I basically got too affectionate and couldn't get her hints for me to stop. Looking back I feel so stupid cause I shouldve known better

Not one disappointment, but multiple over the years. What sucks is that I was truly starting to feel satisfied and content with my life, but then she came along and expressed romantic interest in me. It felt good to have someone like you. But then I did something that creeped her out, even though to me it seemed innocent enough. Now I'm back to the realization that I'm not cut out for love and relationships. I realize that in the grand scheme of things I don't really deserve love because I alway…

Exactly, most people delude themselves into thinking the superficial stuff doesn't matter

You know what else will lead to frustration? Being rejected. being ghosted. Getting one word replies. Putting in effort and not having it reciprocated. Contradictory advice. The list can go on. I don't really know what's worse, frustration because of how complicated, time consuming, and unrewarding dating is? Or frustration because of a dry spell?

How would an escort help with my social skills? Also how would I even find one that's not a sting operation?

I'm not gonna go too big into details. Basically I didn't get her hints for me to stop being affectionate. And that creeped her out. I feel like such an autistic idiot for doing that cause in retrospect I should've known better

Whether I'm victimizing myself for sympathy or not is irrelevant. I'm sure there are plenty of men who have focused allot on their careers, hobbies, and passions, who are still single to this day.

Or I could give up and not make women a priority in my life

What sucks the most is that this all happened right around the time I stopped caring about dating. Then low and behold, I do something stupid that proves I don't deserve love. I just hope I can go back to being happy being single again

So many people perpetuate this notion that once you stop focusing on dating, women will just show up. So are you saying it's best to not focus on dating at all? Would you also say that if I was over 40 years old and still single after having taken my mind off dating?

So women are rude to me because they think I have value?? I can't see what you mean?

What's odd is that when I look back at those things everything falls in order: clean fitted trendy clothing, upright head up and shoulder back posture, and I speak loud and clear. Yet women still treat me rudely.

I admit I do have my insecurities, I'd say they stem from previous bad experiences and mental health issues. As well as seeing most guys have it easier than me. I've done allot to try and improve myself and make the most out of my situation, but all efforts so far seem futile

If that's the case how do I build value? I like to think of myself as unworthy because from an objective and logical viewpoint I am. But as you said, that just makes women repelled even more

When it comes to showering and cleanliness, im quote on top of that :) other than that I'm good at looking at things from an objective lens, that means yes, most women are rude/cold with me

So theoretically, a dude who is hella upfront about his thoughts and speaks his mind regardless can get any girl he wants? I'm only saying this because I fit these traits (don't agree to women all the time, have no problem calling them out, don't care about validation, etc) and yet I have horrible luck with women, I can barely score a date. I get ZERO matches on tinder, and whenever I have something going on with a woman she does a complete 180 on her thoughts What am I doing wrong?

The thing is over the past year I have gotten new hobbies and expanded.my social circle. But it made zero difference to how girls treat me

How can do that if I've been trying for years and see no results?

It's hard to say, girls have openly called me ugly, but at the same time they have openly called me cute or flirted with me. I'm not that photogenic, so I look way worse in photos. I'd say probably 7/10

No fucking shit, that's why I'm looking for advice on how I can improve myself to get girls to like me

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
