Nearly 10 months for me and I still have meltdown days/weeks. Lucky I have 50/50 with our kids or it would be even harder. Like people have said cry as much as you need to. Rant/vent/shout whatever you need to but never give up because it will get better and if you have kids they need you now more than ever before. Feel free to dm or call. You fucking got this

Oh trust me I’ve been angry and careful but also very stupid I agree. But believe me I’m in a much better place and it’s going to improve. I appreciate the real words though brother. How are you?

Yeah it’s awesome tbh. Me and the kids are settling in nicely and enjoying it. Spare time I’ll be working a second job to try and catch up. Looking forward to getting my head down and improving our future. Thanks mate and I hope everything’s okay for you?

Appreciate it brother. Yep me and the kids have a lot of fun when they are with me and I honestly wish her no ill and do not speak bad about her. Since Feburuary I have tried to be a good man in whatever situation. Help people where I can and just be nice lol. Don’t get me wrong I don’t take any shit but don’t cause any either

We are in the uk and it’s a non contested divorce with no assets (we were renting from her mum so I moved out) but I appreciate where you are coming from

Thank you. Mate the one thing I give huge credit for is how good she’s been with the kids. She admits herself mentally she is a mess and has no idea what she wants. I can only look at the facts and focus on me and mine. We all got this

I know and I get that. The lure of family life led me to act a little stupid but now she has publicly announce pregnancy with another man’s child I think it’s more than time to stay away lol. Awkward seeing my friends respond to her announcement with laughing emojis

My still wife (currently going through divorce proceedings) moved on within 2 month and is now pregnant with his child. We are 9 months into separation with 3 kids of our own. Absolute shit show and it broke me but we fucking rise from this shit. I wish you the best. You got this and when you get to the day where you can be okay with everything you’re gonna feel great. Grind it out. You got this.

Yo. You’re going to be just fine brother. Feel it. Accept it. Don’t look for answers. You got this I promise. Work on yourself and keep your nose clean. Make as much money as possible and take every step to maximise time with YOUR boys. Give her nothing just stonewall that shit, she’s focused on the next dick till she gets bored of that. Focus on version 2.0 of you look and after your self. You ever want to to talk/rant/scream hit me up.

I’m with you man. No she is doing what most stbxw I hear about do and being a full on narcissistic cunt. Even the kids are noticing and I never even mention her to them. Only thing stopping me from going after her is that I’m finally turning a corner and feeling better and this is mostly thanks to cutting her off and ignoring all her drama baiting bullshit. It’s me and my kids and we are gonna thrive.

Extra week with the kids and then make damn sure she is the one who has to travel when she next wants them. Kids will see it all. Just do you buddy. Keep on a straight path, stick to plans. So long as you are on top of your shit then if stuff like this continues just keep getting that extra time with your children.

Whole system is a sham. So often the case that the dad just wants best for his kids and as much time with as possible. The woman however wants everything and to hurt you as much as possible in the process

Even if she has someone living there illegally and she is made up of 90% cunt and 10% just about bearable. She’s fucked me over at any opportunity (this sub helped me learn it’s pretty common lol)

That’s what I’m saying. From what I gather he is from another country where he lives with his mum and dad and does not have a job. He also left his wife to be with mine lol. Good fucking luck guys. What a platform to start a relationship on.

They are loved ones for a reason buddy. You gotta go through it. You will be all good but I know just how fucking bad it is. Lots of 1 step forward 2 steps back and vice versa. Try your best to see your kids as much as possible. Eat properly and exercise. Reach out if you ever need to.

Pretty much exact same position mate only 3 kids. Good days and bad days but the bad days can be quite something. Happy to talk if you ever need to. I’ve found whenever I get down or upset I immediately do some weights and then make plans to see anyone, family, friends and just talk.

That’s awful to hear buddy and I so hope you come through all of this a better man. My situation is different but has similarities. 3 kids 6,7,8 wife announced not happy etc, wants to separate and wouldn’t you know it just a month after I move out there is a new man on the scene. I am about 7 months down the line and it’s getting better but boy do I still have some awful days. They become a completely different person to the one you married. I am sure when you were together you would never had t…

You just described me lol. All I’d say is go easy and understand that this man has been through hell (even worse if he has kids). Just be honest and ask questions but most of the time yes we are very much completely done with the stbxw at this point and how you described it id be almost 100% sure they are done

Who knows? I don’t think I could go back after this but the pull of family life is what seems to be killing me. Probably best I don’t go and deliver a gift though lol.

Sorry I didn’t mean to sound alarming and have not got a drinking problem just think for the next few days it’s best I drink and then I cannot drive. My old family home is a 15 minute drive from my new place and it’s taking a lot not to go there and stop this bullshit. I know it’s not my place anymore. I’ve done the stupid shit, confronted him about it, told her parents etc, should have known that would all backfire horribly. Now I just ignore it all and pretend I’m doing just fine lol. Apprecia…
