Just want to reinforce this. The most valuable resource you have is your time. Select carefully where you spend it. Every event you choose to take part of whether it be girls, your career your health all establish the man you are going to become. So always try to establish what will really help you, and cut all the bullshit you were wasting it on before this that was easy and caused easy enjoyment. And work your ass off to be the best you can be at whatever you choose.

Drink to enjoy yourself not to help with your game. A sober mind is a lot more effective then a drunk one. You're a lot more effective with a clear mind

Ha you think I stole her? She was begging for it, true I made some mistakes but that comes with actualizing. If her BB leaves her so deprived that she feels the need for an alpha fuck who am I to deny her. As an alpha I don't steal or coerce but I also don't sit there thinking because I'm so "alpha" things will just fall into my lap. My goal is to take what I want from this world. Whether or not I'm considered alpha doesn't matter what matters is that I make the best decisions for myself. And do…

As a noobie as well I have had the thought that sex was better then no sex but that can get you in trouble if you happen to mis diagnose how crazy a girl can be. I think now that no sex is better then needless drama in your life for just sex. Just starting to realize looking for exceptionally good partners is just as important as looking in general. Your enjoyment is always key. And I do know from personal experience ex's do not make good plates.

I don't want to judge anyone eleses path but it sounds like you got the alpha concept cofused with helper. as a new TRPer the only one you should be helping is you and if this is how excited you are to get an interaction with a girl it means you're priorities are messed up. Alphas lead to the destination they want to be. they dont stop to help others "just to be a nice guy" it should all have a point. Remember you want to avoid being seen as a provider unless you want some girl stringing you alo…

That gave me a good laugh. The idea of girls taking responsibility. If only we lived in such a world.

While I can't go this since it goes against most of what I believe post trp, that it doesn't just happen like that for most men where the right girl just appears and takes initiative to make you the right man. Sounds like a Disney story. But it does give good perspective. That the unicorn can stray and start to test your manhood if she knows you are not living up to your potential. Always look after yourself first and everything else will work itself out. Or you will deal with it.

I think this is integral. I feel like many people get lost In all the information here. But take the information for what it is a tool for you to better realize what you have to do to achieve exactly what you want from life and do not deviate. Your success in life is your job. So hold a knife to its throat if it is for your benefit. Nothing else matters. So you can be a chump and follow societies rules and regulations on how to act or ignore ALL distractions feelings relationships whatever for y…

I always liked thinking it wasn't a positive sense of self but a true feeling of not giving a fuck and doing what you want. If you enjoy what's happening why does it matter who is doing it?

Fully agree, just ended my first post trp relationship because I thought I "knew better". Completely realize how a relationship just ties you down when you're starting out. Spinning plates is so much less stressful and higher reward then pretty much every relationship I've had.

If you get the peanut butter with 100% peanuts (no sugar or processed shit) its a good source for morning protein and some amino acids. Rice, especially white rice is processed with sugars and salts and is basically a useless carbohydrate that you're body transfers right to fat. Like white bread. You either burn carbs shortly after eating or get fatter.

Point is valid, it's not just crazy women out there. Further investigation needed

I don't believe everything they did was necessary but it still had a good dynamic. Men of high status who were successful enough and smart enough to know what works used the tools given to make the best possible outcomes. Girls weren't pedalstalized they were viewed as accessories the highest valued man had.

Eye contact is a girls way of approaching, if they give you a message that you think might mean they are interested it is then your job to do something about it. Don't be expecting the girls to be doing any real work when they want to send their signals that's your job. Even if it turns out to be some miscommunication I think not caring about rejection should be a well integrated belief by now as a rp man.

But usually if you look at the other guy you can kind of understand why they would think that.

I don't know how obvious this is but, books. Read more books written by great people and I guarantee you. You will improve.

I just wanted to say thank you. No where near as bad as the example, but I have to thank you for this, I have several bad habits I convinced myself I needed for arbitrary reasons. And its good to hear an example of where any indulgence can lead. Discipline is the most Important trait you must learn. Don't let life break you.

The only way to truly learn anything is to put yourself in real life experiences, knowledge and theory can only do so much, especially for something like anxiety. You have to disprove the worst case scenarios to yourself before you can start working towards the best case scenario otherwise you will just think yourself out of the opportunity. To combat any fear the most effective method is to face it head on. Every time.

i would say you could afford 2-3 more dates if your still seeing signals and think you have a shot. But stop paying for things entirely or as said make them really cheap dates to make sure your not a meal ticket. Don't put so much power into TRPs "rules". they are just guidelines. If you think its in your best interest to pursue this to the end why not put in the work! just don't be a sucker.

I didnt really write the full story because i wanted it to get right to the point. what actually happened was i exploded my L4 vertebrae so basically lost all function from the waist down but still had full upper body. was in a relationship at the time of the accident that imploded a year after the accident happened. There was alot of complications. Long distance and my problems as well as some other things TRP helped me realize. Had some onenitis for a few months after ending it. Right about my…

She can't love you like you think she should. Does not make her incapable of it. obvious correction but i just think the distinction is important.

I'm still trying my best to recover, i was first told I would never walk so can't be sure on what i can accomplish. Thats part of the reason for the pain question. I need to keep pushing through to try and regenerate my nerves so if anyone has advice on that it would be useful as well. But for now just trying to deal with it because i think i spent enough time solely on recovery.

Because they aren't looking at the qualifications. If there is a male applicant that meets all the requirements but they aren't meeting the "gender equality" they will pick a less qualified woman just to keep there little certificate.

before it was society that started turning men into white knights. Now society is pushing it down our throats worse then ever and a good chunk of the male population is being raised by either white knights or single mothers (another major cause). So its much worse now in my opinion. Not that it can't get better, it just won't be easy, or quick.

Its a good reminder. Alcohol like everything else in moderation. especially if you plan to spend the night alone with a plate. you have to be responsible for both of your actions. You can believe that they will make the right decisions and trust in there better judgement, but personally i have found it very unreliable. never got myself in a situation quite like this though. so thanks for the "sobering" story. and good work protecting yourself. even minimal is better then nothing. Good luck with …

Because you shouldn't be looking for a safe and comfortable place to spend your time in your big empty house, looking at your shiny piece of metal in the driveway. Carve your path through the world to take what you want, protect it, secure it, then take more.

Being short might make things more difficult, but physically you should still put in the same work as the rest of us. (good diet, gym etc.) i can actually relate to the rest of this post. I used to talk to everyone just to be friendly. my success with women was certainly hit and miss. Since TRP i've been learning to mentally switch what i wanted from the person depending on what i actually wanted. Even if you are lacking in game just this shift in perspective can do wonders. Also in my experienc…
