I used Sesame Care (telehealth) for sildenafil. Very easy and seamless process, but I know you can get a blood test for like under 100 bucks. Even less if you have a Costco membership

From what I’ve seen, men in female-dominated subjects tend to have a much easier time meeting and dating women, even though they are not necessarily more charismatic or socially skilled than the guys in male-majority courses. In fact, some are noticeably less polished—more awkward, more condescending, or more stereotypically “dweeby”—yet they still meet women through their classes and social circles. Totally agree.

This is HUGE. Most people dont have hobbies, some people have some hobbies that are kinda mid, very few people have really cool hobbies. I’m tryna get into roller skating but havent done much toward it yet

this is great in theory/in your head but I think its mostly just a power game you're playing just so you can tell yourself you're playing it. kinda like fraternities in a college where the 22 year old has tons of power over the 18 year old but in the grand scheme of things the 22 year old is also just a clueless kid Just give good advice to people that ask for it and let things be. Not everything is a sport or a competition where you gotta sell training and compare progresses as if they are race…

26M, started at 23 Its taught me about masculinity and about female nature. I used to be a red pill rage guy and it worked since it fueled 6 months of gym motivation, but since then I've built my own systems and protocols so i can rely more on discipline and less on motivation

a lot of this sub is simp virgins (including myself in the simp part) who have the opposite problem of chasing/idealizing too much, so the extreme advice of "don't ever chase" is needed for them when you build a stronger frame (thru the advice in this sub) and get more to the center of the spectrum, I'd say its okay to go after women within reason. I'd set a hard limit at 3 texts in a row. If there's nothing after three, leave it

I'm way lower than you on the totem pole but maybe its your personality? Yes you are rich and attractive but like you said, theres 5 of you in her phone. Maybe having an interesting personality and fun hobbies that you can invite her to can get you a second "meeting" ? Also, you make 400K, you can prob pay for sex on the side and use girls as friends to make you look attractive to other girls...just a thought. Or maybe use a 7 for casual sex just so you get that need met but use 8-9s for friends…

Yes it will help. Better mental health +improved physique, clothes will fit better (especially if you train your lats and shoulders), better posture, better muscle/fat ratio (which will also benefit your face), more confidence Once you get into it, it will become enjoyable and you will start liking it. Muscle pumping + blood flowing + routine oriented lifestyle + being around other goal oriented people (and attractive girls) are all good things Women like confidence, and confidence is created …

In life: the book Relentless by Tim Grover helped me with my killer instinct a lot. (Tim Grover was Michael Jordan's personal trainer) It was actually the third time I tried the book but the first time understanding it, thanks to RedPill Seduction: not sure you need a killer instinct here. It's my belief that you attract women by being physically attractive + interesting + fun. So lift weights for 2+ years, keep your body fat low (might need killer instinct for these two since they require disci…

A method I recently devised for this is to write down "my personality" and then read it every other day, similar to a religious person reading the Bible I have a journal in which I write down RedPill, self improvement, and human nature lessons that I have read from this sub, books, and personal experience. Then, and this is the key, I carve out a part of my schedule every other day to read what I wrote. This is so I can keep those ideas in my fresh in my mind and not get carried away by the outs…

you have this mindset that 30 is some cliff and all the fun is to be had in your 20s and only in your 20s you're 29, making 75K which is a good salary outside of SF/NYC, gonna get your masters degree by 30, and you have a long history of being attractive to women I recommend you watch 1M on YouTube, especially his videos about "The Male Advantage" and other stuff from 2021. Lots of content about about getting better as you age, being more attractive to women at 30+ than 20+ and things like that.…

I'm in the the minority here, because I spent a lot of time developing myself WITHOUT alcohol to become a substantive and disciplined person so recently I've started using alcohol once a week as a "social tool" in my toolbox You're right, most people are awkward insecure nerds who need alcohol to prop themselves up. For them, you're post is perfect

i totally feel this man. im purposely not dating and going out to bars/clubs with my friends right now because of the delayed gratification and I only wanna do so when I have an amazing body and solid finances, both of which I'm working towards, but I totally agree it can be boring and there are def feelings of "am I just coping" or "is it even worth it" or "what am I even waiting for" The solution I recently found is to have a fun thing schedule on your calendar every weekend or at least every …

you're thinking of sex in terms of a transaction. you think the most 10/10 masculine man will naturally get the most 10/10 feminine woman as if this were a stock market where the goal is to match a buyer and a seller who agree on a price but sex is not a transaction, its a connection and to connect with a girl you have to, yes be super masculine and attractive, but you also have to "meet her where she is" and have topics, interests, and adventured in which you are both having fun, and things hav…

i don't have the answer, but accepting it and understanding that it's not YOUR fault can be helpful to you. think about it, when you were in those formative ages starting around 5 or 6, YOU had no control over how you felt about yourself. it was probably your parents or your school peers or people like that that created your self identity for you, and that self identity can very very easily carry over into your teens, twenties, and beyond once you accept that its not yourself, you can let go of …

try looking at your childhood and see if there are reasons you have this "bad habit". maybe something about how your parents or friends treated you, or could be something else too. if you can accept (not concede) that this character trait is not YOUR FAULT but instead a result of something in your childhood, you can "forgive yourself" for your character flaws and tendencies and move forward "the right way" Obv im not a therapist but doing that def helped me

I'm not saying you need to acquiesce to her or change who you are for her or anything like that. Not even saying you need to cut down on your pursuit of excellence or building your life There's just a lot of people out there who thinks muscles + money = sex and thats not exactly true, its more like muscles + money + fun = sex You have more experience and success so you probably don't need this message, but a lotta people do. I wrote a post on a similar topic called "positioning vs likability" on…

/r/TheRedPill28/03/23 09:27 PM

this is a very important concept. Making money and getting muscles is awesome and it will definitely make you more attractive to women, but it doesn't address any POSITIONING PROBLEMS. Being in position and getting yourself in front of a girl is a big part of this, and unfortunately, thats a different muscle you need to train than the one used to make muscles and earn money. The former is more about personality, social skills, having interesting stories to tell, and the latter is more discipline…

I love your posts because they go deeper than the standard "make money make muscles, learn game hold frame" formula. You understand and talk about emotion and the mental side of attracting women, and you emphasize confidence and evoking emotion. Thanks for the good content man

great post dude. Lotta posts try to over complicate things but this is nice and simple (albeit long LOL). become attractive, take risks, get rejected so your fear goes away, then keep taking risks and like you said with the the "Day 301: 20 failures, 80 successes", things will change for the better pretty quick I wrote about a tangental topic that you might like as well called "Positioning vs Likeability". It echoes the same sentiment as this post which seems to be "you gotta get yourself in fro…

telling someone to stop comparing is like telling someone to stop breathing. its not a conscious thing. its an automatic human function that happens every minute of every day. might as well use it to benefit you and push you to be better

Yuppp, they love the tension. I think Rollo called it "competition anxiety". They like the anxiety that comes from knowing that his dick MIGHT be in another woman. We men don't understand that, we are like "why would you want to introduce anxiety into your life" but I guess women "speak" a different mental language

I work out, I have a job I adore and I have achievable dreams. But other than that, I am utterly boring. No hobbies, interests or anything entertaining to talk about This is such an important part of RedPill that doesn't get enough attention. Being a financially established muscular guy with nothing to talk about will still register in her mind as "boring". Women like excitement. Women like fun. Women like adventure. good post, people want a natural winner. remove all displays/mentions of the struggle it took to get here, and only showcase the fruits of the labor, not the labor. and yeah I love these reposts from the "old school Red Pill" since I only joined in 2021 so I would be nice to see stuff I haven't seen

This is a great post. Red Pill is just a praxeology, which means its nothing but the "the study of human action and conduct" All this is is guys from all around the world comparing notes on what they are seeing in the field. You can do whatever you want with the information, and the ideal is to take the information and apply it to improve your life, but thats all it is, just information. You still need friends, you still need hobbies, you still need a purpose

This is a very good point man. If I can create some CONTROLLED, PLANNED period of time where I go on a "bender" it will scratch that itch which will prevent an UNCONTROLLED, UNPLANNED bender which I seem to fall into

Good point, maybe I'm trying to be too perfect which results in me going the other extreme. But my counter argument to that is, when I'm in my productive behavior, its not like im creating this pressure bubble on myself that eventually bursts. I genuinely do feel calm and relaxed when I'm in my productive behavior, which makes me confused as to WHY I tend to SNAP back so violently
/r/TheRedPill03/02/23 06:04 PM

Good comment. To be honest I don't really have ONE goal, I just have multiple process goals like "lift weights every week day" or "work 50 hours every week". Maybe I need more outcome driven goals instead of process/habit goals? Not sure My issue with the the inner asshole, thing is that I don't even need it most of the time. When I'm on my productive behaviors, its not like im constantly yelling at myself to keep going. I MYSELF want to keep going and I do so because I enjoy working hard or lif…

It is the less masculine men, IE. "soyboys", effete, often gay/bi or trans, who seem to not empathize with men's issues AT ALL They think that by siding with women that women will sleep with them. They are just kowtow-ing to women

This is such a good post with so many good points It is often common to mistakenly assume women are attracted to the same thing men are. Mens’ sexual attraction is primarily driven by appearance, and appearance is a relatively simple and concrete trait, so men naturally assume that womens’ attraction is also driven by something simple and concrete like appearance, money, or status. Very very true, this is one of the first TRP concepts I figured out. We think in a certain way so we look for wom…

yeah man ur right. I've gotten really into the "self improvement" side of TRP but not as much the "understanding women" side, needa get on that too
/r/TheRedPill14/01/23 11:45 PM
42

ive always been confused by this, but I guess I understand it now. She will do something factually slutty (go to a bar and have sex with a guy) but as long as there is something that makes her FEEL like its not slutty (some kind of conversation or activity) she will spin it in HER mind as "yay I'm not a slut!" Important to understand I guess

best advice in most situations LOL
/r/TheRedPill12/01/23 08:33 PM

really good post that belongs in "intermediate TRP" as a "what do to when you make it" type thing. I'm saving it to refer back to later, good job this is a good sized post by the way, no need for TLDR
/r/TheRedPill12/01/23 05:33 PM
21

this is a great story. too many guys are passive and not "brave" as you said. you'll be surprised how far you get just by coming forward and taking chances without over-thinking I think it's because girls find that quality of "coming forward" and "chasing what you want" as masculine, which they will inherently be attracted to
/r/TheRedPill10/01/23 05:16 PM
7

That being said, for long term success, I'd advise against a short term outlook like 6 months. You will get better and more permanent results if you have a long term outlook like 1 year or more so you can slowly bulk and minimize fat gain. It will also be a lot less stressful since you can have bad stretches here and there without affecting the goal since the goal is farther away
/r/TheRedPill07/01/23 10:43 PM

Good shit. Be a badass who likes to have fun and has good stories and girls will love it. "Girls just wanna have fun"

feminine women are attracted to masculine men. masculine women are attracted to feminine men how to be a masculine man: chase after your goals prioritize them over the woman lead the relationship, be the one in charge by default be decisive and have an opinion. never say "I'm good with anything" or "its up to you" be professionally successful and keep chasing further success Get and maintain a MUSCULAR physique Have a life outside of the woman professional goals friends hobbies/interests
/r/TheRedPill24/12/22 04:43 AM
1

yeah I heard a concept called "you don't have low confidence you have low value" and I agree with it fully
/r/TheRedPill23/12/22 09:32 PM
4

cold approach is hard because you need value (muscles, looks) to do that and most men don't have it. build your value in the gym (3 years) and a good haircut (10 mins), and look out for choosing signals from women, then warm approach. most guys won't do this because it requires you to have you head up like a good point guard and be off your phone
/r/TheRedPill23/12/22 07:23 PM

we've felt deprived of that our entire lives exactly. we have been deprived of it so we overvalue it so that we think THAT'S what we want but we really don't LOL

im not gonna lie, you did miss out on the BEST self improvement opportunity of your life, but the good news is its not the ONLY self improvement opportunity of your life. if you start working now your mid 30's and beyond can be an amazing time filled with high quality friends and high quality women in their late 20s who are still very attractive (they do exist)
/r/TheRedPill15/12/22 04:41 AM

I skimmed this post and did not read 100% of it but its a good post that is very true. Everything is about sex except sex, sex is about power. Men view everything with the lens of sex, while women view everything in the lens of power, which they evaluate by giving shit tests. Men give into those shit tests because they want sex, but women see that as a lack of power (frame)

But I just wanted to let you know how the other half lives. Not to discourage, but to motivate. Great positive post. Cheers!
/r/TheRedPill28/11/22 08:05 PM

not really. I had decent success in the dating market from 16-22, just using 22-26 to level up in all areas of life but I still get horny LOL so I see an escort once a month. honestly even when I start dating again I might keep seeing escorts just so I'm not desperate/needy/thirsty on the date
/r/TheRedPill28/11/22 01:39 AM
2

yeah and this goes for meeting girls but also making connections and male friends which is more important
/r/TheRedPill27/11/22 08:49 PM
1

nah its all good I'm only seeing escorts since I'm taking a break from dating. When I turn 26 I'm gonna get back into dating
/r/TheRedPill27/11/22 07:38 PM

technical: yeah you gotta treat them as regular humans and not see them as any level higher because they are women real world: hang out in places where high value men hang out, and by nature there will be gorgeous woman there. examples: social clubs that have an entry fee, expensive gyms, expensive restaurants and clubs. this requires you yourself to be a high value man too so work on that so basically get in those high value rooms and then just act nonchalant
/r/TheRedPill27/11/22 07:35 PM
6

in my opinion if you play the masculine role, even a masculine woman will become more feminine. they secretly want that
/r/TheRedPill23/11/22 05:25 PM

there are definitely certain races that are more masculine than other races. thats why black men are favored but black women aren't. and vice versa for asian

Your best bet is to be 80/20 where if you want to have a long term monogamous relationship and start a family. Otherwise, feel free to go as RP as you want. Yeah this is good to keep in mind, and thanks for the level headed response. Most of the other commenters saw the concept of "long term relationship" or "marriage" and immediately went on their memorized "why marriage is dead" rant

nah you cant lump financial success in with beta behavior. theres two kinds of financially successful men and this post illustrates that
/r/TheRedPill17/11/22 07:53 PM

I don't think it will be successful. there needs to be roles
/r/TheRedPill17/11/22 06:34 PM

great post, being comfortable (and powerful) in that primal, red pilled environment like that is crucial
/r/TheRedPill16/11/22 04:51 AM

number 9 very very very important and underrated. you have no idea how many times I've asked other guys what they do for FUN and they don't really have an answer. work your ass off in your job and business but have a personality and two or three solid hobbies too
/r/TheRedPill15/11/22 08:44 PM

Afterwards I learn it was her long distance "boyfriend" whom she'd only met once in real life. Whom she's been dating for a year. this is sad to say but I really have lost all faith in women since I've joined this sub

there should be a character limit on these posts. im sorry im sure what you wrote was good but it has to be palatable to people

yeah of course theres a cost of entry to everything
/r/TheRedPill07/11/22 08:54 PM

a big part of this is being perceptive and also believing it. you have to be perceptive to pick up on the IOI and you also have have confidence that "this girl likes me". happened to me recently where a hottie in a club was giving me three, four, five, IOI's and I picked up on them but I didn't have the confidence to think "this hot girl wants me to touch her" so she gave up eventually, didn't see her for the rest of the night
/r/TheRedPill07/11/22 06:13 PM

she's not gonna want you if youre chasing her. she's gonna want the guys that dont want her
/r/TheRedPill06/11/22 04:40 PM

In 20s demographics LTRs are dead, they're for social validation only - looking like a "good girl" to others. Once these validation aspects start to lose their meaning - that is already on its way - these pretend relationships will be gone as well. good point, its a lost/dying art
/r/TheRedPill05/11/22 06:51 PM
21

girls know their value isn't that high, so any guy that values them very highly is pathetic in their eyes. make them 5th (or lower) on your priority list and all issues will be solved
/r/TheRedPill05/11/22 06:50 PM
16

girls are like sports cars. after you use them 3 or 4 times they become just like any other car and lose value in your head. spending so much mental energy on one girl is a waste of mental energy
/r/TheRedPill04/11/22 05:29 PM
5

mixed signals = no you have to be more interested in your journey to success than your pursuit of pussy so you dont ask these kinda questions
/r/TheRedPill04/11/22 05:24 PM

I think if she likes your ride enough she will still want to join it
/r/TheRedPill04/11/22 05:22 PM

they won't "emotionally invest in you", they will just "put all their other options on hold for you for the time being"
/r/TheRedPill04/11/22 05:22 PM
1

you CAN be the right guy without being emotionally invested. if you are working on yourself HARD and chasing your goals and having a good time doing so she will want to join you for the ride
/r/TheRedPill04/11/22 04:45 AM
11

emotional investment girls don't have emotional investment and you should't either.
/r/TheRedPill03/11/22 07:56 PM

yeah you should try to fuck. I think if you wait too long she will see you as soft
/r/TheRedPill03/11/22 07:31 PM
62

she's probably got a roster of guys, you need to keep building a roster of other girls. the era of believing that girls dont do the same "bad" things that guys do (juggle multiple partners, lie, cheat, steal, ghost, etc) should be over
/r/TheRedPill03/11/22 07:25 PM
5

In this case it's usually boredom and/or loneliness. this is huge. I'm a former porn addict too and I basically figured out that I was jerking off out of habit or boredom and not necessarily because I was horny. I wonder what percent of my jerk off sessions were due to actual horniness (probably very low)
/r/TheRedPill02/11/22 05:26 PM

you are the average of the five people you surround yourself with whose content you consume
/r/TheRedPill02/11/22 05:21 PM

great post dude, yeah building that hyper masculine character and kind of creating a story for yourself liked like a celebrity on the come up is very important and effective for yourself mentally. I see myself as an up and coming athlete who's working his way up the minor leagues right now and wants to get to the majors
/r/TheRedPill02/11/22 05:19 PM

/r/TheRedPill18/10/22 08:20 PM

Good job for not being scared to ask, and you're right about the friends first being BS but yeah you can't just spray gun the whole baseball team. Be attractive and the girls that want you will (subtly) make it known. Girls always show their hand when they like a guy because they aren't good at hiding it because they never have to
/r/TheRedPill02/10/22 10:37 PM

Good post once again. We get caught up in House of Cards mode where we wanna crush our ghosters but that just means we put too much stock into them. Be unphased no matter what she pulls

no but I'd like to think people in this sub care about being the full package. looks as well as strength, not gross out on one area at the expense of the other like in your example
/r/TheRedPill18/09/22 06:35 PM
6

I don't think anyone on this sub is saying looks don't matter or else they wouldn't be red pill
/r/TheRedPill13/09/22 02:15 AM

good shit. im sure the LTR is aware of the attention you're getting and it affects how she treats you (in a positive way for you)
/r/TheRedPill08/09/22 02:48 AM

that's awesome. yeah Im 24 I'm in that "internalising RP, stoicism, and constant self improvement" phase right now, hoping ill get what you have in a few years where do you meet these girls ?
/r/TheRedPill08/09/22 02:47 AM

Yeah you can bang hotties in their 20s even when you're in your early 30s if you get in top 20% shape and sharpen those social skills
/r/TheRedPill07/09/22 11:34 PM

Fantastic post, lotta men blaming women for their problems. It’s not her fault you are a loser who believes lifting weights is bad for the environment, it’s yours
/r/TheRedPill28/07/22 09:29 PM
7

Yeah money is important so you can take her on vacations and fuck the shit out of her, but never lean on it or lead with it in dating, you will be a beta provider and she will use you as a bank while getting dick from another guy. Try to make it so, when she first sees you, she things more of "wow strong arms" and less "wow deep pockets". You gotta make physical attraction the foundation of the relationship not money
/r/TheRedPill21/07/22 11:52 PM

I love these posts man keep ‘em coming. Vegas is one of my favorite cities too
/r/TheRedPill17/07/22 04:21 PM

Well I’ve gone up more than 50% in all my major lifts in one year of lifting and my arms, shoulders, and chest all look more attractive so both can be true
/r/TheRedPill16/07/22 05:06 AM
2

No I totally get that. That’s why I said “fitness is important” because it’s the foundation of physical attraction.
/r/TheRedPill16/07/22 03:13 AM
21

Yeah we def have to take extra care not to lead with our wallets and not be beta providers (like our parents are). That’s why fitness is so damn important. If she’s physically attracted to you, that is going to come through in everything she does with you. She’s gonna be 20% more attentive and responsive and submissive to you which then gives you 20% more confidence which makes her even more attracted it feeds on each other in a positive way

for me it was that she was dancing with her friends. then they all left, then she came alone and started dancing near me...shoulda picked up on it but didn't then she made eye contact with me (didn't smile though, thats what fucked me up I think)...shoulda picked up on it but didn't then i started talking to my friend and she just butted in and started talking to me...hadnt talked to a girl in that club setting since covid so my mind went blank, couldnt think of anything to say other than "where…

I'm assuming you're 23 ? I'm 24. Yeah I struggle with this too, had a gorgeous blonde girl give me obvious choosing signals at a club in LA last month, I was totally clueless on what to say though and eventually she gave up on me and I never saw her again till the end of the night. I think the most alpha thing you can say when you're getting those choosing signals is the most upfront thing - which is something like "that black top makes you look absolutely sexy". She's probably never head that s…

your point on older men/younger women: at this point its just blind belief for me too since I'm not 30 yet, but lotta older men say that its very possible. when i was in college hella girls my age were fucking men closer to 30 than 25. also the "younger 20s" thing generally applies to women, men are on a different timeline. Watch 1STMAN on youtube he changed my life your point on caloric deficit: looks like you are trying to lose fat and gain at the same time. can definitely work in the short te…

yeah most 23 year olds have some degree of this. I'm a young 24 so not that much older than you just ignore women for 5 years and focus on your career and your fitness. then when you're 28, spend a weekend at the mall and revamp your whole wardrobe and buy like 30 new pieces in 3 days cant really hep you with career since idk what your path is, but as far as fitness, go on a bulk. dont eat junk food but eat a high volume of healthy foods and lift weights, both compounds and isolation. i recommen…

Building rapport has always been easier for me during the day, maybe because its less threatening, less obvious, less sense of urgency (you can take your time), and less competitive Good job dude, and you're 28, probably in good shape. Proof that your late 20s are just the start of your dating prime for men.

/r/TheRedPill19/05/22 04:10 PM

man I drake one gallon of milk A WEEK during my 32 week bulk, and I still got kinda fat Guess milk just doest work for me, which is fine, I feel kinda gross after drinking it anyway
/r/TheRedPill03/05/22 05:35 PM

well you gotta understand their definition of muscular. when girls say they dont like lots of muscle they mean this but for 99% of guys, lots of muscle is this, because it still takes 7 years for it to build
/r/TheRedPill03/05/22 05:32 PM
7

I think you've spent too much time around fit people Well the place I go to most often during the week is the gym (6 days out of 7) so yeah I spent most of my time around fit people. Isn't that the company you want to keep though? I'd rather compare myself to the fit guys at the gym and be below average than compare myself to people who watch boba and drink anime and be top dawg
/r/TheRedPill03/05/22 05:29 PM

this is also very true. but i think by FAT you mean "lots of muscle with fat on top". not like slob un athletic guy

Good shit, you have that lean muscular athletic look

Dude, I got the idea for his post from him! Love that channel, has really changed my mindset on a lot of things, if I ever be the high value man I want to, it will be because of him. I honestly like his channel 100x more than this sub LMAO

Man the world has gotten so bad that people are calling gym beginners "gym cels" ? Man lemme tell you, for every one guy in the gym, theres 4 that SHOULD BE THERE but aren't due to dopamine addiction or blue pill mentality. Don't let anyone associate the gym, which honestly has probably done more good in the world than most religious places of worship, with incels or anything bad.

Good shit man, I discovered it when I was 23, and I just turned 24 last week. The first year has been mostly internal/mindset transformations coupled with some muscular gains from bulking, I'm hoping age 24-30 can be more outward transformations. Glad to see a fellow member making it

But she doesn't want your life to revolve around her. Made this mistake at age 18, senior year of high school. I was basically the female in the relationship. Glad I fucked up at 18 so I don't fuck up from 25 to 40 (I'm 23 now)

every single show, with very few exceptions, has gone from a normal or interesting storyline to a forced attempt to make it about black rights, gay rights, women's rights, or something of that sort. Even very masculine shows like Billions and House of Cards turned totally leftist with Taylor and Claire respectively. Needa rewatch Mad Men to cleanse my pallet...anyone recommend any other shows similar to Mad Men?

I made plans and will pull the ripcord when I’m ready to. I have this issue. I recently got my first job out of college. I hope I can figure out my exit strategy so I don't spend too much time in this maze of mediocrity

in 2002 the NBA sent out a memo to its players to remember to use a condom while having sex on the road. the memo specified that after they finished, to make sure they took the condom and flushed it down the toilet. the second part was because there were instances of women taking the condom out of the trash and inseminating themselves to get some NBA player sperm in them. in the 6 weeks between mike tyson being convicted of rape and him being sent to jail, he spent his time flying across the cou…

I’d be happy to meet you in the middle. Going to sports events in real life is amazing. I’m American and I love baseball and going to baseball games is honestly my favorite thing in the world. I guess I meant to say watching sports on TV for hours on end is detrimental

Mike said "everyone has a plan till they get punched in the mouth". Reading TRP books and Reddit posts is one thing, but going out there and ACTING like a masculine man is very different and much harder, especially since we have been so heavily influenced by the gynocentric world. So even after you inhale all the TRP material, you will still fail initially because implementing is different than internalizing, and that takes time too (not very long though, maybe a month or two). Great post

Great post. There is a quote in Fight Club (great red pill movie by the way, Edward Norton playing the blue pill, Brad Pitt being the red pill) that says "self improvement is masturbation. now self destruction [ is the answer]" TRP is about killing the old you. The old beliefs. The old habits. The old mindsets. It seems you have done that, great job

This obsession with women and sex won't get you where you wanna go. Women are a side piece to your life, and sex is what they provide. That's it

Lot of black pill/incel/indian people have taken over red pill and made it about hating women, which gives it a bad name. Red pill is not about women. It's about men and and masculinity and self worth. Good post

Good post. I think that the more lower status men out there, the higher value the high status man achieve. Supply and demand. Don't chase. Reach the level where women chase you. Dating is like paying taxes. Poor people pay more taxes than rich people, and low status/quality men pay more attention/money/time than high status/quality men

This post should be pinned and be mandatory reading for any new member. They should have to write a one paragraph summary afterwards to ensure they understand it. Many weak men have taken over TRP and made it about women. It's become either a dumb guide to getting women and fucking them, or its been a place to hate women for being sluts or hate women for being feminist or hate women for practicing hypergamy. Part of being a man is having the burden of performance. We have to perform in the weight room, in the board room, in the bed room, and if we don't, we are less of men. Instead of crying about it, lets EMBRACE it, kind of like a Lebron James or Michael Jordan type mindset: Instead of: "I hate how I have to lead this team, why can't someone else do it" Lets be more like "I'm the leader of this team and its on me to be aggressive on the court and my teammates can follow"

This is true. I personally recently deleted my Snap and Twitter accounts because they serve no use and its mostly leftist propaganda. If you ever treat me like shit I will treat you even shitter. If you ever get fat or let yourself go I will leave you. I will not hesitate to walk out no matter what stage our relationship if I deem it appropriate to do so. #1 and #3 should be communicated with action not words As for #2, you yourself should be fit so that you get with a fit girl, and this isn't a problem

At some point you're gonna have to be charismatic and good to talk to. This goes for if you want to fuck a gold digger, fuck a hooker, or just fuck a regular girl in the dating market. Money and muscles get you there, and depth of personality, charisma, social skills, and conversation skills get you in (literally)

Ways to sleep easier: Stop doing anything else other than sleeping in the bed. If you want to check your phone or anything else, do it in a chair and go to bed when you're sleepy. Then your mind will start associating the bed with sleep. You will fall asleep easier and faster. never thought of this, will do it tonight. great tip, thanks!

TRP is about ACTION not words. You can still be a kind, respectful, smiling, happy, social person and be a red pill. TRP is about action and choices. Are you going to CHOOSE the candy bar or the protein bar? Are you going CHOOSE to wake and bake or wake and lift? You can make the red pill-esque choices and still be kind and respectful to people and women.

I agree with the comment by u/IHaveSalesQuestions about getting new friends. How do you do that though? I think it starts with having an identity. If you don't have an identity or a hobby you are committed to, you will be like I was until very recently (I am 23 years old though so I am younger), in which I was a jack of all trades but a master of none. I put 10% of my attention into 10 different things, so I didn't BUILD anything. I thought having ten hobbies meant I was diversified, but in real…

This is good. I think the "ick" comes from a boredom or a comfortability or a 'nice guy-ness' that guys may adopt when they are settled into the relationship. They act all cool and exciting to get the pussy, but once they have consistent access to it, they become boring, almost like a dad. Not a daddy, but a dad. You can tell based on quality. Like cheaper clothes don't look bad in isolation, but when you see a cheaper outfit next to a quality outfit, you can tell the difference instantly. Has to do with material, quality of material, fit, etc etc Also, your clothes tell people something about you. It doesn't have to mean rich, but it can be "confident". It can mean "cares for himself". I once heard an actress giving an interview say "I like guys who dress nice...", but she didn't say "...because it look…

This is just further confirmation of all the concepts we swear by here at TRP. The two that come to mind are: She is never yours, it is just your turn, so don't get attached and get oneitis this can not only prevent you from getting 'Zioned' but also it can make her work harder for you since you aren't tying yourself to her. It's like how Morgan Freeman said "if you don't want her, she's gonna wanna know why" Muscles and money (and in this case, status) are still the two (three) most desired qua…
