Positives - Slowly focusing on gaining more lean mass. Currently at 168 lbs. Cut down my soda intake. Focusing on making it a can a week at the moment. Improved my exercise routine, broke it into one week strength and one week hypertrophy. Small talk / social skills (because of my job) has significantly improved. Negatives - Struggling with opening women, getting numbers. Not reading enough quality content. SMV not high enough.

First of all its really hard work to overcome a serious addiction. I know a guy, few years my junior: had at least 4 jobs that I know of, all of them blown due to drugs. Him and his wife are currently homeless with their daughter, 3 y/o i think. All this because of drugs. I would have compassion if a homeless guy gets hooked on heroin and cleans his act up. Rich guy getting hooked on coke, sorry mate, no compassion there.

Same boat here: recently I discovered I tend to overthink things - I'm get nervous when I have to travel so I used to imagine scenarios where I get the worst result. Now I stop the thinking before hand and just go with it. I have better "results" when I don't think as much about the upcoming situation. I'd attempt to figure it out via another route before I would go onto medication. That should be a last resort.

I work 50+ hours a week. It is a fucking nightmare. I do my daily prayers to Brodin in the mornings. Start working at 1:00pm until 8:30pm. Fridays & Saturdays from 9:00am - 8:30pm. My biggest issue is getting enough sleep but I have that figured out sort of. I'm getting about 7 hours a night but I'd be happier with 8.
