Well let's focus all the energy you have left and this time just focus on yourself. We're all in this together
/r/MenSupportMen07/07/24 03:19 PM

Same. Work is going well but I loneliness is creeping in
/r/MenSupportMen04/07/24 10:01 PM

Hey don't forget that we have a long weekend and loneliness will creep in.

No that's not how life is supposed to be, but you are strong. You have the right to grieve for your losses, but you also have a clean slate to pick up the pieces and reinvent yourself. That's also OK, hard but it's yours to win.
/r/MenSupportMen23/06/24 03:09 PM

Not a bad week but people being assholes

Give her time a bit.

The best regret is from something you did. Regretting something you didn’t do is deadly.

This where it gets tricky. Let's talk about you learning to forgive yourself and understand that things take a step at a time.
/r/MenSupportMen08/06/24 04:29 PM

What do you expect from her? Can you clearly point that out?

This one here is online
/r/MenSupportMen06/06/24 01:37 PM

Think is kinda got better for me this weeks considering jointing the gym and maybe up for a promotion
/r/MenSupportMen02/06/24 10:31 PM

But you shouldn’t identify yourself as one or feel that way . You might be projecting and if so take a look to be at peace with yourself

You feel like it but it isn’t true. Maybe there are men out there that do a lot of creepy shit that attract a lot of attention. Although a minority people perceive them to be a stand in for men
/r/MenSupportMen01/06/24 01:19 AM
2

Well it’s biological I’d say but there are plenty of opportunities to make up for it if you still feel inadequate. You cannot change that about you so focus on what you can change
/r/MenSupportMen31/05/24 11:34 PM

Well it seems you are sensitive to that outside suggestion. All it takes is to take responsibility and do the right thing. That’s all. Yes I see it every day and it hurts and I admit I have adjusted my action to fit the mold but I have a set of values that are more important to me.
/r/MenSupportMen31/05/24 12:59 PM

They don’t tell you to do that. Trolls and influencers online, who act like they profess those values do.
/r/MenSupportMen30/05/24 01:34 AM

Well and you'd be right. I am mistreating myself
/r/MenSupportMen27/05/24 09:39 PM

I haven’t treated anyone badly. I was treated badly and for what sucks most; myself. I blame myself for my low self esteem my anxiety and all the things I missed. I wanna go back and tell those people what I was going through so they can accept me
/r/MenSupportMen27/05/24 05:42 PM

You know I feel like I cannot be resolved unless I got back and meet the people from my past and tell them I'm different. I want their acceptance. I know it's wrong and not the way to closure.
/r/MenSupportMen27/05/24 02:59 PM

Thanks. I haven’t done anything horrible to anyone but missed out on a lot of thing and had regrets. I hurt myself and I’m tired of living in the past . But I’m very brutal on myself
/r/MenSupportMen27/05/24 01:47 PM

I had a slip this week. I’m trying to identify some issues and it turns out I’m finding it seriously hard to forgive myself for my past.
/r/MenSupportMen26/05/24 10:08 PM

Nice!!!
/r/MenSupportMen25/05/24 10:23 PM

Good stuff
/r/MenSupportMen25/05/24 10:22 PM

Let us know how it goes
/r/MenSupportMen20/05/24 02:32 PM

Ever tried the ketamine therapy? Some places are offering clinical trials
/r/MenSupportMen20/05/24 02:15 PM

Why are you doing this? Is this a professional recommendation?
/r/MenSupportMen20/05/24 02:00 PM

I really hope more and more people come and share.

Yes you think you are yourself, but maybe not a full version of yourself. Stick with the psychiatrist and follow their instructions.
/r/MenSupportMen19/05/24 01:25 PM

Stress from work and not getting back out there. I have some hope tho
/r/MenSupportMen12/05/24 10:13 PM

It seems like you have a work issue. Is this your business or are you an emplyee?
/r/MenSupportMen12/05/24 04:47 PM

Sitting here and contemplating my next move to either improve my life or keep sitting on my ass.
/r/MenSupportMen12/05/24 04:46 PM

Be grateful for a bit while you recover and then return your mother’s favor
/r/MenSupportMen29/04/24 02:22 AM

Doing like shit. Feel trapped by every choice I’ve made in life and alone on top of that

Here's some perspective. What you call failures in your life, seem to be some very significant stages that you ended and moved one to other better things. Nothing lasts forever and not everything has a smooth transition. I understand how you feel and it's OK to be depressed over it, however people change and you changed as well. You matter a lot , just life isn't linear and changes hurt. Not enjoying the same things any longer, is a depression symptom they put in every questionnaire, but they ne…

Well to begin with I'd really really suggest you don't get mad about your emotions. You need to accept yourself and your body as it responds to whatever is happening. I believe being frustrated with your emotions only adds to the problem. I know it's not what you're asking, but I'd like to stress that it's OK to have bad emotions sometimes too.
/r/MenSupportMen02/03/24 04:29 PM

Some shit at work screwed my week up

Haven't really.

Which of those things is the hardest for you?

You may have shared too much, but shame on her for going this route. You didn't do anything wrong, but not all people can handle this? I would suggest you have these conversations with a professional or with someone, who's really close to you
/r/MenSupportMen04/09/23 10:25 PM

Well maybe talk to a specialist and do some research on herpes and how to live with it. I'm sure there are m any people out there who live with it, but are managing to not let it control their lives and that's why you don't hear about it. Perspective helps too. I'd offer you kudos, for going out and getting laid just like that. Not the support you want, but here it is.

Well dude you gotta make friends first. Then try to hit up local colleges. You and your friends will need to just up the game and see if you go to a party or something. At your age I would recommend that. You really don't need friends but I personally feel off going out alone

I used to. Now I am convinced that not everyone will like me or click with me and that's OK

Well don't punish yourself because you couldn't perform. Give yourself some time to heal and spend time to improve yourself.

Just thinking is gonna be creepy points an insecurity in you. The question is do you enjoy College bars? If you do then you belong there. If you belong there and enjoy yourself a then it doesn't come off as creepy. If you enjoy yourself then you're confident enough to game

A kiss is a kiss. Doesn't mean love anymore. It means affection. Girls want affection without all the other BS. Boy will you have the most awkward sex of your life if you don't wanna kiss her.
/r/seduction19/12/16 08:04 PM
1

To my experience is tough. I don't think you should tell her in any way that you're interested in just sex. You should also not say you're not looking for a relationship. Tell her you are happy you met her and you wanna get to know her better. Don't tell her your intentions and you're probably not gonna find out hers. After you close and don't wanna really commit. Tell her you cant. I feel as if in any situation, commitment should only be discussed after a quite a few dates and sex.

Make the journey last. Ask the girl where is she working and what does she do. As simple as that. And maybe at the end say you're cute I think we should stay in touch. If the conversation is flowing I don't see why she would say no
/r/seduction08/12/16 08:05 PM
1

It one of those stupid quirky things. Omg you're so handsome and tall. Well that's not all. Personality and approach it's what is all about. I know short guys that are doing very well in their love life. People with average and humble personalities.
/r/seduction08/12/16 08:04 PM
1

I suggest you don't get fixated on this one girl. Depends on what you text. You need to keep a convo going. After you get a mutual feel for it asked her out
/r/seduction08/12/16 08:02 PM
1

Ask the person what do they do. Observations work great l. Make an observation and let her talk about what it is.
/r/seduction08/12/16 07:59 PM
2

It's about twisting the conversation. Honestly when I run out of things to say I put out random compliments. Like "damn you're cute". It's been working out great because it's usually flattering and she doesn't really care what you're gonna talk about.
/r/seduction02/12/16 01:20 PM

I had suffered from social anxiety and crowds would kill me. However today I can say it's all about approach. Girls love attention. So in a big crowd if you break in and offer her attention she can't deny it, unless a) she's not interested in any guy b) your approach is wrong.

Thanks for the motivation . I'll get there one day! Play on!!

I had all the confidence I wanted and then completely shut myself down for the stupidity of dancing. I was ready to tell her I can't dance for shit but ai still wanted to. Oh well. Next time.

Thanks for sharing. I guess a huge part of building confidence is to learn to feel happy for others rather than envy. Anyways don't give up teaching that lesson to your friend maybe he needs someone like you. Good job

Boston has a difficult game. There's a mix of Ivy League girls or totally trashy chciks. Pick your poison and plan your game. Here girls love sports so plan accordingly.

Keep some things to yourself OP.

I don't see a fail here. It seems like you did everything right. I'm the old you now and would like a chance like that. No number, oh well. It's an exercise I guess. See at least you got a story to tell.

Don't give a fuck if you're depressed. That's not how depression works.

Alright. So ok. I went to a bar and talked to a couple of people but there were no girls really. However I gained the confidence of going back again and I will. One night will be the might of success.

That's actually the most motivating way anyone has put it. Goes to show that most users that frequent this sub have problems more complicated than just approaching girls.

That's a long post. More users need to read it. Anyways previous posts discourage nightgame alone, so reading this n is definitely supportive. Now if I only had the guts to go out. From personal experience I feel as if I go out alone presents a lower social status, as far as connections go. Truth is I don't have many friends indeed but I got.my confidence.

Yes but the pressure mounts. You know that the first sexual impression is everything.

Are you forcing this? I would never be attracted to someone that doesn't look me in the eye. I don't care how hot she is, it'd just seem desperate. Well maybe she has esteem issues you wanna work with and be patient.
