I used to work in the trades when I first graduated high school (plumbing) and this is happens to literally every young guy. It’s almost like a unique form of hazing. I actually ended up quitting my job because of it and went to college. Don’t take it personally, I’m certain some older guys at your job get chewed out as well, or at least get their work shit talked behind their back. It’s part of the culture of working in the trades.
