The 3SR is almost always talked about in terms of making the initial approach. That anxiety you feel when you see a target, and you make the approach anyway. But something I've found out recently, is that the 3SR needs to be applied in all facets of the seduction of a woman. I was just recently at a party with this girl whom I've started to really get along well with. By the nature of party and reasons I won't get into, I really couldn't escalate. When she needed to leave, a gold mine opportunity presented itself for me to walk her out and finally get some one on one time. I didn't take it. It was also probably a little rude of me not to, but I just didn't do. I let the fear get to me. When you see an opportunity that presents itself to escalate, and your instincts are screaming at you to both to make a move and do nothing at the same time, it means it's time to move. I remember once I was watching this survival show (bear with me here), and the guy said something like if when in a survival situation and you're not sure whether or not to do something or do nothing, always err on the side of taking action. Do SOMETHING. 'Feel the fear and do it anyway' to quote a book of the same title. Hope this opened someone's eyes as it did for me.
