Good point. I know I'm wearing some blinders, but now I can at least recognize those blinders and do something about it. Yea she's said she's never had one night stands, then said she never slept with anyone after me, and then, like I said, casually mentioned "she's never had a one-night stand like me" (gee thanks.) All of those things can't be true. As I type this I realize how ridiculous all of this sounds. Might be time to call her out on her shit. Thanks for the thoughtful comment.

Yes, my initial thoughts too. But after talking to her a couple more times, and me establishing frame control, she casually mentioned other one-night stands (she had said multiple times before that I was her only one-night stand.) I'm probably looking into it way too much, but I think after realizing that I had a more fulfilling life than her, she decided to hint, untruthfully, that she had been sleeping with other guys to try to make it seem as if she was getting on just fine without me. Bottom…

Some good responses here. Before I got into all this PU stuff, I would say 'yes' to anything a girl asked me to do. Even if I had to go out of my way. Looking back, every relationship I had with a girl where she was the one setting up the social interactions, I never slept with them. I would think to myself "Oh wow she's doing all this to get me to hang out with her. I'm in." I was wrong, and now I know why. On the flip side, every girl I have slept with, it was me that was setting the terms of …

I guess what I'm trying to ask is, how do you lead a woman who clearly has way more frame to lead a social interaction between the two of you? Lol or maybe just thinking about it way to much.

Haha I think it was actually Survivor Man, but yeah I threw that in there to see if anyone would notice.

Is it wise to live life purely on impulse? Of course not. But that is why something like the 3SR exists. It's for moments when your impulses are telling you NOT to do something, that is the exact moment that you do it. I even felt this a little writing this post. I am very prone to thinking WAY too much, and would even go as far to say it is my biggest shortfall in this aspect of my life. Anyway I'm really glad to see the positive response.

Yes! Although, I would only apply this to things where logic is something that gets in the way, rather than something that is needed. I mean, you wouldn't apply the 3SR for some life changing event like buying a house or marrying someone. "Fuck it, I can afford the mortgage. I'll take it!" Yeah, lol, don't do that. But something where emotional charge is heavily involved, something that terrifies you, abso-fucking-lutely.

Funny, I just read this chapter and was thinking the same thing. How do you apply this? It just seems so counter-intuitive.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
