don't know shit about this topic, but this is what I have heard (take it with a grain of salt) Women are just as horny as men, but they are much less willing to have sex than men are. For one, before contraception was invented, women had a high risk of becoming pregnant from sex. Pregnancy is 9 months of discomfort and hard work, and then you have to raise a kid for 18 years. Before modern medicine, half of the women died in pregnancy. For these reasons, women have learned to bec…

20% of men are having 80% of the casual sex with 20% of women So does that mean 80% of users are having 20% of the sex, meaning that most users actually don't hook up with anybody or find anyone because of the apps?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/22 12:20 AM

The truth is only 20% of men don’t have to jump through hoops, go through dry spells, accept flakiness, say “ you’re right it’s my fault “ even when it isn’t, sleep on the couch, treat her like she’s the prize etc I feel like HVM deal with this to, but instead of accepting this behvior, they just drop the woman and find another because they have options. There are levels of incompatibility. I still think its wrong to jump ship in any relationship at the first sign of trouble. Once you have kids youre patience to work through problems must be higher. I think finding a hot new dick or pussy to ride after being with the same guy for 8 years is a horrible reason to jump ship esp. if you have kids. I mean being a celeb definitely does make you high value. The four basic things that can make a man high value are: looks money status / reputation personality Celebs usually have 2/4 of these (money and status) but having those usually means you have confidence (personality), so three of those are usually enough to get away with not having the best looks (like pete davidson for instance)
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/22 05:19 AM

This is part of it. I also think women have also been conditioned either not to approach men, or have never needed to since they get approached by men so often anyways. If a woman does approach a man, he will probably have to be extremely attractive to her to the point he is irresistable. But as most women have said, they are attracted to less than 1% of guys so its pretty rare a woman would see a man they feel so passionately abt they are desperate to approach, except for extremely hot celebs a…

Thats fine and all but when I said high value i meant high sexual market value. I do think men should have their life in order, and getting your life in order and being pleasant should theoretically increase your SMV, but apparently IRL it doesnt hence "nice guys finish last". Primarily what I'm looking for here is examples of men with high SMV which all in all could just be men with very high bodycounts tbh.

And keep your romance game tight, that means ladies blow your man, compliment him, give him a back rub every now and again…..men, help around the house, eat your wife out, take her out for dates you plan and make her feel like the most beautiful woman in the world on a semi-regular basis I am definitely all for this but I feel like even if you do this, the other party can still lose interest. Im skeptical, would need to see it first hand. Doesnt mean they SHOULDNT still dress nice tho. Guys should absolutely not go out looking like slobs. That is why I always go out in a three piece, monocle, and walking cane /s
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/22 01:08 AM

True. Im talking physically attractive tho. Ive found there are a lot more physically attractive women than women with good personalities bc they dont need a good personality lmao or whatever pat bateman said in American Psycho (absolutely based and true)

Lmao eye brow trimming LOL
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/22 12:30 AM

I mean I highly doubt that would change much at all but go off. Would these men look better? Absolutely. Ive def seen a lot of men walking around in t shirts gym shorts and slides. But i guarantee fuckin t you that if all men started wearing chinos button downs/polos, any shoes besides tennis shoes, groomed their hair, and bathed, which many already do, it would not suddenly make them attractive to 20x as many women. They would just be slightly less unattractive
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/22 12:30 AM

I think 80% of women are attractive. Most women say they are only attracted to 1% of men. This understandably causes frustration

Basically it. If she didn't want us when she was in her "prime" then we dont want her now. We know she is settling for us. No one likes to be settled for. We want to be the prize. We don't want to be the thing other people begrudgingly settled for. It hurts our ego.

Define "trouble" dating. Do most men find a woman? Yes. Do most men have easy relationships with no drama that cause them zero stress? Absolutely not. The more and more I talk to people, the more and more it seems that people who do date a lot are almost chronically dissatisfied with the relationships and stressed out.

The minimum doesnt matter. You got to be the best dude of all the dudes shes talking to.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/22 03:56 AM
3

Impossible. But i can try. This chick was bottom of the barrel too. Obese as fuck terrible personality probably a 1/10 and still had 5 dudes talking to her and had lots of sex. Imagine how much competition high value women get. What you need is a high value who doesnt know she is high value
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/22 03:35 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/22 03:15 AM

Women do cheat a lot LOL. Anyways that chick I was talking to had 5 dudes in her DMs and was going out with 3 of them, including me, and had two sugar daddies in the past, yet she had a hang up with sleeping with me? IDK sounds like its me bro.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/22 03:02 AM
5

IDK. I don't know if a woman is or is not comfortable with casual sex right off the bat. Usually she has got to tell me, but if she has got to tell me, then something aint right. Most girls who are really comfortable with casual sex prob wouldnt be fuckin with a guy like me anyways, they got much better options out there.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/22 03:01 AM
1

Yea fr I know this already my dude. The fatter / uglier you are the better your personality got to be for her to fuck w you, to a point, until you are literally too disgusting for any kind of funny personality to make up for it. Hot guys can get away with shitty personalities cuz they don't need them. But having good social skills CAN and WILL improve your game, without a doubt.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/22 03:00 AM
2

They want a mommy to tell them they are okay and they are good boys, which ironically makes them even more unappealing to the majority of women. Freud is that you? Anyways this is true bc men aren't allowed to be vulnerable at all, so the one place they feel like they can open up is around their female romantic partners, who inevitably use that vulnerability to backstab them when the time comes
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/22 02:55 AM

Women want men who other women want, and other men want to be. Women would rather share and alpha than settle for a beta
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/22 02:55 AM

However, one of the leading causes of divorce is financial hardship Incorrect. The leading cause of divorce is women. 80% of divorces are initiated by women

Super good post bro, this one hit the nail on the head: So women now fulfilled one and only one purpose for me, emotional closeness. And if they didn't fulfill that, then they weren't worth the work. Which ironically switched things around for me. Nothing about my personality or humor or physical appearance or fashion changed. I changed.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/22 02:53 AM
2

You're missing the point bro. She said that she is always going for the best she can find. Minimum doesn't matter if someone better is on the playing field. It's always abt leveling up. Remember: She's not yours, its just your turn.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/22 02:51 AM
2

Pretty much how dating in general works. Women want men who already have it all figured out already. If you have to ask, you're already finished.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/22 02:50 AM
4

I had guys giving me money, fixing stuff, running errands… one even bought me a car. This is classic simp behavior and I don't respect any guy who does this. If you will completely debase yourself and become a de-facto servant for a woman so you can get a chance to have sex, bro, you're already lost.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/22 02:46 AM

Less people are having sex than ever, esp the younger generations.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/22 02:45 AM

I mean, "just be honest bro" is not going to work 99% of the time. You can't just tell a woman on the first date "Hey so the reason I met up with you is bc I want to fuck & be in a relationship with a woman, but I don't know you well enough yet to decide that." That's just not hot at all. Both parties understand know that, but no party wants to explicity say it. I've done both and I will say explicity telling a woman what you want at the very beginning is just ... weird.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/22 02:44 AM

And the reverse is true. If she is into him enough, she won't wait.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/22 02:43 AM

Sure, but I do think that large number of men "dropping out of society" is a major issue that should be studied and fixed if possible. Is the modern world just too stressful for people? Why are so many men choosing to throw their hands up in the air and give it all up? This is not something we should ignore.

LOL yea obv hobbies I do by myself won't get me laid. But I'm not doing them to get laid, I'm doing them because I enjoy them. Journaling and meditation keeps be ground, focused, and conscientious of the day. You shouldn't engage in hobbies you don't like just to get laid. I have a job, I live on my own, I do all the adult things, I go out with my friends, and I think my personality is pretty okay, so my big problem is my weight. Unfortunately, I am only attracted to conventionally attractive women, but I am not a conventionally attractive man (I was when I as a healthy weight). So I need to be n the gym more & eat healthy.

Absolutely not, its not beta to be kind. Kindness is a virtue. Its beta to be kind / nice for sex or be super agreeable and never stand up for what you want. People who seek to please everyone are never happy.

/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:36 PM

CC women only exist bc men let them hit too. Maybe if men controlled their urges and didn't try to fuck every hot woman they saw, CC women wouldn't exist? Anyways, a lot of women will open up to men abt their past experiences, so you can always try to be the "accepting, empathetic guy" to get her vulnerable enough to open up and then decide from there. Drinking also helps.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:35 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:32 PM

I am aware, but I still felt bad abt breaking up with her because the way it sounded is that I just wanted her for sex. I didn't just want her for sex, but that was still an incredibly important part of the equation. But dating is expensive, esp for a college guy like me. I felt like if I was gonna spend all this time and money on a girl, we better at least be having sex, and if not, whats the point? I guess if she had a great personality that might be different but this girl didnt
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:31 PM

Still not an ideal situation. Alimony & child support makes the incredibly difficult task of being a single parent somewhat easier but still no one wants to be a single parent (and they shouldn't)

Most women withhold sex because there are biologically consequences to sex especially if you are a woman. Thank god we have invented a little thing called protection & birth control so that women can have as much sex as they want without becoming pregnant.

/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:28 PM

TBF, sex and intimacy is all that a lot of women have to offer. If it wasn't for that, why would I hang out with you ? I like hanging out with men better anyways.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:27 PM
2

Absolutely true. But if shes not ready by date 3-5 then its an indicator she doesn't have interest. I'm also not obligated to spend my time or money on women.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:26 PM

I find it hilarious how certain people on this forum are incapable of understanding what a metaphor is
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:25 PM
1

As much as everyone hates to admit it, all relationships are transactional at their core. If my GF said "I'm not having sex with you anymore" I'd break up with her. So logically, sex is a required part of the relationship. If she isn’t gulping your cock down with joy quickly, she is not worth bothering with I mean this is pretty accurate. In a perfect world that would be great advice, but most men have so few options that to get any they basically have to put up with women who aren't like that.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:24 PM
2

Thats the position I was in. I was like "Why are you making me wait but you have had a bunch of hookups?" That's just a flashing sign that you don't like me LOL
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:23 PM
1

How long is "reasonable" to you? I broke up with a girl cuz she was still unwilling by date 5. I just didn't see any interested from her. I was always initiating trying to kiss and have sex. I was like "If this girl really liked me it would have happened by now" I thought she was just using me for my time & money
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:22 PM
1

That's bc women know sex is the main reason men are talking to them. They know they can control men with access to pussy. It's their trump card. A high value man won't let that happen and thats why he has power.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:21 PM
1

Its also the best way to get a man to jump ship. Men are incredibly easy to keep loyal. All you have to do is have sex often with us and most of us will stay. Dead bedrooms are the number 1 cause of men cheating
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:20 PM
1

Example from my own life but I have wanted to be in romantic relationships with girls before and I was willing to wait for sex but if it hasn't happened by date 3 that is a red flag and if it hasn't happened by date 5 or 6 that is grounds to terminate the relationship, which is what I did in my case. I understood that she prob though I just wanted to hit it, I didn't, but I also wasn't willing to keep spending my time & money on her without getting anything in return.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:19 PM
1

No, there are very real issues that are common in promiscuous women vs non-promiscuous women. Study after study have show that non-promiscuous women are more loyal. So from the man's perspective she has a better return on investment.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:17 PM
1

I mean the person who invited the other person out should pay, my first dates are always cheap anyways cuz they are activities so I don't really care. It's just the price of doing business.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:16 PM
1

TBH I have been having issues with this. So many women complain that guys just want to "fuck" but when I offer a LTR they "don't know" and "aren't ready." Ofc, that could mean they just don't like me, but it seems they always deny LTRs with average dudes for the possibility of a LTR with a Chad. Tomassi said it best: "Women would rather share an alpha rather than settle for a beta"
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:15 PM
1

Newsflash: every guy is looking for sex, one way or another. Ask yourself how many men would keep dating their GF or still be married if their wives stopped having sex with them? Zero. Simple as. Sex is a very important part of the equation
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:13 PM
3

Yea this was the deal with this girl I was seeing. She was very promiscuous in HS and even had had two sugar daddies (despite being a fat whale) but wanted to "wait until she was ready to have sex with me" I did the math and figured out it wasn't going to work out.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:13 PM
0

They want to know they can trust you first. This is true, but physical attractiveness has been shown to make people seem more trustworthy. So if you're ugly she will either make you wait until she "trusts" you or never let you hit at all, while Chad can hit the same night he met her after 1 whiteclaw at a party
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:11 PM
4

So basically, blue pill is women's dating advice, and red pill is men's dating advice
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:09 PM
-1

What are you talking abt? Statistics show that of people who cheat, 70% are women, 30% are male, and the main reason for the 30% of male cheaters is dead bedrooms. So as long as you please your man there is a very low likelihood he will cheat.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:04 PM
1

Yea. Its something that women complain abt. Oh the vibe isnt good or whatever. We need to do more research into it tbh. I think part of it is to do with feeling safe, and a lot of women feel unsafe around a guy who they think wants to fuck them. It triggers the rape warning alarm.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:02 PM

Doing things for women while expecting nothing in return is a beta attitude. I learned not to do that from an old boss of mine who was still dating in his 60s after a divorce. He basically said something along the lines of "I wont put up with that shit, Im too old, Ill just end it right then and there"
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 04:59 PM
0

70-80% of women cheat tho? Submissiveness on the part of a woman should def be encouraged. You cant have a relationship where neither person is submissive bc what happens is they fight all the time
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 04:58 PM
2

True for me at least. I do wish women werr like they apparently used to be. The modern woman is just not it, frankly, and people in general, both men and women, are more unhappy as a result. Anyways youre right that we should just accept how it is, and then learn the rules of the game so we can play it well.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 04:56 PM

Unfortunately in dating you cant be 100% up front from the beginning. If I see a beautiful woman I want to fuck, she won't let me fuck if I just walk up and say "I want to fuck you"

I was investing a lot of time and money in this relationship and not getting anything in return. And while ai know being nice or spending money doesnt get me sex, I still want to be gett…

Thats basically it. Thats what I realized when I was talking to this girl. We kept going out but she still didnt want to fuck. She didnt seem attracted to me. So that was that. I broke up.

I ended a relationship with a girl i was seeing for 1.5 months bc she still didnt want to have sex and wanted to take it slow. I respected thar decision but I also didnt think it was gonna work out. If she actually really liked me she be willing to do that asap. Am I the asshole?

True but fixing style and grooming is WAY easier than lifting or losing weight. The former can be fixed in 1 mall visit, the latter may take years of effort

Depends on if your married or not. If youre in a relationship ofc leave once u find someone else. Leverage ur gf against other women bc women like guys who are taken more than guys who arent. But leaving a marriage costs a lot so it makes more sense to cheat tbh u are right

True but i feel like the average Joe who has a healthy body weight is attractive enough. Most people who have issues with ugliness are either fat or deformed. Fatness can be fixed. Just go to the gym bro.

Its also youre fault if you are in the friendzone. Its youre choice. If you dont want to be in the friendzone you can just stop talking to her. Easy as that. No one is forced to be in the friendzone.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/22 01:36 AM

True. I find a lot of low value women think they are high value because of how women's friendships works. They never criticze or give tough love. If a fat woman posts a picture on her instagram, all of her friends will be like "OMG go gurll" "HOT" etc etc so the ugly girl thinks she is actually hot and acts like that.

??? Not true. 73% of people are partnered up or married therefore its impossible women are only attracted to the top 20% of men. Even if half of those are me she settled with thats still 36.5%

Most men DO get laid. By 25 the % of virgins is 5% and by 40 its .01% No they dont care Ive had 2 different women i know reject a guy bc he was too short despite being like 5 7 or 5 8. Anyways im average height so its not a problem nor a benefit.

I don't want to be a dick, but I don't think making friends online is any substitute for making friends in person. You need to dive into in-person communication. Also, my advice is for the average person. If you suffer from a severe form of autism or Asperger's syndrome, this advice may not work for you.

Hanging out in nonsexual social situations doesn't help you practice playful flirting or escalation and doesn't do as much to build confidence in an approach, which is a more highly charged and less casual situation more akin to an interview than a hangout God, you really hit the nail on the head with this one. This is actually what I am struggling with right now. I have basic conversational skills down, but I don't know how to escalate and flirt. Instead of having sexually-exciting conversation…

What do you think abt always letting her know you have other options so she has to work for you, instead of her knowing she is your only option for sex & therefore can control you?

All I am here to say is that no self-respecting man should let his woman control him with her pussy. If she is saying "do XYZ and I'll let you hit" that is a big red flag and you need to leave. This is ofc harder if you are married, since you can't just up & leave her like you can in a LTR, but that is why its critical to find a good wife. If you are married, start working out and bettering yourself. She will think "Why is he doing this all of a sudden, is he seeing another woman" and she will w…

How do we determine if someone is "unhappy?" At least for me, I have ups and downs. I would say I am generally more happy than I am sad, but I am not happy all the time. I worry about things. I have occasional bouts of depression. I fail sometimes. Everyone has trauma. Everyone has things they don't talk about. There is no perfect person to get into a relationship with. I agree with your point that relationships in general are neutral. They can be good or they can be bad. But I think they are ge…

First off, don't be needy. Second of all, don't be full of yourself, aka be respectful and don't be rude. Give her just as much attention as she deserves and as the situation requires. Use the push and pull method. Spend a lot of time with her, and then be distant for a little bit. Create the illusion that you don't need her to be happy, or, actually make that a reality, that you don't need her. We chase after things we can't have. Give her just enough attention to keep her hooked, but not enoug…

Actually I do want to change and I dont blame women for my current relationship issues at all. The reasons I am single are because I am obese, I'm not that interesting, i dont have a lot of money, and by social skills are subpar. Every single one of those can be improved with discipline, patience, and hard work. Just because I accept that doesnt mean I still cannot be frustrated. I can absolutrly be frustrated. I know what I need to do, but I have problems with discipline and doing the work and …

Not sure if youre being sarcastic or not but they are much rarer today due to how women are raised and socialized. The average modern woman is much less loyal, more hypergamous, has a higher body count, is unwilling to make sacrifices, and overall is a poor partner for the average man. There are definitely still good women out there but you have to look harder.

If I’m not emotionally invested in you I’m not interested in fucking you in the slightest. I think this is a huge difference between men and women, and also older people and younger people And when it does happen it’s a nuisance not something most want. Yes this is precisely my point. Its scarcity vs abudance. Imagine validation is like water. You need some to live. If you are drowing in water you will not have a good time but if you are in a desert and dying of thirt you will also want want. So…

By giving them advice on how to achieve their goals besides "give up" thats why so many men are drawn to the PUA community. They offer what seems like real workable solutions while most mainstream advice is "give up and stop worrying about it"

Good for you. I dont care. Once again your missing the point completelt. Also why are you obsessed with this idea that I need a "singular woman"? I don't. I dont know where youre indignant attitude is coming from but Id appreciate it if you calm down. No one said anything about taking away consent. I dont know where the hell you got that from. True. Thats why mindset is so important. You have to basically gaslight yourself into being happy so that other people arent put off by you. This is an unfortunate truth of reality but if you are depressed and act depressed like you said no one will want to be around you. That is why mindset is so important

That's because they married the wrong woman. There are lots and lots of women who are controlling, paranoid, and toxic. Relationships with those women will definitely make you unhappy.

I like a lot of things. But it feels like something is wrong when everyone else is getting into relationships and having sex in the prime of their life / college years. That is what normal people do. This precisely. If you want a relationship, there is no other experience that can replace that. Only a relationship can fulfill your desire to be in a relationship. It's like you want a Big Mac but someone gives you a McChicken and says be happy with that because that is all you can get.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 02:57 AM

This is also a huge part. If no one chooses you that feels really bad. No amount of positive affirmations can overcome the bad feelings a person gets if they are rejected by society, especially from people they want validation from.

Relationships can absolutely be a source of happiness. If they weren't, nobody would get into relationships. Why would you enter into a relationship if it made you unhappy every single time???
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 02:54 AM
2

Money absolutely does buy happiness, to a point. I think its marginal after about $80k-$100k in the US and after that the additional happiness goes down. But bringing a impoverished person out of poverty will definitely make that person happier, there is literally zero debate about that.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 02:54 AM
1

I think you guys are missing the point. Two things can be true at once. People feel a lot better if they have love and belonging. Not having those things can make a person feel depressed. At the same time, no one is owed a relationship. This brings me to the point that it is primarily on the individual to improve their situation, and that is the only way to improve their well-being

Romantic relationships are not a requirement for survival like food and water. One can be content without one. This is only true if you have ever been in one, in my opinion. Also, denying human being's need for socialization and intimate connection is wrong. Maslow's hierarchy clear tells us that food and water are requirements for basic survival, but few people if given the choice want to just survive. They want to live. If people's basic needs are met, they crave love and belonging and if they…

Being in a relationship is better than being alone, but only if you really vibe with your girlfriend. I think this is the whole point. When you enter into a relationship with a girl there is a chance that you could be a LOT happier and there is a chance you could be a lot WORSE off. However, people gamble that they will feel better and that is why they pursue it, because in many cases, being in a loving relationship is superior to being alone

Humans are social animals. If you remove socialization, friends, family, and loved ones, people will become depressed. This is widely studied. One way you can help depressed people is to help them make more friends first and have meaningful relationships.

What if you are unhappy because you are not in a relationship? People always feel unhappy if (a) they want to achieve something they feel is impossible and (b) most other people are achieving that thing. It makes them feel lesser.

Being in a relationship and having regular sex did make me a lot happier and less depressed than I was before I got into the relationship, so at least in my experience, what you said is incorrect.

I agree. I don't think relationships should be your sole source of happiness. But it can be a very great source of happiness, one of the greatest sources of happiness in our lives. It is not hard to be content with your life and have fun doing other things that make you feel happy, but also feel like you are missing out when you see people in happy, loving relationships.
