Threat to reveal any fact or fiction to coerce an action or inaction of another person. Edit: Every one commits extortion who, without reasonable justification or excuse and with intent to obtain anything, by threats, accusations, menaces or violence induces or attempts to induce any person, whether or not he is the person threatened, accused or menaced or to whom violence is shown, to do anything or cause anything to be done. This is the Canadian legal definition of Extortion.

The number depends on the same thing as guys numbers except it's more dependant on her ability to secure commitment, which depends on her standards, goals, and SMV, and also on a great deal of luck since it's difficult to effectively gauge the integrity of a partner before sex. It's her sex drive against that factor.

You're assuming the top guy literally does nothing but fuck multiple women at a time all day long. There's also the locality of market factor, which is incredibly relevant - both men and women only interact with people they know about and can meet.

I'm on the other end of the spectrum. I see no reason to be with a prudish woman as opposed to a slutty one. It's like getting an Electrician that doesn't like wires. Sure there are lots of other things you could be good at, but wires were really an important part of what I was looking for in an Electrician. Yes, plugs matter too. Switches too, but that doesn't detract from the fact that you can't be an Electrician without wires. Edit: Oh, and if you're still not convinced guys - if she's not re…

Cats are cats, sluts are sluts, and unicorns aren't real. TRP is amoral - it's about recognizing things for what they are and making clear what you need to do in order to function well in society. Sluts are good for a lay, prudes are good if mommy never taught you how to make a sandwich. Past that, I don't pass judgement.

Yup. I have a coworker who's lass apparently likes to go swimming on the safe side of the canoe and does things like wearing white t-shirts just to cause trouble. He's very enthusiastic about her.

This is excellent advice, but I don't have any interesting hobbies. I'm boring as fuck. I'm one of those guys that's happy if I'm wearing the 125 year anniversary edition Made in USA Carhartts with an italian silk casual dress shirt, and I like my sirloin tip wrapped in bacon. It's nice, but nothing about it is exciting. I've learned to not really say much of anything to women and mostly play by body language.

Thats just it. Don't. Instead flirt with strangers for a week. When you see her again, ask if she wants to hang out yet. This is PUA though, and won't save you if you don't get why and don't internalize the difference. It's not about her, it's about you. To you, she's just a girl who's being more difficult than she's worth for your efforts. Look elsewhere, and if she opens up then she does.

Hello there, and welcome to TRP, the subreddit aimed at disseminating some basic social skills to men who've recently recognized that not having them can suck. Due to the nature of the subreddit, we have a wide variety of contributors and cannot guarantee that what is said will align with your person feelings. If that still offends you, please feel free to visit another subreddit. Thank you and have a nice day.

Straight-talking is for horizontal communication, or when the situation means you have to relate in that manner. BB men are regarded by the vast majority of women as lower as per that okcupid graph (80% are <5/10).

If you have to go that far to get the truth about her past out of her, she doesn't respect/trust you enough to LTR. I would say rightfully so. "I've had my fun, you've had yours, but if this is going anywhere I expect you to stay off other guys as a matter of respect." I think that's more than enough conversation.

Good point. The other issue is that 93% of men are ranked less than 5 by women, while it's about 47% for women. I consider myself in the top 10%, but that puts me between a 5 and an 8 depending on my day, and at the same time I'm only even considering a top 20% girl (7 or better). That spells asbestos for women's statistical chances.

I'm in favour of travel, and I've learned from personal experience that love crosses borders quickly. That implies migration eventually. It also puts some skin in the game. It's hard to declare war on a country that's 5% of your own people. The US could never declare on Mexico or Canada without a great deal of fallout inside their own country. I think that's an advantage, and it underlies modern peace. At the same time, there's reciprocity. Muslims lack it.

Yeah, when Japanese people move to Canada they don't demand Japanese law here. Sure they clique a bit and do Japanese things while they're here, but they also adapt our culture on the face. Muslims are not good guests because they quite often insist on turning our countries into the same places they're leaving from, and statistically our countries are proving superior. A BPD is very polarizing. When I was a young beta, one utterly destroyed me from my motivation to my character to my confidence. Roughly a decade later an ex turned this way (went nuts) and turned into an awesome ex-with-benefits. In fact, she seriously helped me develop TRP mindset.

Yesterday I watched a quick clip off of artofmanliness about honour and glory. It struck me as a pretty key concept, even if it was relayed in a way reminiscent of a father teaching children about the birds and the bees. Maybe modern society is so out of touch with these concepts that it's the best we can do to explain them? I think if more men understood honour and aspired to it, that the world would be a much better place.

You get ripped by working out and eating. It isn't magic. It's science. SMV is a broad "sum" of your rank when you meet someone. Are you a 3/10? Are you a 6/10? Your SMV is an ever changing number, and depends on dozens of factors. First and most important as a man is your real power - Small details that annoy other people magically fall into place for you? Two of the things that bothered me most about Japan's sexual identification was that men were supposed to be the effeminate elf-like pretty boys in Shinjuku (the hosts), as well as being perfect providers. All paycheck, no sex with loser. I'm not entirely sure that a westerner could pull off a job as a host there, and especially not with what we would consider healthy frame and body. I don't know, because I don't see any precedent there at all. It's like they're entirely devoid of anything like …

I found most men in Japan were pretty beta. 130lb soaking wet, with an ideal image like this, light grey suits and plaid purple ties, never leaving work before the boss, drinking like a fish to drown your sorrows, and staying married to a bitter shrew of a woman. They're so screwed, it's why their population is in decline. The men are simply unattractive.

I don't agree with you, but I'll try to relate... If a girl doesn't have sex, any man who has self esteem will eventually leave her to pursue easier and prettier girls (there is always). The only ones who are left - who would wait for months are the most beta, low value men around. A noble goal for a monogamous woman is to accurately determine a man's value to her and lock him down as soon as she can. It involves being an excellent judge of character, nuanced, intelligent, and devious. When she …

Some other advice I might have is that you do it for yourself - not to attract pretty girls. "I want to be hot" is better than "I want girls to like me". It's an internal monologue thing, but the distinction is profound.

There's a variety of forms of it. Most people who are narcissists will self-identify if you're not a dick about it, and this is actually the hallmark of narcissism as defined in the DSV. Narcissism is about being selfish, and regularly considering how what you're doing serves you and your goals. It involves valuing yourself more than others generally, but it doesn't have to be absolute. I find empirically that my opinion is right 95% of the time when I argue with someone, so I just assume. Well, I've only had that problem once, but women have a few things that you can do that will help both of you keep your head in the game: learn to want her and show it every way - if you're excited, interested, eyeing her up, touching her right, stroking her face, kissing her neck, breathing near her ears (not into them), and some gentle pushes, pulling her hips, etc.. Women also mistakenly believe that an increase in socioeconomic status or attaching themselves to a higher class male also increases their SMV This is demonstrating social pre-selection, in the same way TRP recommends.

I do. The fact that they're veggies isn't crippling. You can get enough protein. You can be a veggie, and be a tough motherfucker. That's why it's relevant.

Swimming hard will help develop your core muscles, you can work on your legs, and develop the abs you want. Your arm control is something you want to gradually go through physio to recover. The good news is that later when you are doing better, your arm control muscles gain by leaps and bounds even with small weights as long as you push yourself mentally.

/r/TheRedPill05/08/15 01:43 AM

Raw meat will have less protein because some of it breaks down from heat, but it's dramatically harder for your body to digest, and might give you food poisoning. You're much better off eating the 5-10% more cooked meat to get the extra protein in, and your stomach will thank you for it. ; )

I think it comes down to a recognition of how people are introduced to TRP and how it serves. Their first realization and introduction to TRP often comes out of "women are evil, PUA, AWALT". This mindset is mirrored for a while when they're new here, and without doing it new people may not come here. Then the next realization is that the way to get past this is to self improvement, understand some basic instinctual behaviour about women and a change of tact, as well as re-learning self esteem. I…

Well... you can assume it but it's kind of important to leave a way to say real 'no' just in case.

It's not stupidity. There's an undercurrent that they don't understand, but the system is imprinted in us (people) and it works for itself. The reason they don't understand it, is because it wouldn't be productive.

It's the risk of legal liability as soon as someone gets offended or doesn't like being fired and decides to be a victim about it?

There is a reason I don't have a facebook, twitter, snapchat, or myspace. The vanity posts about you holding your liquor at that wild party where your friend shat in between the drywall? That looks great on your resume.

I think the whole process is more subliminal than that in most women. They often see what they're doing now, but not the whole several-year multi-step process.

It's because TRP grows too fast, and new people post more than old, often before they've really found themselves.

I think there's a bit of hammering out for new people that is done here too. Many young men who come here do so because they're still in that bitter about women AWALT and PUA stage. They come here because they need to be taught that that's not the final form, and they still need to man up. TRP can only really handle so many of these characters at a time, or they start cementing themselves in the wrong shape, so slow growth is kind of important.

Smarter men don't do marriage. It's an entirely one-sided contract, and it's not something we're interested in participating in. Some of us that are interested in kids just let our LTR move in, others just visit most days. I'm in the former group. My LTR knows that if we don't get along then she can go back to Japan, and she gets about $6k to start herself with when she gets there.

Yes, but for many women this is just part of the process because divorce is where the big payout is.

I actually just talked with my wife about this, and she said "Japanese men this generation are like women" Edit: Oddly enough, she said that without prompting when I said "Yeah, we were talking about what women find sexy, and I said Japanese men aren't."

You know what, I'm willing to bet their birthrate is down in part because the men there are so utterly emasculated as per TRP theory.

I'll second that. I was fatherless for several years, and then my step-dad had a deep underlying issue that I only found out about recently that kept him from really ever talking to me. It set me back a good several years in some respects - and my mom was awesome. I mean, I didn't know where to put deoderant or how to shave when I moved away, let alone what a pair of channel-lock pliers are or how to deal with women, or what respect and quality mean.

Yeah, I lived in Japan for 7 years. It is deeply emasculated - mostly by the work environment they have created for themselves. It's unhealthy, supplicative and they can't sleep, eat, and lift so they go around tired, skinny and weak.

Being responsible (and alpha/Dominant) is entirely about it being your fault what the outcome is. It was your decision. All the boys don't seem to get that. I think "blue pill" is entirely about men who are submissive and defer or lose their responsibility and often they don't even know it.

Simple things make all the difference. When you eat, take a moment to appreciate your food and then eat it hungry. When you walk, feel the wind moving through your fingers. When you work, strive to become better at it every day. Take cuts sometimes as an opportunity to become better. When you shop - investigate, compare, develop principles, be demanding. Decide what things you really want that complement you and get the best. Maybe you want a hammock, and your bed is only for women? Maybe you wa…

she wouldn't have as hard a time controlling herself as men I disagree on this point. Both restraint and drive are what we ought to be capable of, as we see fit. Leave the reactive animal behaviour to them.

"Everything that has a beginning, has an end. It's about the time between." Remember that every time you meet a new woman, and you'll stop being such a clingy bitch. In fact, that one quote is practically the single source of my liberation.

TRP is about self respect and not being emasculated. It's possible and healthy to be in an LTR if you can keep your balls.

I agree. This is too much smoke and mirrors and not enough substance. It sounds womanly manipulative. Hofn, the right way to approach this is to do a run by yourself off-pavement every day for 20 minutes. Bring water. When you get home, take a shower. Once you're out of the shower, kiss your wife and carry on with your day. That run will give you time to think, it'll improve your health, and improve your testosterone. Good luck.

Another important thing: If your kid falls over or scratches themselves - DO NOT PANIC. This is what turns your kid into a whiny self-absorbed little bitch. You teach them to take a look at it, decide if it needs attention, and if not keep going.
