Let me explain.

I come from a broken family of sorts.

I hated my dad from a very young age until I was 26, as he would constantly fight with my mom, and even beat her sometimes. He never had a job. He failed in all his business attempts and was generally not disciplined or followed any societal norms when it comes to life in general.

I was way too close to my mother and developed feminine qualities like approval seeking qualities and hated my Dad's alpha behaviour, avoided learning anything from him consciously.

Of course ultimately 3 years ago, I found out he was a mild paranoid schizophrenic and which is what caused all the problems. Then we bonded after years when I understood 'his world'.

But enough of my history. During my process of pickup, self-improvement, I realised every guy who had no dad or absent dad (like me) struggled with women. Or they have major issues with one or both of their parents which involved anger, guilt, resentment etc.

Guy friends who comes from normal families (where I see a better harmonious relationship between their parents), never had problems with gf, marriage, family of their own.

I am not saying they are amazing with women. But they generally have a balanced view of the world. They were given equal amount of love from both their parents. And they never seem to have too much problems with women in general.

Is it true? Am I just making up a theory based on my biased view? Or are there guys who suck with women even while having parents who have had harmonious relationships?
