" We are made one with Christ, our old self falls away, and we are born again. Is it justifiable to consider a person unfit for marriage because of sexual mistakes they may have made when they did not know God?" Here's my take on it...when you're born again, it doesn't mean that all the damage you've done to yourself goes away and you have a clean slate as if nothing ever happened. It just means you have a new nature that competes with the old one now until your old one is finally dead and gone …

"Orthodoxy is serious. It is difficult. It is demanding. It is about mercy, but it's also about overcoming oneself. I am challenged in a deep way, not to 'feel good about myself' but to become holy." If with Christ you died to the elemental spirits of the world, why, as if you were still alive in the world, do you submit to regulations— “Do not handle, Do not taste, Do not touch” (referring to things that all perish as they are used)—according to human precepts and teachings? These have indeed a…

Dude, you sound just like me a couple months ago. I did the same exact shit and had the entire MRP Chew my ass out for that kind of behavior. Number one - your self-worth, attractiveness, and validation comes from only one person (it’s supposed to be you) and that person doesn’t want to suck your dick. At least not today. You need to know other chicks are attracted to you so you don’t feel like a worthless shit when she rejects you. Number two - entitlement mentality AKA Covert Contacts. You thi…

Learning to improve my STFU and A.M. and killing Covert Contracts. This week, I recognized that my butthurt feelings over my wife's continual reset to bitch-shield mode has to be dealt with by a solid frame that does not crack. I crack when I show frustration, coldness, distance and anger. This reaction of mine shows her that she's in control and I am operating in her frame. As much as I naturally would like to withdraw, I need to overcome my own butthurt feelings and do the hard thing - laugh, …

“How it has effected ME” is looking inward. Rollos work has opened my eyes to a reality of not just the feminization of society (outside) but how I’ve been conditioned by the feminist imperative to think and act (inside). Ya, I’m not ready for plate spinning. It was fun to dabble a little.

Checks out. I've been working hard on recognizing, understanding, internalizing and killing CCs. I am not expecting shit from my wife. She initiated twice in the last two weeks, which is improvement, but I'm not acting needy or clingy. I've been working on operating out of her frame and establishing my own.

Ok, here’s what I did to lose 30 lbs of fat and water weight, and now I’m a little gun-shy about overeating... I’m 41, 6’1” 220 lbs, my metabolism is slower now than in my 20s. I got My Fitness Pal to track macros, ate a calorie deficit and did intermittent fasting. Now I want to build more muscle mass without gaining back too much fat. Want clean gains. Doctor says my T-levels are normal. I used the 5X5 plan for over a year and I definitely saw results! I’m still doing something pretty similar.…

I did do her the best I could, although I could take it or leave it. Reward good behavior, right? I guess I’ve been emotionally checking out more and more as I’ve been trying to practice DNGAF. I think about one of my orbiters more than my wife now. This is dangerous I think.

I have learned that one of the areas of my life that needs to change is the way I handle anger. Being Beta for so long has made me a very angry person in general. NMMNG helped me understand my conditioning over the years and I think that lashing out in sarcasm, frustration or any other little shit fit is extremely unattractive. I need to learn to be more stoic and cool if I'm going to grow to be more Alpha. Two nights ago, the wife mentioned that I have been going about my business without reall…

Holy crap, that sounds like where I'm heading. No matter how good I become, she'll always see me as the Beta I have always been and she will be forever psychologically broken. I'm stuck with a woman who will probably never be attracted to me. All the inhibitions about sex that your wife mentions (smells, sticky, icky, yuck) is the same stuff my wife doesn't like about it. I need whatever answers are to your question too. Mine just has never been so honest as yours to express such honest confessi…

Further...friend-zone. I've gotten friend zoned by several girls that I was attracted to. Recently I was listening to Donovan Sharpe (Sharpe Reality Podcast) and he had a really helpful podcast on recognizing the friend zone and avoiding it. I was doing all the things he says NOT to do. It was a valuable lesson on game.

Rational Male (Kindle Version) Plate Theory II Non-Exclusivity page 43: "Spinning Plates doesn't necessarily mean you're having sex with all of your plates. It's more of a spreading out of your efforts across a wider pool of subjects. Some will reciprocate, and those you entertain. Others will not, or prove to be less desirable, and those you let fall." I don't believe that we evolved from apes and all that shit. I can see alot of the hypergamy and other issues that we deal with as either the design of God or a result of the fall of man into sin. So, hypergamy/polygamy for example..I don't see it as amoral. I think it's part of the fallen human nature. Monogamy was God's original design for humans, but because we are fallen, we tend to rebel against the created order (EG: homosexuality). I would say that micro-evolution is scientifically proven…

A few weeks ago, I got banned for "too much monkey dance" I thought that OYS was to measure progress based on the improvement or lack of improvement in relation to the wife's response to said progress. I thought long and hard about it and realized that too much of what I'm doing is for the purpose of an improved response from my wife. Too much of what I'm doing is not for me, but for her to want me like I want to be wanted. I see the futility of this. "What do you want?" is really harder to figu…

OYS #16 Let me review where I’m at on my MAP started in January. Currently, on phase 2 where I will focus on the following until June before adding on to this: Start vocalizing expectations (clutter, sex, food, respect, use of time, housekeeping) I’ve vocalized a little about food, sex and expectations, but not enough to really get a shit test push back. Start saying “no” to what I don’t want (food, behavior, scheduling, etc.) Same as above. My wife has started to come to understand some of the …

I came to understand this last week. TRP says if she doesn’t fulfill your sexual desires after improving yourself, next her. My anger toward her began to subside when I realized that I need to work on me and pray for God to save her from her evil hamster.

I mentioned this “desire” passage in a lesson I taught once. Our pastor told me he didn’t agree with it and that it wasn’t actually a curse. It’s just a reaffirmation of what was already going on. She would desire him, and he would be head. Nothing negative implied. Sorry, I don’t buy it. The same exact phrase is used of Cain and sin “desiring him” but he must rule over it.

You should find an area of service/ministry/social group where you can exercise your gifts for the benefit of the church and others outside the church. You will meet girls who are already using their gifts and serving God in this area as well. These will normally be the kind of girls you would want to get involved with. If they're putting their energy into serving God and not into the cc, you'll find a genuine Christian woman who is worthy of marriage. If you're a Christian guy who is aimlessly …

Isn't arrogance an over confidence in yourself? Confidence is often mistaken for arrogance because so many people are not confident in themselves. So, if you come off as someone who knows his shit, you will often be accused of being arrogant. However, as I understand it, arrogance is the over inflated opinion of oneself that is not necessarily consistent with reality in one's ability. Or a person really is "all that" and knows it, but also projects himself as superior to others and treats others…

No, like I said...prude. We didn’t even have sex on our honeymoon. Stay clear of egalitarian churches where women are pastors in any capacity with their husbands. Find a complimentarian church. It has been my experience that traditional Baptist churches are the most masculine. Especially if you can find one where they preach reformed theology. If the elders are willing to preach election and predestination (which will piss off 99% of most people) he probably isn’t afraid to stand up to women either

Look, the four Gospels tell the same story with different perspectives. If I am referring to one story in one passage, somebody with enough sophistication should understand that I am not trying to elude one from another. They all agree with each other, some add more detail and leave out other details. I’m not saying that Jesus was teaching a lesson on pedophilia. My point is one of application. I believe all people are incurably religious. Feminism is a form of religion. A male who is gladly self deprecating finds satisfaction is being an atonement for the so-called sins of his accused fellow males. He has something of a savior complex. His feminism is his righteousness.

Any centurion with a male child slave most likely was not a father figure to an unfortunate child. The degree in which this practice was normalized doesn't make it very likely he was a "nice guy" who didn't practice this custom. Doesn't make it very likely, but there is always that possibility. There is almost always an exception to any rule. We find one in Acts 10:1-3 where there is a "Mr. Nice Guy" Centurion: There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called …

That’s not my job. If you are an apostate, there is no point in trying to convince you. You are just hell-bent on disproving scripture and confirming your unbelief. I get the historical norms. But there is no indication that this servant was a sex slave. There is no guarantee that this centurion was screwing him. You are reading your unbelief into the passage. Further, you don’t know that this is all Jesus said to him, it’s all that’s recorded because the point is this, an indictment against Jewish unbelief: “And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven. I was listening to Donovan Sharpe podcast about this. He said that the 6's get so much dick thrown at them from average guys who are thirsty, that these women actually think they're hotter than they really are because they have so much selection. His point was, that it's easier to talk to 9's and 10's because most guys are too intimidated to talk to them. 9's and 10's get hit on less than 6-7's.
/r/TheRedPill27/01/18 02:31 PM

Thanks. I don’t expect them to fix anything. It’s a reference to Matthew 18 that another commenter pointed out. It’s a process leading to excommunication and possibly divorce recognized by the church for egregious sins that a confessing Christian insists on persisting on.

That's the conventional interpretation. Uriah was no dummy either. HE would have known what was going on and refused to sleep with his wife as an honorable way to defy the king and not be his fool. I was listening to Donovan Sharpe and he said that women hate looking bad in front of others. That's one reason you can't win an argument with them. I figured, if I were to tell her to apologize and back down or I go to the elders (which is a prescribed Bible way of dealing with conflict when the offender will not concede), she would back down, because women will not want to look bad in front of people they hold in high regard.

attractiveness is often an outward sign of an inner reality. As beings with a spiritual component to our existence, we are keenly aware of the Three Transcendentals (Truth, Goodness, and Beauty) and how they relate to each other. Truth is good and goodness is beautiful, therefore we recognize beauty as a sign of truth (B>G>T) and are drawn to it. My wife was smoking hot when we first got married 13 years ago. Han Solo: Hey, Your Worship, I'm only trying to help. Princess Leia Organa: Would you please stop calling me that? Han Solo: Sure, Leia. Princess Leia Organa: You make it so difficult sometimes. Han Solo: I do, I really do. You could be a little nicer, though. Come on, admit it. Sometimes you think I'm alright. Princess Leia Organa: Occasionally, maybe... when you aren't acting like a scoundrel. Han Solo: Scoundrel? Scoundrel? I like the sound of that. [Grabs and rubs Leia's hand] Princess Leia …

One month in and I already feel the pull to plug back in and get along with the system. Wife says last night: maybe if you ask nicely and be sweet, I might consider having sex with you. I was tempted to go along with her shit for the pity sex but kissed her goodnight and went to bed.

This week, I took some of the advice from the previous weeks OYS and dialed down the Rambo. I worked for60 hours with two days off on night shift this week so I was only home a couple days off. Had one awesome night of sex with my wife and again, she complained that I was too rigorous. Overall, the tension was down but I think so was the attraction. Last night we celebrated our 14th engagement anniversary. We went out to eat and to visit the place where I asked her to marry me. Since the beginni…

I'll still listen to my favorite BP songs, but now they just remind me of what a AFC I have been and now it teaches me how NOT to feel or think.

God made woman’s nature, but also be aware that this is woman’s fallen nature as well. She listened to the snake, got out from her husbands authority and became an authority unto herself. Adam entered her frame and plunged the human race into sin. Thus the nature of men and women are evil.

Great advice. Thanks. The last few days, I noticed some comfort tests, and I dialed down the Rambo.

This is week four on MRP. I discovered the truth that the red pill is not something you swallow once. It may take years to swallow. I started to catch myself slipping back into some of my beta bitch ways because it's easier in the short term to keep the tension low with a very controlling wife. I also see the need to re-read all the stuff that I've consumed during monk mode. Reading Currently working on: Rational Male and When I Say No, I Feel Guilty Finished reading: No More Mr. Nice Guy, Mindf…

I would say, try to find a school that has instructors somehow tied to the IDF (Israeli Defence Forces) because they are the most authentic Krav Maga fighters. I went to a school who had some real IDF commandos who are now retired and they are really some good ass kickers. Also, see if the school lets you train on all levels or do they just let you train with others who are on your level. I train with every belt level and learn so much more sparring with black belts than just guys who are at my …

I just joined MRP three weeks ago. I posted pre-maturely about my situation before reading alot of the sidebar. MISSION Still working on this, but these are what come to mind: *Raise my daughters to be God-fearing, good conservative, patriotic, educated women ready to marry good men. *Earn My Masters Degree *Retire at 57 *Become a Black Belt Instructor in Krav Maga READING: I've finished reading: * BPP's Saving the Low Sex Marriage * No More Mr. Nice Guy * The Mindful Attraction Plan by Athol Ka…

I read your first year post and this one. Are you married to my wife simultaneously??? Holy hell! She sounds exactly like mine. All previous GFs had no problem with being horny and following me around like I was the prize, but I married a very strong-willed woman who framed me right from the start. I’ve been on MRP for two weeks, but had already started aspects of the MAP before even knowing about it. (Lifting, MMA, wardrobe upgrade). I tried being an Oak, passing shit tests, doing my own thing …

Great read about the three kinds of captains. You definitely pegged me correctly between number two and three. My wife essentially thinks she is a co-captain with me. She’s not as bad as the wife in captain number three but not too far off. I have definitely learned a lot in this conversation over the last 24 hours and am very grateful. I have my work cut out for me.

I don’t know where I got that idea. Probably the fucking “happily ever after” Disney fairytale bullshit that we are fed in our culture. After all this time, I seriously don’t feel like that about her anymore. Sometimes I fantasize what it would be like without her. I just planned a trip in a couple of months to Florida with some of my guy friends and she wants to “talk about it”. I told her today we are talking about it right now and you can tell me whatever you want to tell me and after weighin…

Her history was, she was a virgin. I figured it was lack of experience at first and I’d break her in like a pair of boots. But it was really me. She broke me in. I have so much to change about myself. Finished Nice Guy last night. I totally married my dominant, controlling, “I can never do anything good enough for him” father in my wife. WTF!? Unbelievable! Now I have to stand up to her like I learned to stand up to him.

Definitely control. She was pissed about something unrelated the next day and brought that up. I just acted indifferent when she said she didn’t appreciate it. Meh. Ok whatever.

When I first understood the shit test idea, it was amazing how predictable they were the first time I expected them. When I was coming on to my wife she immediately shot a shit test missile of sarcasm and because I was prepared, I swatted it away like a fly using a humorous witty comeback. Finally at the end of the night instead of asking her for sex I told her I promised that I would have fun with her ass and I intended to keep that promise. For the next hour she shot relentless shit test missi…

Been lifting for last year and taking Krav Maga for two years. And get this, she says she doesn’t like over muscular guys like on Men’s Health covers. I’m like, WTF is wrong with you? I never get positive feedback for looking better after my time of lifting this past year.
