Limit your drinking. There's a plateau with alcohol that is fine to reach, but that one extra shot you took 30 minutes ago just kicked in and pushed you over the edge. Now you're past the feel good feeling and attitude and into the impaired imbecile area.

First, this belongs in /r/asktrp. Second, you aren't Red Pill if this is what you act like with some drinks in you. There's a saying that "drunk words are sober thoughts". Read and internalize. The sidebar and http://therationalmale.com are great resources.

Drink to enjoy yourself not to help with your game. A sober mind is a lot more effective then a drunk one. You're a lot more effective with a clear mind

They say "drunk talk is real talk" I've also got a buddy that says, "wanna know who someone REALLY is? Get them drunk." I tend to agree with this. If you are blue pill while wasted, then you haven't truly internalized RP yet. Not saying that to come down on you or anything but it's the truth, you are "defaulting to your level of training" so to speak.

For me its like shooting pool.

I suck at sinking balls until I have 2-3 drinks. At that point it all works, geometry, physics, angles, power, drag; everything about it is clear and I'm pretty good for not playing very often.

When the 4th drink and more hits my CNS, my billiards game goes to shit.
