Hello. So I (39M) have recently been having issues with a girl that has joined our workforce (18F). She has been very flirty. I will admit that due to a past relationship, I am MGTOW. I don't hate women (I went through the red pill rage, and look back at that as pointless, and I like women. I just choose not to date).

Over the last month, she has been aggressively pursuing me. It reached a climax last weekend when she came into the office and pinned me against the wall, asking for sex.

If not for this, I would say she is a model employee. She has been a dream to give jobs to, Always being professional and polite. I did make a statement to our HR department, but asked them not to talk to her, as she is young and very good at her job, and that I would talk to her myself.

I spoke to her today, and told her that while I appreciate her work rate, I do not date, and I reminded her that I'm also old enough to be her father, and I would prefer that we keep any relationship between us to be professional (I never mentioned going to HR).

She seemed to be sad, but accepted it.

Did I do anything wrong?
