I don't think the alpha/AFC distinction is helpful since it wouldn't be obvious at first glance (unless you mean something akin to the HB scale).

Regardless, you'll get plenty of practice just approaching whomever you feel like. Don't waste your time with targets you're not genuinely interested in -- it'll show.

Rereading this from the frame that you're a female made this post a lot less confusing.

Anyway, any AFC will return your attention no matter what, so I say go for it, but you're not going to improve yourself at all. You'll pick up, no doubt, but you might get bored really damn quickly. As for gaming alphas, and by that I mean naturals, I'd say they already get enough attention, and they'll just more or less capitalize on yours. Having said that, an AFC won't even know what to DO with your attention, so it depends on whether you're more apt to be dominant or submissive.

Dominant -> toy with some AFCs
Submissive -> play with some alphas

Totally your choice.

First off, screw fragile egos, those are not your responsibility. Don't lie, but as long as you are honest you should be just fine.

You should only neg when person displays they think they are higher value than you, so that should never be the case with AFC's.

Also, it is hard to tell if the guy is really Alpha or not from just appearance.

So look, you aren't in a relationship with any of these guys, you don't owe them anything if you flirt.

Find a guy, get to know him, get him attracted via flirting / kino, and then bail. Don't worry about how he interprets it.

I think a big problem you will run into with AFC's is they are not used to female attention and will be suspicious. Usually girls that hit on them have nefarious purposes in mind and they will think you are up to no good.

Both, although you would probably have more success and fun with alphas. As a former shy AFC, it would totally rock my world if I had a girl hit on me but I probably would have not known what do or how to act. I don't think you would be doing any harm to egos, you would just inflate them (which is something they could use).
