Like a few photos first and maybe leave a short comment. If she's into you, she'll notice and reply, and you can escalate from there. Don't ever DM right away. It's escalating too fast. Like the online equivalent of grabbing her ass before you say hello. Escalate gradually. Check out Instagram Seduction for more info. Oh, and definitely don't tell her you found her on Tinder.

By the way, "repackaging conservative ideas" might not such a bad thing in this context, given that studies consistently show conservative people to be happier, healthier, and better adjusted than liberals. https://www.psypost.org/2018/07/conservatives-report-greater-meaning-purpose-life-liberals-study-finds-51688

TL;DR: Jordan Peterson may be a brilliant psychologist who has saved countless people from depression, but you shouldn't listen to him because some dumbass SJWs are offended by his political positions. ...this is why I don't recommend bringing such serious issues to Reddit.

That sucks :( Thanks for letting me know. Yep I totally agree with you. One of Tyler's points in the video is that game, just like business, is a combination of product quality and marketing. If you focus solely on marketing but have shitty product quality (i.e. you have all the cute game tricks but no substance), you won't do very well in the long run. Definitely work on your core principles, because that's your product quality. Good marketing isn't a substitute for that, it's a complement. Tha…

That's a horrible situation, I'm sorry to hear that. Definitely don't let the bullies win. You should see a professional therapist if at all possible. I would avoid looking for advice on Reddit, because unfortunately there is a ton of negativity and people tearing each other down here. Also I recommend watching some of Jordan Peterson's videos. He's a clinical psychologist and is great at motivating people without blowing smoke up our ass. Here's a link to one:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xm_…

Use Tinder, stay at hostels (if you can afford the private rooms, do that) and be super outgoing and sociable with all the other people at the hostels. And go to the bar crawls.

I'm surprised you feel that way. I always appreciate your feedback. In my view, seduction is whatever gets the girl. I don't understand this prejudice for or against technology. It's just a tool to get you results. "Good game" to me is just whatever gets results. For me, as for the RSD guys, the best is a combination of in-person game to get leads and Instagram to manage the pipeline. How is learning social media harming anyone? It's a skill (one of many) that improves people's efforts and resul…

Snapchat seems to be on its way out. I think it's passing fad. Since IG copied its Stories feature, SC doesn't really have much to offer.

That's awesome man, congrats!! I took an RSD bootcamp once too and it skyrocketed my game. I know they're kind of my competitor, but their content is top notch and I have nothing but good things to say about them.
/r/seduction09/01/19 01:57 AM

Yeah for sure they're exaggerating. I'm a big fan of Tom Torero. His model is totally different. He's not a party guy like Tyler, pretty much all of his game is one on one. Doesn't translate as well to Instagram.

You don't have to be rich, you just have to be fun. Same thing with game in general, some guys say that you can't possibly be successful unless you're rich, but it's not true, it's just an excuse. My most popular recent post was one at the public beach 45 minutes from my house. Cost nothing.
/r/seduction09/01/19 12:37 AM

This seems to me like just an elaborate rationalization for being lazy and not wanting to change with the times. Scrolling through news feeds is obviously a waste of time (as RSD says), but spending 2 minutes a few times a week posting a picture or video clip of what you're already doing anyway is just not a huge chore.

Great advice! Thanks!
/r/seduction20/12/18 09:26 PM

Agreed. Start off indirect. Try to make conversation, and make it mostly about her. When you come up with a shared interest, make a date out of it. For example, if you both like the same music, say "That's awesome, I love [x band]! They're playing this Friday, let's go to the show!"

I don't care what one random guy on the internet thinks of me. But when someone is slandering my business on a highly visible public forum, I'm going to defend my reputation. Clearly you are not capable of having a reasonable discussion. I hope for your sake that changes in the near future. Have a nice day.

Wow. The miserable troll comes out. I provide a bunch of FREE articles. It is "real and solid information" to the best of my knowledge. It's what I've learned over the years and what works for me. I "take my time getting to the point" because I like to establish a solid theoretical base for any advice I give to other people. I personally learn best when I get a solid explanation of WHY something works rather than just a baseless assertion of "it works" from some guy on the internet. I write for …

Alpha and beta aren't perfectly delineated binary black and white categories. They're just helpful abstractions. That's what language is in general. Of course it's a spectrum. The two categories denote people toward one side or the other of the spectrum. What's the difference between a tree and a bush? A rottweiler and a pitbull? Everything in between exists, and there are cases that are difficult to put into one of the two categories. Doesn't mean the categories don't exist as helpful abstracti…

I'm sure I'm not right about everything all the time. If you disagree with something I write, by all means tell me what you disagree with and why. It helps me learn. But intelligent disagreement/criticism is not what I'm addressing in this post. If you want to see what I am addressing, scroll down to the bottom and look at the downvoted comments. All fair points, especially the second one. I supposed that's kind of an inherent difficulty when you're addressing people of all different skill levels all in the same place.

Yeah you're definitely right for the most part. And for the most part I avoid negative people too. But since I used to be a negative person myself, I understand it is possible for them to change.

This is getting awfully philosophical, but that's the only way to identify with someone else. If Wilma wants flowers and Fred wants a bowling ball, Fred isn't going to be able to identify with Wilma's desire for flowers. He's just going to have to know she wants flowers. He can zoom out to the lower resolution level of identifying with receiving something he wanted in general, but he's having to replace identification with her feelings on a more specific level with knowledge of her desires.

Good comment. It was a sticking point of mine, since I grew up timid and insecure, after I learned game I would tend to overcompensate.

For science! Sure, science isn't settled. It never is. But for some things we can at least be reasonably confident. Yes I'm theorizing, which for one thing I don't think that should be just dismissed out of hand. I guess that's what happens when you go to school for economics. You can make logical conclusions about the structures of behavior that are rational given established biological motives and constraints. I'm also fairly confident I've seen empirical evidence for just about every point I …

We could probably go back and forth on this for days, but I'll make a few quick points. There is a ton of research demonstrating that the differences between the sexes are biological. That's a huge topic. But some of it is just common sense. Women have far greater reservations about sex because they risk pregnancy. Men are less picky about partners because knocking up a woman with less than stellar genetics poses no biological risk, since we can just go knock up another woman an hour later. Prom…

It was a meaningless Tinder hookup. I doubt she had much interest in trying to build up my ego. More typical to do the opposite.

Well obviously she's a slut, but I don't buy that explanation. If she didn't like me enough in the first place, she would have just gotten back on Tinder and found someone else. It's not exactly hard work.
/r/TheRedPill26/09/17 09:51 PM
3

Thanks for the thoughtful response. I agree on some points. 1-2) I maintain that men really are simpler when it comes to sex. The reason isn't cultural, it's biological, though it is sometimes reinforced by culture. Both sexes are driven by unconscious instinct and have to suss out the patterns in our own behavior in order to become self aware, but that is much easier for us. Women have a dual mating strategy whose two sides often conflict. Ours is a single strategy which is pretty straightforwa…

It's fun watching women rationalize after taking the red pill, because you know exactly what they're doing. Maybe better than they know themselves.

Good for you man! I think that's especially common with girls you've already slept with. One day she'll be single and horny and she'd rather sleep with you than some new guy because it doesn't add to her "number". Happens to me fairly often now. Most of the time it's just a one time thing or happens in long intervals, but I like the easy lays.
/r/TheRedPill26/09/17 02:28 AM

Yeah you really have to make sure the meet up sounds as safe as possible. The really timid ones want to talk on the phone for two weeks before meeting up. Not worth the time IMO.
/r/TheRedPill26/09/17 02:19 AM

She's probably bullshitting you, but since she's showing some interest you might as well give it a try. I would pass it's nothing and then tell her to follow you (that distinction is important) so that you're getting her to comply and you're not just another mindless beta Instagram follower. I would say: "no worries. sure add me on ig @christiangrey"

I've never read that one. I've read the Evolution of Desire, which is probably the same material. I wouldn't get too caught up in who our supposed evolutionary ancestors are. I used the elephant seal example just to illustrate a really simple example of a dominance hierarchy. But it doesn't really matter how chimps and bonobos act, because we can watch how actual humans act. Human sexual selection clearly occurs by way of dominance hierarchies.
/r/TheRedPill09/08/17 03:23 AM
2

Yeah I think you're on the right track. Certainly one alpha male does not get every female. He can only handle so many at a time. I think a better way of thinking about it is that the alpha can get every female he wants. So basically after the alpha gets his fill, the betas get whatever is left over. I don't think it's possible to have two men who are equal in the same situation. This is just my understanding, so don't take it as gospel, but it seems to me alpha/beta status is context specific. …

Interesting idea. Have you ever tried taking Clomid by itself? I read a bit and it seems it is normally used post-cycle to get natural T levels back to normal. I wonder how much effect it would have on already normal T levels.

Thanks for the warning. Yes I was just spitballing and would research thoroughly before ever actually going on anything.

That's a good idea. I seem to recall reading research showing that squatting raised T levels.

Excuse my ignorance on the matter, but why could you not take single day doses of a fast-acting steroid (another user mentioned that you can feel the effects of dbol same day) intermittently? Certainly it isn't normally used that way because it defeats the purpose when used for sustained athletic performance, but is there some extra health risk to taking it only occasionally?
/r/TheRedPill30/07/17 10:54 PM

Haha yeah I've used cocaine when doing night game before, it definitely gets you in the high-energy state. But for me caffeine is just as good. I find that doubtful that testosterone inhibits brain function. I agree that there seems to be a tradeoff between testosterone and IQ among population groups, but I don't see that as any reason to believe that day to day fluctuations in testosterone would affect intelligence.

I never said anything about mixing with alcohol. I've been lifting nonstop since I was a teenager. And this post IS research--thus the question to people who are familiar with the topic. Guess I can't post anything on the internet these days without getting some measure of utterly misplaced nerd-rage.

That's a lot of downvotes. I should have seen that coming. So here's the addendum: If it's these kind of low status desperate losers you're after, then by all means ask them out. They would probably get on their knees and praise God if a woman actually asked them out. But any discriminating guy with options (which I'm assuming is what you're after) is going to be put off by it.
/r/seduction24/07/17 10:37 PM

IMO girls should never ask out guys. It robs him of his masculine prerogative and it makes you look really desperate. Better to give him a look, maybe smile at him, or if he still doesn't get the hint make up some excuse to talk to him, like asking him how to use an exercise machine. If he doesn't make a move at that point, he's not interested.

Yeah I'm not surprised to hear that Australia is a difficult market too. I don't blame you at all for trying to get out. But in the mean time, learn game. I would make that a priority before you go to Asia. Learn in the difficult market and then you'll clean up in the easier market. You'll also (and this is important) get much better through experience at recognizing how girls act when they're truly attracted to you so you don't get taken to the wash by gold diggers in foreign countries.
/r/TheRedPill23/07/17 04:34 PM

Ha!
/r/seduction21/07/17 10:55 PM
26

That's a fair point. I'm looking at the supply side and you're looking at the demand side, and both are important. Less competition from men is good just like more competition among women. If you can find both in the same place, you're as close as you can get to finding the pussy paradise.
/r/TheRedPill21/07/17 10:52 PM

Thanks! Yeah I had heard obesity rates were getting pretty high in Germany. I haven't really done any dating outside the US except for that trip to Colombia, so I'm not really much of an expert on the matter. Tom Torero (who is from the UK, which also sucks) spends most of his time in Eastern Europe; definitely worth looking up some of his advice.
/r/TheRedPill21/07/17 10:48 PM
2

That may have worked in my favor to some extent, but Colombian guys clearly did better too. It was obvious when looking at couples. The average Colombian guy could get an average Colombian girl, who is far more attractive than an average American girl.
/r/seduction21/07/17 10:41 PM
2

Yeah that's a good point. Still they need to realize that being a thin 6 is far better than being a fat 3.
/r/TheRedPill19/07/17 01:44 AM

This is so true, and I wish more men realized it. I live in the US, which is probably even worse than the UK, and have noticed exactly the same thing. I went to Colombia recently and was blown away by how pretty and sweet the girls were there. I've been meaning to make a blog post about this actually, because we in the Anglosphere really need to get our women in line.
/r/TheRedPill18/07/17 02:56 PM

In my experience all women like rough sex. But feminists have all sorts of hangups about it because their unconscious desires are diametrically opposed to their conscious beliefs. And they're the ones who will get you put in jail.
/r/TheRedPill16/07/17 11:54 PM
3

I agree that that's true with attractive women, but I have to think the ones in question here know perfectly well that any alpha male, whether natural or learned, isn't going to touch them with a ten foot pole.

I haven't watched enough of the the Young Turks to notice that, but that's pretty clever. I'm really glad people on the right are FINALLY becoming aware of this sort of thing.

That seems to be a tactic I see a lot in liberal journalism (I use that term loosely), actually. It will have a sensational claim on the headline, then pretty much the whole article is haranguing on that sensational claim, then AT THE VERY END the author will tacitly admit that the whole rest of the article was bullshit.
/r/TheRedPill16/07/17 05:07 PM

Your powers of prediction are impressive ;) Yeah begging for attention is probably a part of it. I think the fact that they hate game so much points to a more primal hindbrain reaction.

Seems to me you were weak and unsure of yourself every step of the way. That's not sexy. You should have kissed her on the first date, not texted her the same day afterward, and objected to her bringing her friend along. Women like men who lead and who stand up for themselves. But no worries, you'll know for next time. If you want a little more background on why girls flake, this is a good resource: http://www.christiangreypua.com/what-to-do-when-girl-flakes-date/

Women usually just assume the older you are the more experience you have. When women ask me about my prior partners I never give a straight answer. No reason I need to tell them that, and the mystery works in my favor anyway. No reason for you to tell them that either, IMO. It's just not that much of a big deal. Don't get too attached to the first girl you date, accept that you'll probably make some rookie mistakes at first, and learn from it.
/r/seduction14/07/17 12:06 AM
1

Maybe a holdover from childhood experience then. I'm very skeptical of the claim that being gay is genetic simply because gays tend not to pass on their genes. Regardless, it would seem natural to me that any man would be happiest when he feels strong and masculine, though of course I can only speak for myself. Anyway you're clearly very intelligent and open to new ideas, so I'm sure you'll figure out what's best for you.
/r/TheRedPill13/07/17 11:59 PM
1

Yes, to a point. If you're in the gym two hours every day, you're going to be too exhausted to have much sex drive.
/r/seduction13/07/17 10:20 PM
1

High school and college are probably the easiest environments for dating, so young guys have an edge because of that. But they're also less experienced and less established and (usually) less confident. It's a balance. Yeah your looks diminish slightly, but your status generally improves, so they balance out. Yes women like more sexual experience. But they won't really ask you about it. They just assume you have it as you get older.
/r/seduction13/07/17 10:18 PM
1

Excellent post. I made the point in another thread that our modern conception of status has become largely divorced from the more primal, intrinsic status that drives the sexual marketplace. Mark Zuckerberg is my exhibit of choice when explaining that.

Oh come on, everybody hates SJWs. Peterson is a physchology professor, and I've been watching his course lectures. The only thing remotely related to MRAs I've ever heard him say was a quick aside to say that the MGTOW movement was silly. And even if he was an MRA, what does it matter? That clearly has absolutely nothing to do with the subject matter here.
/r/seduction13/07/17 04:04 PM

Step Two: Convince yourself that you are attractive to women Ok, for step one let’s say you’ve talked to 100 women and been rejected by all of them. You’ve also managed to subdue (to a large extent) your fear of talking to women. Your subconscious still believes that you are low on the dominance hierarchy and unworthy of attractive women, and those 100 rejections didn’t help. Now you have to start working to remove that self-image. What you need is a large supply of experiences during which you …

I should have said "much less dangerous than your subconscious thinks it is". That primal drive to physically harm "unworthy" men hitting on women still exists, to be sure, and comes out occasionally. But thanks to modern legal systems, it is a rare occurrence.
/r/TheRedPill13/07/17 03:55 PM

You're right, there is always that risk. But any real risk from just talking to a girl is very remote. That said, I never approach girls in front of police or security.

I appreciate your openness to find the truth rather than blindly accepting whatever sounds the nicest. I'm no expert on the matter, so take it with a grain of salt, but here's my theory: Submissive male homosexuality (or transgenderism, which isn't much different) is about eroticizing feelings of sexual inferiority. A protective mechanism, perhaps, since learning to enjoy being fucked by men is more pleasant than being a self-hating incel. I've read studies showing that daily meditation can chan…

I appreciate the substantive critique. Here's my response: 1) See Hitleresque's response. 2) Humans are not winner-take-all (like elephant seals). The status hierarchy is a continuum, and women are hypergamous. They go for the highest status they can get. I don't think this is controversial. 3) I'd be curious to see your sources on this one. I've heard the penis scoop theory, but it strikes me as idle speculation without much evidence. In my personal observation women who are getting fucked by a…

I didn't suggest that approaching girls will help your self esteem. In fact I precisely said that it wouldn't. The point of that (step one) is simply to face your fear and get over it. My suggestion to build up your self conception was to use visualization exercises, which in concept is actually quite similar to your idea of writing down and reviewing your accomplishments.

Interesting. I like the orangutan comparison better than the chimp comparison. Clearly more similar to humans. I wonder if human females actually want to have sex with their beta bucks when they're less fertile, or they just do it out of necessity to get his resources.
/r/TheRedPill13/07/17 02:17 PM

Humans are not chimps, and human females clearly do select based on the dominance hierarchy. In humans, the male dominance hierarchy (and alphas chasing off competitors) and female selection exist in harmony. That's why I used the elephant seal comparison; the alphas chase away the betas, and the females cry for the alpha's help when threatened with the possibility of being impregnated with inferior beta sperm. Suggesting that female selection plays an insignificant part in the matter strikes me…

You're not past your prime at all. I would say prime age for a man is early 30s. Sure it's a later start than most, but you still have plenty of time. A lot of the best PUAs were late bloomers.

Thanks for the thoughtful comment. I was trying to express that your position in the hierarchy is fluid, so you can improve it if you're willing to put in the work. Most men naturally improve with age as well. I'm 29, and I'm 100 times better than I was when I was 25. If you think it's too much effort and you'd rather focus on other things instead then fair enough, but don't think that it can't be done.

Yes, absolutely. But you have to be a little careful about defining your group. Going to the bar with a bunch of nerds isn't going to help your cause, because the relevant group is every guy in the bar, not just your group of friends. But if you're the only cool guy on an island full of girls and nerds, you're going to be the top dog.

/r/seduction12/07/17 09:22 PM

Exactly. I'm only analyzing the "alpha fucks" side of the mating strategy (because who wants to be on the "beta bucks" side?). And I don't think "relationship attraction" actually exists. Women are wired to seek provision in addition to sex from men, and if they can't get it from an alpha male (which would be ideal), they'll settle for a beta.
/r/TheRedPill12/07/17 08:37 PM
2

Correct. Though it would be interesting to know what that number looks like today. Of course now we can't treat reproduction as a proxy for sex, since birth control is so common.

/r/seduction12/07/17 08:24 PM

Good question. Alpha/beta status can't really be hereditary, because it's relative. The same individual may fill both roles within his lifetime. When the biggest elephant seal in the tribe dies, for example, the second biggest goes from being a beta to being the alpha. So each individual has to know 1) whether he ranks as an alpha or beta as compared to the rest of the group, and 2) the social expectation for both alpha and beta males.

That's a fair point. I'm sure that does influence the numbers. Though I would say there are a few factors that push the numbers in the other direction as well. For example, men (who don't get killed) have much more time to have children, whereas women have a relatively short fertility window. Also civilization and most major religions limit the number of women that top alphas are allowed to have, thus giving betas more opportunity. I think an unconstrained sexual marketplace (which we seem to be…

It is what you make of it. Getting girls can be a game if you make it one. Or it can be a deeply meaningful religious experience. It's up to you. It's kind of a tragic irony of life that the less you appreciate individual women, the more women are attracted to you. It's a quality vs quantity tradeoff, and it's up to you to find your ideal balance. I try to stay somewhere in the middle.

Since you say he's out of shape, he sits around playing video games all the time, and he apologizes for normal masculine behavior, I'd say it's probably the latter. Girls you meet online are inherently flaky. The fact that you've never met in person makes you a bigger risk, and she feels less bad about flaking on you. Same as any other daygame approach, just be considerate of the fact that her time might be limited. If she's not busy, you can talk for a while. It's natural to be hurt from rejection. It's built into your biology. The best way to counteract that: 1) Consciously congratulate yourself for having the balls to try. Tell yourself that you're one step closer to success. You're reframing your own thinking. 2) Actually reward yourself for a good effort. I like to plan this in advance. It's good to have a structure. Read material until you find one or two tips or routines or tells to look for, and do 20 approaches using what you learned. Don't obsess about it. Girls on Tinder are notoriously flaky. Even worse if you live in an area with few hot girls, since every guy is going to be after those same few girls. I would recommend finding some guide to online game or Tinder (here's mine: http://www.christiangreypua.com/basics-of-online-game-part-one) and revising your strategy accordingly.

Approaching is the hardest part of pickup for most guys, especially newbies. It's a lot easier to read articles or watch videos than it is to approach. So a lot of guys will spend tons of time reading material and not do any approaches and then rationalize to themselves that they're making progress. This is a huge topic, and there are a lot of them. I'll give you two of my favorite. 1) Reframe your interactions with women. Count it as a victory when you approach a woman, congratulate yourself for having the balls to do something a lot of men can't do, and remind yourself that you're now one step closer to being the man you want to be. Regardless of the outcome; the important thing is that you're working toward your goal. Reward yourself mentally, and if you like, physically (buy yourself an…

Probably some of both, but I'm going to stick up for B here. It's not about the sex of the person per se, but it's related. Girls (and I'm assuming you're only talking about attractive girls here) are high value and as such have a lot of options for whom to talk to. They also know you're selling sex, which isn't a bad thing in and of itself, but due to basic biology women are very selective about from whom they are willing to entertain solicitations of sex. First, embrace that image because it's good for your game even if it's not entirely true. Even better if you can convince yourself that it's true. Second, work on your outer game. I don't think it's a very good idea to pick up a hobby just to meet girls if you're not interested in the hobby itself. I tried to this a long time ago with dancing but it never went anywhere, probably because I had little legitimate interest in dancing. That said, I think an awesome hobby to take up would be improv acting. I know the feeling. You feel a sense of accomplishment for getting the girl interested and don't want to risk ruining it by trying for the next level. Most girls know that the number 1 easiest excuse to get away from a guy they don't like is "I have a boyfriend." It's true sometimes, of course, but I would be pretty confident that unless you're in India or something where all the girls get betrothed by 18, if most girls are telling you they have a boyfriend then you need to improve your approach. Answer her, but keep the conversation short and propose a date. Have a specific time and place. Could be she's intentionally wasting your time, but it could also be that she's just really nervous about meeting someone from the internet in person. If the latter is true, you have a chance. Good questions. I went over this in detail in a recent post: http://www.christiangreypua.com/date-multiple-girls/ As for how many girls, that really depends on the level of time and effort you want to devote to them. For me, I think I would go crazy having more than 3 at a time. But I also have a lot of other commitments on my time. Even if you cap yourself though, that doesn't mean you have to stop gaming. Maybe women are attracted to you. You still have to make the first move and be able to interact with them.

Cool! That means she's into you and so she's making your job easy. By touching her shoulder to guide her, I mean when you're going through a door or a narrow area, guide her in front of you by putting your hand on her shoulder or back. Don't try to hug her if she's picking you up in the car. I was thinking you would meet somewhere. You have to tailor your touch to be appropriate to the situation.

I've done that a bunch of times. If I'm not sure, I ask her out for a drink. If she says "I can't, I'm under 21", I ask how old she is. If under 18, I politely excuse myself from the conversation.

Try to make it natural and playful. Give her a hug when you meet her. Touch her shoulder to guide you in front of her, as sort of a protective gesture when you're walking. Grab her hand and tell her she has cute little hands. Play with her hair. when she's in front of you. Brush dust off her shirt. Hold her hand when walking beside her. I've put a lot of time into building a method for Instagram. What I've found is that the vast majority of the work is done before you ever send a message. This is going to be the same on other platforms too. You need to have good content and build social proof. At that point, try to get her interest without sending a message. Like one or two of her photos, see how she responds. Hopefully she likes some of yours, follows, comments, etc. Try to start a conversation in one of her photos (or yours i…

I like to use text message drafts as reminders. Like I'll start typing in the text message go a girl "text on Friday, ask for date", then exit the message without sending. That way your reminder shows up when you scroll through your messages.

Nope. I plow till either hook point or I run out of things to say. If she doesn't hook, she's not interested. And if she gives you her number, she's 99% going to flake. Not worth the effort IMO, move on to the next one.

Ok, your situation kind of sucks. Asking a girl nicely to kiss you at the end of the second date is not being daring. You should have kissed her without asking midway through the first date. Also two months between dates is not a good sign. Also you shouldn't have let her pick the venue for the upcoming date. But she's giving you another chance, so make the most of it. The biggest thing I think is that you need to lead. Women want dominant men, even when they pretend otherwise. You should set th…

Escalate. Touch her shoulder to usher her through the door, grab her hand and make a comment about how small it is, lead her by the hand across the street, etc. Take a walk with her and hold her hand. Good. Don't drink and hit on girls anyway. Yes, you'll probably be super nervous. Do it anyway, and gradually your subconscious will begin to realize that nothing bad happens as a result of talking to girls. Also don't feel like you have to have a drink in your hand. You're a strong alpha male who doesn't give a fuck what anybody else thinks and if you feel like going to the bar to socialize but not drink, you're damn well going to do it.

Here's a good exercise for you: Go out somewhere where there are a lot of girls. Either night or day is fine. Walk around, don't approach any of them, but try to think of things that you could say to tease all the girls you pass. Something about their dress, the way they walk, the look on their faces, etc. It's hard to learn to do it in set because you're under pressure and probably nervous, and that makes the creative part of your brain shut down. Practice without approaching for a while and yo…

Your conversation is boring as fuck. For talking to a guy it would be fine, but for flirting it's terrible. Every attractive girl you're talking to has heard exactly the same thing a thousand times from other guys. That said, having the balls to approach is half the battle, so kudos for that. But you need to make the conversation fun a…

You probably lost this one because you waited too long and didn't step up. But it doesn't hurt to try anyway. Next time you're talking to her in person, spike the conversation a bit by teasing her about something she's wearing or the way she smiles or accuse her of thinking about something naughty. Typical attraction stuff. Then at a high point in the conversation ask her to meet you that night for coffee.

The truth of the matter is Tinder sucks now. It's not what it used to be. You might get the occasional match here and there if you're super good looking, but for average guys it's very much an uphill battle. You might do better if you're willing to pay for boosts. The more you convey your interest to him (short of stating it outright), the easier you make it for him to ask you out. Don't worry about looking needy or too interested, that doesn't bother guys. We find it endearing. But if you keep initiating contact and he doesn't ask you out, you should just accept that he's not interested and move on.

Yeah 10% would be pretty incredible realistically. It's just an easy number to work with. The best PUA I've worked with gets around 20% number close rate for daygame. I'm at about 15% these days. So basically f-close 1.5 to 2 girls for every 100 approaches.
/r/seduction31/01/17 04:02 PM
1

Wasn't referring to your advice in particular. Your advice is good, just a lot to swallow for a total beginner. I'm remembering my own first date ever. I was so nervous and excited I never would have done a very good job trying to follow any particular strategy. If you're learning to ride a bike for the first time, you want to focus on just staying up, not training for the Tour de France.

Teases, assumption stacks, challenges, breaking rapport. A lot of material there.
/r/seduction31/01/17 03:49 PM
3

Corollary: the more approaches you do, the more rejections you will get, regardless of skill. If your close rate is 10% (which is pretty damn good), every new girl will cost (so to speak) 9 rejections on average.
/r/seduction30/01/17 07:04 PM
3

Yep, PUA is sales. Number of approaches x close rate = number of babes in your bed. If you want more pussy, approach more and work on your game to raise your close rate. And realize that small improvements in close rate translate to big rewards. Improve your game enough to increase your close rate just 5% and you get an additional girl for every 20 approaches you do.
/r/seduction30/01/17 06:59 PM
7

Or better yet, since it's your first date ever, ditch all the fancy PUA advice, since it's likely to make you overanalyze everything, and just focus on being comfortable and having a nice time. Once you get comfortable on dates, then you can start introducing strategy.
/r/seduction30/01/17 06:54 PM

Agree with this. I would also add that you need to add spikes to the conversation to build attraction. You're not just trying to be her friend, after all. Tease her and challenge her a bit, but make sure to keep it light and playful.
/r/seduction30/01/17 06:52 PM

Yes it's normal. Most guys have internalized the belief that they are not entitled to attractive women. It is a subconscious fear that if you look at a woman the wrong way, the alpha male who IS entitled to her is going to come beat you up. Of course, your logical mind probably realizes that there's no actual risk. So overcome your fear, make eye contact anyway, and eventually your subconscious will begin to realize that there is no reason to fear.

It seems to have become something of a new millennial culture that gets beaten into kids' heads. My brother who is currently in college posted some generic inspirational meme on facebook along the lines of "successful people work hard and shape their destinies, and unsuccessful people complain about circumstances" or something like that. And a ton of college kids piled on complaining about how success is really just the result of "privilege" and the meme was racist or something. I was actually r…

Agreed. Assuming you're looking for a relationship, men are also attracted to innocence and chastity (in evolutionary terms, this makes you less of a risk for cuckoldry). On the other hand, if you're looking for casual sex, looking slutty is more inviting since it signals that you require little effort to get into bed. Ultimately, girl game is pretty simple. Just make yourself available, look cute, and smile. It's his job to make the approach, so you just want to look as inviting as possible. On…

Probably means you're boring them. Think about when you're stuck in a conversation with someone you don't really want to talk to. How many questions do you ask him? Probably not many. You ask people questions if you're actually interested in them. In a pickup situation, a woman is rarely going to be interested in you right off the bat. You have to carry the weight of the conversation and be interesting/attractive enough that you gain her interest. A good indication that you've gained her interes…

Improve your game by improving your life situation. If you're so broke that you can't afford clothes, IMO getting that situation sorted out should be priority number one. Meanwhile buy the best looking outfit you can find at Salvation Army (it's actually not that bad), and try day game. It doesn't cost money and it might help your depression.

I think you look pretty good. Clean, well groomed, clothes fit well. My only other input would be to try to consistently fit an archetype that fits your personality (more on that here: http://www.christiangreypua.com/basics-of-online-game-part-2/) But ultimately be aware that your approach and your body language are much more important than your hair or clothing.

Develop your inner self for sure, but it's also a matter of getting used to being around girls. The more you do it, the more normal it will feel. If you want to speed the process, deliberately put yourself in situations which make you feel uncomfortable. You'll quickly get used to them.

This. You have to realize that "mental illness" means exactly what the far-left psychology community wants it to mean. You kinda need to point out the reason that you're talking to her, which is what a compliment is good for. Going indirect is great for day game, but that's something that's hard to prepare in advance since it needs to be something related to her or to the situation. In bars you don't have to go direct since it's understood that men are supposed to approach women, and the women all know what's up. There you could always just ask "Who lies more, men or women?" or some canned opener like that. If y…

Chatting extensively with girls online without actually meeting shows that you have nothing better to do and makes you look low value. At the end of the day, the ratio of men to women on Tinder is clearly not in your favor. And since a bunch of the guys are just swiping right on every girl without looking, even the ugly girls on there have unrealistically high standards. So you're fighting an uphill battle. Tinder also puts looks front and center, far more than it really is in real life. That said, you should be getting some matches if your profile is good. This probably isn't what most people would say, but it worked for me: beat yourself up about being afraid to approach. At some point the disgust with yourself for being afraid outweighs the humiliation you feel at being rejected. I used to have that problem whenever I was going to do anything that seemed out of the ordinary in the slightest. Like I'd have to come up with an explanation in case anybody asked. I mostly agree with this. Though where I am making eye contact with girls is somewhat difficult because girls seem to consciously avoid making eye contact with guys. Probably because there are a million guys hitting on them at every bar. I just start talking to them with something offhand, like a joke about her outfit. Your style sounds good. A good rule of thumb is to be dressed just a little nicer (not a lot) than the rest of the guys in the bar. RSD is great for motivation, but if you're a beginner you could probably use some structure too. One good way is to set a goal for number of approaches at the beginning of the night and don't leave until you've done them. Either you go to the bar by yourself and tell yourself you won't leave until you've done 10 approaches. Or you go with a friend and tell him not to let you leave until you've done 10 approaches. Sucks, but it's part of the game. If I were you I would set the first date to get a drink or coffee and meet her there. Taking her to a concert that you bought tickets for is too much investment IMO. Also girls are scared of going out with guys they don't know very well, so you might have spooked her by offering to pick her up at home. Girls are super paranoid these days. She probably doesn't trust you enough yet to tell you where she lives and also depend on you for a ride home.

The idea is you don't want to inflate a woman's value above your own. If anything, you want to raise your own value and lower hers, because women want men with higher value than themselves. Telling a woman she's hot raises her value, but at the same time having the balls to state your true intentions raises your own value as well. So your goal is to state your intentions but raise her value as little as possible. In this case, my favorite technique is a small compliment followed by a tease. Some…

True, but depends on the girl and the situation. You definitely get credit for having the balls to do it. But it also kind of forces the girl to make a decision to accept or reject right on the spot, and the default option is always "reject". If there are people watching, it's worse because then she has to worry about looking like a slut. I've had great sets both direct and indirect.
