Soft Next - Did I do this right?Yeah I definitely see that now. I viewed it as an opportunity to shine (I’m certainly an alpha at our gym) but it backfired. Only gym buddies work out together. Lesson learned. | /r/askTRP | 06/11/19 01:49 PM
How is it possible to weigh heavy based on your recommended height, but keep an extremely low BF %?The advice below is what has worked for me. A big thing with this is to find a sustainable medium where things work well for you and it’s not a struggle to keep up: Nutrition: Make sure you’re eating enough protein with every meal (chicken, eggs, fish, steak are great sources...I also do a whey shake after my workout...not required but a habit I’ve had for almost 20 years now). Keep your carbs and fats at good levels - important for energy and hormones, but not too high. Don’t drink your calorie… | /r/askTRP | 25/10/19 04:11 PM
I'm having a hard time accepting that we really are alone, how to deal with fact that most people (even friends) dont have your back?Everyone else’s comments here are pretty spot on. For me personally, while it is hard and sometimes we just need a bit of support, I do find it empowering in a way. I feel that it’s up to me to ensure I’m doing/getting/being what I really want, which pushes me to take action and be better. That way I’m fully in control. Keep doing you, but most importantly, take care of you. | /r/askTRP | 25/10/19 02:37 AM
When Confidence Just Isn’t There....Thank you. Yes, I’m indeed confident at work and the gym. While the gym has always been second nature to me, it was a challenge to become confident at work and there were some ups and downs. I imagine it works the same way with women - let the small victories add up and eventually you get to where you need to be. I did have a small victory yesterday in an interaction that turned out fairly positively. Time to build off that. Thank you again for the feedback! | /r/askTRP | 23/10/19 03:53 PM
When Confidence Just Isn’t There....Yep, this is definitely true. It’s not easy to change blue pill habits, especially when nerves and old instincts take over. Practice will have to do. | /r/askTRP | 23/10/19 03:50 PM
Should I have avoided insulting my girlfriend before we broke up?You did break frame and let the emotions show, but I wouldn’t worry about it, use it as a learning experience and move on. You guys broke up so you probably wouldn’t have salvaged anything by not doing insulting her. | /r/askTRP | 22/10/19 07:20 PM
Did I Blow a Sure Thing?Thank you - this is great feedback. I agree on keeping the phone for logistics only, I definitely got a little overly excited and did something I shouldn’t have. No more escalating on the phone since I know I’ll get a chance to do so in person. | /r/seduction | 17/10/19 05:52 PM
[FR] My First First Date in 6+ YearSort of, thanks for following up! I knew her travel schedule was pretty packed starting the week right after we went out and I've been keeping myself occupied with other things, actually hitting some big milestones at work and at the gym. I've also reconnected with some old friends that I alienated a bit during my previous relationship, which is a big plus. As far as the girl, I've texted her very sparingly and received positive responses from her - We normally text for logistics only, so I didn… | /r/seduction | 09/05/17 01:15 AM
Give her spaceThank you for this - exactly what I needed. Taking a step back and assessing things objectively is something so important, yet forgotten when we're overcome with insecurities and emotions. | /r/seduction | 05/05/17 10:42 PM
[FR] My First First Date in 6+ YearThank you! The gym is my sanctuary and I always tell myself not to game girls there. This one just happened to fall into place nicely. I guess it was a good lesson in 'always be ready.' | /r/seduction | 28/04/17 01:01 AM
[FR] My First First Date in 6+ YearThese are great reminders - thank you! Probably the biggest reason why I won't be texting her while she's away is not wanting to show neediness. I do have a busy schedule and a life as well, so while I'm willing to be accommodating I'm not about to let her call the shots (the first date was actually set up more in line with my schedule). As far as what I want, I'm not sure to be honest. She seems like a catch, but jumping into something right after 6 years doesn't seem like the best idea. | /r/seduction | 28/04/17 12:58 AM
[FR] My First First Date in 6+ YearI'm not too worried about the busy schedule to be honest. She travels a lot for work and it checks out. The crappy part will be dealing with it at the beginning while the anxiety is high, but I don't see it being an issue down the road. | /r/seduction | 27/04/17 09:43 PM
