It was at a beach party. I just told myself I'm not gonna see her ever again so who cares if I fuck up or she says no. Got her number, we went for a date which turned out great and afterwards I just kind of ghosted her, didn't have a lot of time back then as I was really busy with school work unfortunately. Still regret it cuz she was hot but whatever.

Have you seen any RSD infield videos? 3 of the mentors are shorter than you (search up RSDMax, Todd Valentine, etc) and they get the most girls. Height doesn't matter as much as you think it does. You're never too young to start approaching. You could go for older girls if you'd like, but how about starting with girls your age as a start? You wrote that many of the girls you want to approach are older, does that mean you don't want to approach girls younger than that? The best way is through your social circle. Join a group, make some guy friends who are sociable and not nerds, and through them you'll get invited to parties/events, meet more people, etc. Also, join a gym. Great way to work on your body + confidence + you might meet some girls there.
