I've been divorced for 2 years and I am so over fighting with ex wife. We have 3 kids 10, 9, and 5. She's told me she rather I be a deadbeat dad. That the kids would be better off without me around. She wants to change the kids last name to her maiden name. While I think she is a good mother to our children, we are simply unable to communicate. She refuses to share parenting information such as who their doctors are, the phone number or contact information for their babysitter. She down talks me in front of the kids. I can take it but it hurts the kids. That is what I can't handle. So I'm going to give her exactly what she wants. We have court counseling next month and I've already told her make whatever changes to the parenting agreement she wants no matter what they are I'll sign it.
