Dude. Shut the fuck up. You are alive. You may not have as many chances initially as a dude with a model jawline, but you can get out there and try shit. It's not easy, and it may not work on the first try, but come the fuck on. Stop fishing for pity replies. I know you might be down right now, but I just want you to know that there is a path for you that will take you to where you want to go, you're just not seeing it yet. I've seen ugly-ass dudes hook up with girls "above their league." It's d…

Standing up for yourself in this type of situation means that you are affected by what that person thinks of you. You are held hostage to their opinion. You are effectively considering that their concept of who you are is more important than your very own, which is fucked up. Agreeing and amplifying means that you don't give a fuck about what they think. What they do or say becomes an amusement to you; it becomes fun, meaningless banter. You know who you are and what you're worth, and you don't …

man i got you i wish this was my only problem with getting girls lol but anyway, get yourself some skinny jeans (NOT retardedly tight, more like slim-fit, like they cover your leg gracefully and not add any more volume), a fitted dress shirt, i like levi's work shirts, don't get a shirt that's obviously intended to be worn with a tuxedo, get a nice everydayish shirt instead, pull up your sleeves, wear some nice shoes, i've used boots and boat shoes, it only matters if you feel them, and then jus…

You know what's the best strategy? Don't give a fuck about the guys and girlfriends. Do your thing. Honestly, it feels weird at first; ignoring all the shit your friends are bringing with them about you, but a little bit later? Nothing matters. You just have to endure that little moment when your "friends" fuck up your night or no girls approach you. After that you're golden. It really just takes a bit of you enduring that shit. Then you're good. It's just a little while. GO FOR IT.

so what I do, is I let myself go retarded for a little while and forget about all of the things I'm overthinking and go for whatever life will throw at me it feels liberating and the learning experience of knowing what you could go through if you wanted is a very amazing experience that will only reinforce your motivation for letting go and being yourself also your post sounds trollish

Totally makes sense. Maybe it's the whole "nothing's going to happen between this guy and me so I'm going to let my guard down"? The thing is: I'm not attractive, much less unattainable. I do have a sexy ass body (gym ftw) that compensates for my unfavourable facial features. I guess I'm average.

The thing is, fear (for me) is often founded on the fact that the same situation has elicited a negative response in the past. So the fear isn't about the future, but about things that have happened in the past becoming reality again. That's why approach-anxiety is fucking terrible. To me, it's more about overcoming negative past events and washing them clean with a new, positive memory.

Yo dude. This happened to me. I'd be aware of setting unrealistic expectations for when you two actually meet. When I first met with a girl after texting vividly I was like, 'oh shit, I just made myself out to be this amazing sexual beast so I better be fucking prepared to do all the shit I told her about, yea maybe I'll do 10 minutes for each position'. lol, I wasn't prepared. And she was expecting lemon stealing whores level shit. That said, you should try to smash ASAP, you got this
/r/seduction16/09/15 07:34 AM

The way I handled it was by never initiating the texting, and maybe not responding from time to time, after which the whole thing faded away. After all that texting, she finally got the message! i'm an asshole

I think this is a situation where the girl is setting herself up for an easy exit the morning after in case she regrets sleeping with you. But she probably has already made up her mind about it, so just go with the flow. Whenever it feels "obvious" that you two will have sex, that's when I'd go all out with the touchy feely shit, unashamedly. Then she'll probably make a second assessment on her decision of sleeping or not with you. But yeah, I'd try my shit at that moment. If she rejects any adv…

I hate to jump on the NoFap bandwagon but honestly, I agree with the 'stop fapping' advice. If you're lazy, it's because the goal, the release—and you did mention you only want to have sex—is readily available through masturbation. Defy your body. Stop masturbating and see how long you can go without doing anything about it. A lot of young people confuse self-imposed mental obstacles with "low libido." No offense. Hope it helps.

Go about your day normally and forget about this problem. Wake up. Sleep. Repeat. Then one day your mind is going to surprise you. You'll just think 'fuck it' and you will go do it. I like to believe that we all have a "breaking moment" when we proceed to give ourselves the greatest ultimate fuck it and change into the person we want to become. Maybe we all have it a different times, and maybe there are a few who will never reach it, but the way you sound makes me think that you're going to brea…

I think you're (subconsciously?) abiding by the "don't shit where you eat" rule—in a place where it doesn't apply, by the way—because you're scared of failure. You obviously want to hook up with these girls, but you're letting your mind get off the hook because "I don't want this, right?" So that provides some form of contentment even if you're not getting any because 'it's what you want.' But deep down you know you want it, and the moment you get over your self-imposed rule, if you don't get an…

Dude... think about this. Is there a dude in your friend-circle that has all this knowledge that we do? Honestly. Maybe we're not the best at executing it. But we KNOW about it. That's it. Seriously, I feel like this is a secret community and I want to meet every single one of you. We are THE ABSOLUTE SHIT. I wouldn't wanna be in a room full of pussy and all of you because I would lose, everytime. Except, I'm one of you. We really are the X-men of this shit. ROCK ON.

Now I'm reaaaaaaally curious as to how you look like! :P Anyway, on to your question: I think you're somewhat fishing for compliments here (if even subconsciously). "I'm beautiful, I'm taken, so guys, please, please tell me how to make it less painful for me to reject you!" Do you honestly not see how you shouldn't apologize for telling the truth (that you're taken), and that doing it in a nice, polite, empathetic matter is really the only thing you can do? I'm sure you are a nice person, but th…

Oh man! I love these alpha/counter-alpha examples from the videos! I actually thought Levitt "lost" the alpha battle versus Merchant, though. He did handle it very well, but he ultimately "lost," or at least that's how I saw it. I think what happened—and this happens to me ALL THE FUCKING TIME—is that he didn't time his handshake well so as to be seen, and acknowledged, by Merchant, who was sort of spinning from his performance still. So when he did notice the handshake, he just played it off as…

I do not mean a joker boy (hence the "laugh at them..." phrase). Just someone who's hilarious to be around, without that affecting his status. Also, I don't think cocky-funny is necessarily hilarious, despite the laughs. I think it's more a display of confidence than genuine funniness, you know? I don't know. Maybe there's a particular way of employing "cocky comedy" that's funny, I may just be biased on the side of always picturing a douche, insecure guy doing it. Especially when it's all, the,…

Thanks man! I think there's a lot of insecurity around here hiding behind the "I'm not gonna be anybody's bitch! Fuck her! No time to waste on this girl!" talk. "Friendzone" girls are a fucking invaluable tool, a total win-win-win, like you say. Absolutely. Plus, how I see it: a girl that you're interested in but "friendzoned" you is SO MUCH EASIER to seduce than a girl you're interested that you don't really know that much. I'm totally serious.

There's an overload of information here. What to do when girl says X, what to say when she does Y, and so on. I've learnt to stop focusing on the tactics—the oneliners, the body positions, the comebacks, etc...—and instead concentrating on the strategy. And my strategy is to be confident. What would a confident person do? If you are already familiar with this sub and what it takes to be a complete man, an 'alpha' if you will, it will come more naturally. And the thing about social settings is th…

I appreciate your point! I still think that the explicitly "just friends" attitude from her isn't set on stone. Just play it cool. She didn't like you at that point? That's fine. No need to hate on her or anything. Keep her close. Work on yourself. You'll be surprised at the results you can get!
/r/seduction22/04/15 03:21 AM

Yes. "Friendzone" is a stupid term anyway. I think about it this way: she may not like you now, but we are always evolving (hopefully) into a better version of ourselves. Who's to say the "friendzone girl" will not find you attractive at another "higher" point in your life? I find the whole "oh fuck her man, fuck that bitch, I'm going to look for girls who appreciate me!! >.<" attitude pathetic. Needy. As. Fuck.

If it hurts too much being around her because you think she's "the one," then leave her. This is an obvious trait of a needy personality that lacks the maturity to take rejection like a man. Shutting her out completely is an option that you can always apply if it better suits your needs. But guess what, you can be friends with her and still spend time finding a girl that likes you! The only difference is that you'll now have a female friend that will help you out without even knowing it. And tru…

But I'm not saying that you should be an emotional tampon to her! How does having a girl for a friend hinder your chances with getting with her or other girls, exactly? Do you think you look very 'alpha' by behaving overly angry and mad at girls who aren't responsive to you? Or better yet, do you think you're hurting her with your mighty, enraged neglect? Quite honestly, I think doing things like that just makes anyone look like an unstable, little boy.

Hence the 1st edit. A girl that likes you is helpful to your seductive quest, even if not with her specifically.

First, thanks for taking the time to respond so extensively. Regardless of the things you're saying, I'm happy to have hit a nerve with you that unleashed this response. To be honest, I try to go about my life not being easily affected by this type of thing. It's not worth it man. If you detach emotion (and yes, obviously you can't just do that in real life, but for purposes of this comment), I just fail to see how having a girl for a friend can be detrimental to your quest for pussy / relations…

I completely agree! If there's a girl I like, I would much rather be in the friendzone than not know her at all, I genuinely think it's a much easier game to play.

I respect your position, but I do have to say one thing: I feel that, while you're trying to come across as a seemingly very strong, confident, man with this me-first, I-won't-waste-my-incredibly-precious-time attitude, you are actually exhibiting your own insecurity and neediness (and probably not realizing it). It's like the typical woman-hating anger that guys who don't get pussy unsconsciously assume. Just calling it as I see it, and I would bet that there is in fact space in your life for f…

Nothing is black and white here. It isn't about being there or not being there at all for support. But there are ways to go about this. Let her use your friendship for when she needs emotional support, that's what it's there for. Just don't let her use you as a temporary replacement while she "heals" from whatever. Use common sense, dignity, and confidence.
/r/seduction21/04/15 08:38 PM

The thing about working on yourself—which I think has been overlooked in a lot of these comments—is that when you're truly confident with who you are, you will realize that it doesn't make sense to put your anything and everything in one person. If it is absolutely too painful to be around someone that simply will not pay attention to you no matter what you do, then yes, distance yourself, stupid. What I would try to do in this situation is to get over it and keep her around. I don't see how tha…

I see your point, but I insist: it isn't unheard of to have been in the "friendzone" and gotten past it. I don't think it's smart to generalize that because you have wired yourself not to like someone, it must be the same with every girl and their friendzoned guy. If attraction was indeed lost along the way (how do you know this with certainty?), you can't really force someone to be attracted to you. That's the bottom line. But don't waste a perfectly good friendship that provides you with usefu…
/r/seduction21/04/15 07:13 PM

This post is geared towards those guys who have been the receiving end of the friendzone. If you don't like a girl and you're 'wired' not to like her, there is no reason why you should go for her.
/r/seduction21/04/15 05:54 PM

Well, being her emotional crutch means that you're not really working on yourself, so yes, in that case you will always be the pathetic friendzoned guy. But if you play her like she's your friend, just like anybody else, work on your confidence and stop being her emotional support, you will very likely notice a change in how she perceives you. Obviously, nothing preached in seddit (except the becoming confident part, really) is a magical formula that'll work on everyone. And even then, she is gi…

Point taken, but I don't mean 'putting on a play,' per se. I don't mean changing fundamentally who you are as much as becoming the best version of you. The advantage here being that she already knows you and has let her guard down with you. Thanks for your comment.

You are right. Also, this isn't groundbreaking or anything, it absolutely makes all the sense in the world: But personality and technical game things being equal, looking better will get more girls to like you, and girls who like you to like you more.

Thanks for all the replies! I know that it sounds dumb to think that at 26 it's all over in terms of finding friends, but I think it has been my own limiting belief that it's "too late" that has prevented me from action.
