How's 70k in 36 months APL NO Kids, wage garnishment for arrears on my credit report as Child Support. 2064 a month while she shacked up with a boyfriend. Leech.

Don't count your chickens before they hatch. If you just started down this road, you're in for a bumpy ride.

After my first marriage of 15 years ended with divorce. An employer used to say hookers and maids are cheaper than wives. I should have taken that advice. Now, after 23 years of on a second marriage and in the throws of divorce, I should have taken thar advice. I got married at age 18, and I just turned 60. Humans suck some will bleed you of money, emotions, love, and happiness. Red flag? One heart burns desire one heart feeds the fire. Be the fire. Do not love her more than she loves you. I thi…

Research cohabitation definition in your state. Sharing the expenses, buying assets living in the same residence may be all it takes. If you think you have a case get a lawyer. Good luck.

The biggest problem you have is thinking you're going to control the ex or stbx. If you care about the kids, then you go for 100% custody and hire a nanny with the money you would be paying child support with. One of my first employers said hookers and maids are cheaper than wife's. Should have followed his advice.

The hearing was for pendent lite. Not final alimony.

Well, in Pennsylvania, they automatically garnish your wages so there's that.

The point is I never spent 2,000 a month paying for every bill. How do the courts calculate the the standard of living needs while she is living rent free in marital property?

I appreciate all of the comments really. One other factor that is in my favor that should reject the spousal support after the divorce is final is she found herself another man. Cohabitation and marriage stops any alimony. Unfortunately pendent light has no defense so I will be on the hook until the divorce is finalized.

Read up on it .from several sites I read, it can be terminated if the other party is dragging it out. Fight for everything.

My daughter unfriended, blocked me because I moved away from the drama. 4 years later, I split up with the stbx. Daughter texted and fb friend requested me. I have not responded in 3 months now. No happy father's day message. Both stbx and daughter are a big source of stress and drama. No they don't speak to each other. Moving on I guess I hope she wishes me happy birthday in July..maybe we can reconcile.

I am not a lawyer. Why would a lawyer post something like this to Reddit ? Okay, yes, there is an 18,000 tractor, a 5,000 Horse Trailer, and a camper trailer worth maybe 5,000. Two vehicles both financed for approximately for the same amount and equity in both less than 500.00. All the other stuff like washer and dryer, televisions, hand tools, power tool's etc are petty agreed and lost forever. The equity in the homes and property are un balanced plus the higher ticket item. Point is should I a…
