Just keep in mind its not when you are ready to take her to the bedroom, but when she is ready to go. When that time comes, don't even ask just stop and start guiding her to the bed. Apparently you've also learned that you should probably not get too drunk so you can maintain your state of mind.

Make sure you are genuine on your first interactions. If you are making yourself out to be something you aren't, of course they will lose interest. Let them be attracted to who you are through and through.

Could have just been a test or LMR so she didn't make herself feel easy. Did you try and do a freeze out, what happened after she stopped you? You pretty much have 2 options when going up the kino ladder. When you encounter resistance at that point you take a step back, and keep proceeding then wait a little longer and try and progress further or outright stop and go for a freeze out.

I agree. I do the same thing, just minor tidying up, making sure the bed is made and I have clean towels & tp in bathroom, dirty laundry put away/floor clear, etc. I generally feel better after my house is in good shape, its like a subconscious "putting my house in order puts my mind in order".

You don't have to have a reason. You are fun and spontaneous, so that is what you do. Last week I sent a picture to a girl of a really cute dog and said "I declare a cuteness war". The next couple days were just random pictures going back and forth with some banter. As long as it is fun and she is going along with it, you don't need any more of a reason.

Nothing helps clear the mind, relax, & set the tone for the night like some good music, long hot shower, and a beer.....at the same time.

You are being too nice and too interested. Stop talking about everyday stuff unless you can make it more appealing to her. Start teasing or making jokes. Start being random with your messages. Right now you aren't building attraction or creating any emotion, you are setting yourself up for friendzone. Spend a little time with the focus on you being a fun person that she wants to hang out with, you got blown off because you have nothing to offer her right now. Not only that you messaged her after…

I usually don't say hello first off. I find something funny to say, or some sort of jest - not a full on neg, but something along those lines. Something easily laughed about and obviously meant as a joke, get a little back and forth banter going with that. At a point where the joke wears off, I stop and introduce myself & shakes hands, etc. Get the formalities out of the way and then start talking about something else. If it is a group of people, I usually ask how they know each other & what bri…

This is old news and should be common knowledge in this sub. It is the same logic of "hey can you watch my beer?" while you go to the bathroom at a club/bar. It works in any setting assuming the person isn't going to be leaving and is great to help open groups.

+1 on keeping surfaces clear I also keep trash cans in most rooms, as well as plenty of paper towels available and visible in every room. If you have a good party with drinking, spills will happen - make it easy for someone to clean up their own mess so you don't have to.

Good parties I have found are great social proof. I hosted a party at my brother's place for my birthday and months later still have people talking about what a great time they had and "when is the next one?". When I run into some of the people out at bars that were there, they are constantly telling whoever they are with about "this guy that knows how to party". I just had it and got people there so that I would have a good time, little did I know what value it has added to the game. Already wo…

I agree with you on /r/seduction. When I first started reading it there were decent threads and actual discussion. Now it is littered with people just asking "how should I open this girl?" , "how do I fix this one thing?", or "how do I get out of the friendzone?" every day. Gaming is definitely a lifestyle and I have been progressively changing mine over the last 6 months and can honestly say each month I can look back at the previous one and say I have made progress in areas. My ideal state is …

Adapt, wear a stylish hat if you are that concerned about your hairline. A lot acne can be attributed to poor diet and other habits. If you don't eat healthy it can show on your complexion. Some people are blessed with good genes, others aren't. Try not drinking any caffeine as well, stick to just water and fruit juices. Wash your face every night before bed, not necessarily with harsh soaps (I have sensitive skin so I just use hot water and a wash rag to remove oil and dirt). Make sure you have…

You need to have a positive attitude about yourself, and it needs to start NOW. "I am awesome", "I have cool hobbies", "I enjoy what I do for a living", "I am fun", "My friends love me", etc. etc. Be yourself, but own it! Nothing is going to change until you want to change. As sad as it sounds, If I had a normal coversation with a girl its an ego >boost for me that happens maybe once in a month. Try talking more with random people so you get more social interactions. Small talk with a cashier while they are ringing up stuff you are buying, someone waiting in line, etc. I get the feeling you are very socially awkward and feel uncomfortable talking to others.

Attractiveness isn't just physically how you look. How you carry yourself and act is much more important. "Inner game" When I go out, it is usually just a random t-shirt, jeans, and some semi-nice shoes. It doesn't hold me back in any way. Haircut, working out, dressing nicely, etc. are all things to help give an advantage but are by no means the most important. The thing is they are EASY things to do to help out, but if you still think of yourself as ugly and creepy it won't matter. Fix your mi…

Go out with the intent to have fun. Be the center of your social circle. You need to be the guy people are wanting to talk to. Stop caring about women, live your own life with your own goals. Women are a bonus - keep that mentality and you will be more successful. Don't go out and get wasted, maybe smoke just a little or drink just enough to get you relaxed. You need to be on top of things mentally right now since you aren't having much success. Don't open with compliments - just make eye contac…

Answer my other questions and I can give some more incite. You are probably adding them on facebook the day after because you didn't get a phone number before, right? YOU may have thought you had a good conversation and she may have thought it was an average conversation and barely remembers you. Now you show up adding them on facebook and they barely remember you - that comes off creepy. Stop it. Go ahead and just stop facebooking all together, some people here suggest not facebooking with girl…

How you are talking about things I can already tell you it is your mindset. You probably aren't portraying any confidence and your body language is showing it. You are coming off very needy, the fact that when you get blown off you are still trying to add them to facebook and continue to message them. Once you start doing that after being rejected, you are just digging yourself a deeper grave - you need to stop and move on to another girl, not focus on the same one. When you are going out, are y…

I have had good luck with the after party method. I have a couple of friends that live very close to my house and they have no problem stopping by my house for a couple more drinks to hang out after the bars close. You have a few friends over, the friends leave - if she is interested, she stays.

That is understandable. There is a difference between a text game not being for you, and outright ruling it out. I know my strengths and weaknesses, and try and adapt my game based off that. Mine includes some text game - but I adapt it based off how responsive the girl is, or how proactive she is in messaging me.
/r/seduction08/04/13 02:05 PM

I disagree, there are numerous girls I have built up a rapport with through text and gotten dates as a result. If I kept my text game "minimal" and just teased a little and asked them out, I know many would have declined as they would not have felt comfortable going out with me. Younger girls are more likely going to respond to a text from some guy that they aren't super comfortable with, compared to a phone call. They can think on it, respond whenever, and is no pressure. A phone call means the…

This isn't showing outcome independence in a bar, and this is terrible advice. Acting disinterested the whole time during a 1 on 1 date is a good way to not get a second.

The reason she probably called you out on the neg is because it didn't flow in your conversation that well. It probably stuck out like a sore thumb, and with her knowledge of seduction it clicked to her what it was. Try and make things more natural, even someone familiar with seduction probably wouldn't call you out in the moment if the conversation was flowing naturally. They might look back on the conversation after the fact and be able to pick things out that you did, but that is it.

Yep, I've never slept with a drunk girl either. I would have still said it would have been safe to escalate kino, make-out, etc. Set the stage for next time you hang out when she is sober.
/r/seduction29/03/13 12:31 PM

Sounds like you are negging too much. If your neg isn't coming off as playful/jokingly then you aren't doing it in the right context. You might just want to try dropping the negs all together if its not working for you. If used properly they can be good, but sounds like it is hurting you more than anything.

Definitely this - I was thinking some of the same questions about the stamp collecting. Although the hobby itself isn't that interesting to me, there has to be some good story behind why they started it. Maybe their grandfather was a collector and she continued doing it because it started as a part of her childhood. Could be she got lucky on a rare stamp by chance and sold it for a good amount of money and does it as a way of "Treasure hunting". You never know until you start asking.

Ask open ended questions. I'm of the mindset that everyone has something in common and can relate, you just have to find out what that is. Be observant and read between the lines, it sounds as though no one seems interesting to you at face value. You should probably go out and just practice talking to strangers that you encounter through the day. Tip: care about what they are saying, read into it, notice what type of clothes they are wearing, are they wearing a watch, hat, any logos that tip off…

Yes and no? Feeling good about yourself and being happy with where you are will make approaching women easier. As long as you can take the rejection of failing on approaching, then when you are successful that could definitely be a confidence boost for you as well. It just depends on what type of person you are - you will have to figure out the best course of action. Best thing to do is to address things that YOU have control over. You can control how you look for the most part (how you dress, h…

Ever heard the saying "opposites attract" ? You don't have to have everything in common under the sun in order to game them. Just try having a conversation, you are really over thinking it. Ask questions and tell stories to each other.

That is not an opener for a first time. That is something for someone you already have a rapport with. If you had chatted her up/built some attraction and then messaged her a few days later with it, it would have probably been received better.

how do you handle the financial obligations of nights out on the town? >Over multiple dates? Keep doing what you are doing? Either split the tabs, do what kingcal suggested and each buy a around taking turns, or if you are venue hopping each person takes care of a different tab.

Part of my problem is I tend to only be successful if I am out by myself or with just 1 friend. If I am out with a crowd I am almost always being snagged by them to play darts, foosball, tell a story, etc. so I am limited to trying to flag girls down or snag them as they walk by. I am hoping to go out with a group with the same mentality at some point as I anticipate that being in a group would help motivate more approaches and help gather a momentum. Sounds good. I have a spare bedroom too so 1 person could crash at my place so they wouldn't have to worry about a hotel. Let me know if there are any special events going on worth going to down there. K-town is really hit or miss, but I guess that can be said about anywhere. Usually the best time is if there are some good shows going on or things earlier in the evening that get people out in the downtown area - then they just hang around all evening and drink.

Don't rule out talking to just random people either. Talk to the random cashier at the store a little bit. Say hello to the old lady walking her dog and make small talk. Get comfortable with socializing with people you don't know.

Don't even say bye? just stop responding, you are busy and have shit to do - you don't need an explanation. If you explain yourself, do it next time you respond, the next day, or whatever - but don't say you're sorry when you do.

If you were already making out with her, you don't really need to take the conversation sexual as you are beyond that. Work on touching her body in different places, grabbing her ass/rubbing her thighs and lower back. Kissing her neck, chest, below the ears, etc. You can tell when you hit a good spot as how her body will react. Just keep escalating, there is no need for talk at that point.

I'm not a big hunter, but I have gone on a couple boar hunts. I love wild game meat, and firearms are a hobby. If a dad pulls me into a garage or basement to show me a gun/trophy, I get excited because it is something to relate to and they usually end up loving me. I ended pissing off one girl because her father and I talked so long shooting the shit when she wanted attention.

You can take it 2 different ways. You did the right thing by going for a confirmation, when not receiving one making other plans. The best thing is to not message them at all after that point, which you did as well. 1 of 2 things happen, they say nothing - blow them off 2 - they text you the next day and apologize with a lame excuse Either way, you know/they know it is BS - but the fact that you didn't show you were needy made them reconsider flaking on you. I agree, I am just saying that this was a good learning step but it shouldn't have to be repeated if a lesson is taken from it. If she isn't interested, all the talk provides is closure - which with the right mental state he should be able to achieve from now on, without having to have a talk. We all make mistakes, but this isn't one that needs to be repeated.

You are reading the story wrong. My friend thought she had a boyfriend, I never confirmed with said girl after she showed up. I definitely agree there. The whole time I was thinking after I left, I should have kino'd regardless of whether she had a boyfriend or not - especially after she was showing clear IOI with her staring at me for long periods, stealing my hat, and hugging on me. Literally after I said bye and was walking out, she was staring at me with sad puppy dog eyes and I was thinking to myself "I should have gotten her number, just because I could". I learned pua to better myself and meet more people, with a long term goal of finding a possible lifelong partner. I don't plan on that happening anytime soon, and I want to have fun along the way - but if a girl is willing to cheat on her boyfriend, I don't want to consider her for relationship material. She needs to have some morals of her own, if she wants to progress she needs to be willing to break things off. I have no problem being the catalyst beforehand, but I don't want to be the one t…

Depends on the situation, just because you approach a girl doesn't mean you have to cheat with her. You go on a couple of casual dates talking to each other, if she seems really cool and worth pursuing just lay it out. If she wants things to proceed further she needs to make a choice because you aren't going to be the guy that takes girlfriends and cheats with them.

Social proof has been a lot of the reason I have been successful at this bar, as I am a regular. Almost any given busy night I know people sitting at 3-4 other tables so I get to walk around plenty to chat. I've hung out with girls that have boyfriends, but never escalated once I figured out how things were going with them. On the flip side, I am sure there are girls out there that will lie about being in a relationship in order to get guys to treat them differently, go out on dates, etc. I know about this first hand, because my ex did it. I mainly believe it gave me the ability to balance socializing with everyone else and not giving her too much focus, whereas one of my friends was clearly trying to flirt with her a good amount and getting no where. Part of what I personally am working towards is not "gaming" anyone, its all about working on my inner game. Actually, I didn't kino her at all. I kino'd the 2 friends she was with that I already knew, and gained the attraction mainly through social proof. I did do plenty of eye contact, joked around with her, etc. Did no sort of qualifying, just random banter. edit: I guess my original post can be a bit confusing, I was still applying PUA skills that night in everything I did - but my intent/focus was not to get this girl, it was just a result.

The thing is, I wouldn't have acted any different toward her if she had a boyfriend standing right next to her - although she probably wouldn't have been grabbing all over me if that was the case. I don't think I've ever asked a girl if they have a boyfriend as they naturally will bring it up in conversation. Might be that you are just on edge, and over thinking things a bit when socializing. Try and relax more. You sipping the water frequently could be a coping mechanism for stress - no different from fidgeting, picking at finger nails, etc. Catch yourself doing it next time and tell yourself to stop taking sips of water, also think about your posture or how you are sitting - are your arms crossed, legs together? Immediately following work I try and do a quick workout around the house for about 30-40 minutes while listening to music. There are many different guides, and different mindset of text game for some people. Don't let it get to you, and do the opposite of what they are expecting. Try and turn it into a joke for both of you, start talking to them more and befriend them. Shower them with kindness. In group settings, win the group as a whole before you focus on your target.

Have fun. Much of the time I feel that if I don't care about anything else but having a good time, everything else falls in place. I will find myself talking to random girls just with the mindset of good conversation, no worries about closing, etc. - and it just works out better.

Sounds like you already know the answer. Concentrate on the group of friends as that is what you seem to value most. Go out and meet other girls and you will lose your one-itis for the one that introduced you to the group.

I had to do this very same thing last night. I could tell from the response of one of the texts I sent, it was not taken in the right context so I instantly thought "shit, time to go into repair mode" and mended things up. I'm having trouble with this current girl pushing her into a sexual conversation, but I am hoping after a date it will be easier.

Unless she doesn't actually have a phone, she was probably trying to come off as nice and not flat out say no to you. I wouldn't pursue it anymore, you will just annoy her and make things awkward in class for the both of you.

Make some goals for both pickup and for your work/personal life. If you aren't happy with your job, start making it a priority to find new a new employer or learn a new skill that can get you ahead in your career. Find some inner drive to make things better and work for it, go kick some ass. Setting some goals, going for them, and accomplishing them can be a big confidence boost - no matter how small they may seem. Getting things on track in your professional world will probably translate over i…

I wouldn't say "make other plans". You are a busy guy in high demand, you ALREADY have other plans - you just are asking her to be courteous so if she isn't going to follow through you can go do something else.

Try setting yourself goals when you go out, that has been something my roommate and I started doing. Although I have been gaming a little bit, by no means an expert - my roommate hasn't at all so I am trying to get him going from the ground up. While at the bar if I see a girl walk by that is attractive, I just say - I'm going to open on her. Usually when they are walking back past me towards their table I just step in their way, make eye contact smile, say hello while holding out my hand and in…

I used to have mild anxiety problems in general, not just in terms of approaching girls. It hit me in all aspects of life that I mentally deemed important. An issue at work, family issue, relationship problems with the girlfriend, etc. I used what I called the nike mentality ("just do it"), the more you think on something the more anxious you will get - not just when it comes to approaching girls. It has paid off so far, and helping apply the DGAF mentality to that when approaching girls has hel…

I didn't have any chub, but had a baby face. Luckily I was able to grow facial hair so I grew a beard at 18, mainly to help with work (customer facing position and I was constantly looked down upon for looking so young as well). Your haircut can have a big effect on how old you appear, you might want to take a look at other hair styles?

In your situation I would have said that I'm going to Place A regardless, cya. If you are pursuing one of the girls in that group, and she is attracted - they might go to another place, but will probably end up where you are.

Stop hanging out with her every day, and drop down to 2-3 times a week tops. You need to be "busy" more often, do some phone game/text game on a day you don't hang out. Skip a day from talking to her all together.

How long were you in the room with them before finally approaching? That may have been a factor - more so how you were interacting with other people before approaching them.

I've still got too much AA to approach group sets like that, at the most I do is like 2. The only reason I think it might have helped is it is possible the HB8 actually wanted to give you her phone number, but didn't to in front of her friends for fear of being judged/they know she already has a boyfriend. Getting her off to the side may have made it successful as they wouldn't have overheard you asking. All theory, but a thing to consider right?
/r/seduction22/02/13 04:04 PM
2

I was wondering if that might have made it successful as well. Easiest thing I could think of would be to tell the hb8 that the friend wouldn't believe him, and he needed her to walk over with him to tell him so. Then when isolated go for the number grab.

How much kino do you have going on with her? That is the easiest way IMO to get your intentions across early on that you are looking for more than a friendship. Just the matter of touching her on the upper back vs the lower back can make all the difference.

If your friends are talking about you behind your back like that, sounds like you need new friends. As long as you aren't treating the girls badly, keeping multiple girls on a string as girlfriends at the same time, etc. - then there isn't a problem with you. It does sound like your friends are being resentful, but it could be on how you handle yourself in those situations with your friends that contributes. They may see you as a bit of an ego - are you trying to bring them into the game, or wha…

The only time this happened to me was with 2 girls walking back from the bathroom to their table, I was talking to 1 and the other kept trying to flag her down to get her to go with her. Eventually the one I was talking to just waved her friend away. I didn't have any preset counter or in any way prepared if her friend put up more resistance. I guess the biggest thing is don't make yourself out to be a dick if they do. Just let her know that she can go catch up with her friends and come back and…

In this thread the OP asks them what they are passionate about. That would be a good question to ask that is open ended and can spur a long conversation in itself. Also something random and playful, I asked a girl the other night "if you had a pez dispenser in your purse right now, which one would it be?" and began to inquire as to why she choose that particular one. It is a good fun way to find out some other details about their hobbies, favorite things, etc. in an indirect way. Try to turn any…

It might be handy to keep a couple of good open ended questions to transition to another topic, something creative beyond the normal "so what do you guys do for a living" or "are you a student here at X university?" etc. Make them fairly universal so that you could use them on anyone, in any sort of conversation.

The coffee date helped you get to know her. You already mentioned dinner so follow up on that, but do something fun afterwards that you think she will like. Don't tell her what you are doing afterwards so it comes off as a surprise and you seem more spontaneous. Whenever you are taking her out, just tell her to leave the entire night open and make sure she doesn't have to do anything early the next day in case you keep her out late. Transition your fun activity to going out to some nightlife if …

Don't fake it, learn to smile genuinely at her. That is all you have to do, if you are being flirty back and forth/telling jokes, it should come pretty naturally. I know I always have the biggest grin on my face when chatting up a pretty lady, especially when I get them giggling.

I would start off with a little bit of a joke while asking to sit down. For instance if the place has barely anyone in it "Man this place is packed, mind if I sit with you?" then if she says yes to set down you can follow up with the joke "thank you so much! I didn't think I was ever going to find a seat." Then drop the joke introduce yourself and go from there. edit: reword a phrase

I would just worry about being relaxed, having fun, make sure she is smiling or laughing. Get some kino going, and just go with the flow of things. The other night I was watching a movie with a girl and as I asked her something I gently poked her in the lower ribs. She jumped, this turned into me saying "oh, ticklish are we?" and tickling the crap out of her. End result was her squirming all over and ending up laying halfway on me. She in turn tried to find out if I was ticklish and straddled me…

I should have said use it this weekend? I am definitely the type that rather get into a good conversation about something. My problem is getting past the initial small talk/hello bs and getting into the meat of a conversation. Once I get there, I am much more tentative to answers because I am genuinely interested at that point and everything else seems to fall into place after that.

I would ignore most of your other fears and only keep a few things on your mind. Being fun/having fun, making her laugh, kino. Getting her comfortable with you and laughing will be the first goal, then as you talk get the kino going. The kino is what will define that you are sexually attracted/interested in her. Start off on the hand, back of the arm, upper back - move to lower back leg next. I have a feeling some of it will be limited based off your venue, I am usually in bars - lots of people …

My response would probably be a text message as soon as possible stating "so how many rufis did you put in my burger? ;)" or something along the lines of that. If you are interested in pursuing message her again tomorrow with something else playful and random - just a couple quick texts back and forth, and then try asking her out the day after.

To each and his own, all I'm saying is I don't see it as a good idea to keep trying to pursue either way. Your actions after a stand up should be the same regardless. If she contacts you with a BS story and apologizes, its your decision to give her another shot or not. I'll let 1 slip up fly, 2 and they are getting deleted.
/r/seduction19/02/13 06:26 PM

That is what I would do as well. The woman needs to work for your attention, not vice versa. You take the lead to get things started, but if she doesn't keep up - cut your losses and move on.

Great story, and this really reinforces the mentality of having fun. Every time I go to a social event, what is on my mind is having fun. Be sociable/fun and girls will want to be in your company.
/r/seduction19/02/13 04:21 PM

Definitely agree. I would also elaborate to say make first dates a good casual spot that can easily be broken away from, or where you can stay at for hours if things are going well (coffee shops are great). I made this mistake with a girl that was extremely socially awkward and I wanted to break away from the date, but we already had some set plans. I was left without an out, luckily one of the things was just seeing a movie.

I disagree. If you are looking to just con a girl into a one night stand, this might be ok - but if you are looking to eventually meet a girl with a relationship that will last, it is better to be yourself. The problem people have is they don't need to change themselves, but learn to relax, have fun, and talk with new people that they normally wouldn't. It isn't about changing their core values, political stances, whatever - it is about getting out there and experiencing life.

Now for my personal scenario for those interested. There is a girl that I knew from a mutual friend that ended up moving away shortly after meeting her. She moved back and frequents a bar that I normally go to, first time I ran into her she instantly recognized me and approached me. We talked a little bit, no big thing. After running into her another time or 2, I escalated things and messaged her on facebook some. Tried to get her to go out somewhere, I don't even remember. I was supposed to pic…

The going up behind a girl grinding is the exact reason I approach from the front and let her come to me. If a girl goes on a dance floor without a man in tow, its probably because they just want to have fun - and having a random guy come up behind them and start grinding on them is straight creepy, not fun. Guy making a fool of himself in front of her? Fun.

This has happened to me as well, but didn't really think about the result until you just mentioned it. Those nights it happened I was seriously just out to have fun, and didn't think anything of it. I'd walk by later on in the night and a girl I danced with before would throw her arms up in the air and start dancing with me. I would just dance with her for like 20 seconds then move on to whatever I was doing.

I'd just try and find some other crowds to work on, in a different scene if possible. You will gain more experience, confidence, etc. - then go back to the college group after a while. As others have said, people have a short memory and I'm sure not every single girl thinks you are a creeper. Go to the parties with the intent of having a good time and just socializing, change your stigma from the creepy guy to the fun guy. Don't worry about trying to get numbers, or go after specific girls. Get …

Thanks for all the replies - this was one of my first posts as I have just been lurking. I don't by any means consider myself a master, but being a very conservative person normally I have been working on getting out of my shell. When I go out, my goal is "have fun". Even if I'm not successful with socializing with many girls, getting numbers, or anything - if I have fun I won't go home disappointed. Most of my knowledge I learned from a friend actually before my last relationship (which lasted …

I will only approach a girl and start dancing if I am walking through/by the dance floor on my way to do something. I will hop in, get in front of her and start dancing the role of the girl and her being the guy (me doing a really cheesy version of backing my ass up, and being as ridiculous as possible). Majority of the time the girl laughs, starts playing the role of the guy and will grab on to my hips and start grinding on me from behind. Do this for a minute or so, then walk away laughing and…

If you feel like you opened well, left an impression, and are about to go dry with anything else to talk about - just walk away. Give the sense that you are busy, "Nice to meet you all, I gotta go meet some friends". You are better off cutting the conversation short then stumbling around on your words and leaving a bad impression. Go work on another group or if you actually have friends go hang out with them.
