1) after opening your set, just move closer to your target, touch her in non threatening ways, and escalate. Use any excuse you have to touch her. The music being loud is really great, you first have to bend over towards each other to hear, then you pragmatically just get closer to not bend as far, then put your arm on her shoulder while she bends to talk and listen, then put your arm around her to the next shoulder, then to her lower back, then around her waist, then let it linger. The whole while keeping excellent eye contact. With good eye contact and your arm around her waist, it is easy to go for the kiss, then move her around, dancing and kissing, and changing venues.

This is as far as I usually get before chickening out, or running into logistical problems. I usually just f-close on day 2, but I hear its as simple as inviting them back for food or drinks, or offering to walk them home. And when I used to drink, I would not give a fuck and just bang them in the bathroom or back seat of my car.

2) that mental block goes away with practice, just keep chatting and keeping a journal. Try meditating also, it helps a lot by training you how to stay out of your own head. Conversations are like boners, if you think to hard about them, they disappear.

Here is a sure fire way to get girls at night. Go to a club with loudish music. Open the girl in a way you obviously know how to do. Because the music is loud, talk to her extremely close and kino her hard. This is some seriously effective stuff. Start with grabbing her around the waist and when you go in to tell her stuff just keep lowering until you're feeling her ass. I can't tell you how many times I've done this and how god damn effective it is for immediately setting the tone as a sexual one which girls fucking love.

You should quickly by isolating your girl from her group to a less noisy part of the venue (preferably where you can both sit down). You'll find conversation flows much more easily from there. Alternatively, take her to the dancefloor where you can dance without talking and escalate.

If you feel like you opened well, left an impression, and are about to go dry with anything else to talk about - just walk away. Give the sense that you are busy, "Nice to meet you all, I gotta go meet some friends". You are better off cutting the conversation short then stumbling around on your words and leaving a bad impression. Go work on another group or if you actually have friends go hang out with them. You aren't there to sit there and please them, you are there to give the impression that you are fun and of demand. When you run into them again later on, then you will have had time to think of some more things to do. Try and get a little bit of information about them in the first contact so you can think up some witty remarks while you are off doing something else. Make sure you look like you are having fun while talking with other people as well - it is best if you truly are having a good time. Chances are if you did leave an impression with them, they will keep an eye on you and see what you are doing and might actually come re-approach you.

Depending on the layout of venue, talk with them on the way back from a trip to the bathroom - I do this all the time and it is a great way get another conversation going without you actually going out of the way to go to them. I generally only do this on girls I have already spoken to, and it almost always gets them to take a few steps to come over to you. If they are in a group setting, there is a good chance they will be alone on the bathroom trip or with only 1 other friend. Some friends of mine and myself have grabbed numerous girls that are in groups, just because we chatted one up on the way back from a bathroom trip - they go back to their table and convince everyone to come up to our table.
