Okay but the jobs they're replacing in finance also require the same sort of vetting, one example would be a series 7, and they are allowed to do it in a snap of a finger. Get your finances in order, I would definitely open up another account and start splitting the money. Any financial transactions that are done before you are served will not be penalized. If you haven't reached final judgment or trial, bring it up then if not I would definitely file a contempt motion. If it's written down on paper and you can prove that she did that then you were entitled to it. The only way a judge wouldn't care is if you owe her a ton of money or something like that. Do you feel in a rush or hurry because your ex has moved on because if you've learned anything it should be that finding the right one is the most important. I was told by a family court judge off the record that when he presides over a case he is under the assumption that everybody is lying. either full lies or half lies to help their case or perception in court. She has a lawyer, she wants my lawyer to submit it to hers but Ive already bargained with her where she wouldn't be giving me as much, rather than fight it out in court and me spend the money anyways in my attorney. Cut out the conversations with little girls, if you didn't do anything wrong remember the truth will set you free. Thanks , it's extremely hard not to prove to the family court what type of person she is , a person that will say anything to get an upper hand and hurt me only for the shear fact that I don't want to be with her anymore . Thanks , it's really challenging the past 28 hours I've been killing her with kindness , bring home food even though she drained the bank accounts and trying not to add fuel to the fire . At first a was reacting which was bad and listening to her . My lawyer gave me some advice that basically said be overly nice , flexible and helpful.
