Lifting, any kind of cardio and lots of core exercises work for me, but not many people can keep pumping a girl like a jackhammer for 15 minutes straight, so just mix it up. Change positions often, lick pussy, finger her holes, make her give head etc. so you use different muscle groups and get small breaks in between. Developing hip flexibility is also extremely helpful.

I completely agree with your suggestions. I've been perfume free with my LTR for a long time now. We also eat healthy, exercise/lift and use surfactant free products for showering to avoid messing up the skin microbiota by stripping away too much of the skin's natural lipid layer. Does it boost the libido? Yes it does. A lot. Probably more so than lifting. The only downside is that once your nose recovers from the numbing scents you apply to yourself, you'll start noticing all the other scents a…

Try to avoid SSRIs. Instead, learn to use cognitive behavioral therapy on yourself. The book "Overcoming depression" by Paul Gilbert is supposed to be a good one, but it requires effort.

Probably depends on how healthy your digestion is, and how balanced and regular your meals are. If you're a hamplanet with IBS feeding 24/7 from the dumpster behind the local fast food joint, you'll probably have a constant flow of diarrhea and slimy lumps flowing towards your rectum. Anal will be messy even after an unlimited amount of enemas. If you're a hot pole dancer with a diverse and healthy microbiota, and you're feeding at regular intervals on proper food, there usually won't be any poo…

That can backfire. He could become the asshole who bullies his wife because of her weight and be shunned by friends and family. Sometimes it's best to just break it off without bringing up weight. At least in the U.S. Edit: And why do I get downvoted? The woman is 260 pounds and they have no children. The strategy I replied to works when the woman has gained maybe 10-20 pounds and is still salvageable. At 260 all hope is lost and the captain must abandon ship.

It's perfectly OK to come out and say that your wife is so fat it kills your boner. It's also perfectly OK to leave her because of it. Just don't do it IRL. Making her lose weight to keep you will in most cases lead to resentment from her and eventually friends and family as well. You'll be that asshole who bullies his wife about her weight, and when her diets fail and you're forced to leave her to retain your happiness, everyone will think you're a horrible human being. So if you have it in you…

Consider getting your hands on some Ritalin or similar to just get you through it. Sounds like a burn-out.

Eggs, fish, chicken, red meat, cottage cheese. One large egg has 6 grams of protein, so to get 21 grams, you would eat about 3-4 eggs ... You can eat as many eggs as you want if you're active and eat healthy. No need to worry about cholesterol. Also eat other meats to get all the nutrients you need to build muscle.

If your doctor told you that eating below your BMR while exercising would only allow you to go from morbidly obese to obese, you need to find a new doctor who isn't a moron full of fat logic. Listen to what people are saying. If you eat below your BMR, the energy you spend on daily activities and exercise MUST come from consumption of fat reserves or muscles. If that wasn't the case, you would not be able to exercise or even get out of bed in the morning. You should probably be dead. The answer …

Sounds like you're getting a lot of carbs in your diet. Do some research on oats, and if you have to eat it, stay far away from the instant kind. You'll want the machine milled whole grain stuff, which isn't very tasty, so might as well skip it. Protein shakes, especially whey, are also a big no no if you want to lose weight, assuming it's not a low carb variety. Whey isolate might be good, but it'll still be laced with IGF-1, which messes up your hormones and can cause skin impurities. Also, st…
