This post feels comforting that there might be more mgtow in the military than what I am aware of.

I'm just glad that there is an MGTOW military personnel out there. Now I don't feel that alone.

true. Considering the concept of the sheepdog, misandry and modern feminism assumes that the sheepdog dies not exist. So they assume all men are wolves, and villify all of them in general in hopes that they would turn themselves into sheeps.

A lot of body weight exercises (Push Ups, Sit-ups, Pull Ups, 2 mile run etc.) You can look up online the APFT standards for your age group and see how you stack up. I'd say go for a 100% score. We also do ruck marches. Basically hiking with at least 35lbs or more in our backs. I am contemplating doing the bataan death march in new mexico either this year or next. some units occasionally do water survival training (swimming in combat uniform and shoes) There's also other more technical training w…

for me i suck at running but the problem is focusing on cardio too much makes me lose muscle so its really on overall athleticism. Military doesnt care much about the strength(how heavy you can lift) but muscle endurance(how often you can do certain work). I used to lift for big weights now I'm changing my training regimen and probably my body structure to accomodate the muscle endurance part.

currently in military. Just enlisted in my early 30s. So my work is keeping up with a these athletic youngins. Not there yet but surprising myself with what I can do. What inspired me is this 40 year old guy in basic training who joined in to get into spec. forces. Scary part is, I honestly think he has a solid shot at it.

Asian here. Dem volley ball players in college be of the hizzy. For some reason everyone is intimidated by a tall, good looking, and athletic girl. "How tall are you?" Is the best opening then followed by "you play volleyball?" Works errtime 60 percent of the time.

Because if they do know, they won't be single. As for guys if they do know, they would be single. Edit: I may be wrong on the guy part.

As an Asian guy in his 30s, some people might find it odd that I include 20 year old Caucasian women in my dating pool. I know I was somewhat rebellious in my youth but I'm just being open minded about things. People think we may not have a lot in common but its just my personality to explore the possibilities.

When I was younger in high school and college I only dated college girls in while i'm in high school and mid 20 something girls in while I was in college. Now that I'm 31, I'm finally confronting my demons by giving the 18 to 23 demographic of girls a chance. I've grown so much that I can look past beyond a girl's age and see them for what they actually are. /truth

Just a suggestion, it'd be nice if we get to talk about how to have a succesful and satisfying relationships the red pill way. Or if there are stories of a perfect rp example of a good relationship, we'd be happy to hear about that too. Both perspectives are cool. I just thought of this because it seems there are too much women bashing going on and we clearly don't hate on women... but sometimes, it looks like it. I know. I'm just going with their qualifier that they had those realizations after they got introduced to the hijab which is a major aspect of Islam. I guess the loosely formulated terminology was too subtle to point that out.
/r/TheRedPill12/11/13 06:09 PM
1

It got bad that they had ro convert religions to be in the presence of an alpha. What they are talking about sounds pretty RP but I can't help thinking the underlying logic is hamster-ish. So Islamic feminism is different than "traditional" feminism? Wot? Edit: Ok what they're talking about is RP... but you don't need to convert to think that way. I bet there are Islamic women thinking they will be more empowered once they step out of their Islamic beliefs. Hamster Logic detected.

In that case, an amazing slab of stake. I'm just wondering about how your dad came to be a man like he is now. Did he have a military background? Come from a poor family?
/r/TheRedPill12/11/13 01:14 AM

When alphas decide to start a family. You sound like an intelligent and reasonable person and your dad a respectable man. Will you buy him a drink on our behalf when an opportunity arises? Just wanted to say that.

Had a FWB once act similarly. Also had the same ideas. Just maintain your FWB frame. Get whatever you can and as much as you can. Spin plates. She will break eventually. She can't keep that spiel up forever. It is not her nature. Also don't put your face anywhere near her crotch. And wrap it... double if you have to to avoid seepage.

admittedly I believe promiscuity in general is something that should be shamed and be labelled as disgusting. Fortunately for me, I couldn't give two shits even if I'm shamed worse than a leper. My theory why the male sexuality is demonized is because they are trying to apply hamster logic to stop the male promiscuity. What ends up happening is the divide between Alpha and Beta just becomes more explicit.

When we reach the consciousness they have in starship troopers (coed shower rooms) and/or reproduction can be seperated from sex (ala man of steel). Sadly, sci-fi movies are the only examples I can think off... but a brother could hope.

They want equality minus the consequences.
/r/TheRedPill10/11/13 10:32 PM

I think the values being discussed as far as committed relationship is concerned would return once society stop placing too much value on gender... or we manage to outsource human reproduction away from the woman's uterus.
/r/TheRedPill10/11/13 10:31 PM
6

Well the relationships back then worked and lasted the way they are was because they were formed prior to feminism reaching mainstream thought. My sad realization is shaming women to prevent promiscuity is the only thing that works(end sad realization). With men, I think its something short of cutting off our dick to stop us from fucking anyone that would let us.
/r/TheRedPill10/11/13 10:26 PM
4

Its annoying because I think it reflects the lack of respect they have in people in general and they're just completely oblivious about it. If they really think I would be that stupid, then I think its a how they relate with other humans issue rather than a gender issue. No wonder they are incapable of camaraderie. Edit: the kicker is regardless of the reason you're not allowed to show any signs of distress. Because if you do, its because you're jealous. Top kek.

Would this explain the appeal of double entendre jokes with them?
/r/TheRedPill08/11/13 11:14 PM
-7

Its ok bro. You'll get over it and will start to see women as your true equal... but you gotta ride the vagine train first. Edit: seriously downvotes? So equality is not the point? They can act on our level all they want but they have to realize they have a slightly different set of consequences than us. You rp newfags need to lurk moar.
/r/TheRedPill08/11/13 10:51 PM

How do you fight the urge to not call her out on the b.s. when she starts acting all innocent and sweet? I find myself getting light weight insulted if they try to do the "I'm so pure and sweet" act with me. Its not so much that they rode the carousel but the fact that they assume that I am that stupid.

you're a diamond in the rough. you actually read the comments in gonewild. lol
/r/TheRedPill07/11/13 03:52 PM

Its not that you can't pursue them. Its just that being successful usually limits a woman's dating pool if she's in to the alpha male types. And in that level, she would be in competition with other women... among other things.
/r/TheRedPill05/11/13 04:36 PM

Its shit like this that pisses me off about this whole woman empowerment thing. I think he was crying more about the fact that he wasted his youth and life taking care of those selfish cunts.

True. I don't see why she shouldn't take his name if he established a proper frame in the relationship from the get go.

So you would rather surrender to the idea that a person would blow up over a random comment than actually believe that the reaction was a result of something that was building up over time. Please tell me more about your enlightened world views. edit: clarification: that build up could be some form of dissatisfaction in the relationship in either party for a million possible reasons (pick-one). It is a possibility, just as a trend of passive aggression because of inability to communicate in their relationship.
/r/TheRedPill03/11/13 09:45 PM
2

E.g. me stating that something bad must have been happening in their relationship (let me reittirate again that it may or may not be the woman exclusively) for such a reaction to happen... Vs. "She may have been having an affair with a co-worker." If you want people to read between the lines, make sure that is the message you are trying to communicate. No fancy words, or convoluted ideas.
/r/TheRedPill03/11/13 09:35 PM
3

Interesting how a lot of people are ready to jump in and put her on the guillotine. Kinda sad such reaction reflects the same attitude we don't like from the opposite gender. Makes me question do we hate the action or the gender itself? Edit: this is one of the smarter response i've seen in this thread so far. Thank you.
/r/TheRedPill03/11/13 08:28 PM

I think public humiliation did... not so much as the comment made the husband specifically.
/r/TheRedPill03/11/13 08:25 PM
3

I said something bad was brewing in the relationship regardless of which side. If you take a second you'd realize I wasn't just putting it one side. Ease up on the kool-aid brother. Edit: also, do you even realize how many unfounded information you added? A co-worker? Really?
/r/TheRedPill03/11/13 07:54 PM
2

My mistake. Should have given it a few more minutes so I could formulate a cohesive thought.
/r/TheRedPill03/11/13 04:42 PM
2

I don't think his expression of sexuality was the cause but rather the public humiliation the wife experienced (because it was actually shown on his facebook too) was the last straw. It really sounds like something bad has been brewing leading to this event and the media just sensationalized it as an isolated incident.
/r/TheRedPill03/11/13 04:16 PM
8

True the relationship might have been fucked up before the husband made the comment. That just made it the last straw. Hooray media sensationalism!
/r/TheRedPill03/11/13 04:12 PM
3

I would say the wife could possibly be a beta bitch for not thinking things through before reacting. So I guess the blue pill example is the wife. Starting to make sense now.
/r/TheRedPill03/11/13 04:10 PM
7

True the wife was more reactive on this case. I guess the confusion on my part was because I made the same joke with my ex(broke up a few years later for a totally different reason) back then in front of our friends. Her response was her pointing out that I also gave her a hall pass if it was Johnny Depp. No big fights, and everyone laughed about it.
/r/TheRedPill03/11/13 04:08 PM
2

This. Public humiliation was the last straw, not the comment. Your comment shed more light than any other comment I've seen.

How is this a blue pill example? He said a fucked up joke that degrades another person? So it should be ok to make that joke and have his life partner take it in stride? I didn't see anywhere in the article where it states the opposite would happen if the roles were reversed. Did we take in to account confirmation bias? I'm really confused right now. edit: A legitimate question was asked because an honest confusion occurred but apparently some people felt offended enough to downvote it. Top kek.…

I'm sorry I guess its more dogma than logic. Its a fucked up joke. True. But I didn't see anywhere in the article where it mentioned role reversal with the results on the contrary.

3 I think is not a red pill exclusive concept. Having initiative is what's supposed to be present in every man. I mean they hammer that concept in you like religion in the military over and over. Also its a sad reflection of our society that about 90 percent of the concept I learn and read about here sounds more like knowledge that needs to be preserved and passed on as opposed to actual new knowledge that needs to be learned.

One last thing. If the problem is expressing yourself. Try having a journal. Write down your thoughts about anything you wanna talk about. Rant, complain, celebrate, Contemplate shit about anything. Also reading books about your favorite comedian/comedienne and studying how they communicate their thoughts, how they word their ideas, deliver their punchlines was a big help on my part. I didn't mean to say you are not interesting. That wasn't my point at all. Apologies if it came off as antagonist…

Ok. There's a lot of innergame stuff on the side bar. I honestly and sincerely vouch for it since it helped me a lot. I think its best if you just start with talking to anyone. Just try to start a conversation with anyone first. As far as your anxieties and what not. You need to work on yourself as far as making yourself interesting. Having hobbies that you are passionate about will also help you build that confidence. I did a lot of introspection in order to conquer my anxieties. Consistent exe…

I share the sentiment about drunk girls too. My main thoughts that night was to see how far I can push it and at least have some sort of experience in that stage after the make out going back to her place. I basically started feeling like an instant chode on the way to her place. I didn't know how to maintain attraction and keep the energy up. So the last minute shoot down was no surprise to me. just go ahead and escalate to a close. It doesn't matter what kind. Remember that you need to familiarize yourself in each part of the interaction so you'd be comfortable with it next time. Just think of it as doing these girls a favor. tbh I've gone 45 days without fapping. Then I had sex with this girl. I told her my situation. I lasted thirty minutes. sounds like bad karma brother. There's too many girls everywhere that is available. I don't really see the point of putting this girl through this confusion. Besides, if she left the BF for you, what makes you think she wouldn't dump you when she finds an upgrade?

Real talk. If you wanna get an iota of chance to be approached by girl, you gotta be preselected. How do you get preselected? By reeking that aura of confidence(not douchiness). How do you gain true confidence? by getting through the muck and experiencing rejection through doing 100 approaches. Stop treating rejection as a judgement on your person. You need to get out of your head and get out of your ego. READ THE STUFF ON THE SIDE BAR. Especially the inner game ones because it really sounds lik…

check out "the blueprint". I'm still not done watching all of it. That one cast a really wide net as far as covering topics. For books, there's two that I highly recommend. "How to win friends and influence people" - Dale Carnegie "Way of the superior man" - David Diedra (spelling?) edit: As far as books on body language goes, there's a lot of them really. I forgot the title but leil lowndes has a seduction specific book. But I'd rather have you read books about general body language because it …

I think you did great. You pushed the boundaries of the interaction. In that light, here are things that could've made the interaction better. -you were too focused on the outcome. Next time focus more on having a really great flowing conversation regardless of the end result. e.g. you could've asked her about her dog, and start threading from there. -when she moved on after you said about them being super cute was I think a sign of blow out. I recommend reading up on body languages and human fa…

my approach would be going direct. Tell her you like her and you find her classy/smart/sexy/really hot but it is in both of your best interest not to date each other. And also make sure that you welcome the idea of you two being friends. tl;dr: hawt girls begets hawt girls. She has friends or you/her might find a better opportunity in the future in which case, fakifaki sakisaki can commence. :)

just way too many limiting beliefs in this thing. A lot of judging people prematurely involved that's why it reflects back on you. First you need to know what your core values are. this is what i think happened. You're 18. You probably haven't been laid for a long time (or at all). Hormones kicking in. You met a girl and the interaction escalated to sexual. Now imagine your brain used to having this nominal level of oxytocin for a long assed time. Then you had an interaction with a girl that got sexual fast. It felt good. Your brain was suddenly flooded with all this oxytocin it was not used to. It tried to adapt thinking its something permanent. Then she left, you got dis…

let me just say first that its great you are starting to experience the anxiety most guys get. In that light, do not worry. Kissing women is one of the best things in life everyone should experience. But do not put so much value on kissing as far as escalation is concerned. Always keep in mind that each interaction should just flow to the next level. is this a natural thing? I mean a lot of my female friends changed their frame on me ever since I went full on going out and meeting other women. just approach anyone. It seems to me that you still put the girls "within your standards" on a pedestal that's why you get AA when you actually see one. I used to have the same approach. What worked for me is becoming clear and honest with yourself. Know exactly what type of girl you will go for instead of having just a ball park field (mine is eyeglasses and/or tattooed arm/s). That way you have a laser-like focus on what you want and the rest are just warm-up/practice... at least you're making…

its all about the delivery brother. What you say is irrelevant compared to how you say it. I've said the corniest lines in the world and still managed to pull numbers with 15 to 20% flake rate. Always have intent in every interaction. It's gonna be hard at first but always ask yourself where you plan on taking each element of the interaction. And lastly, analysis happens after the fact. I think a lot of the concepts mentioned here is applicable. The idea of push-pull interaction for one is there. Sure, make the first move. Flirt even if you have to then when he's about to bite, take it away playfully. Shit things like this can drive anyone up the wall. Girls who do this to me tend to be the memorable ones. Its even a lot more effective if you can make it seem like you don't know much about flirting and you're just being your lovely self. Now that you got his attention, the same…

this if you wanna try to salvage it. So far I think this advice would have the highest chance of response though on the bigger scheme of things, the chances is still relatively low. My move would be to move on. If I did see her again when I'm back I'll talk to her like normal, get her to feel comfortable and ask her out in person. If you really feel the need to ask her about why she did what she did, you ask her after she's out with you and having a blast.
/r/seduction12/06/12 09:50 PM

this is true. Its usually a feast/famine thing. One girl posts on my wall then I get other posts/messages/etc. If they go "wtf" when me and her are clearly not exclusive (or didn't have that talk) especially to something as petty as a fb post. I think I'd be better off not having them around in my life. If they ask who the other girl is, tell them she's a friend. End of story.

I usually use the rating system as a gauge of how they affect me personally. Because looks are subjective but how a girl's appeal to you all feels universal. e.g. HB10 is someone where I feel like I gotta bring my A-game. A really small room for error as far as interaction/inner game is concerned as opposed to an HB6 where there seems to be more wiggle room for error and I would feel more comfortable taking risks.

that is the beauty in this community. It takes a lot of humility and swallowing your own pride to actually admit you have a problem trying to meet and seduce the opposite sex. It takes a lot more to admit that the cause of that problem is something that we have done to ourselves and requires facing a lot of uncomfortable truths about your own "self". Then you have to approach the knowledge presented here with an open mind. Free from any sort of prejudice. It seems to be some sort of initiation.

I haven't done anything intentionally (I would like to try it out some time). Usually cough works. Once they turn and look at you, you say "hi". This is a good perspective to have. hit the ground running, the more you think about an approach, the more anxiety gets a chance to build. Opening with "How are you guys doing?" is a standard for me, sometimes... like rarely, random sounds work to. The purpose of the approach is for them to know that you exist, then stack forward.

True. getting mad at the girl is a beta type personality (I am very guilty of this too for way too many times in my past). It basically means that I refuse to take responsibility of the outcome that I have that's why I hold another person responsible for it. For guys like us, we are supposed to be leaders. it's funny how the "outside" world have an old school perspective on all this pua stuff. The reason I even stopped using the term PUA is because of the fact that it takes the focus away from the person. Instead of actually improving your own life, the whole seduction process is reduced to techniques, lines, or what have you. tl;dr when your inner game is built like a damn citadel, those negs, DHV or what have you won't matter as much.

I just wanna say that women, since the beginning of time have mastered the art of eliciting emotional reactions from men that would favor whatever cause they have in mind. I'm saying this as a matter of human reality. It's not something bad but rather part of the bigger picture that's called human interaction. I also would like to add to what you just said that every single human being in the planet has the capability to be "hot" if they can only truly believe it. I used to hear things like these a lot back then and it sounded esoteric. I learned later on that it takes a certain level of honesty, accountability, and maturity about how you see yourself before things like this will truly "click" in your head and suddenly, all of it makes sense.

We all feel that. Trust me. And the only way to get that fear out of your system is to expose yourself to the process as much as you can. And if you're not interested. Just treat it like you're practicing. If things go well, you have a new friend. If not, at least you got …

To be honest, that is my current sticking point right now that I've been trying to fix for the longest time now (unfortunately its been going on for awhile). I am aware I'm scared of pulling the trigger now more unconsciously than back then. Now that you asked me, I think its because I am afraid of finding myself in a situation where I don't have control or do not know what to do. That black hole between getting her interested to the point leading to the kiss close is a no man's land for me I th…

Now I'm just wondering how would you guys handle the following situations: -2 girls competing for your attention in a subtle back handed manner -letting a girl down without making her feel rejected but not making false promises/hopes on her part. -yeah that fashion designer scenario (I think I could've done a better job on that one) -and the times when you're not sure if something is a shit test or just the nice/polite thing to do. This community is amazing if people just open their minds and st…

which can be very much seen as a sign of attraction from a woman who have a significantly lower self-esteem? I put a question mark because I'm seriously not sure if this is a good mind set to have. opinions anyone?

the thing is its all about the delivery. Any humor injected along those lines should be delivered with full intention/conviction. Any sign of hesitation can be sniffed out by another person. The reason why I like these responses is because by the time you reach the point of saying this without hesitation, it already means you don't give a fuck and a half on the outcome. p.s. I also love the fact that you have to say it jokingly enough she won't be offended but not too much that she'd disqualify …

This is awesome. Whenever I see things like these, I feel like the seduction community in general is reaching a point of Renaissance. Then again maybe its just r/seduction.

I agree with this. I honestly think that people in general is a fluid concept that can not be lumped in a single theory/idea. Which is exceptionally hard because most of us here going on /r/seduction have that theoretical/logical part of the brain developed and maybe because of habit, we're trying to make sense of things we don't understand using our strongest suit. Add to that the pseudo science that is pretty common on a lot of seduction literature (I might be wrong on this) and we have a reci…

I think a lot of guys here have been approached by women, often times we just didn't know that she was making a pass at us. I would like to believe that everyone has been approached at least a few times and we just didn't know... Like G.I. Joe, knowing is half the battle. And yeah, I wasn't generalizing on just women. I think the fact that both genders mostly doesn't know how to flirt with each other. I think its because of the fact that most of us was raised in an environment where flirting is …

I'm still reading through the article but here's what I've gotten so far, women acts like the textbook beta (I don't like this word but it really captures the essence of what it is referring to) if they perceive strong value in a man... I just wanna post this now if anybody wants to react or start a dialogue/conversation about this post... thanks OP this is really interesting.

Respect to you my brother. It's people like you that gives me hope about this community.... edit: Let me retract my original statement. I still give props to the OP and all but I take back the crap about hope for the community. Rather, I just wanna say that I personally think that the game was developed exactly for people like you (which I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there is no shortage of them in seddit, outside seddit, not so much).

I did notice that as far as communicating is concerned, a lot of people have a hard time voicing out criticisms. I'm sure a lot of these guys mean well but the common mistake I noticed is on the use of "you" language vs. "me" language. It sounds more offensive when anyone is told what to do, personally for me, it makes me feel like my freedom and options are being limited and defined by a person other than me. On the other hand, when you tell another how a certain, action, idea, etc. makes you fe…

I figured you were egging me on the first time around... but the game has taught me to make everyone earn what they ask of me. Not that I'm trying to pull any sort of close on you. lol. I grew up speaking English even from my country of origin, I didn't really take any ESL classes, I just use it as some sort of self-deprecating humor whenever I mispronounce/misspell something. And yes I have encountered numerous American girls (regardless of ethnicity) who admits that my slight accent can be som…

I have to be honest, I did try but sarcastic wit doesn't really go well with romanticized narrative. I don't know if I'm giving up on this endeavor too soon but I'm still stumped at the moment. I do have you to thank my good man for showing me the limitations of my capabilities as an ESL student. As much of how real that matter is, I refuse to make it an excuse because that would be too easy of an escape route. That is not how a true gentleman behaves. A true gentleman will stand his ground in t…

Well his entry is ok now but you should've seen it when it was just posted. It's not so much in the grammar but it was written in such a hurry that it was just one big mess of a headache I had to read it a few more times just to get his message. BTW @ OP, I forgot to say thanks for fixing the post. I honestly thought at first that English wasn't one of your mastered language until I checked your other posts. Anyways thanks.

It happens, at some point I was quite jaded with the seduction community. It felt like its full of misogynistic horn dogs, but I can't deny the fact that there are a lot of lessons being thought here that transcends seduction. It is just unfortunate that not everyone can appreciate that. Now my attitude towards this whole PUA thing is to focus more on the good and positive people that can be found here. There may not be a lot but they're there. I know it sounds some zen B.S. but same thing with …

In this day and age, Chivalry is a certain way of living regardless of your gender. In essence I think it is coming back to being human again where kindness and good deeds is taken at face value not because of an ulterior motive or whether the person deserves it or not. As far as I understand it, chivalry is doing the right thing at the precise moment it is needed. If somebody needs someone to hold the door open for them and you are able to, you do it regardless of their gender, history, credit …

There was a duel that occurred. Except it didn't involve swords, weapons, or any form of physical altercation. Rather, it involved use of charm, and subtle delivery of wit. The duel was not about breaking the other person's established frame but rather who displays the higher value without taking anything away from the other. Whenever you witness such duel where mutual respect is apparent in both parties, is always an exhilarating experience. Same thing with being able to participate in such a d…

hahahaha. I guess I'm gonna explain it in reddit for the first time. The name was an inside joke between me and my guitar player. When I used to play bass in a funk band. Basically whenever we jam, we would describe some of our grooves and music we make the way you would describe and rate a porno. From dirty, raunchy, eventually it became more creative. Like "...it's like sex/jizz/creampie in your ears", or "this groove can make that chick cream herself with or without the subs", etc... you get …

its cool. After reading it a bunch of times I think your point was he was an immovable object while you were an unstoppable force. Kudos to both of you for maintaining frames and showing mutual respect. As always I think that's how gentlemen should react towards each other.

Yeah its kinda similar to that one time I actually asked this old guy (around 60s) who owns a ferrari on how he got it. He said "it's just a matter of making yourself... the car is just a byproduct." And this happened about 3 or 4 years ago. I guess the bottom line is you will always get what you deserve.

This is a great idea. Focusing your efforts to work on something you have complete control of is something that makes a lot of sense. I went back to learning about seduction since I am looking to find myself in an LTR soon (no specific girl in mind). This post felt like it's reinforcing the reasons why I made a lot of changes in my life recently (quit smoking and drinking, exercise regularly, and no fap). thanks for putting in to words the essence of what I've been trying to do OP. upboats to yo…

"ok... now bend over/open wide/something ridiculously raunchy and playful" depends on the context of the situation. If she says it right in the middle of making out. Usually they say it in a playful manner... or if they are actually serious, they will get mad at this response and it will prove that they look down on you/believe you are beta/ more invested, etc... in any case, if they didn't laugh and find the joke in this, you're better off walking away. Basically reflect back to her whatever sh…
