I could be wrong (I'm not into the MGTOW thing myself, but I did go to mgtow.com and the mgtow subreddit, which states: Goals Of MGTOW Limited government. As close to zero tax as possible. No quotas. Disbandment of 'family' courts. Sounds pretty right-wing to me. Also, just because there's a low marriage rate doesn't mean that that all the other 48% don't want to be married or in a long-term committed relationship.

There's going to be a fairly long adjustment period. Many countries with equal parental leave have only had it for a few years. The older women that took their leave then never returned to full time work will be skewing the numbers until their husbands retire. My parents haven't had a child at home in over ten years but my mother hasn't gone to earn an income. As long as there are people like them, the "77 cent pay gap" will never fully close.

As am I. I'm not a huge fan of the Democrats but I don't get the pro-Republican circle-jerk that happens on this subreddit sometimes. Republicans cut taxes in Illinois a few years ago and one of the first things to go was state funding for mental health clinics. Republicans are also pretty anti-union, which hurts more men's jobs. The comic has a few cherry-picked issues that feminism happens to catch in their ideology. Meanwhile, other issues like father's rights, circumcision, false rape claims, etc. are largely ignored (if not directly combated) by feminists. The trains in my city have seats that face one another. Often, women sit with their legs crossed, causing one foot to stretch over to the seat in front of her. Normally I would agree with you but recently there have been posts in both subreddits asking why we don't work together (because, you know, feminism is working on men's issues as well). The post I commented on was asking why feminism has a bad reputation on reddit. Then they deleted many people's answers (for being too critical of feminism I guess).

I think there should be a difference for different instances. Here, the woman blamed "random black man" (we'll just ignore her racism for now) in order to cover her own ass. I can see that but I mentioned this to a bunch of people that I work with and got several replies of, "Dude, why don't you want to look at the women? What's your problem?" The real reason I'd personally have an issue is not because I can't fight the temptation to look at women but because I don't want then to look at me. So what does that say? It's more acceptable to call a guy a "cock," "dick," "prick," "tool," etc. than it is to call a woman simply by a derogatory slang word for vagina. I see the numbers topped out at 1.000 for education even though more women in the US go to and finish college. I'm also skeptical of the life expectancy portion, seeing as women live longer, are less often the victims of violence, are significantly less likely to take dangerous jobs, are less likely to die from heart disease, lung, pancreatic, prostate cancer, leukemia, have strokes, etc. Are they listing pregnancy as a kind of "unhealthy time period?"
