When you have kids most likely you will find yourself wanting to spend time with them and give them the best possible chance of success. With your question you are trying to balance two things - commitment to the mother of your child vs. freedom to go and do whatever you want. This is why MRP is considered "hard mode", because when you have kids you want them to succeed and be unified with their mom. This means you will have to play your commit card to the mom, which makes it difficult to have t…

Your mission is awesome. Whatever you focus on grows and you are focusing on great things. That being said, a lot of your mission is dependent on external factors. What if your kids hate sports? What if your businesses fail due to circumstances you could not foresee? May be useful to think about how you can develop your mindset such that you are optimistic, happy, and full of love for life regardless of what does or doesn't happen.

If you are on this forum, you aren't a natural alpha and need knowledge and insight to improve.

Thank you for all of the insanely good feedback and advice, I appreciate it so much.

Love this. My plan is to follow your advice and keep using keto to cut to 170 pounds targeting 11% body fat. Will use Stronglifts and do my best to increase weight. When I hit 11% I will start the bulk cut cycle as you suggest. What are your thoughts on TRT? I am 34 and last test was ~500. I prefer to go all natural as I am concerned about side effects but I am interested in the boost. Lastly, what do you think a realistic timeframe is for me to hit my ideal goal of 195 pounds and 11%? I am pret…

On Keto I've been doing 70% fat 20% protein 10% carbs and eating under my BMR. Do I need to be eating 195 grams of protein per day? (1 gram per body weight)

They don't do anything and are basically just placebo. She's buying them to decrease the stress of travel and its not a big deal. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC161743/

I think the gist of this is that alpha/beta characteristics aren't mutually exclusive. Hypergamy seeks both (e.g., the male unicorn). To maximize attraction is to be Alpha 100 Beta 100 not Alpha 100 Beta 0. I think the Red Pill subreddits focus on alpha side a lot because most married men are decent at the beta side and lacking on the alpha.

Thank you! At 192 pounds and 30% body fat I have 57.6 pounds of fat. So I think I can keto down to 175 pounds and keep lifting as heavy as I can while maintaining form. I think I should hit 175 pounds 12% body fat by this December. Then starting the new year I will change my diet to bulk and begin the upwards journey to 200 pounds 12% body fat.

Thank you for this! Definitely going to try to knock the phone out of her hand with a boner when the opportunity presents itself. I'll research shared meaning to address the root of the problem.

I flirt with and tease the various women I run into in life and get some IOIs pretty easily. My wife is another story and has turtled up and it's really hard to crack her shell. I've read "The Game" and a bunch of the books but would love if you could point me to a great resource for gaming my wife. For squats and bench, I started the 5x5 program and am following it with adding 5 pounds every gym session if my form is ~80% correct.

I've been trying to increase my testosterone naturally by losing fat but am not opposed to testing and supplementing. Any resources on the downsides of supplementing testosterone?

The question is valid. MGTOW says improve yourself and live your life and the juice from women isn't worth the squeeze. Doesn't mRP say it is worth it?

Thanks for this. Also, first comment from you where you didn't call a faggot. :) (better go edit it ;))

A man can be fulfilled in himself and also be fulfilled with his marriage. They are not mutually exclusive.

Can man be whole without woman? Isn't the yin complemented by the yang? Aren't we working to make ourselves attractive so we can be in great and fulfilling relationships with women? Sure, strategically, attraction comes from a place of inner fulfillment and confidence. But tactically, how does this translate into a successful marriage?

I gave her a nice, boring life full of security and money. All you can do is work to be someone that is attractive and hope that she snaps out of that shit and joins you. ^ I am here. I'm having a hard time disambiguating my wife's upbringing and mental issues with my own value. Red Pill says your wife is a reflection of you, but maybe my mirror is cracked? Seems like the only way to know is to be capable of attracting someone at her SMV or higher and taking a look at that mirror.

The newer vapes can be basically undetectable, you can take a couple of hits and chew some gum and there isn't a smell.

Thanks man. Going from lurking to posting is helping me solidify my plan and it has been super fun to read all of the responses.

Thanks for this. I feel I'm a little to early to jump into testosterone replacement therapy and human growth hormone. I'll give 5x5 6 months of dedication and will probably reach out to you again to learn more about how these things can help and what the cons are. You are a fat piece of shit right now and you don’t deserve a “cheat day” until you have visible abs. ^ Possibly my favorite one liner from this thread

Don’t give energy to your marriage faggot, give it to YOURSELF. The problem isn’t the marriage, it’s you. ^ Thank you for the good thundercocking, I laughed out loud when I read this and agree

Thanks you for this. I did my first 5x5 last night and felt great. I'm excited to see where this takes me. I think one of the things that is hard for me is I have always believed that a successful marriage is the most important aspect of my life (i.e., divorce = I'm a failure). One of the things I have learned studying all of the material and comments is that unlike my business, I cannot have full control over the success of my marriage. Red Pill teaches that you must focus on yourself and by im…

Thanks for these estimations. Looks like I need to lose 46 pounds of fat and gain 46 pounds of muscle to hit 12% body fat at 200 pounds. There are about 7 months left in the year which should get me around 15 pounds of muscle gain. So realistically I can get to about 23% body fat by the end of the year.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
