Look at hollywood and north america in general (churches / government bodies / police)- its all white. What works for you may not work for a chubby Indian guy is all I'm saying. Besides white guys can get away with alot more than minorities in the game (just from personal experience). Have you ever hooked up with non-white women?

Thanks man, actually I do workout alot and look like in clothes but I am overweight so that is probably the issue. I also wear glasses and not that tall (5'8). Thanks guys. My heart rate is still elevated (90+BPM) and I'm currently at the cardiologist. I'm not sure if it's related but my normal heart rate has been 60, after this event it has been 90-100 for a few months.

Thanks man, meditation, relaxation and breathing really helped. Im exercising but have lost control of eating which Im getting under now. This depression shit is no joke. It will fuck with your sleep, daily activities, mindset and your whole life.

Thanks so much guys this really means alot to me. I have started connecting with old friends (I have been friendless for years as I thought I didnt need them), boy was I wrong.
