Don’t bother telling the dude my brother, it never works out. He already knows about you, so it’s not going to destroy things as you envision. This is one of the hardest things to come to terms with and I’ve been there myself (post about it in my history). Your best bet is to just next her to begin the healing process. If Better to just start separating yourself from the trash and bettering yourself. Exes are a motherfucker and always have pull.

Yeah man, it's tough with these types of girls. The sex and their personalities can be so good/fun, but they all seem to have that same shit in common where they got 10 dudes going all the time and thrive off that attention and being a slut. Sorry to hear it went that way bro. Keep your head up. Sucks to lose a fun sexy girl, but there's more up ahead.

DO NOT ASK HER until she has orgasmed. Horny talk is just that, TALK. Wisdom. Anything pre-orgasm is to be taken as nonsense. I've had a girl BEG me to get her another girl to fuck so she can have that girl ride her face while I fuck her etc and then after she got off say, "eh I'd never actually do that, that's not my thing."

Rule 1 dictates it all: be as attractive as possible. From there, be as non-needy as possible, and if you get turned down, act as if it's no big deal and go do something else. You're attractive, un-phased, and not desperate. If a chick continues to deny sex consistently then you can choose to terminate the relationship and find better. However, with a girl that is into you, building sexual tension and making your move while being the above should get more ass than not, and not a word will need t…

What’s your conversion rate to dates/lays like? Seems like it would be pretty decent if they’re reacting that way. Also, how do you go about opening at the gym? The baddest chicks at my gym usually have headphones in and come off pretty anti social during their workout time, so I’ve yet to come up with a consistently good strategy to crack through that without being a douche.

Attraction is non-negotiable. Sex is never something you overtly force a girl into. You make her want to do it.

If you're lifting 3-4 days a week, try adding 1 day dedictated to sprint intervals to start. Do that for a month or so so your body can adapt to the increased workload, then try a 2nd day. 1-2 days should be fine, plus you'll have some impressive sex cardio gains from the sprints (serious).

lmao I don't even know man. I've heard shit like this since high school (knew a girl that only did anal to save her pussy for marriage...lol) and I'm still amazed every time I hear the retarded 'boundaries' women come up with so they don't feel like whores.

I think this simply comes down to what you believe is right or wrong in your gut. Based off my personal experiences and values, I'd likely pass on this one to avoid causing this dude unnecessary hurt (assuming they're actually dating?). I'd let some other dude do that, especially since you got other girls to fuck with. But again, that's my view -- what's yours?

There has been about half a dozen posts on here in the last month or so, with this exact same pattern. Girl is fucking the Alpha. Girl wants the Alpha. Alpha shows he won't commit. Girl and Alpha both next. Girl finds a beta to quickly LTR her. Girl realises she really wants the Alpha dick. Girls hits Alpha up again. Yep. I posted one of those threads a few months back and you actually posted a reply. For a quick refresher, my LTR cheated on me with a beta after I wouldn't marry and then trashed…

Women find cowards and non-masculine men to be sexual turn-offs Sort of. In the long term, yes. In the short term, they can get pussy too through showering a girl with validation. I just made a post in this thread about a few girls I know that have fucked beta's and then shit talked them in the past 6 months. To quote one girl, "At first those [beta] guys turn you on but after awhile they're just...ewww"

factoring in that a women will only sleep with someone 1-2 places above herself on the SMV Not true. I can think of 3 women I personally know that are early to mid 20's, good looking, successful and in the past 6 months have all slept with someone far below their SMV. Not only that, 2 of the 3 openly shit talked the guys they fucked talking about how much of a pussy they were and their betaness eventually became repulsive.

This is mind blowing to me an seems too easy. There's really that many bottom-tier guys around on average? The fuck? I think I'm blind as fuck to this because the guys I work with and have in my social circle are all either married, have a girlfriend, or pick up new girls pretty easily. I figured a lot of guys are like that.

The other red flag here not being discussed is her coming out of a 6 year relationship — that is a tight emotional bond and if her ex comes back in the picture shit could likely get bad for you very fast. I would distance yourself from the idea of an LTR with this girl completely.

No. Don’t complain and show eagerness to get back to work/your purpose. The latter can put a woman in a position where she has to “hold you down so you can recover” and makes her feel needed and important in a non-needy way. Women losing attraction because of a surgery or sickness recovery is one of the dumber theories I’ve seen. If that actually happens, next them immediately. That is beyond the general shallow female nature we discuss here regularly.

Avoid like the plague which will likely make her come on stronger. They’re only good for a quick pump and dump if that’s your thing, but I’d rather deal with a single chick if possible.

Been there my guy, check my post history. Ghost this chick, talk this shit out with people close to you and vent as much as you need to, and then find out where you can improve and work on that while cultivating other female options ASAP even if its just hanging out and chilling. You have to get the abundance mindset rolling or you will stagnate.

This x100. The new relationship has everything working against it off the bat. The phase to start thinking about is no contact (starting now) and remaining strong once she returns in some capacity, even if she texts "hey" a year from now.

This is a really interesting post to me having come out of a 7 year LTR where my ex cheated and left. How have I changed? Well, the pain I experienced losing someone I loved and hurting them so badly taught me one thing. It’s rare to come across someone you’re truly compatible with, and whom you end up feeling genuine love for. I've wondered if she is even capable of coming to such a revelation. It seems like so many women just continue on like it was no big deal. "Light switch effect" in RP ter…

Short answer is scale back your BJJ training a bit to allocate more of your recovery reserves toward lifting. So if you are rolling 5 days a week, scale it back to 2 or 3, and lift 3 days a week while eating more.

Pretty much yeah. He knows that every time she has sex with him (the beta) she's doing it out of duty or sexual frustration. Partly he feels bad, partly he gets a sadistic kick out of it. Of course not all betas are like this. Yeah I think this is pretty damn rare because beta's are inherently beta because of their delusions (ie: she really loves me / I'm better than her ex! etc)

I agree, but sadly the law exists so we can't beat their ass. However, the next best thing is that these dudes always get burned by the chick they got with. Shane will be miserable one way or another.

I had a problem with her having beta orbiters, but I thought every girl has them and I was clearly above them in SMV It's not so much about the SMV comparison as it is the orbiters giving her what you're not. Go to my post history and look for a thread I started a couple months ago where my LTR cheated with a beta. Read the replies I got. A lot of good stuff in there that is dead on. Also, she will burn this Shane guy. Guaranteed.

It’s a gut thing. You’ll know in your gut when shit isn’t right. My best advice I can give you with that is always always trust your gut. If you’re not liking the way something is going or you feel like this isn’t right, it isn’t. It’s that simple and it takes a shit load of balls and discipline to follow that feeling without rationalizing the situation. Jealousy will likely always pop up to some degree since we are human, but if it’s bothering you excessively that can be a sign of needing to le…

Nah don’t do the distancing shit. Having been on the receiving end of that when I was younger it fucks with the persons head too much. Sluts are the best, you just can't fall in love with them. That's easier said than done sometimes as well, because when the sex is amazing, they worship the ground you walk on, and they're pretty cool, it can be hard to resist. Many men have fallen because of beautiful fucked up women -- it's a story old as time itself. I too, tend to be attracted to beautiful women that have red flags or eventually reveal their flags. But if she meets an decent looking but not necessarily super hot guy in the right context and he creates the moment and she is swept up in the fun and the feelings, she'll fuck him. Even if she'd have told you he's not attractive just seeing his picture earlier that day. This needs to be posted every time someone asks how much looks matter for getting laid.

Should I fight dudes who hit on her when I'm around Unless you like going to jail for no reason, no. There's one reason to never fight a guy going after your girl: she's the gatekeeper to her pussy and it's up to her to let the dude in or not. Throw as many punches as you want, she can fuck 10 dudes behind your back if she wants to. You control nothing. Also if that is your frame of mind early on, you should probably let this one go.

Comfort is for pussies A LTR will die a harsh death with some comfort it's just about dosing it properly and the man administering it. I can tell by OP's post he hasn't honed his masculine potential to the fullest yet. That's the issue, and also that this chick is probably just a poor choice anyway.

They might actually miss you, but once you give them attention they might not anymore This. And on this specific topic, women always want what they can't have. When I was younger I always heard guys say this and I didn't quite get it until a woman told me it straight up. If you are unavailable, a woman's desire will typically rise because she can't have you right then and there. They aren't lying, it's just true in that moment.

Interesting. I asked because I've been cheated on but haven't done the cheating. Usually the advice given is to not take someone back because that person will think of you as weaker and will be more likely to do it again since the behavior is 'reinforced' by allowing that boundary to be crossed (and 'once a cheater always a cheater'). I've wondered what the conscious thought process is from the person on the other side of the equation.

Eh, don’t get carried away. No one “likes” abuse. Many will tolerate it out of fear or buy gifts to try and please the abuser etc. It’s one thing to slap a girl in bed because she likes it, it’s another to uppercut her and thinking you’re on the alpha track. The latter is going to have you end up in jail and is beta as fuck. Don’t hit em outside of sex, and test the waters there carefully before you get hit with a rape charge. Not every woman likes getting cracked in the face.
/r/askTRP11/03/19 02:01 AM
1

I disagree. You can usually figure it out pretty easily. The problem is guys apply male standards to a woman (I’m guilty of this too). When you consider that women prioritize traits differently and are mostly emotionally stimulated, it starts to make sense. Chad gives her the tingles from his bad boy traits, beta boy Bradley gives her temporary tingles via validation, rich guy Jeffrey gives her tingles through providing an exciting lifestyle that she can flaunt etc.
/r/askTRP11/03/19 01:56 AM
5

A person who has one trait but not the other will always say it’s the other trait that is most important. This question has no right answer. From my experience, I’ve seen enough good looking guys flop because their mind\game was garbage. Women do not care about looks as much as guys think. If you are in decent shape, dress well, and have a decent haircut/basic grooming down, the rest is game. It is also situation dependent, though. Some girls won’t fuck with a guy unless he’s 35+ making six figu…

The part that is impossible for many is not becoming complacent. Complacency is pure death for a relationship and id say 90%+ of people are vulnerable to becoming complacent. You have to vet your ass off to really find someone that will pass that test and even then you won’t know until the future.

Where’d you meet her?
/r/askTRP10/03/19 06:15 AM
2

Yes, agreed. It’s the only Tomassi rule I disagree with, because you learn a ton about the woman before you’re locked into that contract. It will often make or break the relationship. Guys argue that you lose your mystery, but you can maintain some of that through your job, hobbies etc. You could be getting your dick sucked in the car for all she knows — living together doesn’t guarantee her that she’s your only source of pussy, so dread lives on anyway.
/r/askTRP10/03/19 06:10 AM
3

I’d also advise reading Corey Wayne’s book. It’s a more balanced/positive approach to the game. RP material is here to provide you the truth about how things go down, but hanging out here a lot can make you bitter or question everything. The guys enjoying life aren’t posting here asking questions, or not very often. Become RP aware so you aren’t delusional, but then create a positive approach that is molded around what YOU want to do.
/r/askTRP10/03/19 06:08 AM

I haven't even read the advice in this thread, but there's a simple way to go about this: simply do what you want to do. Want to get into a relationship? Give it a shot when a girl comes along that you feel is worthy. Just vet these girls thoroughly. If it works out, cool. If it doesn't, then you will see why a lot of guys advise avoiding it. The truly RP guys on here have all been in relationships. You can't be fully RP'd without having been in a relationship at some point, because that's a big…

He’s not really wrong though. A lack of trust is going to ooze insecurity and mateguarding. There’s a fine line here between boundaries and being a bitch. I would frame it as, “if you want to be a bartender that is fine, but I won’t be around for it because that scene isn’t my scene.” The chick can then make her choice and you will know what her priority is. A woman who is into you will crawl through glass and walk on hot coals if necessary.

Tough situation. Your stance makes sense but at the same time coworkers at Walmart might fuck her too. Coworkers are always the biggest threat for affairs rather than customers. The wolves are always circling, and chicks will often throw shit away even if you’re the ‘best option.’

What makes you think women can't separate things like men do They can or else prostitution wouldn't exist. Women can fuck 50 dudes in a row with zero feeling toward any of them. The issue is fucking those 50 dudes lowers their perceived value because a woman can go outside and snap her fingers offering free sex and there will be a line around the block. They are the ones that say yes or no to sex, and if they say yes to a lot of people, how valuable is that person? For a man, it takes a lot more…

I think its suspicious in different ways to guys here depending on background. I've been with 3 small town girls and a big problem I found was that they were also very sheltered. The sheltered mindset lead to a few issues with all 3 of them: small-town thinking (very hum-drum goals, mediocrity being ok) and attention whoring like crazy once they started getting attention outside of their small town. The most mediocre city seems like NYC to them and they want to explore. I would never recommend a small town chick for anything other than a plate unless you stay in the small …

This. Was actually just watching this video and his advice about going to the club for women applies to life in general. Anytime I've ended up with a bad chick it's always been when I didn't give a shit, wasn't actively looking for a woman, and was enjoying my time doing other shit with friends or whatever. Every single time. I do not love women i just want to fuck Understand you're giving off this needy vibe too

What do these higher SMV guys have to gain to being around lower SMV guys? In my case these guys are training partners at the gym, so within the gym the thing to gain is just more guys to train/spar with and respecting your partners in general. Shooting the shit with them and earning their respect through sparring week in and week out has branched off into friendships to where I can hit them up if I need anything. They may not have anything to 'gain' from me per say but we have that common groun…

True, but I'd also say experience can drastically alter your response to certain things. Using a martial art as an example, the first time you spar you're full of adrenaline like it's a real fight, whereas the 10 year veteran is calm and collected. With women specifically, you gotta go through a lot of them and get burned a few times to start to get a feel for the game. Sometimes it takes a lot of pushing through BP delusions and denial as well, but experience is the best teacher and the best wa…

True, but you can also associate with people that are amped to see you succeed. In my experience these will usually be guys that are higher SMV than yourself and confident in who they are. Couple of my closest friends are jacked as hell, do MMA as a hobby (met them training), were military guys and make very good money in their professional life. They are usually the ones trying to hook me up with better professional connections or expressing their happiness when I reach new milestones. Unconfid…

Page after page of dealing with shit tests, putting on some "alpha" act just to get laid or win affection, knowing women can't really love you You just need the correct filter on the information you're reading. A lot of guys get cynical/angry etc and that's fine, but the truth is always in the middle The goal is to not 'act' at all. The goal is to maximize your career, looks, mindset, etc. and actually be a high value man. As you become higher value, more intelligent, stronger, and more capable,…

Late to the party, but got here searching through some old threads. Wanted to chime in and say I agree, social circle game and girls approaching you is the quickest way to make shit happen. Although I go back and forth on it. Cold approaching is a skill that not very many men have at all, and for that reason alone it seems worth honing. Social circle game and girls approaching you is far easier, but is it better for your development as a man?

It's a fine line for a lot of guys and situations, but it can be done. Like others said, you can't be an orbiter, it has to actually be a friend like any other guy friend would be. One of my closest friends was/is a girl. Did I want to fuck her? Not really, she was just a homie of mine for years and I was cool with her now husband and had my own women/girlfriends. Another thing I’ll add here is that a chicks behavior and treatment of you can make you perceive her as hotter than she is over time. LTR’s are the game on hard mode my man and it won’t last without vigorous work on your part. You never get to just relax, kick back, and have her lust after you all the same as when you met her. There will be plenty of opportunities in the relationship to let yourself go, lose frame, fail shit tests, and simply become unattractive — that is why it is hard mode. I understand the pain of losing a girl like that (was with my "first" for 4 years and got cheated on when I was 20), but for it to linger this long and for you to feel so down, I think it's also worth checking your hormones to at least make sure you're working with a body that is in tact.

Expand your social circle and start talking to women everywhere. Evil is winning now but good always win in the end This is only true based on your perspective. For instance, I've had a few instances in life where I've been royally fucked over and had the chance for revenge. I could've really damaged some people, but instead chose to take the high road because deep down inside following the "moral" path means something to me and my personal view of myself. This is why I think TRP is dangerous, it makes you think you shouldn't be nice and respectful. Being a "nice guy"/pushover is unattractive but there's a big difference between that and being nice and respectful. Being a pushover IS unattractive and the term "nice guy" around here is often referring to a man that is passive aggressive, manipulative, and full of covert contracts due to his timidity. There becomes a point that you've been through a lot of shit, a lot of good moments and confirmed a lot of RP theories that you know what to expect if you act how you should (rp'd and keeping frame) and what to expect if you don't (beta and being a pushover). Pretty much this. Experience trumps all because it's the only way to really convince your mind that this is the way things are. It's one thing to read principles, it's another to experience them. Once you have those groundbreaking experienc…

Style. Learn to dress well and have a tailored, nice fitting timeless wardrobe that can be mixed and matched a variety of ways throughout the seasons. A well tailored outfit on an athletic frame is a major boost to not only your look, but how people treat you because of that look. They will take you more seriously and respect a man that dresses well. It also has a profound effect on how you feel, which will be conveyed when you speak more confidently etc.

I just have one question, Why in the name of god havent I heard of this fact "Women are like children" before? I found this advice is more prevalent in the older generation. My grandfather used to tell me, "never strike a woman, they are like children" and would often speak of women and children as being on a similar field mentally. Once in 2 months isn't very rare man, lol. I think I've met one or two girls in 10 years I'd consider true good girl material, and I'm not exactly hanging out in strip clubs or on skidrow daily.

Nofap always breaks my dick/sex drive after about 6 days and it takes about another week to get back to normal. Shit is awful. It's great if you're seeing a girl(s) often and getting it in frequently though. You'll be the horniest motherfucker alive ready to bang after just a couple days.

Got it, appreciate the explanation. It takes serious discipline to build the habits to be happy, and unaffected by others. Especially, in this materialistic advertinsing driven culture By far the hardest thing for me to do. Always working on this and I've only known 1 man that was able to do this in my life and he passed away (grandfather).

Carbs vs no carbs doesn't matter as much as just being in a caloric deficit. In fact, you should try to keep as many carbs as possible in your diet as an athlete while maintaining an adequate deficit. Carbs are beneficial in the sense that its your brains preferred energy source, glycogen restoration, endurance, and they're protein sparing (as carbs rise, adequate protein requirements go down -- to a certain point).

Without going on a long training tangent, an easy thing you can do to benefit both your physique and BJJ training is just to add more unilateral movements. More lunges, bulgarian squats, 1-arm DB presses, 1-arm rows etc. Grappling is such a dynamic sport that puts us in a lot of unbalanced positions while also causing us to overwork certain body parts more than others. More work utilizing 1 limb at a time is a simple way to improve your durability for grappling while also balancing out your phys…

are these ideal circumstances that could ignite her hypergamy and cause her to monkey-branch and cheat/leave for guy #1? As the other guys have said, that's pretty much impossible to determine due to variables. Girls just go off the vibe they get a lot of the time. It's all about the feelz and the way the guy makes them feel, and that includes negative feels like the man exuding neediness or another unattractive trait. A girl I know comes to mind. This dude was into her and was tall, physically …

This would be true if TRP promoted building families around a strong alpha figure, but a lot of the guys writing stuff now write from a perspective of "do not ever get married under any circumstance, you will get fucked." Original TRP principles are simply a sexual strategy that leaves the end game open ended -- if a man feels he wants to be married, he does so knowing the game, if not, that is fine too. But again, this isnt mentioned much, and a "fuck marriage it's only a loss for the man" phil…

Your LTR should know your boundaries. If she doesn't, you pimped her wrong. You will not be able to control her behavior. This right here is all you need to know about boundaries, OP. Boundaries are about her knowing what you approve and disapprove of in terms of what you will tolerate as an individual, not the fencing you put up around her decisions on what she can and can't do in life. Be willing to take the L if she wanders into the disapproval category. I'm going to sound like I was butthurt…

Sums it up. Also to OP, I don't know if that is really a 'dread bomb' as much as it is potentially destructive to yourself if you want to stay in the LTR. There's a few routes that can go which may include the chick eventually hamstering it's alright to bang other dudes because you're interested in other women. You're more toward the overt level 9+ stage of dread than the sweet spot (level 5-8) of having passive dread occurring that increases her attraction for you by knowing you're an in-demand…

I'm usually knocked out harder from BJJ than lifting. Couple things that can screw with your sleep though: 1) Going to failure or extremely hard. Hover around 70-80% intensity instead and you may notice you sleep better. The days I've gone balls to the wall, I sometimes notice I'm sort of 'wired', restless, or even jittery. I also just had much better gains when i stopped going to failure all the time and this also includes HIIT and even martial arts training. Redlining intensity has a major CNS…

find a manly hobby. Get into a martial art, /u/moneymakingmiguel. BJJ, muay thai, or boxing. The pursuit of skill is endless, you gain new new social circles, you can compete if you'd like, and all of these things combined mean its pretty damn hard to ever be truly bored. Plus the health, self defense, and confidence benefits are amazing. Not to mention you're tired as fuck at the end of a hard day of training so you'd rather sleep than jerk off. It's the extra boost that separates you from the pack. If you're not an autist and have some game, that already separates you. Now add on the fact that you have nice arms and abs....you just flew past the pack. Plus, its vital for maximizing health and longevity. You can't lose with having muscle and lifting. Lifting is like brushing your teeth, it shouldn't even be discussed as an option. Lifting and muscle mass is never going to be a detractor to anything.

If you are with a girl for a while people always say "put a ring on her". Man, I hate that. The flack I get for hating that is immense, too. What for? does being married give you a false sense of safety? For some guys caught in the matrix, probably. Well the obvious thing is you just want that area clean, so either shower with her and start to get sexual in there and take it to the bed, or catch her when she's freshly washed up and go down on her. Once you're going down on her just go for it lightly and see how she responds. Another way is have your girl lay face down and massage her for a few mins, start to kiss down her back/ass/legs and go for it there. Key is you want her horny as fuck/wet when you go for it. As someone who has been labeled cynical, that's even a bit cynical for me. I like a slight tweak: hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst. In RP terms that just means be a stable man without a woman, so if she leaves you're good. You can take her or leave her. Think about it from a male perspective too, do you want to hear your boy bitching and crying all the time? No. The stable and upbeat people are always most attractive. Well, he also feels pissed off that a guy he deems lower than him and his wife got an intimate piece of his wife as well. Understandable, I don't think any man would like that aside from a deranged cuck. It's our competitive nature. The key is he's gotta not give a fuck. He wasn't around, period. The appropriate reply here (if this shit must even be asked) would be to poke fun at her for nailing the douche, not enraging. Water off his back. I think it takes years to actually "swallow the pill." It's undoing decades of social conditioning and ways we were taught to think. Sometimes shit will sneak up on you and invoke a reaction or feeling inside of you that you thought you were past. It takes a lot of time and effort to really have a new way of viewing life sink in.

Does anyone else think trying to pick up at the gym is extreme fuckarounditis? Yeah, but it's also tough in another way. As a person that only dates chicks that lift and work out consistently, the gym is the prime spot for women like that to gather, you know? I still avoid it, but god damn its tempting at times with the bad bitches that gather there.

She's just trying to save face that she's not a slut. My guideline is just always positively affirm sexual behavior from a woman, so in this case I'd just play along by smirking in a friendly way and telling her it's fine, I like it. u/Incaahhh also has a good response. Also think of it this way...you have a incredible resource (bettering your body and strength) that will unlock new levels of confidence and attraction from women (not to mention the longevity and quality of life benefits) that can simply be achieved if you just get your ass up and lift a few days a week and keep a good diet/sleep. If you can ever add weight to the bar while cutting (without sacrificing technique etc) then go for it. The baseline aim should be to maintain your strength the best you can, but if you have a good day and can go up...by all means. When bulking you should always aim to PR when you can. Obviously this won't be every gym session unless you're a newbie, but you want those numbers to go up over time because the inverse of what I said in my last post is true with regards to fat: if you're gaining wei…

You want to lift the same way you would lift to gain mass except pay attention to the volume -- you may and likely should lower it due to a lesser ability to recover. The key is that you want to try and maintain your strength as much as possible. Depending on how much fat you're cutting, you will almost always lose some strength at some point. Maintaining your strength is good feedback to let you know if you're losing muscle or not. For instance if you were benching 250x8 when you started your c…

Just do what bodybuilders have been doing since the 70s (and especially the 90s) to get peeled: calorie deficit, ~1g of protein per lb, fat set around 60-80g depending, rest carbs. Set total cals around BW x 15 to start. Use intermittent fasting too if you want. Nutrition and losing fat is simple and there's nothing special about keto unless you have specific health issues going on.

Yeah I don't think I agree with that either. The times I've felt the most 'alpha' have been after accomplishing goals (especially monetary) and fighting another man (combat sports). Women can inspire this to a degree via sex if they're submissive and worship the ground you walk on, but it still pales in comparison to the previous things I've experienced. Typically the guys I've known that get a noticeable boost of alpha confidence just from having women around are usually the most fragile intern…

This is going to be a process for you to learn in life to not be attached to the opinions of others (and not just with women). If any man or woman can significantly impact your happiness or self image you need to take a step back and do a couple of things: 1) The red pill is about being exposed to reality and learning to accept it and leverage that reality to your advantage. In a similar vein, you need to expect far less out of these girls that are down for a ONS. If she's down for a ONS with yo…

Normally I'd say yeah plate her, but as a recent virgin it may be better to let this one go and find another chick. The key here is to make her one of many options, but I don't know if you'll have the frame to do that when you just got your dick wet for the first time. Aiming for the financial freedom to be able to travel when I want and own a home while working my own hours. If that happens, awesome, if it doesn't that's ok too. Ultimately I'd love all the money in the world, but I also have enough life experience to know it can be taken from you in an instant so it's best to not hone in on dollar amounts over mission or specific projects.

Downside of international chicks is their family ties are ridiculously strong. There are STRONG downsides to that shit too. They may not be fucking Chad, but good luck dealing with them going back to Zimbabwe for a year to take care of their uncle or their 10 cousins coming to stay the night at your place.

I had one in college (Christian girl) but the downside was how shitty she was in bed. I was able to teach her some things over time of course and she had a fairly high sex drive, but it just wasn't anything compared to the girls I had before/after her that had experience and could suck the chrome off a pipe. I ended up dumping her. I personally wouldn't want to sleep with or LTR a virgin again. I think the allure of one is better in fantasy than reality.

It doesn't make you an idiot, but you need to know the reality of the game. By having a reputation of discretion, girls trust that they can let go with you. They feel comfortable speaking and acting boldly about what they want from you. Very true. When you hit a certain level of strength, you'll need to gain more muscle mass to continue getting stronger. Getting stronger also helps you gain more muscle mass due to intensity as you said. They ping pong off each other. Focus on steadily improving your performance in the gym, eat for size in the kitchen if that's your goal, and you will …

I was alongside my 94 year old grandfather as he died over the course of a year and his advice about careers was to simply find something that makes the world go round, pays the bills, and pays the most amount of money for your time. On his deathbed he was most thoughtful of his parents, brothers, and men he served with in the war rather than what did he did to earn a living (he made quite a bit of money over the course of his life and died wealthy). You really don't because genuinely internalizing that mindset cultivates an aura that is attractive. It deletes neediness, breeds confidence, and gives an aura of positivity. Branching off this, this is how I would cliff note these categories without overthinking it too much: Lift: don't need to be an IFBB pro bodybuilder, but some muscle on your frame and keeping your body fat low enough to not have a gut and have a decent looking face. Also have enough cardio for a good bang session without dying Money: You have enough money to live a comfortable lifestyle and do interesting things Status: You have a position of authority or influence. Using the DJ example above, y…

Yeah it's a tough thing to really give a black and white answer to because it really depends on the girl. One girl I went out with didn't really say a word leading up to the date and was really talkative once we were out and responsive to escalation etc. She was never much of a texter, but in person you'd have her fully. Another girl was really chatty in text and funny/witty. She liked talking a lot and the banter was good. That lead to a good date where I had a decent read on her sense of humor…

I have gotten used to texting my SO (at the time) constantly every single day Yeah, don't do that ever again with any girl no matter the status. Should I cut almost all contact with her until a day leading up to the date? I would unless she initiates. You have better things to do even after you get to know this chick better. Wait until a day out to ask for her address as a way to also check if she's going to flake or not.

Women are typically very jealous creatures that even get pissed if another female comes along to sniff a carcass they've been done feasting on for awhile now. At the very least genuine dread (flirting with women, improving yourself, going out etc) will help you for the future. Win/win.

Great post. Don't ruin something good because you let something get into your head about how you should act or feel. This is a golden nugget for OP, too. Felt like we needed a back to basics posts Agreed. Can never get too much of the basics no matter how long you've been at this. It's all that really matters in the end anyway. If a man is attractive he just preemptively solved most problems he could ever encounter in terms of sex and frame.

This sounds like you read an instruction manual on how to be alpha and applied it. Nothing about this post sounds naturally attractive. Applying "lots of dread" in this situation just sounds like you're being a dick to a bulimic chick (probably not the best choice for a relationship btw) rather than attractive guy that girls want to have sex with. Why do you think its a good idea to not tell your relationship that you love her? Why do you think it's a good to distance yourself artificially?
/r/askTRP27/03/18 05:50 PM
1

Do you respect her? Is she worthy of your respect? Question, how do you really come to a point of genuinely respecting a woman when their makeup is a chaotic storm of emotion, games, etc...basically the opposite of what you would respect in a man? I tend to look at women like they're children due to their close resemblance in many ways. I have a hard time finding respectable qualities to really cling to, as they're just pretty ridiculous at the end of the day.

Trust me, without steroids you are never going to get 'too big and muscled.' Gain some more mass and set a limit on your body fat range. For example, if you're newer, stop bulking when you get to 16-18% body fat and cut back down to about 12%. As you become more advanced, set this fat threshold to 15% and no lower than 10% when cutting. For now, focus on getting STRONGER in the gym on your lifts and your muscle size will increase as well. Remember, lifting progressively heavy weights for reps = …

Bingo. Think of game as a collection of tools in a toolbox. Sometimes you need a hammer for the job, other times you need a flat head. Different tools have different purposes based on the context. If you're turning up at a party and it's loud and wild, then do what comes natural to you. If you're at school and want to flirt with a cute chick, don't start dancing around and screaming obnoxiously. Classy wit, humor, playful negging, charm etc will be your tool for the job. So to answer your questi…

Fuck no. Some people may think it's alpha as fuck to conquer every chick on the planet whether they're married or not but I tend to be of the belief that if they're married, leave 'em be. There's plenty more out there that aren't. Why would I want to go cause some shit for another dude or possibly get shot by the guy because I was banging his princess? Too complex for something as simple as pussy.

Low N count While this can be good, it can also be very bad because a low N count is also synonymous with a lack of experience like it is for a man. We often think of a high N-count as being a slut that will open her legs for anyone (which it often is), but the opposite can also be true as in if she's only been with 1-2 guys, the fantasy of some jackass becomes much more alluring due to her lack of experience paired with her young fantasy mindset.

she’s 22 I mean this is pretty much the beginning and end of the problem. That is very very young and you're bound to run into bullshit like this, at least in my experience. Sucks that you got tied up in marriage with the shit she's presenting you, but at least you don't have any kids at this point. It won't be easy, but I too agree with everyone else saying move on. This is a really bad red flag and it will pop up again at some point. The chick is only 2 years into her 20s.

This right here is pretty much spot on. To me, the truest sign of a guy that has successfully applied the principles of MRP/RP in his life is the guy that realizes he's aboard a sub-par ship and it's time to move on. It is nearly impossible to upgrade yourself repeatedly and be happy with a person who is not on the same vigilant mission of constant refinement (goodluck finding a female with that kind of introspection and drive). Plus, once the new upgraded pussy starts knocking on the door, the …

He has some good stuff on his site but the open relationship thing doesn't sit right with me despite being a cornerstone of his views. It's not something I'd consider doing personally, but under his ideology I'm still plugged in to some degree because monogamy doesn't work -- maybe this is true or maybe it isn't. I think I'd rather just have a roommate or be solo than go through the potential minefield of an open relationship.

You're looking at the principle here in too much of a personal way, ie: "Soulja boy is an autistic douche, therefore I don't respect him." The better way to synthesize and apply this point is to look at why Soulja Boy and Bieber are even notable: they are successful and have status, therefore women will desire them and there are men that want to be where they are in terms of accomplishment and income. Most would be happy to have their fame and wealth. So yes, this principle applies. I think anot…

Indeed. There's a bit of an illusion here that 'brotherhoods' are the standard. The truth is you'll be lucky to have 1-2 people truly worthy of being called a brother in your lifetime, and you will run into many shitty men along the way. The rest will merely be acquaintances, neither extremely good nor bad.

Can't upvote this enough. I've had one of the hottest and most intelligent women I've ever been with tell me straight up that if a guy is seen with a cute girl, that instantly upgrades his attraction level due to the curiosity it creates, ie: hmm, he must have something going on if that girl is with him. Another RP nugget she dropped was, "girls simply want what they can't have." For the slow ones reading, competition of other women creates a bidding war that generates that feeling that they may…

Great advice and this resonates with a lot of my past experiences. Curious, how would you modify this to work in a situation where you live with a woman? I feel like this advice would be gold over on MRP and for more serious LTR's, but guys can't really vanish for 3 days on the regular. It's tough to keep that air of mystery and insecurity if she's around a lot.

Probably a home gym for your situation, but commercial gym otherwise. Being around people more often (and like-minded people at that) is never a negative IMO. Plus the inherent dread of hot chicks being around doesn't hurt.

Simply get to work and get momentum working in your favor. Right now you constantly feed the procrastination giant so you have a lot of momentum working toward the non-productive side of the scale. The only way to get momentum going in another direction is to starve one giant and feed the other. Breaking inertia is the hardest part. Set yourself up for success and make a move....anything. The reverse also works in the sense that if her friends approve or even better, say you're hot or something similar that ignites a competition feeling inside the girl, prepare yourself to be pounced. An unspoken game gem is the ability to charm groups of people. If you can charm a few girls at once while leaving a bit of mystery, it's shooting fish in a barrel. That said, I think a majority of us would benefit from long-term, committed relationships. I tend to gravitate toward LTR's after awhile so I agree here. Great post. That goes beyond hypergamy - I would say it is human, because a man sure as shit wouldn't put up with that if the roles were reversed either. Serious question, are you able to read textbooks at school and learn enough to be able to pass exams and teach the finer points of what you studied? Are you able to read a book and be able to summarize the key points of the book? If you answered no to both of these, yes you do have a comprehension issue. If you answered yes, then you simply need to go back to sidebar/books and literally take notes as you go through the material as if it were an important class. This is also important because eac…

It's fucking stupid. When has it ever been easier for a woman to find quality mates in no time at all? Same shit can be said for us as men, though. Eh, men are subject to the same thoughts. MRP had a good post recently along the lines of, "women tend to speak all of their emotions and thoughts, whereas men tend to internally battle their emotions and thoughts." I wouldn't doubt that most men, including the small percentage that are RP/happily married, go through moments where they think, "sigh I shouldn't have married this chick" or "I wonder what it'd be like to be single and bang some other women for awhile" -- they just don't speak it ou…

Having a guard to drop in the first place implies that your alpha behaviour is only an act. It’s not about putting on an act, it’s about actually being that way. You don’t pretend to not be a bitch. You just aren’t a bitch. Fearing that “the beta will come out” because you live together is only real if you actually are beta, weak, needy, co-dependant and you think you won’t be able to hide that if you let her get too close. The psoas assists in tilting the pelvis posteriorly which is what you're aiming for when you have anterior tilt. If you are constantly stretching the hip flexors, you're lengthening them and making already weak hip flexors weaker. People often make the mistake of stretching their hips out over and over thinking it will help the anterior tilt but they're actually making the problem worse. Hit ab work hard at the gym, sleep with your feet elevated to tilt your pelvis forward, strengthen your hip flexors (do not stretch them), strengthen your hamstrings/glutes and upper traps (your upper back is likely rounded).

Too much privilege. Do the job that pays you the most for your skills and have dreams and hobbies outside of work. Who gives a fuck if you stare at a screen 8 hours a day if it allows you to eat and be financially independent to do the things you want in life? There's people that would kill to be in that position, and I don't just mean 3rd world country kids. Plenty of college students with debt would kill for a FT salary. Having a fulfilling life outside of work is where it's at.

All of those are better than none, but an art with live sparring (so BJJ, wrestling, boxing, muay thai) is going to be far superior to anything else. As vandaalen said, MMA is probably your best bet to get a dose of all of those and learn how to incorporate it into an actual fight situation. Street fights usually start at a distance but quickly turn into a wrestling/clinch situation and then end on the ground if it goes that far. APT can be a tricky thing to fix. I ended up working on fixing mine along with a shoulder injury with a physical therapist and good injury specialist online. Stretching everything is usually not the best idea. Best post in this thread tbh. The theory of "If you woman wanders, its your fault" has good intention at its core (take responsibility if you're slacking in any area), but is ultimately just untrue. Hold frame, assess if she's worthy to have around, and if she isn't, then move on. However, realize that as long as there's women around, you will be receiving these tests. Nailed it. The level of faith depends on the life experience and maturity of the person, and then that level of faith carries over to what level of conviction they operate under. If a girl grows up with a strong male figure or goes through some life changing trauma that lead her to faith, there's a higher chance they'll simply operate differently than most of these girls wearing the Christian label.
