Thanks. This resonates. She has been faithful until now and even shows immense care and guilt for this mistake, but next say she does oppositeof what she promised. Her tears make me beleive her. Actions are to be judged not the words. I like the way you clarified it.

I feel like it’s women spamming their narratives.

Did she start earning or got a decent bump in last few months or year? That is generally when they get these feelings.

What @guy_n said above. Do not leave the house and talk to an attorney. It belongs to you equally. In states like wa, it depends on when you bought the house and how long you have been married. If you * bought the house before marriage, its your property,* and if after, its community property, and equity gets divieded as mentioned above.

She shouldn’t be any more of your concern. Protect your kid and the buck should stop there. Let her pray for her Narcissistic behavior and well deserved for spoiling a happy family for some new found love around the corner.

You are better off going to a strip club or a night club than fall for her power move.

One thing I realized in my 6 month marriage, people dont change. Before marriage she disrespected folks indirectly but it was a clear “i dont give a f” from her. She stopped wishing my family on imp occasions and remained close to her friends and family eveyday for hours. Tried her best to alienate me from my own family. I finally decided that was it. 6 months after marriage she implicated my entire family in false criminal cases. Run.

Archive them in a folder on cloud or laptop, so that when you really need them, it’s some effort. You aren’t relapsing into them too often.

She should have thought about it before filing false reports. Do the exchange at police, its also safer for you. You never know what other false case she might put on you if visit her home.

Yes, seems she already called out the separation date, which is when she left the country. I am thinking about arguing the same, that the RSUs were granted before marriage. Though some RSUs were granted during the marriage as well, which will vest over 4 years (1 year already vested). All attorneys have given me different answers, saying anything vested during marriage is hers, even though the stock lot I got was spent during the last couple of months after we separated. Please dont mind my N00b…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
