Most of the guys here do not want to reconcile with the majority of the modern male gender as they stand, we call them betas and at best pity them and try to give advice on fixing their lives. The winners of society are the people who make a metric shitton of money- your typical divorce lawyer enjoys massive divorce rates more than a single woman receiving alimony. People will naturally take whatever they can, we can observe this in young children once they have the motor control skills to do so. As far as female heroes, I've enjoyed reading about Elizabeth I of England. There never was a sisterhood, that is modern marketing/ideology. You are correct in your general assessment, though historical women did face a great deal of domestic labor and risk in childbirth historically.
As far as your abilities, women trend towards average more than men. Men are more likely to be retarded or geniuses. As far as wanting to be particularly intelligent, bold, risk taking, strong, this board would merely point out that men do not necessarily find these characteristics attractive- many men find them unattractive, and plenty of men who say they find them attractive are flat out lying. So, if male companionship is a goal for your life, remember to make yourself attractive as well. As far as careers, now is the easiest point in history for you to get a career. You can get a heavily discounted computer science degree due to the sheer availability of scholarships.
Women and men both cannot escape biology, and attempts to escape from it will only cause pain. Women and men both should try and escape from current batshit insane social conditions, but the conditions will collapse relatively soon anyway, so it's more a matter of self improvement and preservation until then.

Its not that you can't pursue them. Its just that being successful usually limits a woman's dating pool if she's in to the alpha male types. And in that level, she would be in competition with other women... among other things.

That's precisely why people make money. It's so they have the ability to be "alpha". The "FU money" is inherently an alpha concept.

I think many people make money to compensate for their natural short-comings. If your short, scrawny and balding, you'll be far more motivated to work hard than the tall, athletic guy because everything romance-related depends on your ability to be a provider. You have no worth otherwise to women.

Money matters to becoming a "full alpha" because the FU money can really enhance a lot of other alpha traits.

Money isn't the end all although it makes things a lot easier

Imagine this impossible ideal, the TRUE Alpha. The world belongs to him. He can stay at any Hotel or at anyone's home because just knowing him people WANT to do what he wills. Any work he does is not a contract that he serves and in return he receives money, instead when he works he does it as an example, or to help and encourage his fellows. Imagine something like a Dictator where the military enforces his will on every person, and wherever he goes people do as he instructs. But instead of the military forcing people, the True Alpha has people do it of their own volition. This is an impossible ideal, but some men come close, many Celebrities for example. Don't get me wrong, if you want to engage in a certain career and succeed and have money because you want to own things, that is fine. But the idea of working hard for society in return for admiration and wealth is inherently beta, like a husband who works long hours to provide for his wife and children. There is nothing wrong with being a beta provider, but it is not inherently alpha.

I'm not getting your point... How will feminism have succeeded when everyone wants to be a 26 year old man who married (and impregnated) a 14 year old girl? Sure the guy seemed spectacularly impressive at peaceful politics and markedly improved life in Yugoslavia, but how does that make him true alpha?
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I'd call to question the claim that "it" will all collapse soon anyway. I feel that the combined changes of feminism/male obsolesence, technology, and affluence are all tied together, and that things won't change until (IMO) our affluence wanes. The "End Of America" (and western affluence in general) is still hotly debated as to whether, how, and when it will happen.

This is how every society works: the social norms, taboos and laws are there to protect women at a cost to men, the only people benefiting from mentioned system are the majority of women, everyone else is not important.
You are the equivalent of a slut in a traditionalist system, the individual woman whose dreams and hopes have been crushed by what's best for average women. Remember all those books about how oppressive it used to be for women who wanted to get a job or an education but couldn't? Well, they were the victims of team woman as well, because the absolute vast majority of women didn't want to work back then(it had a much higher price physically, and a much lower reward), and those who did undermined the norm that was beneficial to the majority.
Now women like you, feminine women, woman who had great fathers, women who are lazy and virtuous women are victims of ''what's best for most of us'' mentality as well. So make no mistake, if you do something as simple and personal as be nicer to men for example, women will go out of their way to punish you, just as they once did a woman that was too flirty with men.
Losers in this system include: Men as a group. Most Men as individuals. Women as individuals.
Winners in this system are: Some men as individuals. Women as a group.

Are my abilities to be intelligent, bold, risk-taking and strong diminished due to my gender?
Not at all. However, if you have to ask us for confirmation, it suggests that you are not as confident in your abilities as those who truly possess them. Make sure you are accurately and honestly assessing your strengths.
Is it possible for a woman to be anything but a liberal-arts-degree-holder in this age?
Of course, if you put in the necessary effort and sacrifice.

Even if all studies claim to place men in a better position to learn STEM fields if you can handle the same criticisms and work harder towards the same goals and execute on them I don't see any reason why a female couldn't make it.
[–]magicalbird10 points 12 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link
Biologically bias towards not getting into those type of fields because of evolutionary means of making each sex have specific gender roles that best fit them.
Reason why /r/theredpill advocates more traditional female housework is because we have had an experiment for 50 years now where women are actually more miserable than before when given more choice about what to do. More chances to sleep around, more chances to get all the attention of men than ever before, and yet they're still more miserable than ever thinking they're opposed and picking on the patriarchy as an enemy when in fact they are free to do what they want.
When they are free to get into polyamory and feminism they start using those powers to begin to stifle men because all humans will take advantage of what benefits them and keep traditions around that benefit them too.
If women want equality why do most of them still demand the man pay the dinner bill? if women want good men why do they ride on the evil alpha dark triad cock?
They can reach them but their words and actions mismatch so much of the time it starts to become pathetic. Female athletes exist so they reach their goals but you should mark performance as performance.
Female heroes exist and unfortunately didn't have the resources of males back in the day however they are still fewer than their male counterparts due to higher variability in male genetics or the Y chromosome.
Make yourself the rare woman who gets ahead of the rest of the female population.

It's hard to get a message out. Even if there was a massive ad campaign trying to make modern women understand how underhanded and sycophantic they can be, it would be met with incredible societal backlash. Women are the most protected group in the western world. More than any race or creed, women receive special treatment on a grand scale. Feels trump facts, at least as far as society is concerned.

There's one perfect example of a female hero: Florence Nightingale.
She basically created the nursing profession, was renowned for her empathy and caring, so much so that as the piece above notes, men devoted their lives to helping her. Nursing allows women to actually use their feminine qualities in a way that truly helps people, and most people would consider nurses to be intelligent and "strong".
[–]Smaugma5 points 12 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link
Incidentally, she had nothing positive to say about her gender.
"Now if I were to write a book out of my experience, I should begin Women have no sympathy. Yours is the tradition. Mine is the conviction of experience. [...] I have never found one woman who altered her life by one iota for me or my opinions."
Google Books excerpt from Ever yours, Florence Nightingale.
Basically most of the help she managed to get came from men.

I have the same feelings, but...
I have noticed that some women are secretly interested in what men really say when they're not around.
I have had the experience where I just let it fly around women and they perk the fuck up. It's like opening a door for them. These thoughts are completely alien to their brains.

I wish people would stop starting posts with questions that could have been asked by anyone by declaring that they’re female. That’s really just a grab for attention. That’s one of the very things The Red Pill doesn’t like about women – the notion that they are worthy of special attention and consideration solely because they are women, absent any other quality that might actually earn special attention. You can deny it all you want, but introducing a post with “I am female” is, consciously or not, a request to devote special attention to this post, due solely to the fact that the poster is a woman.
Being perfectly honest, while modern feminism is a cancer in society, the majority of women are not die-hard, hardcore, in-your-face feminists. The feminist movement just happens to be loud, well-publicized, and oppressive, so it looks that way. Feminism isn’t really something that needs “escaping” by women. If you want to get a real college degree and an awesome career, your only obstacles and limitations are your own abilities or lack thereof. If you want to be the perfect mate for the perfect man, same thing.
One thing you can never escape, however, is the fact that you’re a woman. You have female hormones, female body parts, a female psyche. You’re equipped to bear children and be attractive to, and attracted to, men. These are all good things. They don’t need escaping. If you want to be a badass woman, the key is to learn how to accept who and what you are, what the world is like, and the best way to navigate all of that, then do it. That’s what The Red Pill teaches men, just about being men instead of women.
If I were a young woman today, I would be a virgin until marriage, or at the very least, have sex rarely, because sex is a thing of value. I would apply for and receive all kinds of scholarships just for being a woman, not because I think that’s right or I’m entitled – that’s just how the world works today, so as a smart woman, I would navigate that world successfully and use everything at my disposal. I would get a kick-ass job, but just for a few years to learn the ropes, then I would start my own business and get all kinds of government dollars for being a woman running a woman-owned business. Same reasons as above. Once things were up and running pretty well and I had some free time and didn’t have to worry quite so much about making rent month-to-month, I’d start meeting guys and trying to find a worthwhile life partner to raise children. I’d be picky as hell, but a real man would recognize straight away that I’m a badass.

Why did black people so skillfully hoist the burden of escaping slavery on their backs when women contentedly luxuriated at the feet of their husbands?
Because black people lived in genuine poverty and squalor. Women (white) did not if they had husbands, and most women had husbands. Women weren't victims at all, it's bullshit, they weren't working plantations and being treated like non-humans, they were provided for and cared for and fulfilled their biological imperative to reproduce and be a mother, many even had slaves to help them with their house chores. Calling your gender role oppression of keeping house and looking after your own kids is hilarious.
Single mothers still have to do that today and don't even have a man to help them out with it, so what changed there? Nothing. You're even more "suppressed" now than you were before because the collective gender was dumb enough to fall for segregationist tactics and thus be emancipated collectively from the care of men. Independence is a nice euphemism for "fucking orphaned from." Black men were labour for agriculture and did the hard physical work (genetically they are the biggest males on Earth and were even bred for it) black women were sex slaves/maids to rich men, often both simultaneously.
Their position was so shit they had a reason to want to escape from it, women were just sold some perverse form of marxism and were dumb enough to actually fall for it.
They are anomalous and unexpected in modern western society. They are not diminished per say if you are talented, but people on average will trust you less, men and women alike. People will always be circumspect of your achievements or position and you may feel a greater pressure to have to prove yourself, great women are very very rare. Most women use sex or the implication of sex to achieve and obtain everything, not intelligence, reason or merit. As you pointed out yourself:
I think women are the unfair winners of this society, hedonistically grabbing all they can take from it.
Which I concur with.
Of course it is, if you stop identifying with those you despise you can be whatever you want to be. If you identify as being an intellectual over the biological state of being a woman, your higher reasoning will take you to an elevated sense of self. I'm of the strong belief that intellectualism supercedes all other categories of difference and segregation. You can say to me, we're different due to race, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age etc etc... but if we're both intellectuals with a logical curiosity for the inner workings of the cosmos, all of a sudden all those gaps are bridged by a common dominant trait so powerful it surpasses all other means of self-identification and the subsequent segregation it generates.
To be honest, intellectualism is beautiful, there's no other force that can bring people together so non-discriminately, the thing about intellectualism is that it not only brings people together, but the ability to be intelligent and thoughtful (not necessarily have a successful career) commands great respect from any who cross you.
We live in a society which heralds the superficial and the dumbfounded while suppressing the intellectual as boring, the reality is - it's the opposite. The intellectuals are the greats, the interesting people who will elevate the human condition and bring about a new paradigm in their stride - the idiots are the monotonous slaves to drudgerous mediocrity whom indiscriminately and rather ignorantly judge and reject everything they don't understand - which is basically anything at all which is outside their area of personal expertise.

I think, perhaps, it is fair to say that you could easily find your intelligence, boldness, and risk-taking satisfied in traditional female gender roles.
Let's start with risk taking: A pregnancy is one of the most dangerous, if not the most dangerous, activity a fecund otherwise healthy woman can undertake in her life. To literally put one's own life on the line to create another, that strikes me as real courage. Next, boldness: I think it'd be pretty bold to go your own way in life and chart a path apart from your female peers, namely by rejecting the false promises of third-wave feminism. Now intelligence: Raising kids, and helping them become the most stable and intelligent people they can be, that takes real brains. Strength: See above
Lastly, as for your lament "is is possible for a woman to be anything but a liberal-arts-degree-holder in this age?" I suggest this is pretty revealing. The fact that you are not satisfied with being that, tells us that contrary to the sickly sweet promises of countless feminists, this is not the way to make women happy. Shocker: women may not be most happy by simply trying to become men.

I think we agree more than you think we do. I mean bravery not in some cosmic sense, but in a "hey, this thing I'm about to do could definitely kill me" sense. The infant mortality rate in the US is still 11/100,000 as of 2005. Low to be sure, but still kinda scary when one considers the way we humans irrationally conceive of "preventable" death as worse that unpreventable death.
[–]george373701 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I used to call myself a feminist because I believe in equality of rights and opportunities. I no longer call myself a feminist because that 's not what third-wave feminism seems to be about.
I absolutely believe that there are women out there capable of escaping a life of mediocrity and self-congratulation. I also believe there's next to no institutionalized discrimination in our society preventing you from going out and pursuing a path that isn't conventionally female.
That said, it doesn't make me any more or less interested in a girl for sex or relationships. For men, the traits you're talking about increase sexual market value. Women are more attracted to men who display them. For women, these traits have virtually no effect on SMV. Men probably won't care much that you're successful. Hell, there were a couple of cute, driven girls in my engineering class and I hooked up with them. But I wouldn't have been less interested in them sexually if they were less driven to succeed. Frankly, I didn't really care.
[–]billnye_theRPguy1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
The conclusion is - I cannot reconcile myself with my gender. Third wave feminism has introduced an atmosphere of unconditional entitlement into the female psyche. I think women are the unfair winners of this society, hedonistically grabbing all they can take from it. I don't know very many women with good self-control.
Ultimately what matters is you, for right now and for the future. What happened in the past is irrelevant. What other women do is irrelevant. The thing is, a lot of what feminism wants these days is probably in your best interest anyway, but you think it's wrong for ethical reasons, and morals are what set you apart from all the other women out there.
Are my abilities to be intelligent, bold, risk-taking and strong diminished due to my gender? Is it possible for a woman to be anything but a liberal-arts-degree-holder in this age?
No, but you have to work for it just like everybody else. I don't think there's significant difference in mental capability between men and women, both genders are capable of great accomplishments if this is your choice.
The only downside is, focusing on academia, you will miss your sexual peak in your early 20s, and men will become less interested as you grow older. The best time to have a child and a family is when you're younger. This isn't the "patriarchy" or some bullshit, its mostly biology mixed with a bit of society. Life isn't fair - there's a lot of bullshit for both genders (something a lot of activists fail to realize), but that's just the way things are and you're not going to change it so don't waste your time, instead use the knowledge to your advantage.
Can women escape this? Should they?
That is up to you, and it really depends on the kind of person you are. Both men and women take advantage of the opposite gender to get things we need or want either through sexuality and experience. Plenty of women will take advantage of men who want to be wage slaves, but that ship is slowly sinking as coming to reality, and society will eventually change.
[–]billytiger1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Huh? You speak only in abstracts, and the analogies you draw are vague. Not quite sure what your point is. Or what this sub has to say about it that's relevant.
TRP concerns mating strategies, and for males achievement is a direct form of strategy. For females, achievement and sexual value are separate. So, if you have an innate passion or love of your calling, your achievement is only limited by your willingness to sacrifice your time and other aspects of your life. Men will often be rewarded in the related sphere of sexual value as a consequence of making achievements. You probably won't be. Instead you'll have to split your energy into 1) your calling 2) increasing your desirability. How you divide that is up to you, but one field won't necessarily pay off into the other.
But mainly- huh????? You fail to raise any trackable arguments and are just vaguely self-loathing. Is this a plea for sympathy? I don't get it.
But while we're on the topic the NUMBER ONE thing women can do is be more direct and transparent in their dealings with each other and men. But particularly with each other. Good god, there's nothing more annoying than hearing a bunch of insincere affirmations tossed around as tokens of friendship.

I used to share your sentiment. How can I feel pride in men, when I see men being so subservient, so pathetic? How can I love myself for who I am if I know that my kind are screwing up one of the greatest countries ever conceived? How can I reconcile my love of America with the horrible things America does?
The answer is simple. True individualism - you do not think about the qualities of your group. Just as nationalism can be unhealthy and lead to dogmatism, racism, jingoism, etc, so can identifying yourself with your gender.
You are not your country, your religion, your gender, or your friends. Their deeds do not reflect upon you, you're deeds to not reflect upon them. Internalize this to the degree that you no longer even THINK about what women do, it's just that irrelevant.
I am a man, but I'm not defined by what men do, I have free will. My actions will determine how I see myself, and that is all I need to know. I bear guilt and responsibility for my mistakes alone, not for anyone elses.
If every single woman on this planet was a gold digging lazy whore, but you retained your desire to contribute your own value, then you would still be a good person. The whole world can hamster it's brains away, but as long as you don't hamster, you can have pride in yourself. You don't have to suffer for the sins of your society.
Women do not have to escape the deeds of other women. They don't have to escape anything. They have to master one thing, and one thing only - themselves. At the very least, they have to learn how to subdue their hamster and say NO to the freebies society hands out, so that they can one day actually develop into the type of person who deserves a great man and great life.
Consciously act differently than the women you cannot reconcile yourself with. Take action, don't just judge them from afar. This goes for guys too - get over your issues about how men are X or women are X, get over the emotionality of it all. If you want to be different, if you want to achieve something that is better than what society expects of women or men, then stop thinking about society. Think about what you are going to achieve.
Can women do this? Most cannot. It's not that they are weak, it's just that as you said, their position in society pads their lives, so that they never have to grow and mature. But if you are the type of woman who can, the type of woman who knows she has the potential, then you really owe it to yourself to try.

Radical Feminism is nothing more than systemic Misandry wrapped up in the guise of female empowerment. You are completely right to feel that modern women just plain suck in general because lets face it any guy worth a damn is going to run not walk away from any potential marriage. The sooner people realize this the sooner people can fix it.
Not to be politically incorrect but women as a gender are biologically designed to be the cautious and careful gender. Likewise, intelligence trends more towards the average than it does in males. This in terms of evolution is a good thing because it means while women arent as likely to end up in Mensa, they're far less likely than men to end up dealing with the problems of mental retardation and the like and hundreds or thousands of years ago a woman with mental retardation would have been unable to provide for herself let alone care for her own offspring.
That said there is nothing to say a woman cant work hard and do stuff. Honestly in many cases I think women's IQs may be diminished because they really do not use much parts of their brains as much as men do so it atrophies down to 'average' levels rather quickly. Your brain is like a muscle... if you dont exercise it you lose it.
Yes... But the odds of a woman working that hard to get a degree in something like STEM is minimal when most women will pick the path of least resistance and take degrees that are easier and open up fields which are dominated by women already like education, nursing and/or social services.
Yes, if they really want to. It depends on the woman, remember women still have a biological need to procreate just like men do. The problem with indulging in their biological imperative is that it costs them in terms of time, money and experience. That said, it is said that women who actually do have kids end up with higher IQ's.
[–]RPW MODLifterofThings0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I don't want to believe this is a biological imperative.
There are a lot of instincts/biological that we repress for the sake of harmonious modern social living. For instance, the fight or flight response to anxiety-- many of us stuff this down when taking part in things like public speaking, or job interviews, etc.
I won't argue whether something is or is not a "biological imperative"-- I personally believe that there is evidence to suggest that neither nature nor nurture is wholly responsible for a person's motivations... but to cite "biology!" as an excuse for selfish behavior (if you think being selfish is "bad", that is), is just making excuses. Regular introspection helps to identify things like this, imo.
Those are basically my questions to you. Can women escape this? Should they?
If this assessment of women troubles you, absolutely. I'm a broad also, and my personal code of ethics brands selfish people as dickwads, so obviously, I don't want to be a selfish person. I can't say I've ever felt strongly entitled, or any real hypergamy (and I really believe that this was shaped by my upbringing), but I'm always sort of "on the lookout" for these impulses in my own behavior, and do my best to self-correct.
Ultimately, "be yourself" is good advice, but only taken contextually. Other people in your life may come and go, but you're stuck with you, so you'd better be a you that you can tolerate, if not like. Some choices you make may not be popular with other people-- this is not some failing on their part to recognize your brilliance, it's simply a matter of differing priorities/ethics.
If you're finding yourself routinely rejected by the people you want around you, and are unhappy about it, it's on you to change, not them. If being a "nice guy" doesn't get you the women you want, don't bitch about how women "like assholes" and fail to recognize that you'd be better relationship material; change your strategy. Know that any decision you make about who to be is going to ostracize some people, and act accordingly to appeal to the group of people you want to appeal to.
TRP is descriptive, rather than prescriptive. From a personal perspective, I've made a lot of decisions that go against RP "teachings" for women: I'm career-driven, in my late 20s and not yet married, and am not really prioritizing my looks on a daily basis. That being said, I'm happy with my life, and if something down the line doesn't go the way I want it to, I know I've only got myself to blame.
I don't know very many women with good self-control. I don't have female heroes, I can't conceive of such a thing as a sisterhood.
I hear ya. I want to like women... but in a lot of cases, I just don't. Well, I shouldn't say "don't like"; they're fine, but I just don't trust them or their judgement in the same way that I trust the men in my life.

Some food for thought from a post I wrote a while back on my website:
"The gender wage gap will sooner or later be brought to parity. However, the vanguards of feminism will not accomplish this and neither will democratic politicians that give lip service to the issue and make attempts at passing "equal pay" legislation in the name of the democratic principle of equality.
THIS OBJECTIVE IS A CORPORATE OBJECTIVE.
I repeat, the objective is to pay women the same as men is a corporate objective BUT THIS WILL NOT BE ACCOMPLISHED BY PAYING WOMEN MORE OR INSTITUTING POLICIES THAT ENSURE FAIR PAYMENT AND/OR FAIR TREATMENT OF WOMEN.
The gender wage gap will be eliminated by "gender blind" economic policies designed to bring the American standard of living down a couple notches regardless of gender.
Think about it...
Why would a CEO care about paying women more so they can make the same as men because it's "fair" or just? Furthermore, why would a female CEO care about paying women more because it's "fair" when doing so will only imperil her position as CEO since such actions do not serve the interests of shareholders and the bottom line?
The struggle for equality between the sexes is nothing compared to the struggle between the "haves and have nots" in America.
If anything, pitting poor young men against poor young women in the name of "feminism" only serves the benefit of corporate interests that posses the power to do so AND CORPORATE INTERESTS WILL DO SO BUT ON THEIR TERMS WITHOUT SACRIFICING THE BOTTOM LINE.
Men and women will be paid the same by paying both genders...especially young people...less over time.
A corporation ruled by shareholder capitalism will never sacrifice a quarterly dividend to elevate a woman's pay on the principle of fairness.
Democratic Politicians:"We need to make sure that women get paid the same as men. It's only fair."
Corporate America:"Don't worry...we've got it covered because..."
-If you are a male worker you are expendable and you will be paid as little as possible while being squeezed for every ounce of productivity possible.
-If you are a female worker you are expendable and you will be paid as little as possible while being squeezed for every ounce of productivity possible.
It's the arguably the most genius corporate ploy of all time."
...
That being said...I don't think women can "escape" anything.
However, it is possible for a woman to be "anything but a lib arts degree holder." You can be whatever you want.
But...if you truly believe in a "good and just" society then you must either stand up against what is unjust or simply do the best you can to cultivate a life that is good and just.
I don't know what to tell you...but know that you can "be the change you want to see in the world" and all jazz if you commit to it.
No different then the men who come here seeking self improvement.

NAWALT alert!
Almost every single post on this sub by a female begins with a NAWALT disclaimer. Just make a valid point without making a reference to your gender. No one gives two shits about your gender. Just raise a valid question or make an insightful comment.
'If I can pontificate a bit, for your edification. One of the rules of the Internet is: "there are no girls on the Internet." This rule does not mean what you think it means. In real life, people like you merely for being a girl. They want to fuck you, so they pay attention to you and they pretend what you have to say is interesting, whether or not you are genuinely interesting, or that you are smart of clever, whether or not you are actually smart or clever. On the Internet, there is no chance to fuck you; this means the advantage of being a "girl" does not exist. You don't get a bonus to conversation just because someone wants to put their cock in you.
When you make a post like "hurr durr, I'm a gurl," you are begging for attention. The only reason to post it is because you want your girl-advantage back, because you are too vapid or too stupid to do or say anything interesting without it. You are forgetting the rule "there are no girls on the Internet." The one way around this rule, the one way you can get your "girlness" back on the Internet, is to post your tits. This is, and should be, degrading for you, an admission that the only interesting thing about you is your naked body.
In short: TITS OR GET THE FUCK OUT' - 4chan

Post on the redpillwomen. Why post here as a man?

No disrespect, but this feels like a guy posted it. I'm calling bullshit.

of course you can become an industry leader or master of science or engineering. nobody is stopping you, and your success is completely dependent upon your talent, hard work, and resolution. i work in oil exploration, and all four of my team members are women. my boss is an old hippie structural geology lady, and my other three coworkers are female 20-something geophysicists. their sex does not make them lesser in my eyes or any one else's; they do not face harassment or discrimination in the job; they certainly do not receive lesser pay compared to males in the same position; they did not face any adversity while trying to enter this industry. they are equal to men in every way i can name, except that they are given more leeway for sick days due to feminine issues. i know because i've asked them about it, and none of them have experienced sexual discrimination in their careers. i've never seen sexual discrimination in my profession or college, but i've seen women try to imagine it in order to make threats and get their way, though.
people need to realize that we can't "have it all". people, men and women, can't devote themselves to a career and also devote themselves to caring for their family at the same time. an industry leader will always have to sacrifice time and bonding with his or her family in order to be successful, while a full-time parent must sacrifice their career prospects in order to raise their children well and create healthy bonds. we all have to choose, and when it comes down to it, women have an advantage in parenting simply because they can breast feed while men can't. men and women have different strengths due to our sexual dimorphism, but it's our choice whether or not we assume our conventional gender roles. it's all up to you, so choose wisely and beware of the consequences of each side.

Not our concern.
MGTOW shows us you can overcome your biological imparatives though.
[–]nathanisfat -1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
No female heroes? How about Ayn Rand or Baroness Thatcher? You don't have to agree with their politics to admire their accomplishments.
[–]Mr_Bell-1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I sure as hell don't agree with this biological imperative thing.
That's not to deny the obvious: men and women ARE biologically different.
But a woman is raised to believe she has an instinct to be a mother.
A man is raised to be anything he aspires to be, as long as he commits to it.
So aspire to be whoever you want to be. And do it. Don't listen to anyone else.

Ok. That sucks for you.
Yes, you used exactly the right word: diminished.
What a silly question.

Find a man who embodies the qualities that you crave to see in yourself, and support him in every way you can.
[–]splendiferocious0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
You can work as a unit with your partner, right? Have you seen House of Cards? I love the example of Claire & Francis Underwood - they're not perfect, morally corrupt in fact, but their relationship is initially one of two highly powerful individuals who work ad a unit and show mutual support. Claire is a hottie though despite being middle aged - she knows her looks underscore a great part of her political power.

Allow me to have a wild rant about this: I feel logic and the degree to which we let it influence our emotional state has a lot to do with the differences we see in each sex. Logic is at the core of all sciences and most men value it highly in all aspects of their life. (hint: it appears men don't act logically towards women - because they don't behave logically if men base expectations from everything society suggests, bigger data sets from the real world will paint the right picture for individuals).
So men seek realism not so much happiness.
Along with generally leading to more success in their endevours, a deep seeded reliance on logic allows men to accurately determine where they sit in the hierarchy of men who have manly skills (which are whatever society determines). Delusions of grandeur aside, successful men can then project the correct level of confidence based on the continued outcomes of their efforts measured against his peers.
Women are attracted to this confidence but subconsciously want to shit-test to ensure a mans value is continuously at that high level - signalling a solid choice of partner for long or short term.
I think this may be why females fork away from the path of logic, they need to operate at a higher level of happiness as an ultimate underlying shit test. I think logic interferes with high happiness levels in women as happiness and status can much more easily be held in place artificially with attention and compliments about her intrinsic value (mainly about appearance, not effort or success... but as for the guys, what ever society determines). They are bombarded with this mindset early on, increasing reliance and building a tolerance. A confident woman isn't the most attractive quality for men so I would say there is no internal push for skills based competition. So logic has to go by the wayside in a world where not every woman can be sort after by the best men so everyone plays along and makes them believe.

Haha I'm glad to see that someone else here looks at /pol/. Even though many of the posts on /pol/ are BS (THE JEWS DID EVERYTHING THAT'S BAD), it's pretty hilarious and the serious posts on there do align with TRP views.

OP meant white women, I think we all know enough basic history to make that inference. There's no need to contribute bile due to petty pedanticism, your post is not helpful or productive at all. Knock it off.

As a Black man that revels in your posts generally, thank you for pointing out this dudes ignorance. I got what she was saying when I read it. Though I understand that different people have differing levels of reading comprehension and understanding of inference. For those people, I have no pity. Good one mate.
