I had suffered from social anxiety and crowds would kill me. However today I can say it's all about approach. Girls love attention. So in a big crowd if you break in and offer her attention she can't deny it, unless a) she's not interested in any guy b) your approach is wrong.

Be a part of the crowd. At a college bar many people know eachother. My "college bar crowd" solution is to go to the bar with my own college crowd of friends, opening up social circle game - the most important thing in colleges

They look like one big crowd, but they're really a bunch of small crowds. They're united on precious few things. Other than that, it's a free for all.

Did someone or something tell you that you have to go to bars to game? Night life is on a big pedestal outside this community. You might find you're not that attracted to that scene after you've deprogrammed yourself a bit.
