Firstly, congratulations! probably filed me into the non-lover category already Secondly, chill out. Small talk was a great first step. Work on your game so you can step it up the next time you run into her.

Isn't that the ultimate goal? To have fun and get the most out of what the community offers? I'm on your side, I do pickup too ;)

Sorry I wasn't being specific at all. I meant daygame difficulties, such as the occasional AA, laziness, and dealing with negative self talk. It's very tempting to give up on those days you wake up and just feel like crap and want to hide from the world. How do you keep going when the going gets tough? Thanks again for taking the time to do the AMA, you're very inspiring!

Hi Mark, I find your website very helpful and I have a questions and would like to know your thoughts on women's game. Your most memorable experience while doing pickup? And how it affected you? What are your favorite movies and books? Why? What are the do's and don'ts of attracting alpha men and keeping them interested? What are some refined ways a lady should deal with negs and insults? Method to best deal with unreciprocated attraction without drama (how to reject a man's advances effectively…

Lot of comfort is also a must. She doesn't know what the fuck she's doing, she has to trust you. She has to know that no matter how this shit turns out, you are her rock. Lead every step of the way and push the comfort zone, but react to STOP. Don't plow through resistance too much. You can't afford to freak her. My girl was solid, no flakes or any sigificant IoDs. As I was approaching about week three of knowing her (all in social settings, it was social circle game), with so much comfort I was…

(assuming that they were actually interested) Usually it's because we're trying to be smooth. Or we feel like a fool for even being attracted in the first place: esteem issues.

The "nice person" label can be so ridiculously misleading sometimes. A pushover with lack of self respect and ego problems is a "nice" person? An emotionally weak person who allows people to walk over them then utilizes it to manipulate people through guilt is a "nice" person? That's not nice at all. Not to yourself or others. This label seems more like a protective shield than genuine. Not to mention, it falsely represents the real nice people. The ones who leave people better than they found t…

Thanks for putting it into perspective. I will answer simple and general questions with a smile and add "What about you?". If they have a fun vibe about them, I will include silly responses to stir up light laughter. If they get nosy or when it begins to feel like an interrogation, I'm tempted to respond with blatant sarcasm... in a kind of half assed way. Far from smooth/graceful, which may be less than ideal?

This makes a lot of sense. Could you please clarify what you mean here? and if you are challenged you should feel comfortable telling the truth Truth that they are being nosy, or that I'm self-conscious, or tell them the answer to their question?

A lot of things go into creating attraction. Be in shape. Dress well. Have a positive attitude. Joke, laugh, and have a good time. Say something intelligent. Check. Check. Check. What are some intelligent things to say? Or topics rather?

Not particularly. This would just be practice to help me with the occasional AA.

Give them a compliment that is blatant or shows you are attracted to them i.e. "You look hot in that shirt." as opposed to complimenting their shirt or something subtle about them being cute or something. Thanks, that's a great point!

Girls are much easier more receptive to kino than guys. Why?

She said she was wearing them because she was going to a party afterwards. You: Are you bringing a date? Want to? I realize that is out of your league right now, but never forget to be SEEING opportunities as you talk with people. Always keep in mind how you can turn the situation into something better This is gold. Thanks!

Try an experiment that has helped me immensely. Try to talk less and do as much as you can non-verbally. Head nods, shrugs, facial expressions and playful pushing instead of spoken answers. Most of the time, you don't have to say shit, and you learn to deal with the tension by embracing the negative space. Thank you. I talk too much. I need this implanted in my mind.

Appreciate the reply! I noticed you said "then bail", would it not be a good idea to go forward with friendship? College game can be a pretty small world. Or would it not matter? About lying, does random bullshit and senseless statements count? I tried gaming a few guys today, but one ended up quite confused when I made a clearly sarcastic statement (agree and amplify about being immature) about going Trick or Treating and overindulging candy on my own because I'm cool. He didn't pick up on the …

Reminds me of myself. I'm working on approaching more. Seddit material is geared towards the male persuasion and often effective teasing in social situations are a gender role reversal mockery type. So it's a bit tricky to do since I would be teasing/mocking the role reversal with a role reversal? I have no clue haha

My mind blanks when I am asked questions about myself, I simply answer like an uninteresting AFG. What are some other lines to "make them fill the holes in their imagination" or deflect their questions or add aspect of humor without directly answering (or not answering) like a boring person?

I'm the happiest person I know. Everything is a joke and life is great. I just need to know how I can hide my external expression of happiness, if that's possible. Or how can I stop being happy if that's not an option. I want to be like an icy cold badass with minimal outwardly expressed facial expressions of joy.

Rock bottom is all in your head. It's a horrible place to be, I know. You said you want someone to "help pick you up", but in reality nobody can do that. I know it's not a nice thing to hear, but if you want to move on to better things you'll have to be aware of it sooner or later. What others can offer is advice. But even when the BEST advice is offered it is entirely up to you to get off your ass and get out in the world and apply it. And you will get slapped down. Not once, but many times. Ag…

People everywhere ask me all the time why I'm smiling. I never know how to respond to their ambiguous tone, so I just smile even more. You know how there's "permanent bitchface" and duckface? Well I guess I'm just a permanent smileface aaand now also known as entertaining monkey gal.

I actually failed to do any approaches today. But. I'm not giving up, will be trying again tomorrow :) I can't wait until I get an awesome boyfriend. But I can't see it happening. I promise it isn't my primary motive. I want to learn to schmooze. Without booze.

And it's good practice. That's how I convince myself. Lacks inner game. Talk to someone else elsewhere? Like physically get up and move to a different spot? (In class/on the bus/etc situations)

Is it impossible to converse with shy guys? Should I leave them alone once I find out they're shy? And thank you! I plan on it. Continuing this tomorrow too. Until the rest of the semester. I hope to start closing some numbers soon!

This looks fun! Can't wait to try it. It'll probably be awkward as hell when I attempt kino, but still excited.

This is very insightful, thank you! I cut the thread, because. Well. My thought process is very much scattered and my attention span is short. I tend to jump from topic to topic. I'm not sure if this would build comfort or make it awkward, but I do it because of nerves. It seems impossible to find comfort in awkward silences. For now at least. Get out of my head and into my ears... haha, that's a great tip actually. I'll try it out tomorrow. Not sure how it'll go, since I don't have class alone …

Thank you. Appreciate your response. Any suggestions for open-ended questions? I've never been much of a talker/conversationalist, got burnt out trying to think of things to ask. At one point, I remember feel like a nosy journalist badgering them for answers to pointless questions. Queasy feels. It could be part of my imagination I suppose. Because I was pushing out of my comfortable comfort zone and all.
/r/seduction11/09/12 02:21 AM

Awesome. Could you please elaborate on that? What would the conversational context be while kinoing? Make it known that kino was intentional or not? Kino even if the HG seems uninterested or/and unresponsive? Haha you're going to have to break it down for me. Newbie to the max here.

I'd like to start working out, specifically lifting. But. I can't even converse normally without spazzing. Throw me in a room of attractive muscular manly men and ask for help? That's just calling for a panic attack. I'd pass the fuck out. Or even shit my pants. The nerves. How to control them? edit: i accidentally a word.

I never get hit on. Does this mean I'm hot and intimidating?
