11 and 7. There is a history of these calls always being a cluster. We had to even make an extra Claus in our custody agreement to clarify how they should go down. The issue is she even tried to file a pfa against me over a phone call and I actually had to go to court over it and I was found innocent of all of her wild stories. The Claus is simple, I call the land line between 7 to 730 three days a week, calls are to be in private, which they never are, if kids are not home kids are to call me. …

Thanks, I'm pissed because no where in my agreement is this legal... I am to call the house and if they are not there she is to call me via cell.. look this is one of a thousand issues but now my number has showed up on someone else's call log that I did not consent to

3 months ago she fought against me that the kids special needs and concerns could not allow them for their safety to be out of her sight....exact court transcript from court....about my son......a Safety Concern”, “Dangerous”, “Impulsive”, “Violent”, “Angry”, and a “Liar”. So you leave him alone to watch a 6 year old????

My heart goes out to you both, I'm finishing up a 3 year. I never can understand how they can make these things so long. My only hope is they make the payment more reasonable in your state

Its the worst... your going through a loss. Have kids and money comes into play. If they didn't see the dollars they wouldn't care.

You have the right to get all the medical info. Have your child go to a therapist when you have no input is a dangerous thing. Is she in the appointments? Is she getting the kids to say things that are untrue just so they avoid conflict with her. If you provide the health insurance you can see the eob's and track down every doctor. I hate when this happens because mental health is a factor with children and if only one parents agenda or concerns are being voiced it is messy and the court will ju…

Who's insurance is the kids under? Do you have 50/50 legal custody? If so you deserve every right to review all records. I am actually dealing with this now also as she has removed me from accessing certain documents. Sadly this is a mentally, physically and emotionally draining. She explains the children have "special needs" which the court has bought in. However at this point not one doctor, psychiatrist, case worker, school counselor will agree with. Just stay organized and don't become compl…

Seriously bro, what is your issue. Spokane Washington is not Philadelphia and maybe political issues are different there.... when you throw down 500k on custody come talk to me.... in the mean time I'm asking for support and understanding on how to fight through bull shit legally and mentally. Please do me a favor if you want to see how the court system out here gets out of control, just DM me, would love to show you. And if you ever had the luxury of divorcing a narcissist that has millions to …

Its been a long week, but to prove how fucked up all of this has been im going to post you the latest from these events. Her lawyer is actually petitioning the court to end supervised visits to give me no supervision, but they believe it will HELP me in future litigation. So please explain that one to me. Also it costs me 215 an hour to see my kids every Saturday for 8 hours. So when a father drops almost 2k a week to see his kids that is a commitment.

Wait, hold up. Guys, this is about the injustice that we are all faced with. I have given all medical records and anything needed to the courts. I appreciate the fact that you remember that I am on supervised visits at the same time I have full custody of another child. I was railroaded by so many claims at once during a hearing the master had no clue what to do. I have addressed, unwinded and continued to beat false claims one after another. Please do not put me in that boat. I sadly took the h…

Thank you for your response. Greatly appreciated it. Sadly you probably may have divorced someone remotely normal. First and for most i am not petty, ever. I divorced someone that is extremely well off and the family is extremely crafty. So many red flags that I just let go by and it is my fault. I would never ask my son to email me. When we went into quarantine I asked the court if we could email one another to keep additional contact to set up video calls as she refused any interaction with me…

I always think women laugh and act like things are just going great when they really are not as a way to make us feel even worse. If they just where as honest about the situation as we are maybe things could be better. I hate the act. Just power through.

Bro, you will never get to mediation with a narcissistic! I lived your situation. If you pull it off please let me know! She has to be heard in court, she needs to grandstand, and let everyone know this is all your fault. You have not even hit the entitlement phase. Best wishes.

Your post is the exact reason on why we need reform. I wish as a group we could end this. I have lived the second option and it is a joke. This is why you never enter the agreement of marriage without a prenup. I have 3 boys and I will not attend their wedding if they do not have one. I believe in true love but I do not believe in a man being financially raped. This shitbis an absolute crime and the family court system is big business.

Listen, every man on this form will tell you the same thing! Your 27! Get off this form. Move on with life. I don't care if it is your fault or hers. No kids, two years no major assets, just end it. It was just a bad relationship. You have the rest of your life don't make the mistake many of us have done and have multiple children, share assets and everything else, then your ass will get taken to the cleaners. If you think you can not do better, you will, if your scared to be alone, you will not…

Sadly you are in for a battle. A wife who cheats has already moved on from you. She will not nor care about the best interests of yourself. She will tell everyone that she is doing everything for the children while you are more concerned about your self. I hear so many men say do I need a lawyer. The answer is YESTERDAY!!!!!! My advise to you is shut your mouth say nothing, only discuss the kids and let her make offers to you. Document everything now, calls, times with the kids, her going out an…

You need to do what you need to do... rule of thumb in my state every 3 years, 1 year of alimony. Could be a long time. If she has a lawyer and you dont there is tricky language in these things and you will be kicking yourself years from now. Do your thing, just remember, we all said get a lawyer as we have been there.

Alimony is the throwing the salt into a wound. This in no way should be handled by you when she has an attorney. GET AN ATTORNEY IMMEDIATELY!

The funniest thing about this article is that the researchers say that women are being more independent and that is the cause. Maybe men are finally getting through to other men about the absolute pitfalls that a divorce brings... and yes independence, while getting ridiculous alimony payments and child support payments to fund independence that is called a trust fund!

I hear you. Imagine every second of your life is being judged. I cant make my kids a milkshake because she makes yo a fake allergy after I speak to the pediatrician and they tell me it is not true. Imagine being told you need to sleep in the hallway because your three boys have bedrooms and it is scary for them if you sleep on the couch downstairs. Imagine what is like that when you meet new people in your community for your children to spend time with your father stands behind you and people th…

I can tell you first hand how bad it feels at the moment it will get better. There are so many things to he thankful for and stressing about having children at this point in your life is on the back burner. I understand you feel shame when you see people like you failed, that will pass. You have something so many of us do not have a very good chance of getting out of this quickly. You are 26! I would give up anything to be 26 again with what you have going on. Separate the assets you have, morn …

Thanks for the words of encouragement. Proving cohabitation is another challenge in it self. 5k to 10k to hire a Private investigator and 10k in legal fees to fight it. Then appeals, more fighting, in the end it hurts the kids and me to accomplish absolutely nothing.
