Yeah, she’s been getting some pretty sexy Tinder matches! Like surprisingly good-looking women. They just never want a guy in the equation haha. I also used to have really bad posture. I'm not talking specifically about interactions with girls, i mean ALL the time. I understand that I have to train myself all day to fix it, and as a result a lot of the time it makes me feel very stiff and robotic.

This makes perfect sense. Whenever I feel confident and relaxed with my body language it's also because I just feel that way in general. So when I'm walking down the street, or anywhere for that matter, and I feel stiff and uncomfortable, how would you recommend I transition into an emotional state that would project a better vibe?
