What if you want exclusivity in the begining

I agree with what you are saying I am just dissatisfied with the status quo

Please enlightened me about this so called definition of dating kind sir I am not familiar with modern dating regiments?

I disagree with the comments because even if they are correct in that you have to discuss exclusivity these people will also say you cannot ask exclusivity early on. So dating has no rules but also has rules at the same time? Why is polyamory default in this so called talking phase. Shouldn't people talk about this early on instead of making assumptions. Isn't it the left that wants to take down the default model in things and get people communicating?

Why is dating not exclusive by default?

It depends on how the divorce affected them is my concern. Some women hate romance because their parents divorce and gain a pessemestic perspective on love. I am not interested in those women.

Thank you, yeah that is the norm right now is that when you speak out against him up culture you are seen as a puritan from the dark ages. Have you noticed that their is the cultural hatred of the past you can definitely see it in the tech industry in which companies bash on older models to make the newer models more appealing and marketable. Or the fashion industry in which older trends are mocked. I think we ought to move away from anecdotal evidence and focusing on individual participation in…

How did you get that I am a sicko from that, I just said that the comparison is not a good one. This is because humans are not consumer products like a car. Humans are more dynamic can consumer products in which we have selfish desires and the capacity for self preservation. When we get into relationships with other people it is in respect to their boundaries. Something that consumer goods don't have. Test driving people is not enough to fully understand the compatibility of a human being. I wou…

Feminist usually say women just want casual sex and older men there is nothing wrong with that. Not everyone ones a long term commitment
/r/PurplePillDebate07/09/22 02:25 PM
1

So for you girls it was about experience and confidence from seducing as much as men as possible. So for you does this define modern feministy?

So in a way books and media in gave people the desire to participate in hook up culture. So you guys were fed a narrative similar to the fuckboys narrative given to boys in which it was seen as cool for boys to pull any women they wanted or rack up numbers so to speak. This is all interesting to me. On a side note I do think environmental and economic conditions make the hook up narrative flourish. Such as busy career and academic life.

I apologize for singling out women, you correct to assert that men also participate in this culture and I am also sadden when our men participate in this culture. But it's not just raising people with these values but we must create environmental conditions in which these values can flourish

Society will be challenge it will change it is in its nature to change as it always have. Society did collapse before hence the bronze age collapse and the fall of the Roman empire. People have changed society in one way or another, the round heads overthrowing the monarch and the decaying and dying feudal society and the American revolting against the British empire. Be warned the end of this era is steadily approaching and the death of this society will mark the birth of a new gloryious societ…

Oh that's interesting because I was never raised in purity culture no one taught me about sex except sex Ed . How come I didn't even know what casual sex was until I read cosmopolitan and always wanted a romantic relationship as a man. I am willing bet most people want relationships without the need of shame and pressure actually in better condition. We romantics don't need purity culture to be hegomonic it's just purity culture needed to exist for the economic system. If we had a healthy romant…

For those of us who argue against casual sex or hook up culture should not be singling out women because even men are negatively affected by casual sex to there are studies that show men get post coital dysphoria. This isn't a gender issue it's a social issue. So I noticed that a lot of these women are what I call hook up culture warriors people who defend this specific concept of sex and relationship vehemently. I am not saying only women defend hook up culture as if it's their God, even men wo…

It's not that women are monolith it's just we are scared women of our kind are participating in this culture. Not saying we own these women or women owe us anything but rather saying women like use who have similar values, personality, and ethics. We don't want to loose our members even if they reject us we want our kind to be robust

I feel like the study is being reductionist and idealist blaming an entire social issue on a simple concept that being rejection. I don't think a rejection or string of rejection can actually shift someone's political views. I was always against casual sex because I didn't even knew it existed until college not because I was rejected by women. In fact getting rejected by women did not change my political views or make me hate women. I even tried to remain good friends with the girls and women wh…

So what should all young women be married to old grandpa's and all young man be married to old women and young men be married to old grandpa's and old women be married to old grandma. So you don't want people around same age to be in a relationship. When I think of people like you who argue everything is ok if it's consensual that is what I think you want for society or at least tolerate. If consent is the only ethical consideration then you are the most boring and lackluster person I met.

I am sure people can detect red flags given proper education. But any kind of men can be abusive not just the ones that seek virgin. I can understand where you are coming from so how can men like me distinguish ourselves from abusers and predators without sacrificing our standards. By the way I am a virgin myself and I only prefer not require a virgin because I want to be with someone with same experience as me. How has jealousy proven to be a self fulfilling prophecy especially in this case? I …

Once and only once, you know that I am a virgin myself so I prefer someone with a similar experiences as me. I don't only want a virgin I just prefer to be with a virgin when I myself am still a virgin. I don't have double standards
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/22 04:57 PM

A virgin women isn't going to fix your problems for you while you contribute nothing. We are flawed human beings regardless of our sexual history, we work on our trauma and baggages with each other and others outside of our relationship.

Just because the people who don't have noble intention are loud shouldn't erase the ones who do have noble intentions. Now I think about it maybe the tennis player is a bad analogy for this scenerio. Because sex is not a competitive game it's an intimate activity of bonding. It's not that I am jealous of their skills I am jealous of their previous partner. People have different views on what constitutes as good sex, me personally it has to do with communication skills and feeling close with that…

I thought us men are a hive mind
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/22 12:59 AM

Values are subjective aren't they not, I personally value someone with a similar body count to me for dating purposes. What is wrong exactly with wanting someonw with in my own experience level. Is it wrong for a tennis player to want to play with someone similar to his or her experience level?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/22 12:58 AM

I don't assume that as a male virgin I experienced trauma and I have a lot of baggage. So I don't expect to marry a virgin women who has no baggage or trauma
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/22 12:45 AM

Not all the time I think it's unfair to paint us all like that. For me I want someone with similar experience as me as well as same values around sex. I think that is a fair justification in my opinion

I am going to be honest I grew up under a rock or inside a bubble so I do not really understand the friendzone that occurs in the real world I only have my experiences. From my knowledge a women rejects a friend or acquaintances on the basis of friendship or in fear of ruining their already established platonic relationship. These to reasons to me is shallow and not really deep. This is my main frustration with mainstream culture is that it's shall and unmotivated to ask deep and philosophical q…

I think of things systemically rather than individually if that makes sense. I believe society (economic conditions and social values) influences human behavior and attitudes. I am curious to learn what about society or what aspect of society influence certain behavior or attitudes I am interested. If people have right to do what they want by all means but I have right to be curious about anything I want.

My controversial opinion is give up on dating and focus on becoming moral saints and adopt kids and teach them good ethics and morals. Don't let them use internet at young age and teach them a little bit of everything. Give them books and watch documentaries together. Raise them to be skeptical of the world and society. Teach them critical thinking skills and emotional regulation skills. Let the new and better generation have romance. This we will have a better society for future. I understand t…
