Some wise words there. Maybe I should start meditating again.

It was to improve motivation to go out and approach more, get rid of the need to wank before sleep every night, and to improve my sexual wellbeing. Almost thought I had ED before.
/r/seduction15/08/16 03:17 PM

But I also saw Mark Manson recommending NoFap in his book to get motivation. And yes motivation has been incredible. But it kinda defeats the purpose, if it also makes u desperate and needy to fuck.

Well, I was in a condition where i could not sleep every night, if I didn't wank. Thats when I realized I had a problem. Also I am definitely digging the motivation. Never have I gone out so many times. But the neediness has been a bitch. I have gotten laid before, but now its harder to game the girl as in the middle of the interaction I am just like "Do you want to fuck or not", then don't waste my time. Of course I don't say that out loud. But the girl can see thats my intention.

Any practical advice on how to uproot this issue? I am guessing that getting over this one is going to be super hard as its part of the foundation like you mentioned. Any examples would help me too.

Its very easy to say sentences like "Just be yourself", "Grow some balls", "Get out of your own head", "Let go", "Stop letting girls friend-zone you" Than to actually even achieve 10% of any of these statements fully when you are the one struggling with the problem..

That is a really good collection. Thanks for that. I will just keep approaching, self-exploring my mind and meditating, until I hopefully sort this out. This has been a long time brick wall for me.

How do I genuinely become a man of value? Bigger question is why do I feel like I don't have enough value yet?
/r/seduction09/07/16 06:40 AM

I believe its just part of what level I am in 1) learning game/social skills 2) inner game/ therapy and resolving my issues 3) dressing better. 4) I definitely have no social proof, as most of the time I approach strangers only.

Haha I know these guys too. Women don't throw themselves on me. I do the opening always, and I have to work for it too. I am maybe slightly higher than average looks. I have been approaching the hottest girls I see. It always ends up like this. They do talk to me and don't blow me away. I see they are not interested in me in a romantic way, just treat me as a normal person and that affects me I guess. Even if I open directly with I thought you were beautiful/cute and wanted to say hi. They are s…

1) how good looking they are. 2) How confident they behave 3) How much self-worth, self-esteem they have.
/r/seduction09/07/16 06:34 AM

I have considered that possibility, but I believe women (and men) think they can get someone their own value level more or less. So maybe they think I am someone attainable.

You are trying to over-simplify things. This is a kind of a spiritual/psychological question. Self-acceptance comes first. Often people mask self-improvement and ambitions under a neurosis/emotional wound they are trying to heal. Because they constantly feel like they are just not-enough due to a self-belief, feeling of unworthiness or sometimes just social programming. Though the first two weigh a lot more than social programming. Self-improvement will happen automatically after that. In fact y…

That is a valid point and I agree. I have spent years just complaining and bitching with a group of other guys just to feel good and move on when it comes to many of life's problems. At the same time I was never able to take advice from people who knew how to solve my problems, until someone was able convince me that he understood what I was going through, empathise with me and then helped me change. Kinda like what a therapist would do to make you a bit vulnerable, so that he can help you. Anyw…

yet majority of people think when it comes to "nice guys" its always only mens fault apparently That mindset helps guys stop blaming women for their behaviour and improve their lives. Being dominant and not being a door mat. But people here don't realise I am not directly challenging that. I am just respecting women enough to say they have a shared responsibility too. Its an ideology difference. There is no way to prove what is right and wrong in these arguments. And one of the core belief in se…

Well, I never saw them that way until I read your comment. I will try not to judge that community. I guess its because of many posts by RP guys always blame women and see it as a competition where one side is plotting to fuck the other very consciously.
/r/seduction17/06/16 06:22 AM

Agree with your part 1 - its common knowledge nice guys do that. Often without realising that, it is what they are doing. Mostly because they learnt from media, lack of male role model or influence, too much attachment with their mothers who taught them to think like a female. Where I state woman is at fault, is for cases when the woman knows that the guy wants to sleep with her, but doesn't have the courage to ask for it. And she knows he will do things for her and be nice to her. She will simp…

Your subconscious mind probably attaches other values inherently with promiscuous women - like maybe they are unreliable, dishonest etc. And that is how you could stop judging them. Dig deeper and ask yourself, do you judge some girl and hate for her promiscuous quality, or do you assume other things about her immediately when u find out that she is promiscuous? Are those values you are assuming true?

Great. This is a deep inner game issue (whisper. You need Therapy, sort of). But it needs to happen when you are forcing yourself to touch a girl. There are other ways to approach it as well. You have to force yourself and see if you can approach girls who you think are much higher value than you. During these moments, your emotions will go crazy. All your deepest issues will come to surface. At that point you will need therapy, its handy if you have a dating coach with you who know how to fix i…

Hahahahahahahahaha... Don't misinterpret my laughter. I am not laughing at your misery. I am laughing at how many guys have the similar problems that has controlled me for 26 years of my life. Many people here seem to tell you to just do it. Easy for them to say. But I know what you are going through. During my 21-26 ages, I used to bring so many girls home. Yet I could never lay my hands on them. Some mysterious force used to paralyze. Not in a magical sense, rather your brain starts giving you…

Dig deep within yourself about why you are opening in the first place. If its to - show off - prove to yourself - feel awesome about yourself - be seen as a guy who has no fear opening or any other reason in different forms, It won't work. I went through this phase for a week until I had to cry and release the negative ego part. Meditate a bit and see on why it happens and why you are doing it in the first place. Be fucking vulnerable and real when you approach. Also approach girls who you are "…

This is great. I loved reading "I man up. I breathe". hahaha! There is so much in that short sentence. One perspective that I can see is that, its only because your dad made those mistakes, you are able to learn and correct yourself from them. Might sound weird. But you sound like you have developed high awareness yourself, thats pretty cool.
/r/seduction08/04/16 06:53 PM
1

Yeah, an expert in the subject recently said, no matter how hard you try, a male child will subconsciously try to imitate his dad to form a connection. Good to hear that you don't let the hate/rage control you. I'm just curious though, why do you say "I hate him because I empathize with him"? I have a hard time understanding how can you hate someone because you can empathize with them.
/r/seduction08/04/16 05:28 PM

In spite of how bad my dad was, my whole life was about find reasons about why he did what he did, and I finally found my peace. At the end of the day, you will realize duality (good and evil) doesn't exist if you take that journey. I ask you not to settle by just saying your dad is a bad person or shitty person. Instead try to find out what makes him, him. I hope you make peace with your entire family. Thanks for sharing.

I happy that I posted my question. I would never get to read deep stuff like this. Thanks for sharing. You truly in a different sense fought for love and affection.

Interesting perspective. I guess, we all have different ideas when it comes to a dream family. For me, I have seen my family when we were rich as fuck, and poor as fuck. So money isn't really a big part of the equation. Yes, money did play a role in the amount of stress and happiness levels in the family in a certain way. I am talking only about the love shared between a child and its parents and their emotional relationship.
/r/seduction08/04/16 08:56 AM
1

Hmm, this is rather a strange perspective. I have seen quite the opposite. Also I'm talking only about your relationship with your parents. Not money in any form. Also Thambiku entha ooru?

What I mentioned has nothing to do with Money or richness.

Yeah, I have known a guy who was great with women, and was raised only by his dad. His mother died when he was very young. But again he wasn't great at relationships in general. The reason I posted this is because I met a polish guy in a party who used to be a dating coach. He asked me to take a session of family constellation therapy and said it helped him change his life. eye-contact alone never got me into an interaction, nor have I been approached by a woman. I never implied that will happen. Its a first-step IOI, but a good one. Communicates a lot and paves way for the interaction to go smooth if done right. A woman and few men can judge who you are, just by your eye contact. Of course you wouldn't understand this. but I have even been mocked in a song for being the guy who talks to everyone. interaction with women remains rather boring I'm cocky/funny, make f…

"The cardinal sin of course is the silent orgasm!"- Some people might mis-interpret it. I usually have a shudder all over my body, and bite her vigorously just before I am about to orgasm. Then squeeze her extra hard unapologetically (and sometimes choke her). I don't shout and make much noise, but breathe heavily. All my reactions are physical and not exactly audible. She loves that I enjoy myself so much and she was able to give me such an orgasm. Point 2,3 and 4 are spot on!

Default state is me not knowing the answer. And this is not going to be easy. For instance, the third issue above was cleared after 2.5 hours of meditation on a quiet beach. But the fourth one was cleared after 2-3 days of intermittent meditation while I do everyday stuff - bathing, commuting on public transport, walking on street and answer came while I was walking back home from Starbucks (where I freelance online). I have a few questions. How often do you approach during the day/night? What is the max number of approaches you have done in a day/night? How far do you usually get in the interaction? How many people have you asked for help in regards to this issue? Do you have male friends who are successful with women?

I don't avoid anything during the meditation. I simply watch them without judgements. I try to be as indifferent to the thoughts as possible, like its someone else's thoughts. It just appears. Will seem illogical and random. But nothing is. If you discard them or label them as stupid, random then you might miss it. Few of my past issues (inner game) I have fixed with the help of my friend/coach and some with self meditation. First one, the gate of it all, its the hardest and after this you will …

Do you realize there is a lot of anger inside you? Probably you have had it for so long that you accepted it to be a part of you. Similar to these lines, I used to have trust issues too. In the recent past, I was struggling with this script inside my head that "Women are always scheming, manipulating and having an agenda to get what they want and that no woman can genuinely care about me". I was in your phase too at one point esp. when I discovered this world. This too shall pass. You need to as…

You can be (CP un-A), and still when people look at you they can feel relaxed, get a sense of pleasantness etc. People and more importantly women often just feel what you are feeling, unless they are inherently stressed, having a bad day. Just plain simple empathy at work. So you can blame it on your appearance as much as you want. Its a cop-out. There are ample examples of un-attractive guys being very successful socially and with women. Look at what you are saying. You are not willing to take …

Chadxman is correct. 1) He calls it waking dream state. I haven't given it a name. But in that state, I almost feel like a psychic. Walk up to her and say "You should stop looking at the phone and talk to me". If she didn't hear it, she will ask "What?" or "Excuse me?" Then you repeat confidently without blinking "You should stop looking at your boring phone and talk to me instead". Not really. You can slowly fix your mistakes, your personality cannot change immediately at one point of time. You need to understand why you are doing what you are doing, and why you need to change and believe in it, then your mistakes fix automatically. This process takes time and is gradual. You can do many of the mistakes listed above and still recover with time (personal experience)

Very true. During day game, I hit a point where my coach made me realize that I have to approach girls I find attractive or they won't feel anything and nothing will work. If you approach someone who you are not attracted to, they will respond like "Why the fuck are you here" Smart girls know very well how much looks are important to guys. Its simply the way we are wired. Girls who are not putting efforts into their appearance, are girls who have given up on their dream of finding a perfect guy …

"Most women will not have sex with strangers" The term strangers means something very logical to guys most of the time. Its the amount of time since you have met that person, amount of time you have spent with him. But if you can make high attraction + strong connection with a girl within an hour, you can make it happen. Of course strong connection is based on your personalities (both hers and yours) and your skill level and many other factors. Which is why people attribute that to fate in popul…

There is no way out of it.. Just like public speaking or any social activity, only way to do it is to do it until you get de-sensitised for that activity. If you are too afraid to go through failures, you can either stay that way, or just do it.

Accept yourself for everything you were and you are. And own it. You are doing everything to just boost your ego, fashion, sports, languages. External validation. Its all good and but done for the wrong reason. You are already good enough, even without any of those. Read more, be outcome-independent, approach more! Stop giving excuses and go out and talk to women, and fail and raise back.

I would upvote everything (I already did) you wrote except "progress from ugly girls to attractive ones." It sounds very logical but counter-intuitive when it comes to emotional intelligence.

You define yourself with validation from others. That's where it gets hard to approach as it means you need to face rejection - its the opposite of validation, which is what you define yourself as. You are a ball of external validation. You need to work on that. It will take time, but you can start with Inner game stuff. Also feeling AA is not bad, its what helps you survive on this planet. Don't beat yourself for feeling AA, and also it keeps things real and exciting. Imagine if you don't feel …

But the bigger question is the ones who you refer to as "manipulators", do they 'all' really know the truth? Usually its a few guys at the top, doing everything possible to make more money, and not caring anything about telling the truth. For instance, an advertising agency + a brand, which makes an AD where they use human insecurities to say something stupid like "Get my product, you will be be more desirable to women". I had to learn this pretty fast. RP can help, only if they seek the truth and need the help. They need to submit after everything is broken, and are desperate. This is why most of us reach/accept/seek it only after a devastated heart-break from BP. Media and society has done enough to term the RP as bad/manipulative. Moral - Help only those who seek help. Its not their fault. I was a white knight once, you were too. Remember that mind-set, would you have accepted?

Something I was taught and self discovered when after a while I failed to build attraction regularly. Its because in the beginning everything is exciting and the women pickup the fact that you are excited to approach and talk to them. And that gives excitement to them and builds attraction. After a while, approach becomes easy. And the magic is gone. Everyone responds to you very normally. Solution is to approach high value targets and targets you are attracted to. Do that and you will see attra…

Because you have the (serious) tag, let me answer this straight. You aren't doing anything right. If seduction was completely logical where you have to say X, do Y, and you get Z, you are treating it like a usual video game. And every nerd would be king of it. Its an emotional game. Your inner game is very weak. Women's actions affect your confidence big time, you are too hung up on them to have fun. Read your own lines, you define yourself based on the result.
