It is all about desensitization to the approach anxiety (AA). Of course you are more anxious approaching during the day than at night. Just beceause you have more experience during that at night (and you think it is more socially acceptable). You need progressive desensitization to overcome AA during the day. Meaning, what is the easiest social cold approach you cold do, and make a ladder out of the difficulty scales nd repeat a setp until it is too easy and move on to the next one. It would loo…

I know many high-libido guys are in long term relationships (most of them actually). What I am saying is that long-term monogamous relationships very often tend to have a decreased sex frequency. Ask any guy who have been in an exclusive relationship for over 5 years. And when sex becomes scarce and you have high libido, you have the option of suppressing your libido, cheating, or breaking up. The rates of couples who have a high frequency of sex in the long-term is wildly low.

Yes I know the concept very well, and no one is talking about having girls solving my inner or outer issues. But achieving a state of abundance with women, is key to maintaining a healthy level of non-neediness if you are not looking to settle down or are non-monogamous. I am not sure on what you mean with your definition of abundance. I am talking about achieving a level of competency in seduction that you know that you can have multiple high value women in your life at any time given you put t…

I've met two or three here who were very experienced and even had the receipts and all, so there are a few real players. But I reckon most of the guys here are not very experienced.

It is funny because for me the apps felt like a time sink, hours swiping and texting that many times lead nowhere. But comparing to going out at night for hours to hit on girls, online really is more time effective ( I just love going out). I am curious, could you put your success in numbers? You said you had dates with 12 women in the last two months. How many of those ended up going on a second date or hooking up? And how was the overall quality of those 12 girls (how many were nice vs not so …

I had success both online and offline game. So yes, online game done right can bring you many dates and some interesting girls. By done right I mean, don't be ugly, take professional pictures, build a character with your profile and pay for premium etc. I've met quite a few nice girls online and had a bunch of nice experiences. The bad part about online is that the apps will recognize your addiction to it and give you less and less matches in the long run, making you spend more money, a lot of g…

You might be right, death grip is real. Have you ever gone a week without jerking off? I'd try to stop it for a couple of weeks and then see what happens when you get laid.

Are you addicted to porn? That will make sex a lot less enjoyable.

I've done both, and ended up never going back to online, because the kinds of girls that I like I never found online. The truth is, that most of the really cool and hot girls don't need dating apps. They get hit on wherever they go, and on their dms. Yes, it is soul-crushing in the beginning, getting rejected by girls you try to talk to in real life. But eventually you realize it is no big deal and just how it is, and eventually you click with someone. Just like online, it is a numbers game, but…

Do you have any stats on your nightgame approaches? I mean, 2-4 lays out of 100 sets in daygame seems like the ratio most guys who are good at it achieve. But how about at bars and clubs? I personally feel like those are a bit higher, maybe 4-8 out of 100? I feel like those stats might improve during night because of a few factors: 1- alcohol as a social lubricant makes people more open to meeting. 2- Fewer girls in relationships in those environments 3- Social proof if it is a venue that you go…

Ok, I'll try to explain why being more sexuually forward = more success: Confidence is the most attractive quality a guy can have. Why? Because confidence implies that the guy has abundance in his life. That is because people with abundance don't care what other people think of what they are doing since they don't need more people to satisfy his necessities. So being needy or afraid to lose a girl is not in a confident guy's vocabulary since he has an abundance of girls in this life, or at least…

Higher rejection is normal and expected when you get out of college. Social circle is way easier to get girls than other means. It is just part of life. 1 out of 20 is a much higher conversion rate than 99% of guys. You are just experiencing whiplash from the difference in setting from college to the real world. Get used to it. Now about dates, it seems like you are just being friendly and not escalating sexually. Girls won't respect you if you don't try to escalate, they will either see you as …

Different how? In my experience it is the same. Actually I get even less looks from girls in daygame (I did both night and day a lot)

I am glad it helped. Honestly, anyone who says that you need to wait for eye contact are either cowards or not very experienced with girls. Belive me 95% of mu success with girls ha dno previous eye contact from her. Best of luck to you on thursday.

You should not wait for the right time to approach, faster is better... but there is no "moment". Even if she saw you looking, lurking, hovering... go for it anyway. You mss 100% of the shot you don't take.

This so true. I've been to a few (actually are great places to meet girls) and oh boy I felt like a piece of meat.

I agree, vibing works from time to time. But having the balls and skill to take control and be the one hunting is very empowering.

Agree... I had a few wingmen. Some were friends, some I actually met while approaching girls and saw someone doing it too and talked to the guy. If you really want to get good at this, you will realise that it is much more efficient doing it alone. Some will be too comeptitive, some will be too scared, some will be socially uncalibrated. Don't get me wrong, it is fun to have a buddy to do it from tiem to time, but it can become a crutch and/or a problem more then being helpful.

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm 36 and people often think I'm 23. I date a girl 10 years younger then me. It was never an issue for me, some girls like older guys, some don't. But as long as you look good and are confident, it doesn't really make any different if you were 25.

Dude, girls rarely make eye contact, specially if they are attractive. Why? That is too long to explain now. I Had loads of make outs and much more at night clubs. And I must say, I am just above average looking. I even met my girlfriend (who is way hotter than me) at a nightclub. The thing is, I used to be like you, looking for indicators of interest from girls, and geuss what, they never happened. The solution, is simple and how men have done it for centuries... approach her. You can go direct…

Oh yeah, for sure those things help, it gest easier when you create momentum. So advice like talking to ppl without judgement and minimizing time between sets helps...but I disagree with "Finding something positive/funny about the previous interaction." I disagree with that just based of my view on behavioral psychology. The end goal is to teach your brain that no interaction is scary. And the best way to do that is something called "exposure and response prevention". What that means is that aft…

I tried self hypnosis for a while, but it never worked for me... but I have a friend who cured his phobia of flying with a hypnotherapist, so that might work for some people.

I used to think the same way as you mate. But after I met some guys who could approach anywhere in any situation without fear, I knew it was possible. But I could only actually believe it after around 200 approaches whe I actually felt it going away, and honestly I only felt like it fully went away after 300... I did not approach in a campus, but did all of my sets in my city, over 500 in a year and a half. And never got a bad reputation out of it. Most girls won't even remeber being approached …

Solid classic advice, I did all that. All of the 3 things you mentioned helped a lot overcoming the initial approach anxiety, but honestly didn't solve the issue for me. Like I said, anxiety and nervousness during the set only fully went away for me after many many exposures to rejection so my brain could finally understand that it was not dangerous. No amount of rationalization was ever enough for me alone, only real experience.

/r/seduction03/10/24 07:10 PM

You would be surprised at how little it matters to chat a little before inviting her to a date. Most girls have made their minds up on you in the first 30 seconds they met you. I agree with the commenter above, just use text to set up dates. The best you can do before inviting her to date is just ask how is her week going to know when she is free. That is all the small talk texting you need.

Dealing with it and pushing through are the most important aspects for sure. I'd love to hear a little bit about what to expect when going through the cold approach journey. Like when did you start not caring more about rejection, at what point did the experience let you realize that rejection is not personal for example? How to go through a streak of rejections, and how many rejections in a row is worrisome that you are doing something wrong?
/r/seduction17/08/22 06:55 PM

Underrated post. As always great read, Total. I feel like people don't want to hear that "you have little control over seduction, and the best thing you can do is approach and get rejected a lot", but it is honestly very freeing to realize that you don't have to say the perfect set of things or behave the ideal way to attract a girl. I also feel that one factor that influences the outcome is the context of the approach, if the girl is clearly in a hurry, eating or working, for example, your chan…
