I think it depends on the type of personality the man has. I think for some, it does great wonders with them. The type of man who takes the full red pill and believes it to a T though, it does harm overall. Just like some women need the advice of FDS, but some take it way too far.

It sounds like such a much better time. I am so tired of fat people everywhere honestly. I am 5'8", 32, and still have a visible six pack after a few bulking months. So many men (and women) are pathetic when it comes to how in shape they are.

Here is an example: https://www.teenvogue.com/story/slavery-trauma-inherited-genetics So while I can't influence my genes such that my child will be a dragon, I can definitely influence my genes such that my child will have better genes for strength than myself. Since personality is partially genetic, this would bode for that also.
