It really infuriates me that male circumcision is so socially acceptable here in the states that you get so many shitheads, both male and female, who have the gall to try and quell a debate by telling people to "get over it." Like it's all a bunch of insignificant bickering. Like it's no big deal at all, just because we've been doing it so long.

Just food for thought. I live in America where circumcision is VERY prominent. Would somebody who is "anti-circumcision" be willing to do this lazy redditor a favor and explain why they feel that way? FYI i'm totally ignorant to the facts revolving around this discussion, and on a side note, here in America, it's often assumed there are medical issues that arise from not circumcising babies. I see a lot of discussion about this on George's facebook, but no real sources for said claims. Please inform me.
