I would love to see them try. I would just give them a simple answer. "Follow me". I would show them a couple of dead babies, and they wouldn't have the mentality to beat anyone up. I work in the medical field. I find that a dead child takes the wind out of anyone's sails. It did to me, but after getting into triple figures of dead kids, as well as murders and suicides being brought in by the police, I'm immune to a lot now.

They did take it seriously, but I told them I only wanted to log it. I talked to her. Other than the fact that she has a thing for me, she is a workhorse. I can give her 4 jobs, and she comes back for more 30 minutes later. The other dispatchers like her on shift because she does the same for them.

HR Took me very seriously. They have had a lot of problems from support roles, so they don't want to take a chance. They have put this in her file, and the only reason they didn't talk to her was because of my word, but they have said that if she does anything again, and they will deal with her. I feel lucky that I was taken seriously. I think they don't want to risk a court case from anyone.
