Break up with her if her behaviour doesn't change /be furious

Start off by going to the gym and doing sociable hobbies. I'm prone to getting depressed/anxious but I find that I'm never like that if I've been going to the gym and not drinking too much. It makes you feel good about yourself and if you're already depressed you may as well be depressed and muscular.

The only thing people can judge on tinder is your appearance, so this is judged especially strictly. That's why you likely get turned down if you don't look at your peak.

Those ones are too long, for my tastes they're not skinny enough either and the tank top is terrible

If he's 18 it's not weird, it would also be legal in most of Europe.

Life's all about grit and determination to be better. How did you manage to be in a 3 month relationship and not bang though

I honestly think there's an issue in society with young people and mental illness that doesn't get talked about enough. Technology and education has changed so much in comparison to 20 years ago young people (especially males) feel lost, and older people never went through the same experiences so cannot identify. I think social media was a mistake, reddit is often a waste of time (it can educate though), people are addicted to video games, porn, their phones. These are all just distractions, the…

Do you have any photos with friends (preferably female?). Or photos of you on holiday or in interesting places? A photo doing sport is a good start though You need to make it seem like your good looking, sociable, interesting and into fun stuff. You could keep one of the photos you have now but try get some variation in there

Some men like the thrill of the chase, like your flatmate. It seems you do not so much, maybe you should try making a true connection with a woman and not considering dates with women a checklist of items you have to carry out.

That subreddit just looks like red pill lite. I've got nothing against women, I have women friends I enjoy spending time with. I don't feel this way because women have hurt me in the past, I just always have felt this.

You sound wise beyond your years. I've definitely improved myself over the last couple of years, but I have had bad stretches; where I stop going to the gym, stop reading and stop being sociable. How do you sustain that growth and get over a down patch?

Doing that is still being productive though, so it sort of fits in with what OP said.

Mark Manson said in Models that sometimes if you make it clear you are interested in a girl you may well come off as creepy.

These defects are very minor, so minor they're not even defects just features of your face. You need to accept them. Chances are girls will be much more self conscious about themselves than to notice your minor defects and decide they're not interested because of that.

You can't be too confident. You can maybe be too arrogant or brag too much. Confidence is just being assured, knowing that you will be okay whatever happens. Arrogance would turn off some women though.

Yeah I'm similar. I'm 6ft got good hair, clothes and I've got some muscle, hitting the gym more though. I can hold a conversation okay, I don't make an amazing first impression, I'm pretty quiet in groups unless I know most of the people. I'm working on my inner game with the gym, reading, improving my career. If I'm in a confident mood I get on with people well but I can easily be in an antisocial mood as well. I really need to work on sustaining a sociable mood a bit more and also need to conn…

This is my problem, I get too focused on what others think of me and don't act natural because I'm trying to be something I am not. Happiness comes from within not from external validation. You need to start loving yourself, I've made progress towards this by reading more, going to the gym and being productive. This makes you feel good about yourself. I still need to focus on acting natural around others though.

It's inevitable that thoughts pop into your head, your supposed to just focus on breathing and let them go. It's very hard to just sit there thinking about nothing for half an hour.

Other guys who have come in at your level of experience or worse and have changed their ways have something you do not have yet. Determination and resilience. You might have tried a few times but you can't just give up, changing your life is about creating new habits and mindsets. If you're feeling down you keep going regardless, always trying to improve. That is an attractive trait in any individual. Read more, self reflect more, work out what you're doing wrong and how to improve it. You've go…

I've done the test. It says in a logician. Which is basically someone who loves ideas, thinks about everything logically and loves discussing ideas but can be socially withdrawn, in their head too much and have little interest in socialising. This test probably fits me to be honest, those weaknesses are what I've been improving on. I've been trying to become more present in public, more talkative and more outgoing. I've carried on reading and thinking on my own though as I would probably lose my…

Read Models but i think there's some links in the sidebar with other stuff to read that's decent. Another thing that helped me a lot was joining the gym and lifting, makes you feel good about yourself, less depressed and makes you more attractive to boot, should definitely get into it.

First stop viewing yourself as deeply flawed, you're a man who's realised his weaknesses but is going to improve. It's not helpful to compare yourself to other guys at all, my friends are generally better with women then me, some are better looking some are not but I don't let this affect me as that only makes things worse. Start off by reading some books about how to improve (models, mark Manson is the go to choice). Start backing yourself, you can improve not only your attractiveness but socia…

I used to be like this but you can be more social. Just force yourself to get involved more and you'll find yourself doing it automatically. I used to be very similar to how you describe yourself but I let go a little bit and relaxed and started being myself more. Humans need socialisation, I used to think I did not but I've certainly felt happier since I started making myself be more social. It's also meant I'm more confident in social interactions and I don't feel awkward as much. Don't ever t…

Probs best leaving it bro. It's a blessing that's she's been direct in saying she's not interested as opposed to flaking on you. Move on.
